I am very impressed with the caliber of work and the fact that the work was able to be completed on the same day, a Sunday at that.

I had clogged toilet that was leaking from the base , I called at least 10 different companies most said they were going to call me back but never did, so I searched for one hear on Yelp , I sent them a message though Yelp and received a response pretty quickly , the guy they sent was named Moses and I am more than happy with the service he provided , he explained what repairs were needed and completed them quicker than expected , great attitude and really knew what to do , I now who to call if i have an issue in the future, I definitely recomend

FABULOUS SERVICE FROM TREVOR! We had an issue with a leaky shower head and a broken handle in our master bathroom. Not only was Trevor professional and conscientious of COVID safety protocols, but he also gave us confidence that the work would be guaranteed for years and not a reoccurring problem. The reason Simplex came into our lives was the fact that our 30 year old copper pipes had just sprung it third leak. It was time for a better solution. We called three highly rated companies and settled on Simplex. They were not they cheapest, though very close, but I just like they way the estimator worked.

They arrived on time., were super clean, and had my water on before they left the first day. Inspection day two and drywall guys out to patch all the holes day 3. Inspection day four.

Very efficient operation and their price is right. I had a leak and they did a re-route, plus adding an extra loop for a potential water softener hookup later on. Simpex only send out one guy, Joel, and get it done in a few hours.

Other shops might send out 2-3 people, even one plumber is all that is needed - I had a similar leak a year ago, I had 3 people going in and out of my house at that time. Obviously, the extra people milling around is going to cost extra. I believe that's how Simpex can keep their price reasonable and still make a nice profit.

About three weeks ago we had Simpex Repipe do a complete repipe of our home. Bottom line, we are very happy with the job Simpex did. From the estimate through to the completion of the job, everything took place as promised and according to schedule. Brian, the owner of Simpex did the estimate and provided a detailed explanation of the process and the timeline. He supported this explanation with written material that he left with us. The repipe team were careful to cover and protect the contents of the rooms they needed to work in and thoroughly cleaned up those areas when they completed the job. We have had no problems with how the plumbing operates--actually, it works better. The second team came the next day to patch and retexture the areas where the drywall needed to be removed. They too were careful and left the areas where they worked clean and tidy. They also did a very solid job matching the texture of the drywall. A quality job throughout the process. We recommend Simpex Repipe without reservation.

Another 5 star review for Simpex! The owner Brian returned my call within an hour or so and set up an appointment for next day. He showed up on time (atually a few minutes early), walked my tenant and I through the process, advising which furniture, wall hangings, and under-sink items would need to be moved. He laid out a three day timeline - Wednesday repipe, Thursday rough inspection, Friday patch ready for paint. My city of Laguna Niguel requires and additional inspection for two stage drywall patching on common walls, but the Simpex crew was able to make that happen and keep the original timeline. All inspections passed without problem including the final on Monday.

The minimum number of holes were made in the walls and ceiling (two story unit) and patching matched existing texture perfectly - you would never know where the holes were. Two handled shower controls were changed for single handle, new shutoff valves and supply lines to all fixtures all included in original price, as well as permit fees. Work appears to have been done with first rate materials and workmanship looks great. I was there for the rough inspection and after patching and I never saw or felt any dust on the floor or anywhere. They left the place as clean as when they started.

Any questions I had were promptly answered and I have their lifetime guarantee on the work. Like every contractor I hire, I checked the contractor's license holder's name and history on the CA website before hiring, and they were all legit. I would not hesitate to recommend Simpex Repipe.

Sympex repiped our whole house and did a great job. The price they quoted was so much better than the other one we got, and the reviews we read about them were all positive, we decided to have them do the job. Phu and Joseph were super patient and flexible with scheduling our repipe to fit in the other work going on in our house. Both the repipe crew and the patching crew showed up on time as scheduled and finished work on time. The city inspector passed the inspection. The joys of home ownership may include a whole house repipe. We obtained estimates from 3 repipe specialists. Simpex Repipe & Plumbing stood out with their fair price and friendly, professional service.

They did our repipe in two days: first day for repipe and the second day for repair or drywall and stucco. Two different teams. Each highly skilled in their respective jobs. Neat & efficient, both teams started around 9am and finished (clean up included) by 5pm. While it is a repipe, the repair of drywall and stucco is what everyone sees and the team that worked on our house did a fantastic job! The previous homeowner had can lighting installed and the patchwork seems to have been done by the electrician. The drywall and stucco done by Simpex is flawless!!! Perfectly blended so you cannot see where the hole used to be.

Good guys, competent work. I had leaks with my old faucet, as well as old pipes underneath the sink. I have had problems with this particular faucet on and off for over 10 years with handymen and self proclaimed plumbers doing a half @ss job. Simpex came in and did it right. Sure, they're not cheap. They're professional plumbers. But at least you won't keep having to fix something repeatedly and you can get on with your life.

After getting a very high water bill, Moulton Niguel sent out a field tech who assisted in determining that I had a main supply line water leak.

Dante from Simpex came out and provided a quote - the most reasonable quote of the 3 quotes I had gotten for this job.

There were some challenges due to being on a slope/hill and hardscape, including retaining walls in the path where the new mainline needed to be installed but Phil and Dante were great and worked with me until we had figured out the approach to run the line without having to do any demolition to the hardscape.

The plumbing team knocked the job out in a day, inspection was completed and they came back out within a reasonable amount of time to cover the trenches after inspection.

I used Simpex from whole house repiping. They were amazing from start to finish. Start: The quote was very reasonable and he answered all my questions. I also liked that they provide drywall service. The biggest point in their favor was that the drywall was done day after the repiping (which only took 1 day as promised). And the 'day after' was only because I opted for a city inspection. Both, repiping and drywall crew showed up on time and did an excellent job in their respective tasks. I was impressed by both on their prep work and clean up. And throughout the process, Joseph from the office was great in keeping me up to date and answering all my questions. I would highly recommend them.

It started with a leak. With a 40+ year old home, we knew it would be the first of more if we didn't repipe. Might as well do it while some of our walls were torn out. Of the few companies we received quotes for, Simpex was not the cheapest or the most expensive, however they were the most professional. Their sales person Dante made us feel comfortable with the process from the very first conversation on the phone. He arrived on time for our in person quote, took his time and explained the process throughly, and made sure he answered any questions we had, plus offered options that other companies didn't. He assured us all new lines would be insulated vs another company only offering hot line insulation. He also did NOT try to confuse us with Zurn vs Uponor bs. If you get a quote from that company beware. We were offered a new box for our washing machine, and they even addressed our old cast iron drain in the laundry room that needed to be changed out.

Day one a team of around 6 arrived on time and taped and tarped everything off well before changing out the old piping. Day 2 inspection which they scheduled at our convenience. Day 3 patch and texture walls and ceilings. This was a 3 person team that worked efficiently and had everything done before 5pm. They tarped and taped everything off again, and were friendly and left things as neat as clean as possible. Day 4 final inspection which they coordinated again at our convenience. We are happy with the whole process and would not hesitate to recommend them. Our shower fixture was broken (before they came), and they even fixed it for us as a courtesy. I had to call the office a couple times and the customer service was always on point. They did offer to swap out any fixtures at no additional charge, however we're getting ready to remodel and didn't need. We did upgrade to the whole house filtration system, and our tap water is delicious now! Thanks Simpex! These guys are repiping specialists, don't hire a plumber like our neighbors did. We had VERY different experiences.

Our mid-century faucet had broken and needed to be replaced, but with an old faucet so much of the piping underneath the sink needed to be replaced as well. I'm a returning customer for this company and as such I have some expectations regarding the cost and quality of service. I needed to clean an area drain pipe, which is something was done by this company last year at a fair price and and satisfactory results. This year the system has been clogged again in a different area, which is normal, but when the plumber came over he quoted twice as much the price of the last year for the same exact job. When I showed him the receipt from last year, he said it doesn't matter he can't do the job for less. So I'm not sure how the same company can charge twice as much for the same job over one year period. Anyway Im taking my business somewhere else for good.

After getting pinhole leaks in copper pipes every few years, we decided to do a whole house repipe with PEX in Dec 2022 and were very pleased with our experience at Simpex. Everyone that we worked with, including Phu, Dante, and Edgar, were easy to talk to, knowledgeable, and professional. For our size house (~1320 sq ft), they finished repiping in half a day. This includes changing out all the copper with PEX, replacing the angle stops at every outlet, redo-ing the main + pressure regulator, installing a new hose bib, ice maker line, and adding a whole water filtration unit. And the second day was to patch the minimal drywall and stucco cuts. The team covered up everything with plastic at the beginning of each day, walked us through everything that they were going to do, and cleaned up at the end. The workmanship of both the repiping and patching were great. My other contractors complimented on how well the main inlet pipe was made (photo attached). Overall, we're very pleased with the work and service from Simpex. Highly recommended.

Trevor service our dental office to change our the Flange in our toilet bc we had new floorings put in. Very thorough and professional. We had a 8am appt but he called to say they overbooked him so he didn't make it til 12 noon. Luckily I had work to do in the office so didn't mind the extra 4 hrs I had to wait. But once he showed up, work was done professionally & in a timely matter. We got a few other quotes for the Flange change and most other companies charge similar in prices or a bit more but doesn't seem as knowledgeable as Trevor.

I am really glad we chose SIMPEX for our re-pipe in July 2022. Four months later and I am still a very happy customer. I have no regrets! The value and service is excellent. The company is very professional and offers a great warranty. They were willing to get permits and the city inspector said that Simpex did above and beyond what was required in the re-pipe process. The whole re-pipe was done in one day and the next day the drywall and patching was completed. I had very little time without water. This is a huge plus when you are doing a re-pipe.

Dante, the sales rep, came to our home on time and offered us many options. I had a lot of questions regarding keeping our fairly new water heater vs. purchasing a tankless and whether we should get a recirculation pump to get hot water faster. Dante answered everything thoroughly and professionally. He was not trying to upsell me, instead he gave me honest advice and I chose to do the whole house repipe with the Uponor Pex and a Halo water filtration system, and change three shower valves in my bathrooms, while keeping my almost new water heater. This was just right for my family and my home.

The pipes are so quiet now. I have excellent water pressure. The hot water is hot right away. (I didn't go with the recirculation pump, Dante was right, we didn't need it). The Halo water filtration system is excellent. We now have clean drinking and washing water with a significant reduction in scale and it is maintenance free.

As you can see, I am a detailed person, I did my research and interviewed several local plumbers and asked neighbors who had re-piped. I got several quotes, all were much higher priced than Simpex and the other companies were unable to complete the job in one day. Tanya, in the office, was always pleasant and helpful with scheduling and pricing. At one point I even spoke with the owner, Brian who answered all my questions regarding my shower valves and risers thoroughly. Lastly, Joseph helped us finalize all the details and we didn't pay until we were completely satisfied.

If you are looking to re-pipe with a hassle free experience. This is a excellent company to work with.

When we discovered that we had and localized a slab leak we decided we wanted one company to repair the leak and also the large opening drilled into our stucco to repipe and repair the leak.

Our local plumber said they would hammer out the stucco and repair the leak, but would not be responsible for the damage to our stucco and we would have to get someone else to repair it.

Trevor, thankfully sent by Simpex, said he would neatly cut out the minimal stucco needed to access and repair the leak. Afterwards, their experienced repair crew would put it back together as good as new.

Trevor did not disappoint. His work repairing the leak was quick and clean, followed by their excellent repair crew. We were amazed at the quality of the two repairs, both the leaky pipe and the stucco, and for a very fair price. They also gave us a reasonable estimate for a repipe if that was needed after they pressure tested the system.

Hopefully that will never be needed! However if it is, our first call will be to Trevor at Simpex. Excellent hardly describes his work and theirs!!

Happy we chose Simpex Repipe!!!!

We weren't thrilled that we had to repipe our entire home but IT WAS TIME after three pipe leaks! So sick of the repairs and fans blowing after these leaks.

We called Brian at Simpex Repipe and glad we did!!! They were like a SWAT team... highly efficient in what they do.

They were professional and sensitive in covering our furniture and did a clean job of making the holes, running the pex piping and then drywall patching. Nicolas the drywall guy really did an amazing job with drywall patching. We couldn't even tell where they made the holes!

We were surprised how quickly and efficiently they did the job!

STOP shopping for a Repipe company and call Simpex. We had a leak in our attic so I began researching for repiping companies. Brian from Simpex was very responsive and came out the next day. Brian was laid back, but explained every step of the process. He didn't brag about how good his company was. I had 6 companies come out to give estimates, and 5 repeatedly told me they were the best. Two of the companies gave us a list of their clients, and after looking them over, they were identical! Needless to say, we went with Simpex. Joseph called and coordinated all the times and paperwork for our job. The crew that came out were on time and they covered everything with plastic from floor to ceiling. They explained everything they were going to do and started immediately. The job looked great and was done quickly. It passed city inspection and the next day the patching was completed. Making an appointment was very easy and they were able to come out just 2 days after my call. Trevor came out to the house to fix the leak under our kitchen faucet. He was on time, friendly, and very professional. He estimated the work and provided two quotes: one for the bare minimum amount of work (following my request) and the other with some recommendations based on his review of the current set up (he noticed how rusty the other connections were). He completed the work very quickly and even helped with tightening a separate loose line to be safe.

The price was more than fair. The work seems to be spot on (no issues yet). All in all I feel very pleased with how everything took place and I now have peace of mind reaching out to Simpex for any future needs that may arise.

Brian answered my inquiry with a call and scheduled Alex to come out and give me an estimate the same day. Alex came and evaluated the problem and gave us a very reasonable price to fix the issue. We had another project that he immediately took care of which was also at a reasonable price. Both gentlemen were very professional and addressed the problem. Alex even provided recommendations on another issue we found with our water pressure. He provided simple and clear explanations on what he was doing and how to work a device attached to our water heater. I have had three other estimates prior to Simpex and I was impressed with their honest and fair pricing in addition to how clean and thorough the job was completed. Brian responded back with a fair pricing on repair/replacement of our water pressure regulator that we also had Alex address. I had a slab leak about a month ago. I called out a big plumbing company who did a great job capping off the line but they then told me it would be about a month before they could do the repipe on my house and it would take 8 days to repipe the whole house. I went to Yelp looking for a better option and I came across SIMPEX Repipe & Plumbing. Dante came out and asked a lot of questions and walked the whole house with me (while wearing a mask) and drafted a quote on the spot. The pricing was very competitive (much lower than the first quote I received) and his quote included dry wall patch work which the first quote did not include. The clincher was that he said that he would send a whole team and would finish the repipe in just 1 day instead of 8 and 1 day for dry wall. In just one day they repiped the whole house and installed a new Halo 5 filtration system and a new water heater. I was skeptical on the quality of dry wall patching but they did a fantastic job and matched the textures of the existing walls and ceiling perfectly. I was blown away by the speed and quality of the work they did. Dante and Joseph were great at communicating every step of the way. It was a great experience and I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of repiping work.

We should have hired Simpex right from the start, but we thought there must surely be a cheaper, cleaner, easier way of dealing with our slab leak. There was not. We sank $2,500 into other plumbers who promised us that they would be able to find the manifold and isolate the leaking line and then just replacing the one. After 3 days and a dozen holes throughout the house and still no magical manifold to be found, we relented and hired Simpex. Fernando and Dante were very understanding and provided a quote that proved to be the final price.

Their 7-man crew was able to repipe a 3-story house in about 8 hours, and that includes taking an hour or so to lay down and hang plastic throughout the house in order to minimize the dust and mess. It was still dusty, and everything was still a mess, but much less so than it otherwise would have been.

The following day the 4-man patching crew arrived and was able to fix all of the holes and make them ready for paint in about 10 hours, which just amazed me. We must have had 75 holes of various sizes throughout the house, but the crew was able to work quickly and quietly all day in order to get the job done. They also did a wonderful job on the exterior stucco of our house, putting down the same smooth finish as before.

Brian and his team are very professional. They repiped my 2000 sq. ft house in one (1) day. There was no issue. They repatched the stucco and dry wall in two (2) days. They cleaned up the floors and areas of work very well. They also checked for leaks before they left. The Halo 5 system that I purchased from Simpex is worth every penny. My house water is now clean and refreshing.

They are efficient, fast, clean and honest.
My house was built in 1978. Slab-leak started about 7 years ago
and two more times every 2,3 years spending $2,000-$3,000 each time.
When I saw the 4th leak, I figured it would be cheaper to repipe. Brian, the owner, came right away, took a look and gave me his estimate that was much lower than other two contractors, so I signed. The first day, 7 workers showed up earlier than the time, moved furnitures, covered with plastic protection. Seven workers worked at 7 different places simultaneously and it was done in one day. They cleaned up so we could use the rooms and water. The next day, 6 workers showed up, patched up holes cleaned up and left by 4pm. I have never seen people work so efficiently and clean. I am very happy and would highly recommend them.

I did a LOT of research before choosing Simpex to do our repipe. I can now say, without a single doubt, that choosing them was one of the best decisions I've made. The company is quite simply outstanding in every way. I wish I could give them 10 stars as they deserve it. I only wish every company I deal with could provide such excellent customer service and take such pride in the job they do. They go above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly. They also walk you though the process, so you know what to expect each day. Their crews showed up on time each day, worked hard and to a high level too. Simpex did a great job re-piping our 2-story, 3 bath house. They started on time, took the time to carefully protect floors and furniture, and the water was turned back on by 5 pm that day. They of course took care of the city permit and the appointment for the inspector (which was first thing on day 2). The job included patching and texturing A LOT of holes in the walls and ceilings (plus some stucco), and they did a great job on all of that on day 3. That was a huge job but the team worked until 9 pm on a Saturday to get it all done. I decided to save money by painting myself, and the quality of their patching and texturing was apparent after everything was painted (can't tell where the cutouts were). I went with Simpex because they did a good job on my friend's house and because their price was very reasonable (and they give a lifetime warranty). Needless to say, I highly recommend them.

Nothing could have been worse than having a slab leak in the middle of the Corona Virus lockdown, but it happened. We hired Brian's team at Simpex and they did the re-pipe in about 8 hours the first day and all the drywall patching in about 10 hours the following day.

We couldn't have been happier with their work (now that it is done), being double quarantined during the work definitely sucked, it's over and they did a great job! Very happy with the work.

Best part is their service was roughly 25%-30% less than the other 5 bids we received.

At the very least, let them bid your re-pipe job and I'm sure you'll see the savings and hire them!

I highly recommend Simpex plumbing. I have had several plumber work at my house, but Simpex is the best.
I had a leak in a shower head, on a holiday weekend, 2 other plumbers told us we needed to wait a week for an appointment.
I called Brian and spoke to areal person and she relayed my call to Brian.
Trevor came the next day, put in a new cartridge which did not fix it. He shut the water off and came back with a new part and bingo, the leak stopped!
Trevor did some other maintenance work, installing new faucets etc. Five star service, don't waster your time with other plumbers. Rates were reasonable too!

The service was great. Arrived when they said, fixed the issue quickly and efficiently and Ulysses was very knowledgeable. I would hire him as an independent plumber again in a second. The reason I'm only giving 2 stars is because I felt the price was excessive. The job literally took 15-20 mins to retrieve a Dixie cup my daughter had flushed down the toilet...the charge - $385. He said he had to remove the toilet to access it so I was expecting a lengthy job but it was very fast. For a job that required no supplies and little time/labor, felt very expensive. In the future I would hire them for a big job, but if you have something simple, try to find a handyman.

Don't look any further for a company that repipes! Our house, built in the early 80's, had its third pipe leak in August of last year and we decided this was the number to stop. Brian and his company, Simpex, were recommended to us. We had also had quotes from 9 other companies. We have custom plaster on our walls and ceilings downstairs and wanted to bypass these if possible. The other companies either didn't want to deal with it or weren't sure if they could. Brian came to give us a quote and explained and assured us that it could be done. He even went so far as to go and pick up his lead guy on another job, and bring him to our house to make sure! This really mattered to us, as we have had many contractors who have done no shows, or have not done what was expected or agreed upon. The price quoted was competitive also.
The start day the crew showed up to our house on time and completed our repipe, 2880 sq. foot hours with 3 baths, in about 7 hours, before quoted finish time, with about half the number of holes that other companies had quoted. The next day was the inspection, scheduling was taken care of by Joseph, and right after inspection the patching was started and completed. All of our custom plaster was bypassed! When all was finished there were a couple of minor adjustments needed, and Brian took care of these immediately!
Brian and his crew are exceptionally professional! I will definitely recommend Simpex to everybody I know that needs to repipe! Don't bother with the many others out there.

Brian and him team did a fantastic job on my house in Diamond Bar. Before the job started, he walked me through the re-piping processes, pointed out the potential problem areas before he opened the walls, and gave me a great quote for the work. When the work began, we found that the existing copper pipe to the kitchen island T'ed off to the second bathroom. He recommended me to break the concrete to cap it off. At that point, he could have charged me an arm and a leg to correct the issue, but his prices were more than reasonable and got the job done quick. He was even able to install the laminate flooring seamlessly with the original flooring. My tenants are very happy with the work done and I would not hesitate to recommend him to others.

First let me say that I am very happy with my re-pipe, but this was almost a 3 Star rating caused by a bad attitude and a miscommunication about PEX -to-angle-stop. But it all ended well.

My re-pipe was not a result of any leaks. I was beginning a major remodel of my kitchen and flooring, and my home was 31 years old. My contractor suggested a re-piping to avoid any future issues, so I reluctantly followed his advice. I didn't want to spend another 10Gs (3500 sqft. home 3.5 baths) on top of my already costly project, but now that it's over, I feel better.

DAY 1: The first crew showed up and before any work started, I had a problem with one of the workers. Parking was limited because it was trash day and I asked him to park his car across the street, away from the congestion. He looked at me as if he wanted to hurt me so I told the foreman that I did not want him in my house. As a result, the entire crew left. Later I found out that they were almost all related. After several calls to the main office, the owner Brian called me and rescheduled a new install date and different crew. I have to say that everyone at the office were professional, and cared about making things right. I also later found out that most of the crews speak little to no English, and work 10-12-hour days. So, I gave them a pass, especially when the office personnel were as friendly and customer oriented as they were. I also give the worker a pass knowing now what his average work week is like.

FOLLOWING WEEK Day 1: The new crew shows up on time. Most all crews look to be Latino and speak little to no English with the exception of the foreman (Luis and his daughter Jennifer), who spoke excellent English. Remember the old saying, Do not judge a book by the cover? The second crew didn't look as professional as the first crew, but they did a great job. My wife and I left for most of the day, but I showed up periodically to see how things were going. I never saw the crew take a break. They are one of the hardest workers I have had at my house, and I am 70 years old, and have lived in my home since 1993. In other words, I've had a lot of different workers here and these guys were second to none when it came to working.
The plumbing and drywall install is a messy process and I don't know how anyone can not spend the night in a hotel or friends house the first day. Plastic is placed all over and drywall is cut in the walls and ceilings. My first thought was Oh sh*t, did we make a big mistake. After all, I have always believed in the rule, If it's not broke, don't fix it.

DAY 2: The drywall crew shows up. Again, don't judge the book by the cover. This crew looked intimidating. Old truck, lots of tattoos, but they worked from 8 am until 7 pm, and I never saw them take a break. Jose the foreman said he had very little English skills, but he had enough to get the job done. The crew was very accommodating when I asked for certain things like placing and removing plastic. Redoing a bath fixture that was off center, etc. The drywall work was so perfect that my neighbor could not see where any of the 25 holes were repaired in my garage. The drywall matched perfectly with the swiss coffee paint. I did not even need to repaint the garage ceiling or wall. It blended perfectly. I was amazed!

DAY 3: I noticed two spots that were missed by the drywallers. I made a call to the office and they had Luis and Jennifer come over and fix them to perfection. The customer service was great.
The only other thing that upset me was the fact that I am the guy who usually fixes things around the house like an occasional angle stop at the sinks and toilets. With the PEX -to-angle-stop configuration, I will now need to call a plumber. And we all know how much they charge! When Dante the estimator walked through my home giving me a bid, he may have mentioned this PEX -to-angle-stop, but it did not ring a bell. I thought that any and all PEX line would attach to the copper coming out at the wall; so, no problem. I was wrong! If you want the PEX to attach to the copper line at the wall, you need to tell Dante or whoever your estimator is. Otherwise, you may not be happy. I did Google this later on and decided that it did not warrant me dropping my 5-star rating. By the way, Dante was professional, knowledgeable, and responsive to our needs. He made a good first impression for Simpex.

CONCLUSION: I am glad that I went through the PEX -A re-piping ordeal with Simpex. My water pressure is better than before, and my hot water seems to get to my furthest water fixtures faster. The workmanship is excellent. Everyone from the owner, to the estimator, the office personnel, and work crew were very responsive to my needs and made this otherwise messy process a pleasure in the end. I would highly recommend Simpex. Their job bid came in at the middle of 3 total bids.

WOW!!! Best in the business. I had three projected I needed them to tackle: 1) Main sewer line repipe from my house, 2) Water softener discharge PVC repipe and 3) toilet replacement. Absolutely amazing. Communication was outstanding, scheduling was simple, and both team members had five star service. They went above and beyond. Super clean, very respectful of my family. They asked before they moved anything in the garage and went over the top cleaning the job site and even swept my garage out when down. Simpex repiped my house after I had 2 leaks from my copper piping. I interviewed about 5 different companies & decided on Simpex. All the companies promise to do about the same things & cost about the same except for 1 which was a lot higher.
The repipe crew showed up around 8am & worked till about 8:30pm. They managed to finish in 1 day as promised. Everyone was professional & respectful. They also changed out several bathroom sink & shower faucets that I bought myself. Edgar was the supervisor. They even came back a few days later to finish installing the new fixtures for me since they couldn't finish on the same day. The next day, the patching crew came & also finished patching. They worked till about 7pm. Majority of the drywall patching were great. I couldn't even tell the holes were there.
I wasn't too happy with my outside wall stucco patching. My walls have some texture but there was a lot more texture on the patches than the rest of the wall--drawing attention to the patchings. I didn't realize it until after the walls were repainted.
Just be aware that even though the house was sectioned off with plastic, floors covered in plastic, there's still a lot of drywall dust all over the house. Have a cleaning crew scheduled to come in immmediately afterwards. Since the whole process was finished in only 2 days, it was quite tolerable.

James was very kind, helpful, and informative in helping me resolve my water heater problem! He explained the issue of my water heater, why the problems were occurring, did a safety check for a gas leak, and remained COVID safe the whole time! It was really nice that he wore slippers over his shoes as he walked through the home and taped the wheels of his hand truck to not track dirt in and out of the house (which since most of his path was carpeted, was very much appreciated)! I really appreciate being squeezed into his schedule to get my water heater replaced, and as much as I don't want to have water/plumbing issues I will gladly be calling James for my future issues. Simplex did a great job with the repipe of my house. After having two slab leaks I had to make the decision to repipe my entire house. Simplex was not the cheapest or most expensive quote. Their Yelp review helped me make my decision to go with them. Their demo and installation crew (8) showed up early Friday morning and quickly began covering the garage and interior of the house with plastic and tape. I came home later in the day and was shocked they had fully repiped my entire house and left everything clean. The next morning the drywall crew (8) showed up on time and completed the job that day. The drywall crew did a great job matching up the texture so you are not able to see where the walls were cut. I was shocked Simples was able to finish the job in just two days. I am 100% satisfied with Simplex Repipe.

Called Simpex since we had a leak on our main water line to the house. So needed a plumber quick. I was put on hold for a second so they could secure someone and Simpex did!! James came out within 45 minutes and diagnosed the issue and started the repair. James was so customer friendly and has extensive knowledge. So it wasnt the oh let me see attitude. It was this is what we have to do. Didnt take James much time and the house had water again. James gave me some excellent suggestions also to solve possible future issues. Very very professional!!!! And again his knowledge was very excellent!!! So yes Simpex is a company I trust and will use again!! Just keep plumbers like James. This all was done on 12-9-2020. And James of course had a mask on and very safe during these times!!

All I can say is Simpex is AMAZING!!!! I would highly recommend them. After dealing with plumbers who couldn't find the leak and then wanting to charge me 15 - 20k (yes you read that right) to repipe my house, I came across Simpex. So easy from start to finish. They repiped my whole house in 1 day. Crew was very professional and polite. They covered almost every inch of my house so there would be no dust or dirt. They did the pipes on a Saturday and came out on a Monday to repatch the holes and that crew was amazing as well. I can't say enough good things about this company. As a matter of fact, I called them today because the water pressure seemed low and they sent a guy out right away. Dante, Joseph, Martha and their crews are the best. We called Simpex Repipe to install a pressure valve from our main and then had them come back to replace a leaking line of pipe to our sprinkler system as well. Moses did the work each time and was fantastic! He was very timely, very friendly, and let me know the status of the work as he was going. It really pains me to write this review as I always am looking for a business that I can give projects to for years to come. The plumber came to my house to replace 2 toilets. He gave me a price and I assumed that's what it costs as they know this market and I trusted they are reputable business with reasonable and fair prices.

Positive: The plumber did a good install, was courteous and left the job site clean.

Negative: About 10 minutes after the plumber finished the job and left my home, I got a quote from a competitor for OVER $1,000 LESS. I contacted Simpex with my concern and forwarded on the lower quote. Ultimately they offered to refund 10% which is insulting. I was ABOLUTELY ripped off. It was the same toilet and labor so we are comparing Apples to Apples. I asked to meet in the middle with a $500 refund, this way they still make good money and I get a more fair price. They refused.

Really short sighted thinking and no way to run a business. I was looking to have a go to plumber for future needs including a water softening system.

Called Simpex to come and repair a drain pipe leak on Thursday they scheduled a Friday pm appointment. at 3.00pm Ulysses arrived to check the leak. Amazing results. They came out same day and explained everything. They even replaced faucet upstairs added a water line to our atrium. They put in a pressure regulator so that we don't get that load bang when sprinklers turn on in old copper pipes. They started before 8:00 a.m. and were finished by 3:00. Have to admit I was shocked and upset at all the hole in walls and ceiling but the next morning they were here to dry wall and texturize walls. Our painter came to see the job and was really impressed at the repair and texturizing. He couldn't get over the quality of the matching of texture. Yes you will have to repaint but no one will be able to see you had any work done. Two days and the problem is fixed. Can't say enough about this company. They deserve 5 stars.

I don't have any relation or know any of these people. I was shopping around for a whole house repipe. The price was by far one of the better pricings. They closed off whatever part of my house they were gonna be working on. I have cameras all over the house and didn't have a single problem. The turn around time was also faster than expected. I'm still In awe over the whole situation. I tell people about the experience and they can't believe it. 3 days is all it took for them to repipe the whole house and have everything dry walled. If anyone I know ever needs a repipe I have no problem referring this company. Amazing.

I had a leak in the shower drain in my upstairs bathroom and it was coming through the ceiling downstairs. I called Simpex and Buddy came to give me a quote. He was very knowledgeable and professional, and he told me what I did and didn't need to have done. He ended up fixing the leak as well as replacing my old and decaying shower system. Look no further if you need to get your whole house repiped. I had the time to get 7 quotes from solely repiping companies to large plumbing companies. The attitudes and quotes varied widely with the large plumbing companies asking for more than double the price of the repiping companies. And it was obvious they really could care less if they did the job. Simpex owner, Brian Udo, was very quick to respond, knowledgeable, and very much wanted the business. The repiping team did an awesome job with prep work, covering, and taping. They made the best of what would be considered a dusty construction project. The work was completed in 4 days and the dry wall patches and texturing was outstanding. Could not even tell there were previously 75 large holes punched in my walls and ceilings. I highly recommend Simpex!

After deciding to do a full Repipe due to two slab leaks, I searched Yelp for a Repipe company. I received quotes from Simpex and Ameri-Cal Repipe as these were the only two companies able to provide me estimates in a timely manner on a weekend.

Although Ameri-Cal's quote was lower by $600, I decided to go with Simpex because of their ability to start the job sooner. Since both companies rate well with customers, I decided to go this route.

The estimate process and scheduling with the sales rep was smooth and he was very thorough with explaining the process and what to expect on my end. The Repipe would occur on day 1 and the patchwork, drywall, and stucco repair would occur on day 2.

Six crew members were sent for the Repipe on day 1. The crew set up protection for the floors, walls, and furniture was moved to give space to work. The house was complete chaos and there were tons of holes in the ceiling and walls. Work started at 8am and finished by 10pm. Our house has metal framing, therefore took about 4 hours longer to complete than a typical wood framed house.. but the Repipe was completed that day as promised!

The following day, four crew members showed up to do the drywall and stucco repair. They were diligent, courteous, and thorough. Work was completed by 5pm. This crew did a fantastic job with their patchwork! Once we did the painting afterwards we couldn't tell the holes were even made.

I had some minor water dripping from a wall valve, notified Simpex, and they sent a plumber the following day to repair.

The drywall crew's van accidentally broke a sprinkler pipe under the front yard grass. Called Simpex and they had another crew come out the next day to repair.

Overall excellent work and service from this company. I highly recommend them for your Repipe project!

A great company isn't one that doesn't make mistakes - honest mistakes can happen. I've been working with numerous workers in the past two months - various plumbers, flooring, tile, electrical, crown Moulding, cabinetry etc. Expecting a remodel to go smoothly is asking to be disappointed. Stuff happens. I'll see if I can post a picture of something they mixed up and but then fixed to my satisfaction, it's a pic of my own pressure regulator they re-installed.

A great company is one that - when a mistake is made - immediately recognizes it and then works to rectify it. No excuses, no turfing the issue to someone else. We had a hiccup or two when Simpex came to repipe my house that had 5.5 baths.

Brian Udo, the business owner, immediately got involved, met me at the house, and gave me his card and mobile phone number. His attitude was that they'll do whatever it is to fix it. They uncovered an issue - a leak - that was not related to their piping job, but they went ahead and fixed it and didn't charge me extra.

In the middle of their repipe when the pipes were in and walls were still open, I had another plumber that I've known from before swing by and take a look at their work to let me know if all was okay. He said that their work was better than his own and that he would not have been able to match their price.

Without mentioning names, I also got a bid from the Other big repiping company in Orange County. You should also get a bid from them. They were more expensive, and their Yelp reviews have a lot more negative ones.

Simpex was able to complete the job within their original estimated time frame of 3.5 days including inspection by the City.

The working is just wrapping today and I am confident that if there are any issues, Brian, Phil, Trevor, and their staff will take care if it.

We had a disaster at our home during COVID-19. A pipe leaked only to realize we have cheap pipes. They came and repiped the home in two days. You could not tell that they even were there! Highly recommend.

Simpex is one of those companies you want to add as your A-team house support. We had called more than three plumbing companies for house repiping to get estimates as well as askes technical questions. Most places who were able to answer the questions I asked (use pex-a piping, does not use shark bites when connecting pex-a components, is able to drywall/cover all furniture when working, quick turn around time, etc) had asked for more than double what Simpex was asking for. Brian came in and was very honest. He didn't try to upsell me a water heater, or water filtration system like the other companies. He looked at my house and told me exactly what I needed and understood our situation

When the work started Simpex came in with 8-10 people on the first day to meet their time requirements and finished around 5 pm. Came at the time they stated and left at the time stated.

On the the 2nd day the city inspector stopped by and was very impressed with their work. He had mentioned it's not required for plumbing companies to insulate the cold water lines so they went above and beyond as well as added a recirculation hot water line for us.

On day 3 they had finished drywall exactly as planned. House was cleaner than we had left it after they were done. Drywall was done so well we had a hard time identifying where they had opened up the wall.

This process was very smooth and we appreciate everything Simpex was able to do for us. I look forward to working with them again in the future and have recommended them to all my friends and family.

Wanted the leaks to stop, only solution is repipe. Got 3 bids, Simpex was in the middle. The decision was easy both my neighbors here in The Reserve, San Clemente had used Simpex and both gave them two thumbs up.
lets face it, this is a messy job with long work days for the crew(normal to think this is not going to work out) so the best thing to do is leave and plan on coming home around 5. The men make every effort to minimize the collateral mess on both the plumbing and patching even so expect to do a whole house clean. We spent the first night in a motel, the second night the water was back on and possible to function upstairs.
Had to make a couple of calls to the office with minor concerns that seemed important at the time but the workmen would have solved the problems if I had waited for them to finish. Brian, owner and Joseph, GM, were very kind and understanding, 5 stars to each.
When they were finished Simpex had done all promised work, needless to say I was very relieved. My neighbors recommendations were spot on.

Dreaded calling a plumber, but bit the bullet and got 6 bids on my small job. The bids were all over the place, but Simpex (Buddy) came out the next day for a free estimate. He was on time, extremely personable, and undercut all the other bids. Gave me a price and immediately got on with the job. Who would have known Next Door app had another use- other than people venting about BS things. A homeowner recommended Simpex on a thread, even though I already gathered 3 quotes -I decided to look this company up, GLAD I did! PRICED much lower than other companies & work is warrantied. We hired Simpex to repipe our home. The repipe guys showed up early, went right to work, were highly professional and efficient. When they left, other than the gaping holes in our walls and ceilings, you couldn't tell they were even there. They left the place spotless. After the salesman bragged repeatedly about how great the patchers/drywall repair guys were, we were excited based on how well the repipe guys did.

And then it went straight downhill. The patchers showed up, were rude, unfriendly, and unprofessional. Even though they had plastic and tarps everywhere, the mess they made was insane. We had to have them back 3 times because of how badly they screwed up the texture in one of our bathrooms. It never got fixed properly. And you can clearly see where they patched our walls, especially on our living room ceiling.

In addition, literally months later, we're still finding drywall patch overspray and residue throughout the house. This is after we spent $200 on a cleaning crew to come in and clean up the mess they left, and $500 to clean brand new carpets that somehow got a sticky residue on them, even though they layed tarps down. The tarps had to be filthy.

Bottom line, the repipe guys were great and the plumbing works perfectly. The drywall/patch guys were horrible and left a lot to be desired. Cannot recommend.

The fact that you are trying to justify the criminal act of vandalism caused by your employees only proves how pathetic your business is. All you have to look at is the screen window leaning up against the wall. It stayed that way up until your foreman intentionally broke it. Perhaps your phony plumber James lied to you by not explaining to you that I was looking out my upstairs bedroom window when I SAW YOUR FOREMAN PICK UP THE SCREEN AND INTENTIONALLY BREAK IT.

Keep justifying your criminal acts. I should've just called the police and had all of you arrested for vandalism but your foreman ran towards the truck right after breaking it.

Work with James from your company (whom is a great asset) gave me an estimate on replacing my old tub/shower combination. Thank you for quick response and fixing the leak so quickly. My tenants told us there are some leak issues on the hardwood floors on Sunday. On Monday Simpex technician, Joel come and capped the leaking pipe on the opposite side (living room bar cabinet) of the bathroom. Simpex turned what was the most stressful part of my home remodel into the best money that I've spent thus far. I had 3-4 quotes for a full house repipe and surprisingly (because of their incredible reviews), Simpex actually ended up being the cheapest. They shut down my water at 8am and had me back up and running by 1:30pm (in a 3,000 sq ft house!) including a new water heater since I had a couple extra bucks in the budget. Day 2 was city inspection then day 3 they had all of the holes patched up and textured beautifully. My water pressure has essentially doubled and gets hot much faster. Highly recommend these guys!

This is the first time I've ever had to call a plumber. Our kitchen sink had a clog. We tried for 3 days to fix it ourselves with snakes and drain cleaners but it just wouldn't give. Finally I gave up and came to yelp for help. I sent the top four plumbers a message, these guy responded right away. They said they would send someone out to do an estimate for free. First of all shout out to Jessica in the office! She is so nice and great at her job which can not be easy! Secondly shout out to Moses! He showed up, looked at the problem said let me try something if it works it's $150, if it doesn't work no payment needed. Mind you at this point they have taking the time to come to our house with no money down, and if they can't help us they're not going to charge us! I almost couldn't believe it. A lot of the other quotes I got charged 165 just to come out and look at the problem. So he goes and gets his magic machine and 20 minutes later the problem is fixed. I can do dishes again! you have no idea how hard it is not to have a kitchen sink. Moses was a life safer! When I asked how to pay, he said just call the office and they'll take care of it. It's crazy a lot of the places that I called wanted payment up front before they even step foot in my house and this nice guy just says call the office. You better believe I will be telling all my friends and family to use these guys for all their plumbing needs. And when I did call the office to pay who did I get again? The amazing Jessica! Amazing job!! They repiped my house in 1 day! My house is a fair size with 3.5 bathrooms. Day 2 the drywall crew came and patched all the holes and it was done. I haven't painted my kitchen ceiling yet, and you cannot tell there were holes at all. One bathroom had wallpaper and expected I'd need to re-wallpaper, but they were so careful with the holes, you can't tell. I couldn't be happier. The price was more than reasonable. Had I known how well this would go, would have done much sooner. Highly recommend.

Simpex is excellent at PEX repiping. After a major water accident damaged our wood floor, we decided to bite the bullet and have our 3500 sf home repiped. We obtained quotes from three well-reviewed companies. At the end of that process, we checked with Simpex about the specifics of what was included in their quote (for example, a recirculating line to go with the tankless water heater we bought from Simpex). We decided to go with Simpex based on their price and their reviews. Now, two months later, we love our water pressure and instant heat. Showers are powerful. The hot water reaches the furthest corner of our upstairs almost instantaneously. Water from our kitchen reverse osmosis faucet is powerful. We paid the price for repiping to prevent future water accidents, but an unexpected benefit is the improvement in our quality of life (I have to repeat, we really love the powerful water and instant heat in all our showers, upstairs and downstairs).

The repiping process is not pleasant. The first team cuts many holes in the walls, and dust is flying. The second team replaces and textures the drywall holes. (We actually had a quote from one company that was the same as our other quotes, but did NOT include drywall repair, which is very expensive. Be sure you go with a company that includes drywall in their estimate.) The Simpex repipe and drywall teams were both excellent. They were efficient, clean, and courteous. They completely protected our home with plastic and tarps, and cleaned up everything when they left.

We had a few hiccups during the process, which were quickly resolved. Simpex customer service is excellent. Their office manager responds quickly. We highly recommend this company.

Recently contacted Simpex for a quote to Repipe my house with PEX. When I called in, I spoke with Joseph, he took my information and said he'd have Brian Udo (owner) call me back to set up a time for a quote. Within about 10 minutes Brian was calling me, he was available the next day for a quote. Brian was at my door (on time), we walked around and he explained the whole process and how it was going to work from start to finish. Once he finished going over the whole process, I had pre-made a list of questions to ask, Brian completely explained everything in detail and made me feel comfortable. He gave me the quote right then and there. His price was not the lowest, but all the quotes we had were within a few hundred dollars (except for 2 which were ridiculously high)
Actually his price was just a bit higher because we had a few extra requests. We have a water softener and wanted it moved to a different location in the garage, we also had them hard pipe from the main to the hose bibs in the back yard (due to not wanting water softener water to connect to hose bibs cause softener is salt based and will kill your plants) and lastly we wanted all new faucets and shower trims in the whole house. Brian said this was not a problem at all, and his price was not much higher to include all these requests as opposed to other quotes that didn't include these requests. I immediately called my wife after Brian left, and told her Simpex was the way to go! Our main reasons for choosing Simpex: Competitive price, Ability to do right away, The friendliness and helpfulness of their whole staff, permit process, THEY DO DRYWALL REPAIR IN HOUSE! (No sub)
The day of the job, the crew showed up right on time, and Edgar (job foreman I think) was super friendly and explained again what was going to happen that day. The crew started at 7:30am covering everything in the house, furniture, the floors areas where they were not going to be working etc. There was quite a few guys I'd say 6-8 or so. They were just go-go-go, not in a frantic pace, but more like a well oiled machine! It took an hour to prep the house then they got to it, they were cutting open walls inside and out. I checked in on them every hour or so, just wanting to see the progress, and wow! There were guys all over the house, inside, outside, and in the attic, they were just running the PEX all over the place. A few times there were minor issues where Edgar came to me and inquired what I wanted to do, he never rushed me or anything, allowed me to call my wife and go over the issues with her. None of the issues were because of Simpex, it was issues that were ours, they just wanted to be sure they gave us the options on solutions and allow us to determine which route we were going to take moving forward. All the issues were simple but loved how they were patient for answers. By 2:45 or so the whole house was done, and they were cleaning up. By 3:30 the crew was finished and our house was back in order. The next day Simpex set up the inspector to come out for permitting. Inspector showed up, and flat out said this is one of the best repipes I've seen then he went on to say he inspects a couple a day and that he felt positive these guys did a fantastic job.
Saturday the crew showed up to finish by patching up the drywall. Edgar also showed up to fix a couple things and look into repairing something (that wasn't due to Simpex). The drywall crew started in on the patching. The patching was perfect, the matching of the texture was perfect, and the cleanup was perfect. It was amazing to watch from start to finish, to have your house go from being clean, to looking like a tornado hit it, to clean again. Every moment was absolutely smooth. It's all due to the professionalism, the respect for our home, the friendliness of all the employees in which we spoke with in the office, to the crews on the job site. Every single step of the way was fully explained and we were never left in the dark about what was happening, and what was next. Brian was easy to approach and always always always answered his phone when I called. Doing any kind of work to your house can be extremely stressful and everyone at Simpex understand this, and they go way way way out of their way to accommodate and to make you feel like they are there for you, because they are. I would HIGHLY recommend Simpex if you're thinking about doing a Repipe. I usually am not one to write reviews and I rarely ever give a 5 star rating.

Quality of Re-piping work: 4/5. From what I saw, they did a good job.

Quality of Patch work: 3/5. The patch work left lots of dust in the house, don't know why they didn't require their team to vacuum after themselves. Because their business is so brisk, they seemed to rush through and didn't take the time to do a good job with reinstalling the dryer vent duct, which resulted in a small damage that needed to be fixed later.

Value: 5/5. You get great bang for your buck b/c their price includes patching. Since they are a repipe-focused business, they can complete the repipe effort all within one day (mine included only 2 bathrooms, hot water heater & water softener install, and water main line conversion). Loss of water for only 8 hours. You can't beat that with another smaller plumbing shop.

Service: 5/5. Dante and his team treated me with respect, were very responsive to my calls and emails and nearly bent over backwards to accommodate my requests relating to the hot water heater. Long story short, my case wasn't the easiest to deal with, but Dante and the front office patiently worked with me throughout the entire process and explained everything for me to be ready for the day of repipe. The patch team made a small mistake in damaging my dryer vent duct and they came back the next day to resolve the issue late into the night, after their long day. It's hard to please every customer in this business from beginning to end, and I strongly recommend them, if not just for their excellent customer service.

We live in one of those neighborhoods where there is a lot of repiping going on. After numerous pin hole leaks we decided it was time. We got several bids as well as recommendations from neighbors and we decided to go with Simpex. We were impressed with Brian's knowledge and the fact that this wasn't just some franchise business. His crews had worked together for years and came together again to work for Brian, who they had also worked with.
It is a messy proposition but they worked hard to mitigate the disruption.

We bought our house in 2010. Since purchasing it, every contractor we've hired has let us down. Kitchen remodeler, hardwood floor refinisher, pool re-plasterer and last but not least, the plumber who did our master bathroom shower remodel and capped and re-routed our FOUR slab leaks. All were top rated on Yelp and Angie's List.

After the fourth slab leak, we knew we needed a repipe and wanted to have a whole house filter installed to deal with the awful water quality in South Orange County. The plumbing company who did our reroutes and shower did a terrible job. The shower valve wasn't even strapped which caused it to leak! We knew we didn't want to use them. Unfortunately, said plumbing company is one of the highest rated ones on Yelp.

Enter Brian, Joseph and the entire Simpex crew. From the onset they were professional, knowledgeable, communicative and patient with all our questions and concerns. The crews showed up early and did stellar work. Our repipe was done in one day and the very next day the drywall and stucco was patched. All work was completed on time. All lines were strapped down and insulated. Stucco and drywall texturing looks great. They minimized the mess somewhat by protecting floors and furniture. The foremen for each of the days walked me through what was to be done and listened to all my questions/concerns. Simpex does not subcontract out anything. This means each job is completed by the same crews who are accustomed to working with one another six days a week. This translates to quality work in an efficient manner. The price for the entire project was very competitive.

Because of the trouble with our master shower, I decided last minute that I wanted an access panel put in outside on the stucco to access the shower valve. No problem. I made a quick trip to Home Depot, purchased the recommended panel and it was installed. The foreman also told me that the plastic panel the former plumber installed below where I wanted the new one installed was an interior panel! No wonder it is deteriorating so badly! Furthermore, the plastic panel was obviously hastily installed as the plumber was too lazy to properly patch the stucco. There is no apparent purpose for this panel as it is just hiding capped, dead, copper pipes that lead under the slab.

My wife and I get accused of being overly picky. We're not. We realize things can go sideways when walls are opened up. We DO expect to get what we contract and pay for though. Needless to say we will be using Simpex for all our future plumbing needs. We would highly recommend them to anyone who has had stereotypically horrible experiences with contractors. A whole house repipe is an extensive project. Simpex made it painless.

I received 4 estimates for a complete Pex Repipe for my home. Simpex was by far the best choice I made. During the walk through, they explained all areas of work to be done in my home, and how they would go about it. Their price was the best given the quality of work they completed. James came prepared; he wore a mask, and provided his own shoe coverings, and had all the tools and supplies already needed.
James himself was professional, yet also kind, and engaging. He is very knowledgeable, and was patient enough to answer all of my questions. He didn't upsell and was upfront with prices. He completed the job in a timely manner, and even cleaned up the bathrooms nicer than when he arrived.

We received an estimate from Simpex to work on two issues we were having with odors. We're renters and our landlord offered to mitigate the issue after her handyman was unable to fix it. When Trevor came out, I was skeptical of his diagnosis with one of the issues. I was concerned we would have convinced our landlord to reimburse us for the plumbing but if this wasn't a fix, we'd then be stuck with this bad odor. Trevor was really nice in reassuring me he was pretty positive he knew the issue and kindly tolerated my questioning him. Well I'm so glad I listened to him because both of the odors are completely gone and he handled this issue once and for all. I had received other estimates from a couple other companies and they offered a totally different solution that in hindsight, would not have been a fix at all! I found this company through my General Contractor. Amazing that they we're able to pass by my place the same day of my call to check some pipes and make a recommendation about the need for a leak detection test.
Jose was thorough and patiently explained what my options are which I really appreciated since my homeowners insurance, State Farm, has not been helpful. They're the worst homeowners insurance.

Simpex repipe is highly recommend. I had a leak from hell, and Trevor helped me to chase it down; and believe me that was no easy job.

He was quick on his feet, and thought out of the box for solutions. He identified multiple approaches to fixing the issue at hand, he explained them well to me and executed them one at a time until the source of the leak was found. Once the leak was found, it was smooth sailing.

He may have put four to five hours; for the price I paid, it was money well spent.

For sure I will keep you in mind for more work; stay tuned.

Had Simpex out a couple of weeks ago to install a new icemaker valve. Left a 5 star review. Last Saturday the faucet in the shower broke. Fortunately I was able to force the handle into the off position. Called Simpex and was told they don't make routine calls on Saturdays. The dispatcher asked me if he could call back within half and hour so he could check service tech availability. Luckily the were able to send someone out on Monday morning. Joel arrived at 11:30, quickly assessed the situation, got the part from his truck and had everything resolved in less than half and hour. Very professional, efficient and personable. Both Joel and Simpex get 5 stars from me again, second time in less than a month.

They didn't charge for the assessment & while I had a tough clog that impacted both sinks in the master bathroom, the total was $175.

James was great! He showed up in a mask, and was very honest with us about the steps he would take to find and fix our problem, which was a leak under our master bathroom sink. First, he cut into the wall under the sink, but then when he discovered the leak was lower, he had to cut through the stucco on the outside of the house. This was less expensive than having him run a scan of all the pipes to try to find the issue. He fixed the whole thing and cleaned up before the sun went down. We were very happy with the quality and efficiency of his work!

Simpex did a whole-house repipe of our 4 BR/2.5BA house in Laguna Niguel. The entire process starting with the initial quote to the final inspection went very smoothly with only a couple of small patches that were missed, and when I notified them, the crew came back the next day and fixed them within an hour. The price was competitive, and the workmanship was excellent including the PEX, exposed copper piping and valves, and interior / exterior patching and texturing. The crew did a great job cleaning up during and after the job. Scheduling was exactly as planned including inspections. I had not expected the job to be done so quickly and professionally. I got several bids by companies highly rated on Yelp, and I am glad to have chosen Simpex. I highly recommend Simpex for whole-house repiping.

Brian and his team at Simpex Repipe are amazing! We live in a house built in 1978 and the pipes were under the concrete slab. After a few leaks and patches over the years, we decided to abandon the underground pipes and run them in the walls. Brian came out, and after spending a considerable amount of time accessing our house, he walked us through our options and his recommendations. He was very professional, took his time explaining the scope of work, and by the end, we felt confident he can get the job done right.
During the drywall removal and discovery of how our pipes were ran, Brian and his team were able to trouble shoot some of the issues that came up. We were impressed with their knowledge and abilities. He also recommended putting in a recirculater for our master bath since he noticed the water had to go to our kitchen before it reaches our bath. We are so glad we did it. No more waiting around for water to heat up!
We would recommend Brian and his team. He is honest, professional, and trustworthy. Hopefully we won't have any other issues with our plumbing but if we did, we know who to call!

First let me say that I am very happy with my re-pipe, but this was almost a 3 Star rating caused by a bad attitude and a miscommunication about PEX -to-angle-stop. But it all ended well.

My re-pipe was not a result of any leaks. I was beginning a major remodel of my kitchen and flooring, and my home was 31 years old. My contractor suggested a re-piping to avoid any future issues, so I reluctantly followed his advice. I didn't want to spend another 10Gs (3500 sqft. home 3.5 baths) on top of my already costly project, but now that it's over, I feel better.

DAY 1: The first crew showed up and before any work started, I had a problem with one of the workers. Parking was limited because it was trash day and I asked him to park his car across the street, away from the congestion. He looked at me as if he wanted to hurt me so I told the foreman that I did not want him in my house. As a result, the entire crew left. Later I found out that they were almost all related. After several calls to the main office, the owner Brian called me and rescheduled a new install date and different crew. I have to say that everyone at the office were professional, and cared about making things right. I also later found out that most of the crews speak little to no English, and work 10-12-hour days. So, I gave them a pass, especially when the office personnel were as friendly and customer oriented as they were. I also give the worker a pass knowing now what his average work week is like.

FOLLOWING WEEK Day 1: The new crew shows up on time. Most all crews look to be Latino and speak little to no English with the exception of the foreman (Luis and his daughter Jennifer), who spoke excellent English. Remember the old saying, Do not judge a book by the cover? The second crew didn't look as professional as the first crew, but they did a great job. My wife and I left for most of the day, but I showed up periodically to see how things were going. I never saw the crew take a break. They are one of the hardest workers I have had at my house, and I am 70 years old, and have lived in my home since 1993. In other words, I've had a lot of different workers here and these guys were second to none when it came to working.
The plumbing and drywall install is a messy process and I don't know how anyone can not spend the night in a hotel or friends house the first day. Plastic is placed all over and drywall is cut in the walls and ceilings. My first thought was Oh sh*t, did we make a big mistake. After all, I have always believed in the rule, If it's not broke, don't fix it.

DAY 2: The drywall crew shows up. Again, don't judge the book by the cover. This crew looked intimidating. Old truck, lots of tattoos, but they worked from 8 am until 7 pm, and I never saw them take a break. Jose the foreman said he had very little English skills, but he had enough to get the job done. The crew was very accommodating when I asked for certain things like placing and removing plastic. Redoing a bath fixture that was off center, etc. The drywall work was so perfect that my neighbor could not see where any of the 25 holes were repaired in my garage. The drywall matched perfectly with the Swiss coffee paint. I did not even need to repaint the garage ceiling or wall. It blended perfectly. I was amazed!

DAY 3: I noticed two spots that were missed by the drywallers. I made a call to the office and they had Luis and Jennifer come over and fix them to perfection. The customer service was great.

The only other thing that upset me was the fact that I am that guy who usually fixes things around the house like an occasional angle stop at the sinks and toilets. With the PEX -to-angle-stop configuration, I will now need to call a plumber. And we all know how much they charge! When Dante the estimator walked through my home giving me a bid, he may have mentioned this PEX -to-angle-stop, but it did not ring a bell. I thought that any and all PEX line would attach to the copper coming out at the wall; so, no problem. I was wrong! If you want the PEX to attach to the copper line at the wall, you need to tell Dante or whoever your estimator is. Otherwise, you may not be happy. I did Google this later on and decided that it did not warrant me dropping my 5-star rating. By the way, Dante was professional, knowledgeable, and responsive to our needs. He made a good first impression for Simpex.

CONCLUSION: I am glad that I went through the PEX -A re-piping ordeal with Simpex. My water pressure is better than before, and my hot water seems to get to my furthest water fixtures faster. Everyone from the owner, to the estimator, the office personnel, and work crew were very responsive to my needs and made this otherwise messy process a pleasure in the end. I would highly recommend Simpex. Their job bid came in at the middle of 3 total bids.

Simpex Repipe repiped my entire home after we learned we had a foundation leak in our master bathroom. Rather than just re-route around the leaking pipe in the foundation, we decided to re-pipe everything out of the foundation.

Brian Udo, the owner of the company looked over our entire house, explained to us how they were going to repipe our home, what would be impacted and then gave us a very reasonable price.

The complete repiping involved one day of installing the new PEX pipes and a second day to patch all the holes made in the drywalls, ceilings and stucco.

At the end of each day, the crew did a great job of cleaning up everything. They vacuumed the floors so there was little to no dust on the floors.

The crew did a great job on our home. George, the foreman for the repiping and Brian, the person in charge for the patching crew, made sure I knew what was happening and went over everything that was done at the end of the day.

I also had some plumbing issue and Brian sent Trevor to address them. Trevor was outstanding and explained what the issues were and how he was going to fix them.

I can't say enough about Simpex Repipe. The quality of the work was excellent, the crews were great and the owner, Brian, was very responsive to my questions and concerns.

I highly recommend Simpex Repipe to anyone who has any plumbing issue. Simpex Repipe is very responsive, gives great customer service and very reasonable price for the quality of the work.

SO happy I went with Simpex!

We were having plumbing issues which led to water flooding our garage when we used the washer.

I found Simpex through Yelp and after reading all of the reviews I called in, the guy who picked up the phone was friendly. He said the plumber had a busy day and would call me back, I waited for an hour then called back- he said the plumber was all booked so I then called another company to book an appointment.

Two hours before my appointment I got a call from Trevor (Simpex plumber) letting me know that he finished his last appointment sooner than he planned and if I still needed any assistance. I'm all about energies and just from talking to him on the phone he sounded like a really nice guy. I asked when he could come by and he said 30 mins, I ended up cancelling my appointment and calling Trevor to come which I'm really happy I did!

Very friendly guy who knows what's he's doing. Our issue was worst than we thought, our pipes were really old, rusted and clogged- a general snaking wouldn't fix it. He gave us an estimate of how much it would cost to replace our piping and clear out the clogging which I thought was a great price considering all the time and labor. He came back the next day with the new pipes that were needed and installed a new outlet for us for future snaking needs.

After he was done he ran the water to let us see that everything is working properly and answered all of our questions, he even let me see our old pipes and explained to me why the build up happened. Super informative and friendly the entire process. I'm really glad it all worked out and I was able to have Trevor come by, we definitely found our new go to plumbing/piping company-man! :)

We did a complete Pex repipe with Simpex, and we are very happy with the results. There was good communication from the onset, and everything went smoothly. Dante provided the quote and explained everything well. The re-pipers did a good job, and the dry-wall team did, too. The pressure reducing valve is part of the package. The PEX pipes were Uponor Type A. In addition to the PEX re-pipe, we decided to get the water heater replaced with a new one. We highly recommend Simpex.

Rarely write reviews but Brian did such a good job I think Simpex deserves to be recommended. Summary below:

- Very professional in details, prompt responses and follow-up throughout the process.
- Very competitive pricing. I went thru a screening process where I had 5 companies off Yelp quote me on repiping our house. Simpex was one of the most competitive quotes and most thorough in the estimate and walk thru.
- Overall it took 3 days from start to finish. As described, first day was repiping the house, the second was for scheduling the inspector (which during COVID was just sending photos for approval) and third day was patching the holes and clean-up.
- They did a great job in all phases, left the house clean and the texture/patching work was very well done.

The main reason I give Simpex 5 stars is due to the customer service. In this process they replaced my old water heater. I had asked them for specifically for a 40,000 BTU water heater and noticed after they installed it that it was not the spec that we agreed on. When I asked them what was up, I half expected them to tell me the one they installed works just as good, etc. etc. Instead, they apologized for the error and Brian and his colleague came out the very next day and replaced the new water heater with the spec I had requested. No questions asked, owned up to the error and promptly got it replaced.

Bottom line is there are ton of companies out there on Yelp that do repiping, I went with Simpex after getting 5 companies come out and quote me. From my own personal experience, I highly recommend them based on their pricing, interactions and the job they did on the project.

I had a new water heater install and with the hot water pressure going through the pipes and our old piping (60 years old); we unfortunately had a major pipe leak. Water came up through the slab and my bedroom carpet, I wasn't happy. Simpex came through the rescue! I made an appointment with Brian (He's the owner) and walked me through my house and told me the process and I decided to give it a go. I just want to recognize the Simpex team for a great bidding process on our home. While I went with another repipe solution the bidding process was very positive. I was changing my flooring and noticed a bit of water coming up out of the slab. Trevor was the third plumber that came the next day to check it out and BY FAR the best. I am not exaggerating when I say that the first guy just wanted to rip up the slab to take a closer look, the second guy had his hands in his pocket the entire time and said that he needed to run a test that could cost over $1500 with no guarantee that they would find the root of the problem. Trevor came and was extremely thorough. He found the root of the problem and didn't have to destroy my house to do it. He was also very detailed and his work was clean. Simpex repiped our 2 story 2 bathroom home after we found a slab leak right in the middle of our downstairs. Didn't want to tear up the Travertine, so we went with A repipe with Pex pipe. The Simpex repiping crew was neat, covered everything with plastic, they moved what I didn't realize I had to move with a smile and arrived promptly as promised. The next day the Simpex patch guys came when promised. Patched, painted, sprayed even stuccoed around the new spigots. When I got home I couldn't tell where the holes were. I couldn't be happier.

I had a blockage in my yard drainage on both side, more than one contractor came out without being able to clear the blockage, then I called Simpex, Ulysses came on time promptly, was able to diagnose the issue correctly and then proceeded to clear one side then cleared then other side, absolutely professional and efficient, Ulysses also took care of a couple plumbing issues.

Repipe of my house started and was completed within four or five days early February, 2023. The repipe itself was only one day. Two different days for inspection (before closing up walls and stucco, and after). Everyone at Simpex are professionals and skilled in their line of work, from Sales (Dante), to plumbers, dry wall and stucco workers. Telephone calls were promptly responded to and extended to the right person. Very impressed with everyone. Cannot say enough good things about this company. Will work with them again in the future.

We did a complete pex repipe with Simpex and they were fantastic. Great work and reasonable pricing.
How it all happened:
Dante from Simpex came to the house, checked all water sources, then provided us with all the specifics of what would be done and answered all of our 1000 questions and provided the estimate, which was very fair.
We scheduled the repipe for the following Monday, we used the weekend to prep and remove all obstructions as instructed by Dante.
On Monday the repiping team came in at 8a, began their work, we left for the day, then they contacted us at 4:30p to let us know all was done and showed us and verified all water sources were working, showed us where all the holes in the drywall were.
On Tuesday at 8am the drywalling/patch team came in, patched and textured everything really well, you'd never notice a hole existed (except for the fact that it wasn't painted).
Note: None of the repipe companies I know provide the painting after the patching is done.
They were done by 3:30p and contacted us, showed us all their work, and cleaned up well after themselves.
All done in 2 days!
Both teams were very professional, efficient and did great work!
We are very happy with Simpex.

Everything about this repiping experience was impressive. Brian was professional, knowledgable, and helpful during our consultation. His quote for a whole house Pex repipe AND drain replacement was less than competitors' quotes that did not include drains! He even included installation of new shower fixtures and moving a kitchen sink.

The office staff worked with us to answer all of our questions and to reschedule our appointment when we realized the new sink we ordered would not arrive on time. Jessica in the office is the nicest person I've ever talked to on the phone. She helped me to feel confident and relaxed about the whole process.

Marco and his team arrived on time, repiped everything in one day, and had the water back on by dinner! They prepped the house well and thoroughly cleaned up after themselves before leaving. They carefully emptied a closet I had forgotten to clear and protected our belongings. The next day Nicolas's patching crew was equally focused and thorough. Both the drywall and stucco patching are indistinguishable from the walls.

After they left we noticed a tiny drip from a valve under the new kitchen sink. I called the office and Marco came out within hours and replaced the faulty valve in minutes. Then we realized we were losing hot water and we thought maybe our old water heater was shot. But we gave Simpex a call and Brian came over himself on a Sunday afternoon, lit our temperamental pilot light and made sure everything was working again.

I appreciate the peace of mind from knowing all of the pipes and drains in our house are under warranty with a company as trustworthy as Simpex. We definitely recommend them to anyone repiping!

Day 2, the patch and texture crew came in and did a great job matching some tough textures. I have no problem highly recommending Simpex. Consulted with their estimator Dante on a Wednesday, scheduled them on a Friday, had the repipe done the following Wednesday with the patch work being done on Friday. Repipe team was huge, they got our 2.5 bath 1900sqft done in a half day. Patch team was significantly smaller, took them a full 9 hours to complete. Both teams were courteous, professional, and mostly Hispanic. Both teams did great work and I am happy with the product. I wish the patch team had cleaned up a little better, but I get that these guys are used to painters coming in behind to do a final clean in the prep stage. Ultimately I would've liked not to have been left with a pile of fiberglass insulation in my garage and stucco runoff in my grass, but I can't knock the quality, speed, or availability of these guys. Oh and did I mention the price? Best quote I got out of three. 7/10 would recommend.
Staring to wish the repipe team had taken more time. Having to get some backsplash tile replaced that they cracked and glued back in place.

I would highly recommend Simpex for a repipe job.

Simpex provided the most inclusive quote for a repipe of our 2 story home. Other companies required me to take care of repairing the patchwork on my own or getting my own permits etc. Simpex took care of all the details except for repainting which I appreciated.

The repipe was done in a single day. I appreciate that the crew used lots of plastic to cover the floors and sealed off the work areas to keep the dust contained. The water was shut off for the whole day which was expected but a little inconvenient if you are working from home.
After the city inspection, they were out the following day to complete the patch repair. I was a little worried about fixing all the holes and matching the existing texture of the surrounding walls but they did an excellent job. Upon repainting you'd be hard pressed to even know work was done in that area.

I was very pleased with quality and timeliness of the work they did. One other point, during the quote they told me if I had any plans to change any of the faucets etc. that now would be a good time to do it. They even had options for shower fixtures if I decided to make the change. They also offered to install a new kitchen faucet at no charge if I provided one of my choice on the day of the job! I'm very glad I decided to upgrade a few of my fixtures during the repipe. It was definitely convenient! I would definitely recommend Simpex.

We had a slab leak so decided to do a whole house Pex repipe. Solicited 4 quotes from reputable companies and choose Simpex.

James the salesman was awesome and upfront. He was willing to work with us with installation of shower/sink valves. He is very personable and a good person.

When Martin and the repipe crew showed up they were done by 3PM and water was back on. Martin walked me through the work completed and how things were done. The next day Brian and the patch crew showed up early and worked till 5PM. Brian is also very nice and personable.

The repipe process sucks but I'm glad Simpex was there to get it done quick, efficiently, and at a super competitive price.

I called Simpex a few days after the repipe with a minor question and it was addressed promptly. I also emailed the company late on a Saturday and Brian the owner responded immediately. I was kinda surprised the owner responded so quickly late on a Saturday but I believe this is a commitment to their customer service.

Hiring plumbers is always scary and expensive but I will not hesitate to contact Simpex for my future plumbing needs.

TL;DR: Just have Simpex do the job. I got multiple quotes and they were the best.

The water company said I had a leak and I needed to fix it or get fined. They gave me 72 hours to find the leak and repair it. I pout out feelers and Simpex was the first to call. They said they could have someone come out and find the leak. The leak was easy to find as it was in the main line. They checked that the valve feeding the house was closed and the meter still kept spinning. Water Company said they fined me without any notice. Seriously, a major job like this and they want it done in 72 hours of notice. Can't even schedule someone to come out to take a look in 72 hours. Simpex gave me a quote to repair and of course I wanted different quotes for the job so I shopped around and got a few more quotes and not only was Simpex the best, it was all inclusive. What does that mean? All the companies I called said the same thing on what had to be done. The best way is to replace the copper pipe feeding house from the meter. I had some brush that needed to be cleared out so they can dig. One place said I would have to clear the brush myself and their quote was more than double. Simpex said they would take care of removing vegetation and would only remove what was needed. Other places said I had to get rid of the entire brush.
I immediately went ahead and signed the work order for them to come out to do the work. It took the entire day for them and I checked on Moses a few times and watched him work. I must say he is very meticulous about what he does. I suppose you have to be or they would have to come out again to fix whatever wasn't done properly.
I don't know about their other employees but if they are like Moses I would recommend Simpex to anyone looking to get plumbing done. I have some more plumbing projects and will definitely be calling again.

We just completed a whole house pex re-pipe in our two-story three-bathroom home. While these guys probably did a great job. I would not know what to compare it to having never done this before. Overall, this is a very very disruptive process. Your whole house will be taped off with plastic and you will not be able to use your bathroom facilities for one entire day. In addition, you will have limited to no access to your pantry and refrigerators. This should have been explained to us upfront in the sales process however it was not. So, a little disappointed in that. In addition, you will have 6 to 8 people in your home for one entire day and then several others for a few days doing the drywall and stucco repairs. We had over 60 holes in our walls all together. The plumbers created a couple of new leak areas with all the pounding and cutting that they tried to deny was their fault but I wasn't having it so the office and owner agreed to cover those. One glass top table was broken in the process and again they agreed to deduct the damage off the total which we were happy about. You can expect other little minor things to be damaged as well. In our case, the lights inside our main refrigerator don't work anymore and a laundry curtain rod was broken. While the actual work process does take about three business days the entire process takes about a week while You wait for the inspector to come three separate times and for things to dry out. In addition, you will have to move quite a bit of furniture around yourselves and take almost every picture off the wall. You will have to pay for the painting separately from your contract with Simpex. So, plan on spending another $1k to $2k on painting unless your a do it yourselfer. All in all, I would expect the total job out the door with the paining to run about $10,000. Certainly not something we wanted to have to go through but necessary out in Rancho Santa Margarita where they treat the water which destroys the copper piping.

Just had toilet repair done on this Sunday morning. Staff at Simpex repipe are being amazing. I requested a price estimate via Yelp on Friday afternoon and Joseph with Simpex contacted me within 10 mins for free on site price estimate. I'm surprised that they offered me Sunday morning appointment without premium charge! Plumber Moses showed up on time and finished the work efficiently and professionally. Brian and his team did a wonderful job with our repiping...including addressing a few specific needs to our house. He was kind to run the main water line in such a way as to allow us to get a water filtration system installed alongside the repipe.

The team was responsive and provided great communication throughout the process. The inspector passed us with flying colors and said everything was perfect.

The only minor issue we ran into was the evening the work was completed, our water pressure was unusually low. I called the office and Brian came out personally to address the issue (turns out the team simply forgot to set the regulator to the correct pressure after finishing). Kudos to Brian for coming out late in the evening to resolve immediately!

My husband saw the Simpex truck at one of our neighbors in our community and took a picture, so we could check their Yelp reviews, and further information, before choosing their company for our re-piping.
We had seen the Repipe 1 truck in our community several times, thus Simpex was new to us.
We decided to repipe and scheduled Repipe 1 and Simpex for the job estimate.

Office staff was friendly and responsive. Dante came in for the free estimate and I could tell he had done this many times. He was friendly and spent ample time to answer the many questions I had, and quote was reasonable.
Salvador and crew came for the repiping and again I could easily tell they were very experienced with this. All had masks and were professional and courteous. All the repiping (2800 sq ft Home) was done in a day and patching was done next day. Both work were neatly executed.

We had a complete repipe done at our house by Simpex. We had had several slab leaks over the years. Repiping is a major job. Simpex crew came in one day and did the repiping. They were there at 8 am, did a great job covering everything up then opening up walls and ceiling to do the repiping job. Our water was back on around 5 and they cleaned up everything very well. Day 2 inspector came to approve. Day 3 a different crew came to patch and make everything paint ready. They covered everything very well and did a great job patching up everything. Again, they did a good cleanup.

The repiping is a major effort and there will be dust and dirt. The simpex crews were hard working and pleasant. They really knew what they were doing and were efficient. We didn't have water for about 9 hours and other than that had complete use of all facilities.

The photos below show the effort involved, but don't worry it all gets patched up very well.

I usually don't write review, but had to make an exception for James Athens for Such professional and honest service I have received.

It was dreadful to find a leaking wet floor, and I started with another leak detector service. The result from that inspection was a potential drain leak, and I would need a camera scan. I called around for drain repair and came across Simpex.

James arrived and re-inspected the leak. To be honest, I was rolling my eyes internally because I thought it's just redundant. Glad that James was persistent and his years of experience led to the root cause at my fridge. James could go around the root cause and charge me with a large bill, but he did not do that. He inspected every corners around the leak until it led to the root cause.

James safe my day and my bank account too! Thank you so much for your expertise, your professionalism, and especially your honesty. I will sure recommend your business to my friends and families.

Overall would recommend Simpex. Responsive to come out for the initial estimate and explaining the work. Plumbers did great and completed in one day as promised. No issues of leaks in the past 3 months since installed.

However, my only issue is the drywallers they hired installed old drywall with mold. If I didn't stop by to check and tell them to replace it with a new/clean piece they would've installed the moldy drywall.

I don't like write reviews, but for Simpex, I like to write something.
After experience water damage in July, I decided to repipe whole house. I think I met the best company Simpex for my repipe project. They give me reasonable, affordable price, reasonable warranty, They provide me smoothly work flow, effective work out and best service.

I knew Joseph, Chris, Dante and many staff and workers during my project, they help me like angles. They are effective, professional, punctual friendly and honesty. I hope I could be friend of them after my project.

Dante visit my home, and give me very detail quotation, free installation with free mount and mount head. But I like handheld shower head, Joseph was so patient to me, sending email me with photo in order to help me to buy right head matching with the mount they will install for me.

They spend one day repipe, one day inspection and one day re-patch. After the first day for repipe, we can use water at once. They noted me the work flow in advance, no surprise to me. They are easy communication, no matter phone call or email, they respond me very quickly, address issue directly and clear it, never miss commitment.

They also help me repair drywall which was wet cause water damage. While they charge me reasonable and affordable price.

During whole project and the following extra project, my feeling to Simpex is reliable. A reliable company with many many reliable people.

November 2020: After interviewing 4 companies, we had them replace our home's original plumbing with PEX after we had a slab leak. They worked as teams, cutting the drywall and outside stucco, installing the PEX, then patching the holes. They were fast and efficient, and cleaned up after themselves. Their bid was very competitive, plus their license and insurance was in order - which was NOT always the case with the other 3 companies.

November 2021: We had a leak from our shower and got the runaround from our Home Warranty and their plumber. After a week of doing nothing, we called Simpex. (We didn't know if they did repairs as well as Repiping.) Their guys came out that afternoon, opened the wall to determine the problem, which was the copper line they had tied into a year ago. Even though this wasn't their work's failure, they came out the next day with the necessary parts and repaired it for us, at a fairly reasonable cost.

We would highly recommend them!

Simpex Repipe & Plumbing repiped our 1955 home as we were still using the original steel galvanized pipes that were 66 years old! Dante, their sales manager, was great. I had a million questions and he took the time to answer all of them and gave us our quote right away. Tanya, in the main office, was super communicative throughout the whole process and let us know what to expect and how to prepare. The repipe and patch teams were so nice, courteous, and clean. They ran a new copper line all the way to the meter, replaced our water heater, and repiped the entire house with PEX water lines. These guys are so fast. They started around 8:30am and were done by 4:00pm that same day! The patch team showed up the next day and beautifully patched up all the dry wall inside, and the stucco outside. Once we repaint it, you won't even know they were here. I would highly recommend them for your repipe and plumbing needs.

So a small section of the entry tiles into the house were warm when you stepped on them barefooted. Instantly knew there was a slab leak or something (house is 29 yrs old). Called plumber for consult. He suggested we call a Repipe company. Called 4 repipers. Brian the boss at Simpex gave us the best quote by far! He explained every little detail as to where I understood all that was going to happen and why. Brian also had the most personable & congenial personality of all the guys who came to the house. Day of full house repipe to start at 7am. The team was an hour late but it's ok as it was pouring rain and traffic sucked. Also there were 7 guys on the team...that compensated for the tardiness. Day 1 - The prep alone took almost a couple of hours due to their meticulousness in covering up everything (walls, furniture, etc) from ceiling to floor. Est time of completion was 7pm but to my family's relief the guys were done by 5:30p. Not bad for a 2800 sq ft home. Day 2 - Drywall patch up. To my dismay only 2 guys showed up to patch up the many many holes in the walls and ceilings. I asked the reason why and the lead worker said that most of of the team was at another home up the street who had 5 bathrooms which trumped my 4 bathrooms. Funny today but not then. So needless to say productivity was at a snail's crawl and not much got done that day. So I picked up the phone and told Brian and he promised the entire team would show up at 7am the next morning and be out by 1030a. The 6 man team kept that promise and I was very happy to enjoy a sunny, dry and normal weekend. I highly highly recommend Brian and Simpex. Oh and Brian even drove in from Irvine (that Fri afternoon) to check out his team's work. He knows his business!

I am a first time home buyer and the previous family had a handyman help around the house. Needless to say there are a lot of areas that need to be worked on by professionals. I noticed the line to my refrigerator was leaking and traced it back to a shotty job directly hooking up to my water heater. Fantastic Job!! We needed a whole house re-pipe and Simpex beat out our other estimates by a couple thousand dollars. They called and asked if they could start a day early which was great. The team came in prepped everything and cut the stucco where it was needed and re-piped all in one day. We were told the water would be off until about 4:30. They were done with the re-pipe by 1:30. Everything was cleaned up. The next day they came to patch the stucco. The team came in and they were done quickly. I came home from work and was amazed at the patching of the stucco. They did such a good job that the only way I could tell where they patched was because there was no paint in that area. They matched the wall texture perfectly. Simpex also gave us a senior discount and another discount for paying cash. My Husband has been telling the neighbors that if they need any plumbing or re-piping done they should go with Simpex. I hired Simpex Repipe to replace the plumbing in my condo after a leak developed in one of my pipes. I was very happy with the work performed. The drywall work was excellent and they helped me resolve an electrical issue that surfaced during the work by getting an electrician out to my place quickly to resolve it. My first experience with Simpex Repipe was for my parents house located in Azusa. They were out of the country when their house needed a repipe so I had to do the coordinating. My parents have had prior plumbing issues but of course they went with other companies and only decided to fix the one broken copper pipe. After multiple breaks, we finally convinced my dad he really needed to do a repipe. Brian with Simpex gave my parents options but recommended the much needed repipe as all their copper pipes were getting pinholes. Brian's team knocked out the repipe and patching in two days. The patching of the walls was phenomenal and can't even tell so many holes were made in the house. My parents were home when the actual repipe occurred but they were super impressed and really happy with the work and the team that came. My dad is a really tough critic and an impatient man but he was all smiles. Not only was the work done professionally and immediately, it was done at a fair and competitive price and I believe it included a warranty which my dad was thrilled about.
Simpex has also serviced our house in Diamond Bar. We found a few leaks and called Simpex right away. Simpex came out immediately to check it out. Luckily we didn't need a repipe but they quickly diagnosed and fixed our plumbing issue. Again...phenomenal patching work! I recommend Simpex to anyone that has plumbing issues.

Brian Udo came to our new home to give us the estimate on the pex re-pipe and he was very personable and took the time to show my husband around the house and explain everything that was going to be done. He gave us a very professional looking pamphlet to look through full of information about the product as well as copies of their license, insurance, warranty, and schedule of re-pipe process. Brian always expressed how grateful he was to have our business. Brian's team came out and got it done 2 days. 1 day for re-pipe and 1 day for patch work. The patchwork was smooth compared to the job done by the previous owner. I would highly recommend Simpex to anyone looking for a business that does both re-pipe and patch work.

We had a problem with our old garbage disposal and called Simpex due to its many five star ratings and we were most happy we did. Soon after contacting them a no cost no obligation appointment was set up and Trevor came by. He had a solution that would have kept the old disposal going in the short run for a minimal fee. We felt that due to the age of both the disposal and the pipes around it that it would be best to take care of things while Trevor was there. He then obtained what was needed and not too many hours later both the disposal and the pipes were replaced. We are most pleased with the service and that it was affordable as well. We would be happy to use this service again. (We also appreciated that Trevor was masked and wore special slippers to keep the place safe during these Pandemic times.) Phil

Our garbage disposal was rusted and needed a replacement. I was concerned having someone inside my house during this time but Trevor came with his mask and gloves on even brought his own booties when coming in. He was on time and got the work done quickly. Called Simplex for free consultation and scheduled me right away. JAMES was sent out today and first off he has great energy and positive attitude. Above all he has over 30 years experience and it showed as he quickly diagnosed my problem. He also explained it to me in layman terms and ensured I understood how my system works and was impacted. He also ran a couple test to show me that his diagnosis was correct.

I assisted my 80 year old parents in coordinating a water softener replacement project. Ulysses was the plumber who came to bid the job. He was prompt and professional and my parents liked him the best out of all the plumbers that they met with. Both him and the business owner Wu worked very closely with me in lieu of my parents to minimize stress for my elderly parents. Wu obtained the city permit for the job very quicky. From just a photo, Joel was able to identify the multiple types of pipes outside and knew where they went underground and through the house. I called Simpex based based on their 100% 5 star ratings in Yelp to repipe my house. From first contact with the office to completion of the project, everything was handled in a professional manner. Brian ( the owner) came to give me a quote. He gave me a very detailed explanation of what they would do. The quote was very reasonable. I had a few quotes from other companies some were way higher. I called Brian several times with questions. He always answered his phone. A few days before the work was to be started Joseph (I believe the manager) called to make sure I would be ready and said to call if I had any questions. I did have a small concern that he double checked and got back to me promptly with an answer. The day they started, plastic sheeting was put up around the rooms they were working in. There must of been 6 or 7 guys. They worked hard and fast. Everyone knew what they were doing. They cleaned up and took down the plastic each day. I was also impressed with the patching of the walls and ceiling. I have popcorn ceil and was worried that it wouldn't match but it looked really good except the old vs new part shows a different color.

Quick, clean and spotless. You can not even tell we had the house re-piped.

Brian was quick to respond, provided a reasonable quote and, most importantly, was able to get his guys out here a few days later. They spent one day re-piping the entire house and the next day patching. Literally, in just two days our entire house was re-piped with Pex and the patching job was so well done that you can not even tell where they put the holes. We even had them move hose valves to better areas and they did it all without a problem.

We were planning on more remodeling, including professional painters, so it all worked out perfectly. Simpex came in and had everything re-piped and patched in 2 days. Then the painters came and everything looks great. Water pressure is good, hot water heats up fast, and we now have peace of mind that we won't have to worry about slab leaks.

I highly recommend Simpex for anyone looking for Pex piping.

After a third slab leak in 3 years, I hired Simpex to repipe and install a new water heater in my 1970s built home. They did a great job. Within 24 hours of me calling, Brian provided me a quote. I received estimates from three companies. They were all within $500 of each other. However, Brian had some creative ways to route the PEX through the walls. And, they do not subcontract the patching. I liked that. The repiping was completed as Brian said - one day, followed by patching the holes on day two. Both crews laid down floor covering and hung plastic to reduce dust. Joseph who works in the office scheduled the city inspections. All went according to plan. So far the PEX product is an improvement over the old copper pipes. Hot water is delivered faster, I assume because the PEX hot water line is insulted and my flow rate seems better, too. I only have one small issue to report. The patch crew didn't use a commercial vacuum system for clean up. In conclusion, I am a real estate agent and I would not hesitate to recommend Brian and his crew at Simpex Repipe to my clients and anyone else. Again, they did a great job.

Office Manager: Martha is a pleasure to work with. During a very stressfull time, she is thorough and informative.

Sales: Dante is awesome! He is very knowledgeable and does not put any pressure on you. In actuality, he advises you to think about things thoroughly before deciding. He even answered the questions that we had after meeting with him.

Repipe Crew: GREAT!!! They completed the job within a day, as promised. They were professional and worked hard to do things right. They protected all our belongings and were careful not to damage anything.

Patch Crew: DIFFERENT STORY....they sent over 1 person. During the course of the day, we had to keep walking in and out of the house in order for him to work - otherwise, he was on his sitting down on his phone.

MONDAY: Repipe - arrived on time and water was on by 5:00, as they had anticipated.

TUESDAY: Inspection

WEDNESDAY: Phil came out to double check for leaks - this was on his own time and because he wanted to make sure the repipe was done correctly before we patched up. He was thorough and kind.

SATURDAY: Patch - only one person. He told us that more people would be coming to help and that they would be finished that day. Nobody else came. The job was not finished, so he told us that he would be coming on Sunday to finish.

SUNDAY: We waited all day. Nobody came and we weren't called to inform us that they were not coming.

MONDAY: Patcher did not come, so we called the office. We sent pictures over of the unfinished work. They were not aware that the patch was not completed. I was informed in the morning that the patchers would be back at 2:00 pm to finish.

Unfortunately, we did not watch the patcher like hawks, so we don't even know if he stuffed the insulation back in or took any shortcuts. :( Other the experience with the patcher, we were happy with the work done.

This past month I experienced my first slab leak in my home in Corona. I noticed my water bill was higher than usual. Not knowing what to do, I searched for a plumbing company online and called up Simpex Repipe. They had their plumber out the same day for leak detection and they didn't even charge me! They gave me a couple options to remedy the situation and we decided to bypass the leaking pipe. The same plumber was out the next day to do the work. He was very professional and informative about what he was doing. Hopefully this is the last leak, but I will definitely be going to Simpex for any plumbing needs in the future

Many aspects of the work that was done by Simpex Repipe and Plumbing deserve 5 Stars, however the one thing that really drags it down was Day Two, the patchwork.. Dante C. was great and very professional and informative. We immediately liked him and his being able to answer every question we had was appreciated. The office staff was also very good and attentive to every call I made. The installation day came and proceeded pretty much like I thought it would. Lots of holes in the ceilings and walls, but I was grateful that the crew was quick and able to get the PEX pulled throughout. They seemed to really work well together, as a team.. my big issue and what prevents me from granting a 5 Star review is the cleanup and Day Two patchwork.. average and lacking. I understood I would need to clean and be responsible for painting the repaired drywall, but it was disappointing that despite all of the plastic sheets they hung, drywall dust was everywhere. We spent a good three days dusting every surface that was covered in dust and then a second time just to clean the drywall residue.. I am attaching some pictures of the floors that will show what it looked like after one of the crew used a wet mop to clean up the dust.. may have been better off just letting me vacuum it first and then clean the flooring.. another part of the experience I felt was shoddy was the patchwork.. in some spots I noticed little threads hanging out from the drywall.. I couldn't pull on it because I quickly realized it was the patching mesh they used when covering the holes.. they used a texture spray on the drywall repairs that was well past what that of the texture on all other walls. This created large spots of over texturing that was obvious as you walk near the walls. Despite extra coats of paint, it would not cover up the over texturing that was done. Again, I was pleased with the install, but the patchwork and cleanup were what brought me to drop the rating to a 5 Star.
On a positive note, we are very pleased with the tankless water heater and conditioner that was installed. Hot water quickly and reduced waiting time. * Lastly, we also appreciate the company's responsiveness to fixing an issue with our guest bathroom plumbing (drain pipe) that may have become accidentally dislodged when the installers were underneath and connecting the water lines.

We have lived in this house for almost 33 years. Our gas never worked from the time we moved in.Over the years we had people come in to try and figure out what was wrong. All suggested we'd have to open a wall at least. This company spent more time listening for gas and checking the pipe. Had a slab leak and eventually decided to repipe the whole house.

1. Had 2 or 3 quotes, simpex's price is pretty fair compared to others
2. Work was done within two days as promised. No extra cost, paid what they said in contract.
3. They are very professional. Everything in the house is covered during the process. After they finished the job and cleaned up stuff, we could hardly tell there has been a project done there. Dry wall patch is very neat and clean, it looks good even without re-painting. I heard from my tenant that even my neighbors started to ask for their contact when they saw the quality of the work
4. Their plumber Buddy is very helpful and honest, after the repiping, he went back to my house to fix small issues for free
5. They provide lifetime warranty that is very reassuring. Hopefully I would never need to use the warranty

Aside from a 24hr delay in starting the job, Simpex was perfect. We had galvanized pipe replaced with PEX in a small home. The crews were professional, the PEX installation was clean, and the drywall and stucco repair was impeccable. The project manager and office staff were responsive and the price was very reasonable. The repipe was finished the 1st day (about 7 hours), we had working plumbing that same night. The stucco repair was complete on the 2nd day. The repipe included running a new line to a second structure on the property which required removing rows of pavers from a patio. While I'll have to arrange the paver repair separately, they did a fantastic job of removing the pavers without breaking them, and laying out the removed sand on a tarp along the line, making the repair much simpler. They left no mess, inside or out. I was very impressed. We haven't ever had the water pressure we have now, it's great! Nicely done.

These guys are amazing. I had a busted pipe gushing water everywhere and had to shut off the water to my house. I contacted Simpex Repipe and they responded right away. The owner Brian came in person along with one of his guys and they fixed the problem so I could have the water back on in my house again. It turns out that the previous person had installed something incorrectly, and they were able to diagnose the problem and take care of it right there and then. The next day another crew of 4 workers came and patched the holes - they also taped up the entire house and put cloth on the floor to protect the laminate. I needed a water heater installed as my old one was over 15 years old and was making really loud noises when hot water was turned on. I requested quotes from nearby companies and after they came out to assess, they were very unprofessional, pushy and tried to upsale like no other.

I would leave 4.5 stars if I could. They did a good job, got it done quick, and Dante was awesome. There were minor hiccups in the day that were quickly solved and overall great company. The only bad is on day 1, the guys left a little mess in my planter and on my driveway. I'll give them a pass because they didn't finish til 8 and it was dark. Copper, pex, and screws around but, not much. The other bad is there's a section of drywall they did not patch at all that's behind the filter. I would've removed it if they mentioned it but, they didn't and I didn't notice it until they left. Company is great, people who work there are great, and the work they did. Will definitely recommend to others on here and to my friends/family.

UPDATE:
Joseph reached out and scheduled a crew out right away to fix up the drywall spot. They came out, did the work, and did a good job. I appreciate the communication from Joseph and Simpex as a whole and upped my review from 4 to 5 stars because of this.

We decided to have our house repiped after we had a slab leak. We had many companies come to give us quotes however Brian really took the time to explain everything . The repipe was competed in one day the team was in time and they were very detailed. They moved any furniture that need to be moved and they draped everything with plastic. We just had our 2-story home repiped this past week. We received 2 good offers from highly-rated Yelp contractors and selected Simpex Repipe based on total responsibility capability (repipe and wall patch), plus their price was competitive. Brian Udo was very helpful and understood our concerns. After we awarded the project, work started within a week. Even more surprising was that the repipe took only one day (6-person team) and the patchwork (another 6-person team) was completed the next day. Unbelievable.

The repipe avoided disturbing wall-papered walls and the attic. The patch work was finished, exactly matching finishes on all existing surfaces (external and internal). Simpex provided a coordinator, Joseph, who kept us informed of the schedule and process. Again, unbelievable service and outstanding quality.
Their crews were hardworking skilled people, who arrived on time, and took care to maintain cleanliness during the work. They handled some additional work items, discovered during the process, at no additional charge. I reached out to Simpex after my bathtub faucet broke and I was unable to turn off the water. I tried to turn off the main water line and was unable to do so. I called in the morning and they right away scheduled me for a free estimate. Joel came to my house and gave us an estimate. He was very polite and knowledgeable and clearly explained our options and cost. My husband and I were unsure of moving forward with the project without more in person estimates (some estimates we received online were outrageous) so we called an hour later to scheduled the job and Joel came within a couple hours. He did a great job and fixed both of the issues. Joel even took time to turn on the water heater and gave us tips on how to improve the water heater lifespan. We had a problem with our sink and decided to try Simpex for the first time. They were able to get back to me right away and I scheduled a free in-home estimate for later in the week.

James came in to inspect our sink and gave us estimates of the various services he can do to fix the issue. We felt no pressure in choosing which service to go with. Once decided, he was able to unclog our sink in 30 minutes.

I highly recommend choosing James as your plumber. He is very knowledgeable, experienced, and is very confident in his work. He is also very friendly and light-hearted, which is a huge plus!

It was time to upgrade the old kitchen sink that we've had for over 20 years. Glad that I was able to come across Simplex during my search. Joel was able to perform an on-site visit, provide details about the work that would be required and provided a quote on the spot. Some of the considerations in making my decision to work with Simplex consisted of the following criteria

Are they responsive?
Is the pricing fair?
Do they get good reviews?
Are they polite?
Do they appear to know what they are doing?
Are they flexible with scheduling and can they get in on a short time frame?

The answer to all those questions was yes.

To be honest, they weren't even the cheapest quote that I received. However, after speaking with Joel and knowing that he would most likely be the person to install, I followed my gut and paid a little extra knowing that the job would be done right.

I was definitely happy with the service, the sink was installed without a hitch. We encountered an issue with fitment of the sink in the existing granite countertop. However, Joel was able to get past it and helped me avoid having to cut the granite! Thanks Joel. Here are some before and after shots. Feels like I have a brand new kitchen!

Great team; professional, attentive and efficient. The house was re-piped in one day with repairing of the walls the next day. Everyone wore masks and were all very nice. After the contract was signed the team showed up 2 days later, house done in 2 days.

Highly recommend Simpex for a repipe. The quote was not our lowest but we were confident they would do the job well based on their reputation on Yelp, transparent breakdown of costs during our estimate process by Dante, and their lifetime worksmanship warranty.

The plumbing crew led by Edgar was very professional and skilled. The patch process took slightly longer than expected but the work was well done - texturing was extremely consistent with no mess leftover.

We got at least 3 quotes for our re-pipe job. Simpex wasn't the cheapest, but the owner gave us confidence and took the time during the quoting process to understand every bit of plumbing in our home. The re-pipe was done in a day (one more day for patching walls/ceilings I believe), and done right the first time. It's been about 2 years now and no leaks or issues with the Pex at all. Nice to not have to worry about our old copper lines developing leaks like in the past. We did have a leak a few days ago, but it was due to shoddy handyman plumbing work, after the Pex was in place. Joel from Simpex was able to fix the handyman's shoddy work by re-soldering a shower valve and replacing a drain pipe. Joel is very good and we would have him back in heartbeat with any additional plumbing work.

Very Happy with our choice to use Simpex. Dante, came out and did a great job of explaining options and what Simpex offers. Re-piping is not cheap but they are very fair on price and did an excellent job. From the work, clean up to all of the hole patching they were great. All work was done on schedule and just as Dante explained. I hope I never have to do a re-pipe again but if I do I would use them again

Trevor was absolutely fantastic. On time, very professional and perfectly fixed the problem with the firepit. The best thing was that he was willing to stick around to make sure that the problem was fully resolved before leaving. He didn't just patch it and leave.

Did a complete wasteline and repipe of old 1950 house. First off company is very professional and worth ever penny. They were able to get all the work done in one day and all the patching would have been done sooner if not for delays with the city inspector. Overall would highly recommend.

Safe (gloves, mask and booties), respectful and honest! Why go with anyone else? James was so easy to work with, he explained everything thoroughly with our leak and the solution - we will definitely use James / Simpex to install our new faucet and will have them on speed dial for any issues that arise again! We are in the middle of a huge remodel in our new home and decided to repipe our whole home with PEX. I got 4 bids. Simpex was professional, didn't try to upsell, and gave a very competitive bid. I called Simpex for an estimate to repair a gas line in my backyard & they were able to send someone out right away. James is friendly, professional, and has 30 years of experience! I have a 5-unit-apartment building that needs to be repiped. I did a research finding who is the best. I met four other contractors and they all gave me higher price. I didn't call Simpex first because they have the best Yelp rating in Orange County, and I thought their fees would be very expensive. It turned out that Simpex fees are cheaper than the others. Therefore I decided to go forward with Simpex. They are very professional from the first day to the end. They got the city permit, repipe, city inspects and patching...everything went smoothly. The process of repipe and patching took less than two weeks for the entire 5-unit apartment complex. I had NO headache or received any complaints from the tenants at all. They also warrantee their work for TEN YEARS! I would highly recommend Simpex to anyone who consider repipe their properties. Thank you Simpex for doing a good job!
