John was phenomenal. I had 4 plumbers come out and they were not helpful at all and just seemed like they wanted to sell products. John found the problem in a day and was able to accommodate in very timely manner. he will be my plumber for the future. will recommend to all friends and family

Requested a quote from William then I asked for service .They said tech will be over in a hour he showed right on time. sent Mark a really nice guy.I had a clogged sink in kitchen.He took the stuff out from under sink and corrected  problems. Both showers in our house had slow running drains. I searched for plumber on Yelp and chose Professional Plumbing because of their excellent reviews and they are local to me.  Nick, the tech, arrived and snaked the drains. The water drains great now. I appreciate his professionalism while here and how well he cleaned up afterwards.

We tried to replace bathtub ourselves because it was getting rusty. However, we partial scraped the copper pipe, and we tried to use 4 different tub spouts, but water kept dripping. I reached out Professional Plumbing at 06:00, and they came to our house 6hour later. Vince was very professional and knowledgeable, and he fixed the issue right away. The price was very reasonable. He saved the day!

We needed a water line added for our fridge ice maker.  Vince came out, called about 15min before he got here.  Gave great explanation of what needed to be done, and did a great job. It was a small job.  Exactly the kind of job a lot of other would do a mediocre job on.  Vince did an excellent job, every little detail and didn't leave a mark in the house or on the white cabinets.(not an easy task).  Great service, great people, and great price.  I will say they were slightly more than what I thought the price would be, but the quality of the job warranted the price.  Great job Vince!!  Thank you will use again

We contacted Professional Plumbing for a commercial job we needed to get done. First red flag was where they didn't show up for the appointment to make a bid. I called them and they said they called me but no one did. I was told by their rep that since I was a no response, they would have to reschedule when they had an opening.

I explained to her that I already called before the appointment, talked to Jay to mention that I would head to the location since I didn't want to be late and she claimed it must have been a miscommunication, so they rescheduled for that afternoon.

Met the rep, was told we would get a quote on Tuesday or Wednesday ( the appointment was on Monday afternoon). Come by Friday, still no follow up, quote or even any contact. I called them, they said they are closed and I mentioned that I was supposed to get a quote by Wednesday morning.

Liz calls some people and calls back that they needed to run the quote by the owner and would get back to me on Monday since this is thanksgiving weekend.

I was fine with that, but the entire following week, no phone call, no follow up, no quote. I get it, you don't want to do my business, but you could just tell me instead of having me wonder. Of course, since this company started acting flaky, I already contacted other companies and I hope to get the work done soon.

My experience has been flaky at best, but maybe yours will be better, but I wouldn't count on it.

Why two stars? At least Liz did some investigation and called back. Otherwise, it would have been 1 star.

As to the response from the business owner, the tech didn't call me In the morning. The tech also, never even gave a quote to even understand what was needed.

The owner always responds promptly and I've always had a wonderful experience with them each time they've been here. They are on time, trustworthy, clean, and detail oriented. I highly recommend Mark!! Thanks guys

Called this company to help me out with an issue we had under the kitchen sink. Scheduled with them one day before and asked if I could have a morning appointment. I asked for 8:30am and on the following day, they where there on time. Love punctual company's.

Oscar the tech who arrived to take care of this job was nice, polite and very professional. He took care of the job and my customer was happy.

I forgot to mention that I'm a General Contractor and when you find a good sub to work with you keep them.

A summary before this epic - PP saved us about $10,000 and were honest and upfront about prices and service.  
The day before (Friday) I called Professional Plumbing, I had another service scheduled to do a proactive snaking of our mainline through a clean-out. I was up front that we have had a history of roots in the line. Long story short, they said they couldn't get past some roots, warned us we had a wad of paper ready to come up, and said we needed a $1200 hydro-jet.  They also quoted a liner that would cost $8700.  They left doing nothing, BUT they pushed enough roots/paper to create a clog AND left the clean-out uncapped.  Needless to say we had a mess the next Saturday AM.  
After searching for a new company (and escalating to the other company) I called my neighbor and he said he always uses Professional Plumbing for his restaurant and home; their pricey but they get the job done.  

After a few calls back and forth with Liz, a quote of $275, Professional Plumbing was at my house within the hour.  Oscar showed up clean, masked, gloved and with a Spartan 1065 snake.  I've never seen such an impressive machine.  Oscar went right to work, moved past the roots and went out into the city's main line twice.   Oscar pulled out a minimal amount of roots compared to previous main line cleanings and he showed us on a camera we were squeaky-clean all the way to the city line.  Our line is clay-on-clay and Oscar showed us all the breaks.  We created a maintenance plan and will have him back in six months.

To end my epic - Professional Plumbers don't recommend liners as they get chewed up with the snake head.  Also the Spartan 1065 is as, if not more, effective as hydro-jetting.  Professional saved us about $10k and now we know who to call to keep the line clean.  I will NEVER call anyone else.

PROFESSIONAL PLUMBING is top notch! Had them out recently for a different issue. This time Oscar came out and quickly diagnosed the mainline stoppage, cleared it. no more backed up tubs, toilets, I am able to do laundry again. Even cleaned up the standing water that had backed up in The bathroom floor!    Oscar did a great job! Very professional, prompt, got the job done efficiently and at a fair price.  thank you, Oscar!

Had a different problem about six weeks ago, after three other plumbers could not clear the bathroom drain, and all of them wanted to bust out concrete, Vince was able to cable the bathroom, drain and take care of the problem. These guys are true, professional journeyman plumbers, and the most dependable tradesmen around

My mom need a plumber ASAP on 3/13/19. She called Professional Plumbing. She told Jay about the bad leak she had coming from under the step in her back yard, this was after 5pm. He sent Kris out immediately. Kris came out, assessed the problem, gave my mom the best way to fix the problem, and quoted her a VERY fair price. Kris came back the next morning. We used professional plumbing  bathtub stopper replacement and unfortunately found an issue with a hairline crack in the tub either from installation or during manufacturing which made it difficult to reseal the pipes and make it watertight after the work was completed.

Jay and the Professional Plumbing team came back and investigated the issue and even though we think it was not due to damage caused by their work they stood by their warranty and offered to cover the cost of repair and reconnecting the plumbing to address the issue for us.

It is rare to find a plumbing company who stand by their company name and standard of work and are willing to provide this level of customer service to ensure customers are satisfied.  I would highly recommend Jay and his team at Professional Plumbing due to the quality of plumbing work and willingness to work with their customers to provide the best possible service.

I used the Yelp Quote to request how much to fix the Grohe shower temperature cartridge.  Everyone except Professional Plumbing gave me a quote saying $350-$450 to replace and install.  William H of Professional Plumbing responded and said call Grohe and they will send you a replacement part for free (Grohe has a life time guarantee).  After waiting on hold with Grohe for 30 minutes, they are shipping me the parts for free!  William saved me $350+ just by being a considerate professional and advising me via quick text messages.  This is the type of care and consideration I wish we could get out of all service providers.  He has won my confidence  and I will use his service for the install and all future plumbing needs.  I know I won't be taken advantage of with this type of person.

We were having trouble with gas leaks when connecting a new range to the gas line. Oscar came out the same day to take a look, and after giving us a quick quote, got to work right away and had it all fixed in no time (we had to have the valve replaced).

Oscar was super friendly and answered all of our questions and even showed me how to re-light the pilot light in case we ever need to in the future. He also removed an old, broken faucet that was really stuck, with stripped screws and tons of rust, that we never would've been able to do ourselves. Great experience, will definitely come back to Professional Plumbing again if/when we ever have issues in the future!

I have had three experiences with  Professional Plumbing-- all have been very positive.  Liz is front office and has always been friendly and very helpful. We had a kitchen sink back-up on a Sunday afternoon while preparing for dinner.  After searching for an emergency plumbing service with good reviews and availability, I found Professional Plumbing, Inc.    Professional Plumbing is not simply a rooter service, and I was informed that, though they were willing to help, they would not necessarily be the least expensive option.

After receiving an basic estimate (indeed likely higher than a basic drain clearing service), I opted to use Professional Plumbing Inc. for several reasons.  First, they were forthcoming with their pricing policy. Secondly I felt comfortable with their experience level.  And, in these challenging days due to Covid-19, I appreciated the fact that they are taking extra precautions.

I was contacted by Oscar prior to his arrival to inform me he was on his way.  He arrived, as advertised, wearing an N-95 mask and gloves for his and our protection from the virus.

Oscar was professional, knowledgeable, and informative relative to  his plan for isolating the problem and the possible solutions that might be necessary, And he resolved the problem quickly.

As a 40 year F.V homeowner, I came across Professional Plumbimg in 2009 when I was doing a major room addition. Since that time, I have had occasion to use them for major sewer line relocation as well as other major installs. I have referred them to everyone I know. We have an upstairs bathroom double vanity sinks clogged for months. A while back I hurt my knee so I cannot do much about it. I called more than 3 plumbers with good reviews on yelp and they are either too busy to come or charges $$. one company offer a coupon price but charge $39 to get an estimate, I thought I would have them try, it's just clogged sinks, no big deal. Their technician came out, did 10 minutes work with his snake tool, could not get it to go down the vertical pipe and said he would need to open the drywall in order to clear the clog and install a clean-out for future use. He called his office and the estimate came back for a shocking $975. I paid him the $39 and decided to send request for quote on yelp.

William at Professional Plumbing responded within an hour and gave a most reasonable estimate. He also said they may not need to open the drywall to clear such clog. So I scheduled them first thing the next day. Vince from their office called at 8:30am (the scheduled block of time) and said he will be there around 9am. Sure he was, on time. He checked the sinks, cleared up work area, get plastic bags to line the bathroom floor, brought his tools upstairs, communicated clearly that he will try an hour with the agreed quote. If he cannot do it then I can decide to stop or continue with additional cost. He then get to work, not waste time answering my curious questions, tried to get the snake to go down the vertical pipe and he did on his 3rd try. After I thought he cleared the clog, he didn't stop. He started to test the other sinks to make sure that all drainage in the house works after he cleared the upstairs clog. Within 40 minutes he finished the work. I think Vince from Professional Plumbing did an excellent job. He was on time, communicate very clearly his procedure, very professional, courteous, friendly, efficient (did not waste time) and experienced. We are very happy with his work and will definitely recommend Professional Plumbing!

Came out on a Saturday evening within an hour of our call.  Clean and efficient in removing a main sewer line blockage.  Drains were checked afterward.

Prompt, professional and friendly service! I sent out a request on Yelp at 7 am, got a response from the owner at 7:20, called their dispatch at 7:40 (where they picked up even before normal business hours) and had someone out by 9:20. I had a simple clogged toilet but everyone knows how that could ruin your day (especially with the whole family home) so the fact that I was able to get it fixed so quickly was truly amazing. The technician also said they were super busy and booked up so I really appreciate them fitting in a small job.

If you need a plumbing or gas leak repair, call Professional plumbing first! We had a sudden gas leak in front of our rental property. Called Professional Plumbing at the end of the day in a panic. Had incredible help and support from Liz, who was the best front office person we spoke to after calling several companies. She was able to get a person to come out that next morning, was highly responsive, flexible and I felt, very trustworthy and sincere.

To complicate matters, we were on a flight out of town when the work was completed. They left a phone message for when we landed and we had reliable and friendly communication with Vince, their repair person. They had to drill into concrete to resolve the leak but the price was fair and they completed the work quickly the next day. Our tenants already had their patio chairs out the same day like nothing happened, which speaks to the quality of the repair.

I called several companies but this experience was head and shoulders above the rest. Professional is right. You bet I will call them again for any needs in the future.

My hot water lost pressure.  I thought I had to replace the water heater.  Nick Haas came by and figured out that the pipes connected to the heater were clogged.  He replaced it and it was good as new.  Mr. Haas was very friendly and professional.  He got the job done within an hour. I was in full panic mode on a Friday morning getting ready for work and dropped my wedding ring in the sink. I called 2 plumbers and got voice mail. I called Professional Plumbing based off Yelp rating and google search. The man who answered the phone was kind and reassuring.
A tech named Chris was at my door within 20 min. He quickly was able to pull out my ring, clean it off and hand it back. Since there is a min charge of $125, he offered to assist me with other matters and didn't rush off.

Started noticing a knocking sound near the pipe where the water feeds into the house. Called Professional Plumbing and Vance came to take a look. He said that it could possibly be due to the water softener, which they do not service, and to call someone that does water softener's just to make sure before they ripped open the wall. There was no charge for the check.
Although they did not find the issue, it's such a great feeling when you find a company that is honest and not trying to take advantage of you. He could have easily tore open the wall and asked questions later. If I ever in need of plumbing service again I am definitely calling Professional Plumbing first.

Mark came out and ran new black iron gas pipe to my new cooktop when all the other plumbers I contacted would only use trackpipe.   And his bid was lower than all of them!

Vince replaced our old-as-the-house and barely-working washer valves with beautiful new ones, switched out the stripped shower dial trim giving us use of our shower, and replaced our broken garbage disposal along with the clogged and corroded pipes below it, one of which was so old it fell apart in his hands.

Professional Plumbing has been our plumbing specialists of choice for the last twelve years.  They're first rate in all aspects, but if I were to pick my top reason for choosing them it would be the quality of their work.  If it's a big job they'll offer several options and grades of materials, which I've always appreciated. (If you plan on living in your house for awhile and go with the most expensive option, though, you won't regret it.) Hats off to Nick, Mark, Jay and all the other folks there.

If all this companies service techs are as good as Nick, the gentleman that rebuilt our shower controls as well as install a new bathroom facet they can be very proud of the culture they have established within their organization.  When I made the initial call to schedule an appointment I was treated in a professional and friendly manner. I was given a 2 hour window for the tech to arrive and he was on time in the middle of the given window.   He greeted me in a friendly professional manner and asked me to explain my problem.  I explained the problem and showed him the shower.  He looked at the unit and knew exactly what the problem was.  Hard water deposits had clogged the cartridge filter in the unit.   Understand I have had 2 other plumbers come into my house in the past regarding the lack of pressure in this unit and both advised I needed to re-plumb the bathroom.  I knew that couldn't be the case because had had the bathroom remodeled several years back and the bathroom plumbing was all new. I kept trying different plumbers hoping to find someone that knew what they were doing.  Nick was the MAN!  He fished the job in a timely manner, was pleasant and professional and did a super job!  The price was fair, the work was outstanding and the company get a FIVE STAR rating from me.

Nick and Oscar were recommended to me, and I could not be happier with their promptness, professionalism, and expertise.  They analyzed a significant problem with the plumbing in my 120 year old house, planned a least-disturbance solution, and resolved a constant source of annoyance.  Their solution was finished on time and on budget.  Thank you, gentlemen, we'll call you when we need an expert.

Mark Leitgeb, came out to my home a couples months ago. To fix a leaky shower valve. That I need replace. Not only did he not charge me for his service call, he told me how I could get the part for free, and even wrote down the part number for me and the name of company that made the part. When called back to install the valve he replaced the shower handle plate, and the shower neck, all for a very low price. If you ever need a plumer call Mark Leitgeb, he's a very nice man. I uasally wait a couple of months before I give reviews to see if the repair holds up. And believe me. No more leaky shower faucet. In today's world, when you find people that do good work, keep them as your go too. Never call anyone else.

Top notch service, very professional and after getting a few quotes they were the best price also!  I finally found a plumbing company I can trust!  They replaced my sink faucets quick and they look great.

If you advertise 24/7 emergency services and want to charge a premium then:

A. Be polite and customer centric at 3:30 AM with your potential client who is already probably just as happy as you are to even be talking.

B. An emergency response at $450 is not offering to arrive 8-10 hours later.

Vince from Professional Plumbing just saved us nearly 600 dollars, taking less than 1/8th the time of the competition and was able to actually remove the clog in our shower when three other parties said the job was impossible without cutting into concrete. He truly is one with his snake. An absolute legend!!

A great company that solved our problem.  They are going in my file as my permanent plumber.  Great job, no up-sales and very professional as their name implies.

The toilet in our guest bathroom started teeter-tottering because the bolts affixing it to the ground had rusted out.  We called Professional Plumbing and they were able to show up the next day, right on time.

Nick showed up and looked the situation over.  He warned that if the flange - the part of the drainage system under the house, which the toilet bolts into - was rusted out, it could get hairy.  

It turned out that the flange was fine, but the contractor who remodeled the bathroom for us a couple years ago put in a thick layer of floor tiles.  As a result, the wax seal under the toilet was not thick enough, and water had gotten onto the bolts and rusted those out.

Nick figured out a great fix and got it done in about half an hour.  He explained what had happened, how he fixed it, and showed us what he'd done.  He was friendly, polite, and efficient - and our dog loved him.  We will definitely be calling this company for any future plumbing needs.

Not only that, the price was very reasonable.

I had a commercial storm drain that needs to be serviced due to pumps failure. My whole dock was flooded and most of the place I called was not able to help me replace a new pump on the same day (it is deemed to rain in the next few days, so I didn't want the dock to be flooded again, and not sure why but it was so hard to find a plumbing company that service commercial property). Professional Plumbing was the only place that was able to help me replace the pump on the same day and at a very good price. Would 100% recommend them to my friends and family in the future

Every once in a blue moon you meet someone who renews your faith in humanity. I had an emergency leak in my bathroom tonight. My plumbing issues always come late at night and near or on the weekends. I'm just a lucky gal that way lol. I called a few places and one guy said that since it was an emergency there is a minimum charge of $250 for just coming out there. I told him I had $314 in my account lol. The covid economy has been tough on most people. I joked that I could pay some now and some later and he knows I'd be good for it because he knows where I live. He laughed and asked me what I do for a living and I said I was a teacher. He said his mom was a teacher and she is now retired. His employee came and fixed the leak. He told me the total would come out to $475. I started calculating how I would pay, and how many meals I could miss to make up for it. Ramen anyone? Lol  He then grinned and said I'm kidding it's zero dollars! I about near cried! Thank you so much Jay from professional plumbers! You are amazing and I'm going to sing and write your praises wherever I go! Bless you!

We had a complete stoppage of the drain line from the laundry and kitchen.  Thankfully, Professional Plumbing was able to send a technician the same day.  Oscar arrived on time, went through the Covid checklist before coming into the house, which we appreciated.  Once he inspected the drain location, and the cleanout location, he gave me an estimate before starting any work.  He was able to clear the drains within an hour, and thoroughly checked to see that the sink and washer were draining properly.  Then he took the extra effort to explain why the washer would sometimes drain into the nearby laundry sink.  Thanks to Oscar, we were back in business very quickly.  His knowledge and experience as well as his exceptional customer service is appreciated.   Don and Pat Chambers, Huntington Beach

I don't always post reviews but I had to post a fabulous review for Professional Plumbing, Inc. Nick was fabulous. We had two other plumbers sent by our home warranty company that were horrible and didn't correctly diagnose and/or fix the problem. Nick from Professional Plumbing correctly diagnosed the problem, fixed it very quickly, provided great customer service and the charges were very reasonable, particularly for all the attention to detail and quality workmanship. We will only ever use this company for any future plumbing needs.

I didn't use these guys YET. But I reached out to several plumbers and landscaping business for an estimate, unsure of what I needed.  These guys were both quick to respond and very thorough in explaining what I would need.  The only reason I haven't used them yet is that they were honest and advised a landscaping company would be both a better fit and a cheaper option for my needs. I'll be sure to call these guys when I do need plumbing services.

I noticed sewage overflow in my front yard planter Sunday evening and knew the main line was blocked. I called this company based on strength of Yelp reviews alone, not having a go to plumber. I did not want to deal with the matter on Sunday evening and asked if they could have a guy out first thing Monday morning (today). First thing in the morning as promised, Mark shows up and procedes to do battle with a stubborn root ball in the main line, and eventually pulls out the troublesome mass of nastiness.  Afterwards he cleans up the mess, including the mulch that was fouled by the sewage, and leaves the place nicer than he found it. I was very pleased with these guys and now have my go to plumbing company.

Professional Plumbing did a wonderful job.  We hired them to do an industrial plumbing job for our building.  Many other places quoted prices in absurd ranges.  Jay was a pleasure to work with and his whole team is highly qualified to handle any big plumbing job you only want a Pro to do.  If you own a commercial business or even a large company looking for a group of plumbers in Orange County to trust give them a call.  I'm glad my company did.

Late night backup in my kitchen.  Oscar was quick to arrive, professional and diligent to get my emergency fixed despite it being after midnight and not a quick fix.  In the end he took the time to ensure I didn't have any questions or concerns before he left. I would give more stars if I could, I highly recommend this company. They have given us the best experience we have ever had in regards to plumbing repair. My husband called after hours on a Saturday due to our kitchen sink backing up/overflowing. A technician ( Chris) was there within the hour and successfully fixed the problem with NO mess. I did not have to clean up anything myself, Chris left my kitchen and under cabinet as clean as when he arrived. I again called Professional  Plumbing (IE) after hours due to a bathroom wall leak and Chris was out the next day to repair the problem. He was available quickly over multiple days and didn't drag out our repair over weeks and weeks as some other companies are known to do. Chris went above and beyond to make sure our bathroom is now in tip top shape with new plumbing, drainage, and a newly installed bathtub. Chris is extremely knowledgeable and professional, and I did not feel like I was being gauged on the price. And again, he left everything clean. I have had experiences with other companies where I was left with a huge mess to clean up. All of the work Chris did is clean and neat as well, he is quick and efficient but definitely ensures good quality work. My husband and I plan to have Chris back to redo the rest of the plumbing in our home in the near future. I can say with certainty that I will never use another plumbing company again. Called yesterday made an appointment for 2 pm. No one came. No phone call to say they weren't coming or to reschedule. Very unprofessional.

I made a few calls to get a few quotes for a water pipe leak.  They had a great price for their detection fee.  Vince came in and he was definitely experienced.  He found the leak which was making our water meter go bonkers. He explained and educated me throughout the process and gave us many options especially when it came to finding quotes before moving on to the next step.  That type of honesty was what really got me.
I definitely recommend this business to anyone who is having a plumbing problem!
