Best Electricians in California

Came home to a broken heater during the recent cold spell.  I didn't know if it was our heat pump, furnace or thermostat.  I started to look around and saw a blown fuse in the furnace but it kept blowing when I replaced it.

Called Pacific Coast and their only availability was after 4 pm, which triggers an emergency service charge.  I couldn't find anyone else and I needed it done before the family got back from vacation.  I scheduled it and within minutes they called back with an earlier appointment with no emergency service charge!  I'll take it!!

Pablo came out and very methodically tracked down the problem.  It took a little while, through no fault of his, and he got it working perfectly!  He was very professional and polite, kept his mask on the whole time and did a fantastic job!!

Victor came over the same afternoon I called, despite the busy holiday season.  He identified my problem (failed ballast), showed me how to dismantle my outdoor light fixture, remove and install the ballast and advised me to purchase the replacement online since (he correctly identified) that it was a very obscure ballast model.

He has a great personality, made sure I understood the problem and how to install the ballast and bulb and was very kind to my 4-year-old, who bugged him the entire time he worked!

This review is long overdue.  I have used Five or Free a few times, and have to say that each time they were completely on top of the communication, their appointments, and totally friendly, and knowledgeable. They helped find arc faults in my old knob and tube wiring, and also did a beautiful job installing a new circuit panel.  I highly recommend them.

We needed someone immediately and owner Juan Marin was there to help!  We called several companies but couldn't get anyone to come asap. High Power Electric took care of us immediately!  When he left we received a detailed explanation what was going on. We will call High Power Electric for all of our electrical needs because Juan was there when we needed him.  Thank you Juan for answering our call!  He's definitely the best at what he does.

We have used S&B Electric for over four years now, when we first moved into our first house, when we redid the kitchen, and now with our second house, which is a huge project.  Stewart is always timely, is quite competitive with pricing, and does great work.  I've worked with enough contractor types, that I'm impressed when other trades people compliment me on the electrical work we've had done.  I don't always make referrals to friends/family, but I have told everybody about Stewart and his team and they have been equally impressed.

Very helpful to me with a problem with my house fan.  Courteous, professional, really wonderful to work with.  They took a lot of time to explain what was going on.

We contracted HH to remodel a bathroom, paint the interior of our home, patch some walls, replace wall sockets and light switches, and replace some old handrails. Evalio and Gabriel did A+ work, paid careful attention to detail, respected our gardens and property, and were constantly professional and kind. And they finished the job before-schedule!

We've had some projects going on here at our home this past year. Each has had some small to middling electrical work required. B Henry's has been my go-to for each and will continue to be my first call any time we need an electrician in the future. Customer service, care, courtesy and quality work are the reasons why. On each of the projects Bill has assessed the needs and quoted a fair price, then the work gets scheduled appropriately and the team gets it done. On time. No surprises. Just good communication, good advice, good work, no hassle. Large project or small project it doesn't matter. Bill's personal approach is the job is important and the customer matters. I feel cared for and taken care of. The team is a pleasure to work with and I am very pleased with the work. In 2023 I will be looking to install solar at my house and at this time I am planning to call B Henry's for that project too.

Mark was kind and such a professional. On top of that , he saved us a lot of money! Super cheap compared to all the other quotes we received from other companies.

When my wife told me she found EVChargerExpert to install an outlet for our new Tesla, I told her it was marketing trickery. I was sure we'd be duped into paying a premium because they were marketing their business as EV Charging specialists. We just need a regular electrician that'll charge regular prices to install an appliance outlet, I said.

Well I was wrong. These guys are actually priced slightly lower than the other quotes I got from regular electricians.

The process from initial contact was easy, thorough, and efficient. Erin was punctual, incredibly pleasant, and his work was clean and quick.  When we had an issue a few hours later (completely my fault) with one of the breaker circuits, Erin was quick to pick up the phone and help out. It's clear that customer service and pride of work is top priority for these guys so it's incredible they don't charge more than they do.

Although we did not end up working with Maine Electric for our needs at this time, I want to point out that the organization was extremely polite and professional.  Chris came out to do an estimate and was careful to explain all the work in great detail, covering the various options available.  He was not pushy, selling hard, or impatient with all my questions.  He was also able to work out a misunderstanding with my scheduled estimate with the home office quickly and without any fuss.  His follow up calls with me were prompt and friendly.  They were flexible and fairly competitive on pricing, and under other circumstances I would have worked with them.  I would not hesitate to recommend Chris and will certainly strongly consider using them for any future work.

AS used Dave to diagnose and repair a short.  Knowledgeable and friendly.  I would call him again.

Called slightly after hours and Hector Santiago answered (scored points with me right there). We scheduled the next day for estimate and Hector arrived exactly on time (more points)!  Price was reasonable, i gave go ahead and just a day later three of the Santiago Brothers came in to tackle the work. And they did a great job! Highly recommend Santiago Electric with a well earned five stars.

I can't say enough great things about Ry and his team.  We had a variety of wiring and lighting projects that needed to be completed at home on an expedited timeline.  Though I know they were extremely busy, they were very responsive, professional, considerate, wonderful to work with... and were able to squeeze us into their schedule and complete the work much faster than anyone else. They will be my first call anytime we have electrician needs in the future.

Fast efficient service, very knowledgeable and explained everything. Went above and beyond! Checked everything, changed what was necessary only and his prices were very fair. Great follow up also to make sure issues were completely resolved. Local business too because I look forward to supporting smaller companies.

The owner, Dave, knows his stuff. He's very responsive, accommodating and easy to deal with. He installed 5 outdoor lights, 2 pendants and 2 chandeliers. Perfect job and no problems months later. Yes, I would gladly use him again.

Contacted Auto Charge Electric via email and heard from them in 15minutes.  Lost power in my kitchen in am so had no use of refrigerator or stove. They weren't able to come until 5 or 6 pm which was wonderful because I needed help today. Duncan called me to say he was 15 minutes away. He explained in terms that I could understand what had had happened, replaced the GFI, helped me re-label the fuse box, and then as a courtesy, checked out my thermostat & fixed it.  He was personable & obviously knew what he was doing. I would use Auto Charge Electric again!  Thank you Duncan!

We had a complete rewiring of our upstairs to comply with specifications needed for new insulation in attic. Micah and his crew were reliable, responsive and good workers. When there was a small issue that arose (with the doorbell wiring), Micah came to fix it himself with no additional cost. Would definitely recommend
