Juan Galvan our service technician was detail oriented, explained the issues well, and kindly responded to our questions. He repaired our hvac on the spot and it runs like a top now.  We would use their service again and recommend him to a friend.

I called Victor about a bathroom fan that broke. It was in a vaulted ceiling and in a very tight spot. No pun intended, but it was way over my head. Victor answered his phone on a Saturday and helped to explain what needed to be done. He came and did a thorough look around and provided me with an estimate. He showed up the next day and did exactly what he said he would. Thank you Victor! If I have any electrical issues, I'll be calling you gain.

I was so pleased by the first service I requested from Five or Free, that I called them out to do additional work.  The technician came on time to inspect the area to provide a quote.  He said there might be some issue with what I was requesting (replacing an outdoor sconce with an outlet), but that he'd perform some research and get back to me.  He never got back to me.

So taking the review down from five to three stars, on account of the first service being so fantastic and the follow-up request being mediocre.

We needed someone immediately and owner Juan Marin was there to help!  We called several companies but couldn't get anyone to come asap. High Power Electric took care of us immediately!  When he left we received a detailed explanation what was going on. We will call High Power Electric for all of our electrical needs because Juan was there when we needed him.  Thank you Juan for answering our call!  He's definitely the best at what he does.

Wonderful service ! I called on a Thursday and spoke with the owner who was very knowledgeable about my issue. Made an appointment for Friday morning and 3 workers came even before the expected time and were in and out in 20 minutes. Did a wonderful job! Very pleased with the service!

WOW!!!! Not surprised that East Bay Electric has a perfect rating. Roger and his team (Rafael, Jennifer and Jamie) have provided the best customer service hands down! Staff kept me up to date on progress and even when I did call in for updates (my anxiety was getting the best of me) they were always very pleasant, patient and happy to help.  Thank you again Roger, Jennifer, Jamie and last but not least, Rafael for providing such top notch service!

We needed an handy man to take down a chandelier and reinstall it our sons house . They sent us Jesse NEMO Pruet who did a wonderful job. Not only did he know what he was doing , he found problems with our sons electric and fixed those also. He is a pleasant man, easy to talk to and honest as the day is long. He is an asset to this company and I would recommend him and the company anytime. Thank you for a job well done!!!!!

I would use these guys over and over again. We had a lot of different electrical jobs in our house to be done and instead of dragging this out into another lifetime, Bill had 4 guys come in at 8:00 a.m as promised and was out by 4:00. No fuss, no drama and we barely knew they were there when the left since the place was cleaner than when they arrived. One of the chores was to install a ceiling fan and without making test holes and the like to find a circuit. Only one small area and it was installed. I use these kinds of contractors a lot and by far this company is stellar!! To find an electrician that will be there when he says and charge what he says he's going to charge is near impossible. Bill will diffidently fit that Bill...sorry, had to.

Mark was great! He came out within an hour on NYE to fix the circuit breaker that had blown during a power outage. He was punctual, efficient, and very professional. We will definitely use Flemming Electric for our future projects.

Every step of this process was 5 star. Kirill and his team were super responsive to every email and call. Arranging a date for installation was seamless. Everything they said they would do - they did. The day of install went smoothly. From set up to clean up... and follow up with city permits - everything was exactly what customer service should be. I had an emergency & looked up this company online with my smartphone

I am a DirecTV Contractor with 10 years of TV/Internet/Phone Installation experience (3 years contracting for DirecTV).  On this particular situation I was a performing a simple routine 1 box installation.  This customer had a flat screen TV mounted on top of the fireplace & I had to install a new cable outlet for the satellite receiver.  Consulting with the customer, they wanted the cable outlet as close to the fireplace as possible.  The location chosen was about 2 feet to the left of the fireplace.  The closest power outlet was 4 feet to the left of where I was to be drilling the hole.  There was a light fixture above me that had a matching pair on the right side of the fireplace.  

I drilled for my outlet at the same level as the power outlet to my left which was 6 from the floorboard.  The wall is adjacent to the exterior & the Satellite dish was on the other side of the wall about 6' above.  As I mentioned I have installed for 10 years now & have NEVER hit a power line inside the wall.  I check to make sure I'm well away from the stud before I drill & always drill the same height as the center of the power outlets in the room in the hollow cavity of the wall of course.  Well you guessed it...out of the blue moon on this job/occasion I hit the power line.  I saw smoke coming out of the hole & immediately STOPPED drilling.  About 30 seconds later the lady of the house said there was no power in the house.  

Obviously this was an emergency & I called a few family & friends & there we're 2 family friends that we're electricians.  One was out of town, the other was at work & wouldn't be off until 5 pm.  This was my first job of the day & I needed this repaired ASAP.  I called 3 contractors.  2 called me back.  Maine Electric was the one that came through bigtime.  (The 2nd one who called me back didn't return my call until about 2 HOURS later even though he was just down the street which would've saved me some $$$ on travel/emergency time)  

Chris the Supervisor called me within 15 mins.  After telling him my situation he said his guys were on 2 other emergencies that at the latest he would have someone out 5-7pm TODAY.  But he would do his best to get someone out sooner/ASAP.  His guy Curtis called me about noon & said he'd be there NLT 2:30.  HE CAME AS PROMISED & did a FANTASTIC JOB saving my a**.  

Curtis assessed the situation & was able to fix the damaged power line no problem at all & get this family's electricity back on track.  The lady owner was getting stressed about her food/meat in the fridge.  Chris the Supe & Curtis the electrician who came & performed the repair were both professional, prompt, & OUTSTANDING.  Especially Curtis who was cool & calm & knew his job.  Routine for him but he saved my day & the family.  Really excellent work & Curtis I have your card.  Will definitely use you in the future.  Thanks to the Supe Chris too.  Great all around service.  Thanks Maine Electric!  Btw I hate losing $$$ but the price was very fair for this emergency.

Very happy we hired Direct electric to install the recessed lighting in our bedrooms. David responded to our inquiry, came over to give us an estimate and had the project completed within a week. The project itself took only a few hours. His crew was professional, efficient and did an incredible job.

As new homeowners it's great to know we have a reliable electrician for all future needs!

Literally the best contractor I've worked with on a project. We had an emergency where there was smoke coming from our EV charging port. He responded immediately to my request, and came over to fix it within 30 minutes. Whole project took about an hour, and he was extremely professional and clear about explaining each step until everything was fixed, and both the outlet was replaced and the breaker was upgraded. On top of it all, he charged a very reasonable price that was easy to pay via an e-mail invoice. Will definitely be calling again for any future electrical projects!

I had the best experience today with Always Current Electric! Ry was recommended by my usual electrician, and he not only called me right back, but he came over on the very same day.

I was replacing a dishwasher, and it turned out the old one was hard-wired, so the delivery guys were unable to remove the old and install the new. Ry came by at 5pm on a Friday (the Friday before Christmas at that), pulled out the old dishwasher, put in a new outlet, and installed my new dishwasher for me. Totally did not expect to get it done so quickly.

Ry is very professional, friendly and responsible. He's local, and has a great sense of community and neighborliness. I will absolutely call him again when I need some electrical work done. Thanks, Ry!

Fast, effective service!  Art really knows his stuff.  I highly recommend A&K electric.

Dave was great to work with.  He came out within a day or two to provide an estimate for a track lighting job which wasn't very simple.  His solution made sense, and his quote was reasonable.  He performed the job well, made no marks in the plaster wall or tongue & groove ceiling, and was very clean.  He also did one outlet job at T&M, and was also very efficient.  I would hire him again.

Asked for consult on site. Got back to me super fast. Showed up exactly when they scheduled.

Never needed to see the final product.  Bc they advised me I didn't need the work ... bc repair was so easy. And showed me how to do it.  And wouldn't accept an offered 'svc. visit' fee when I offered.

Wow. Well done. Worth the stars. I'll use this co for ALL my homes electrical needs. Including EV car installation.

Micah was available to do a last-minute job for me, installing new outlets in a kitchenette with a day's notice. He was easy to communicate with, gave a fair run-down of the costs, and came day-of with his assistant to get the job done on time and within budget. Great experience working with him and would wholeheartedly recommend.
