It's been a great experience working with Chris for my outlet and light fixture issues.  Our 60-year-old electrical wirings are very messy and complicated, Chris really took the time to troubleshoot and found the root cause of the problem. Communication with him was great and he was very good at following up with different issues. I am very grateful for the professional services he offered, and I highly recommend him to anyone who needs an electrician!

I had an electrical failure in the house and called a handful of electricians.  Authentic was the most responsive and came out the following day.  They quickly identified and fixed the issue - all for a very reasonable price.  5 stars all the way.

I called and emailed Darren this afternoon and he responded with a price for the service call.  After sending him a photo he was here within the hour replacing a breaker.  Quick response and on time.  He answered other questions I had and was very nice to work with.

Finally a contractor who shows up on time and completes the job when he says he'll be finished. We hired Ken Perry to upgrade our electrical service from 100 amp box to 200 amp. He knew all the city codes in accordance to the electrical permit and proceeded to do the job in a fast
and timely manner.  When the City of Santa Clara Inspector came to do the final inspection his only comment was you sure can tell this job was correctly
done. I would not hesitate to hire Ken Perry Electric in a heart beat.

Entered into contract with them the past August. Worked with Danny initially with my quote (lowest price after looking around). As the project continued, talked with him and Jeff. Went through different hoops with HOA, layouts, permit process. Probably corresponded 30x times with questions and such. They were professional, sometimes quick, sometimes just took a day if they were busy. Minor mix up of paperwork or files sent to me in retrospect and review. ML Solar surprisingly finished on time as initially estimated. The installers were great (Theo and Frank from Rectify Solar - I guess they contract with them to do install). The 1st inverter they installed failed on me, took 2 weeks for replacement by manufacturer. The first week after replacement of inverter, the inverter still wasn't working well. But the manufacturer remotely reconfigured something and then it started working well. It's been working well for the past 3 months now, so about time I provided a positive review and recommendation.

Gonzalo came to our home to replace two older ceiling fans with two new ones that we had purchased from Home Depot. He actually came the day after we first contacted him, arriving punctually. While the installation wasn't cheap, he did a thorough, excellent job, spending 2+ hours getting both fans up and running. We would certainly use him again.

We recently had FUSE Service INC. replace our existing furnace with a brand new heat pump system. Vlad was our service advisor who provided us a couple of options for us to choose from, went over the differences between the options, and also told us about rebates and programs we qualified for.

Installers were very knowledgeable and took great care doing the install. They were able to complete a 3 day job in 2 days so we can have the new heat pump in time for the recent frigid weather.

FUSE Service INC. customer service has been top notch. We have received prompt responses and services, so I feel reassured about our project with the 10 year warranty that was offered.

I'm so thankful for MEL Electric. I own a small art school, and had decided to bring in an electric ceramic kiln which needed a special power outlet, and to ensure the building had enough power to function properly. MEL Electric was very professional, courteous, and did a great job (also helped to relieve some of my anxiety!).

I had Dave Stallings, Stalling Electric, and crew do some electrical work for me an electrical generator and circuit for central air conditioning.  Dave and crew are reliable, respectful and do the work they agreed to for the price they quoted.  Excellent customer service.  I will hire them again.

Darius is great! He did a fantastic job, and at a lower price than any other bid. My favorite part about working with him is that he doesn't condescend or talk circles around you like so many other contractors. Most of the electricians I spoke to just rattled off elaborate technical terms until I stopped asking questions. Darius explains patiently in plain language and tries to make sure you understand.

Excellent work, very knowledgable, reasonable rates and honest guys!  Zack was able to squeeze me into his schedule on short notice to replace a sub panel.  His son Peter did the install, it took about a half a day.  I was very pleased at how smooth and quickly the job went.  I would recommend these guys to anyone, you won't be disappointed and they are definitely worth the wait.

Our home had a lost power in one of the phases. I had spoken with lot of electricians who were charging exorbitant prices and could not solve the issues. I then called i2A. Tony said he would be home in 7 mins and if he was unable to solve the issue in 15 mins, then he would not charge me anything. He went around the house and found a second breaker panel we did not know existed and fixed the issue in 15 mins. His price was very reasonable and he did not take a dime more from me when I offered to pay him more. He is very polite, knowledgeable and patient. I have found my go to person for any electrical issues. Thanks Tony!

Hormoz came over on the same day, which was tough to find. In short order, he and his partner found and repaired the short in an outlet that had tripped the circuit breaker. They were efficient, professional, polite, quick, and clean. Plus they came in $150 less than another quote I had received.
Would definitely recommend this business!

Fuse Electrical installed an EV wall connector for us.  I only have good things to say about them.  That includes their scheduling, estimation,  inspection coordination, and installation teams.  I find them to be very prompt, professional, courteous, and creative.  You wouldn't go wrong with hiring them.
