I hired Chris to install a ceiling light in my master bedroom. He is very polite, humble and most importantly got the job done in 15 minutes! He seems very familiar with everything he is doing and has a very reasonable rate. I'd hire him again for any electrical related works.

I called Authentic Electric to help me with an exterior lamp that was not working. Don called me back within a couple of hours and we set an appointment for the next day, a Saturday. Don and another gentleman showed up exactly on time (a specific time - not a range) and were courteous, efficient, and effective. They explained that the switch was wired incorrectly and fixed the problem in about half an hour. Had a great experience and will definitely call again! Note: Authentic Electric does not accept credit cards (only cash or check).

I am soooo glad I found Darren Kicker.   Darren was super laid back and easy to talk to from the very first contact, and his price was ~$1500K less than the  1st quote I had gotten, and things just got BETTER from there.  

I bought a Chevy Volt and was eligible for a free  charging unit via Chevy's partner SPX ($2500 value).  When their subcontracted Electrician came he could see clearly I needed a panel upgrade my 70 Amp panel was not gonna cut it, but his 125A upgrade price seemed high.   So I got another quote from someone, a little bit shady sounding on the phone, and it was much less but still seemed more than what I thought it was worth to get the free charger.  After couple more calls I Finally  found Darren, his price for 125 Amp panel was  so much less that I decided to go 200amp panel instead still ~1K less than the first quote.  Anyway super kool, mellow, punctual and does awesome quality work.   We had a funky situation with our drainage pipe and we did not like where the line upgrade would be situated.  Darren found a solution and grabbed some more supplies and it looked great.  

Anyway, high quality work at very competitive rates, was always on time and friendly each day, trusted him with my keys and he even kept an eye on my house while other heating guys were to show up and I could not wait around for them.I highly recommend Darren and already I am having him quote some other things we need done around the house.

On a side note:  Sign off from inspector was a pain.  I live outer Sunset SF and this inspector  came in said nice work for Darren's scope but then walked down my garage looking for things to fine me for violations.  We were shocked that they could do that, I just bought the house so this is stuff I had nothing to do with.   Darren was able to work with me to keep any added costs down that this inspector wanted.

Had Brennan install a new AC unit, did a wonderful job! Was very polite to deal with and cleaned the area up the very nicely.  Have used him in the past and would recommend him to anyone who needs something fixed.

We are so appreciative of Ross and Trisha! Ross came out and wired our house for our generator, and we couldn't be happier! He was always on time, kind, kept a clean work environment, and did an outstanding job. We really appreciate our new set up, and take great comfort in knowing it was done well. We will continue to highly recommend them!

Two thumbs up for Perry Electric. Very professional, reliable, and took great precautions to protect the areas of the house they were working. They don't do emergency repairs and they are scheduling pretty far out but if you have a project that can wait several weeks, I highly recommend Perry Electric

We purchased a home this summer with existing panels. We've never owned solar and nothing came up in the inspection they weren't working. The previous owners also did not know. After 50 questions on my bill with PGE we realized no energy was being produced. The install company Akeema used Andalay panels, both now out of business and no one would return my calls or emails, except ML Solar. I'm so grateful to Rick for finding me a former Akeema electrician and Andalay employee. I would have been really stuck and a new system WAS NOT in our budget. As of yesterday we are back on the grid and producing power again! Thank you so much Rick, I'm really grateful and shocked how no one would even return my call or answer the phone at other companies. You have a good honest business and we are very grateful.

I had to have electrical work done at my Mothers property in Watsonville. Perla was very responsive with the estimates and scheduling. Armando and crew were very professional and took the time to explain the work to my Sister (who kept me updated via text since I was coordinating this from out of state for work was being done).  We are very happy with the work and will be using D & H for other electrical projects that need to be done

First I want to thank MEL elec for coming to our aid in a time of need!  We had a kitchen remodel scheduled with our regular electrician coming in ahead to make some needed changes for cabinet placement, etc.  A few days before he was scheduled to come, we got a call that the electrician has been called out of town due to a death in his family.  I checked Yelp for a new electrician, called MEL Elec. and they had Eric scheduled to come out within the timeframe needed. As far as Eric is concerned, he could not be nicer.  He is extremely knowledgeable and was met with several challenges of an old house which he resolved.  He explained some of the code requirements and did a great job for us.  We would highly recommend MEL Electric and especially, Eric.

My daughter needed a lot of work to be done in her old home. Dave was recommended to me and I was very fortunate he could come a few days after my call, in order to fit my schedule.
I  owned an Eichler for over 40 years and have had a lot of work done over the years therefore dealing with a variety of specialists.
Dave was extremely professional, punctual, thorough, efficient and detailed. Quick at understanding the issues, communicating clearly what was necessary to do or not and performing his work without any hesitation, installing new dedicated lines, new exterior and interior gfi outlets, motion lights,  rewiring...    His fee was extremely fair and he used high quality material.
I am surprised there are not more recommendations, because he is an incredible professional gem. Thank you Dave!

First of all, I immediately give props to people who show up on time!! Darius was also very professional and gave me an estimate well below a competing bid. During the wiring job, he found that he didn't need to do much crawling around under the house and knocked some more $ of the job. Not all people are so honest!

Zack has to be the nicest person I've met! He helped me with my apartment when I was feeling uncomfortable with the conclusion my landlord had made. He came even though he was already loaded with a full schedule. He looked at my circuits and even charmed my landlord. He's coming back tomorrow and I trust that all the work he is planning will be superb. He clearly knows his stuff! I HIGHLY recommend calling him and quick before he retires!

I contacted Tony for an estimate on installing an EV charger and he was super responsive and on time. He took the time to explain the options and provide his opinion, which was helpful. He even helped troubleshoot an outdoor wall socket for us while he was there for no charge. Unfortunately he was about to head off on vacation so our schedules didn't align, but I will definitely contact him in the future if there's work.

Hormoz quickly come to make a competive quote quickly and patiently explain what's included from his quote.
Although in the end I didn't run this project, but defintely will contact him again if I have any future electrical project.

Hired Fuse to add an EV charger in my garage and do a panel upgrade due to not having any space in my old panel. They were polite and professional and the work was excellent, true craftsmanship and professionalism.
