Gustavo an his team did fabulous job in fixing some electrical things when we bought our new home. He came and gave us an estimate before starting the job. On the day of job, his team arrived on time...did all the work beyond our expectations. He is our go to person for any electrical job in future also.

I wish I could give 10 stars for the incredible service I received tonight! Our heat and kitchen lost power randomly and I panicked with it being middle of winter and we have a 6-month-old baby at home. Brian graciously made an emergency house call and fixed our breakers (which had melted!). My baby will sleep warm in her home tonight now that our heat is restored. I'm so grateful to have him local! Will definitely be calling again for all my electrical needs. Thank you Brian!

Rick was really good on a late Friday night!  Called around  7:15pm and he was at my place by 8:00PM.  He had the issue diagnosed in 15 minutes and power restored to our unit after replacing the 100Amp break located at the meter.  Great service and good guy.  Thanks Rick!!!

Mr. Bene is a wonderful, wonderful man.  

I had an issue on Thanksgiving Day where my panel was destroyed over a tree root entangling the PG&E live wire, and PG&E was forced to shut my power off.  The initial electrician I contacted unfortunately ghosted me after a week in a half.  

Still homeless, I reached out to Mr. Bene.  

One thing I was impressed with Mr. Bene was that he KNEW the problem right away just by looking at the pictures and could even IDENTIFY the brand of the panel.  He was very truthful and honest and even came the next day to look in person free of charge.  

But one thing I appreciated is how Mr. Bene went out to bat for me.  He constantly communicated with PG&E for me and navigated through their bureaucracy and advocated that I was without power for nearly five weeks (at that point).  He has contacts with the city and was able to get the permitting done just like that.  The day he came to actually replace the panel he was considerate, wearing masks and feet covers, and finished extremely quickly.  I expected a full day; he was done in only two hours.  All while cracking jokes and making me feel less alone in a miserable situation.  

Mr. Bene takes care of everyone, especially those who live in Pleasanton.  Reach out to him first.  He is simply the best.  His prices are reasonable and he cares for those who get the raw end of the stick.  He is very responsive via email, cell or on the phone.  I've recommended him to every single one of my neighbors, and those who met him while he was working on my panel asked for his business card because he is someone we all know we can trust.  

You wont' regret using his services.

Ed and his coworker Chris visited my house for some lighting install and replacing power outlets. They did the work quick, were very careful not to damage my flooring during the work, paid attention to details such as setting the bulbs in good angle. They were nice and friendly. I will definitely call them again for electricity work.

We hired to install the Tesla charger for which they installed a wire from panel in backyard , through attic to the garage. They are very fast and super cool. Loved their work and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for any electrical work.

The guys at E&G Valley Services were quick to respond to my call, they are personable, they completed the job quickly, they didn't leave a mess and they gave me a reasonable estimate.

I refer them to my friends and family and I will definitely call them for my next project.

The ceiling lights in our dining room (4 in total) stopped responding to the switch this weekend. I naturally assumed the switch had failed and went to Home Depot and bought a replacement and installed it.  No luck.  Then I called my neighbor, who knows a good deal about electricity and he spent about 90 minutes trying to sort it out, but it eluded him.  So I went to Yelp to find a professional electrician and stumbled onto Ideal Electric.  The reviews were over the top, so I called & left a message on Sunday afternoon.

I received a call from Esed early Sunday evening and explained my situation.  He explained his approach and pricing, which seemed a bit steep to me so I said I would have to discuss it with my wife & would call him back.  She said to call him and get him over here, which I did, and he was here today before noon.  We immediately liked him and within 30 minutes or so, the problem was fixed.

I will echo everyone who has said he is reliable and honest and a pleasure to spend time with.  Plus, he liked our dog, who fell in love with him, so that was all to the good. Esed knows what he's doing and made sure we were 100% satisfied with his work.  

I don't want to put Esed on the spot here, but he left a very generous treat for Stella, our pooch.  That was way beyond what you'd expect from your friendly neighborhood electrician.  Will definitely go to him first when the next electrical crisis arises.  Thank you Esed!

Gus is the Mike Holmes of electricians.

We purchased a home that was overall in excellent condition, but the inspection report indicated some electrical issues to be addressed.  Gus was very generous with his time in explaining the nature of the issues and also discussed alternatives, e.g., conversion of the range to gas, that might have been less expensive.

He is absolutely the antithesis of the hard sell; as an example, he simply indicated the (bankrupt and unlamented) manufacturers of the electrical panels and said, look these up online, conduct your own research, and then we'll talk.

Work performed by Gus and his assistant was of commercial quality; absolutely first-rate.  They were punctual, friendly, efficient, and the price was very fair.  Costs were clearly estimated and explained in advance, and while there were some surprises after things were opened up, the final costs were still as estimated.

This is a quality firm with an upstanding owner.  Highly recommended.

In a prior review, Yevgeny made a partial fix to a problem with my water heater. A couple years later and the water heater finally went kaput (it was towards the end of its life). The timing was as bad as it could be, as my wife and I were in the hospital delivering our first baby, so would be coming back to a house with no hot water. Called Yevgeny who managed to fit us into his schedule quickly, order a new water heater on rush delivery (since we needed a non-standard model), and install right away. During the install he made some extra improvements we didn't discuss ahead of time, like upgrading several valves and patching some drywall around the heater - all without increasing the cost of the job. He's a great guy, and I definitely recommend him.

Called to get an estimate to bring our Warehouse to compliance after a fire inspection. Though I reached out to several companies, Voltyx was the only one that replied the same day! Not only that, their team came out and submitted an estimate the next business day. Then they returned the day after to start and complete the work. They kept me in the loop throughout the project.

Very happy with my experience with Voltyx. Will use them again for all my electrical needs.

Had an electrical issue on one of the properties I manage in Palo Alto.  Had previously used an electrician that was extremely expensive and found out they did poor work.  The tenant didn't care for them either. Then I found Shamrockin Electric.  What a life saver, and I truly mean that.  David was able to come out quickly and assess the issue and find out we had an electrical hazard that could have turned into a fire.  He repaired and replaced the necessary items and left the house and area he worked in clean.  My tenant appreciated him and was happy to have such a professional, kind and meticulous.  David sent me a photo of what he found and then what it looked like after.  Night and Day!  I highly recommend David and Shamrockin for your electrical needs.

Before I even called Michael, I searched all over Google to find out some reviews on him, because Yelp only showed 1 review, and that's not much to go by.  I found out that some local realtors had him on their recommended list, and decided to give him a call.  After speaking with him, I found out that he has over 20 years of experience, so that sounded good.  I had him come over today to do some work for me and clearly, this guy knows his business.  The work was done quickly, efficiently, and at a fair price.  I would recommend him without hesitation.

We had some outlets and an outside light not working.

John came by at 6pm on a Friday night, found and dealt with the issue (bad connection in a wall box) in a very timely manner. He explained what he was doing as he went, and once the connector was traced,  he replaced it with a better designed one,  tested everything and left.

Highly recommended!
