I just want to give José the biggest shoutout for his amazing customer service! He responded quickly to help us and when he came to service our home, he identified the problem quickly and fixed the problem without hesitation. He is very professional and provides the most reasonable price. He also gave us advice and helped us troubleshoot our problem in case it should happen again. I rarely brag about companies but he's legit and knows what he's doing. I truly appreciate his honesty and professionalism. Thanks Jose! I highly recommend The Drain Guys for all your plumbing needs! Our toilet kept running and Jose fixed it. Very fast in responding, efficient and friendly. It was our second time using this service (for the same problem with another toilet). Highly recommended!

We had a clogged kitchen drain.

Jose was fast answering, was available the same day available at a convenient time, very professional and successfully solved the problem.

He had complete equipment, including the towels, and left the place even cleaner than before. He was very detailed. Jose was so lovely even to wipe our sink, which was super dirty due to the clogged drain.

jose was great. very professional and knows what he is doing. i requested for his to change out my shower fixtures (he let me know that he had to tweak something for the new hardware to fit...i was agreeable for him to try and he did that with no issues). he was efficient and took an appropriate amount of time to finish and the price was reasonable. he even offered to take out the trash on his way out.

Jose was great and took care of my plumbing issues. I had a shower that wasn't working and a faucet that wasn't working. He took care of all it.

I needed my garbage disposal replaced. Jose came out on a Saturday, fixed it quickly, and the price was fair! I'll call them for future plumbing needs.

Jose was on time, very knowledgable and friendly. He got the garbage disposal swapped out quickly and showed me some tips and tricks along the way. He even fixed our slow water flow in the kitchen! Awesome job! Hire these guys!

Your price was extremely reasonable and and fair. I had quotes that were twice as much and that was just to show up! They wanted to charge for anything else that needed to be done.

Jose not only came out and expected the problem by putting a camera in the pipe to see what was going on he then cleaned it out and took care of the root problem and did not charge anything extra! It was all in his initial quote. Now that's professionalism at its best.

So many companies today are really trying to make up for the gouging gas prices. And they taking advantage of people left and right!

I had my floors replaced and needed the toilets in 2 bathrooms to be re-installEd, including new fill valves. Didn't think it would be too difficult to find a plumber to complete the job and was I wrong. Numerous plumbers came out and quoted fees and schedules that were just unreasonable until Jose showed up. Prompt, fair, and completed the work within an hour. Would highly recommend.

Great service. Very fast to respond. Solved our problem quickly and helped us understand potential for future problems that might end up needing a longer term fix.
