Just Your Plummer

Sunday water heater emergency leak at my moms house. We bought a new one and put in a bid request through the Home Depot referral service. Jason from JYP called within two hours of the request, on a Sunday, and was ready come out the next day, a national holiday, for their standard flat fee.

Jason gave us extra information about our new water heater to make sure it's what we were looking to buy. He also picked it up for us no fuss. He came on time and got right to work. Although our existing setup was antiquated and confusing, Jason continued to diligently work and troubleshoot until everything was resolved and the new heater installed. He hauled out old heater away.

Jason was polite, personable, and diligent the whole time. I was without hot water for less than a day thanks to him and JYP.  

I would use them again and recommend them to others.

These people might be really great plumbers.  Really, they might.  And they might do great work at good prices.  And, I don't know about you but my time is valuable and scheduling is important.  Keeping in touch is important ( things happen, I know).   After scheduling an appointment and making arrangements to get off of work, I receive a call, an hour before saying it will have to be postponed to the evening.  OK, things happen.  I ask to be called before the scheduled time that night, and that did not happen. And then, the specified time comes and goes.  No call.  An hour after the time that was arranged I did get a call saying that they could be there in a half an hour.    So, OK, at least they did not drop the ball completely (thus not a one star).  I said thanks but no thanks.   I chose not to continue to potentially be strung out.  I'll try to work with another company that may be a bit more expensive but (hopefully) will be cheaper in the long run with my time.   My two cents.

What a great service! Jason was very professional, nice and honest. Came and fixed my clogged nasty sink and showed me what was wrong with the pipes under my house and even gave me some pointers on how to fix it so I didn't have to call the plumber again!! If that isn't honesty then I don't know what is! Definitely will be using them again God forbid the pipe gets clogged again! Thanks Jason

Best Plumbing service! After being stuck in a rut with two other plumbing services, I finally have my refrigerator water line fixed. The cost was very reasonable and the guy was very helpful and friendly. Most of all, they were able to allot us an appointment on the same day we called! This was very essential to us because we were stuck with the water issue for a couple of days.

Spotted a leak on a shut-off valve under kitchen sink. Called Just Your Plummer on a Sunday morning. Jason showed up within an hour and did a awesome job! He's very knowledgeable and showed us all the tools and tricks to fix small plumbing problems by ourselves. This is not something you'd expect to hear from other plumbers. He also fixed the snapping ring on my old garbage disposal and installed it back for me. All great work at a reasonable price. Thank you Jason! I'll definitely use them for any future work!

Jason came to install toilets and a sink, and he did a fantastic job. He knew what to do and had the tools and parts he needed (unlike other people I have hired who charged me over an hour to go to Home Depot to get parts that should have been anticipated). There were some problems, because of how the old sink was installed, but he was up to the job. He took away all the old toilets, sink, boxes and packing.  He was so good that I had him look at some other plumbing problems, and he fixed those things as well.  He was very reasonably priced (I got estimates from several Yelp companies and he was cheapest). I am very pleased and would use him again.

Great experience with Just Your PlumMer (that's how they spell it :). I had a leaking water heater. I discovered the leak early Sunday morning. I shut off the water supply valve and the gas as soon as I saw the steady stream of water running from the top. My garage floor was soaked. I called a San Diego discount plumber and they came out that morning. They gave me an outrageous quote, but since it was Sunday they couldn't even get a new water heater until Monday. Apparently, there are just too many sizes, types and brands for plumbers to keep any in stock. Most suppliers are closed on Sunday.
I got a call back from Just Your PlumMer in about an hour or two. Stevie confirmed that he too couldn't get a new heater until Monday morning, but he could pick it up and install it early Monday AM. He gave me an accurate quote for the heater and installation. It was about $700! less than the discount plumber had quoted, even after their $500 discount.
So I hired Just My PlumMer over the phone and Stevie was here promptly Monday morning with the new water heater. Installation took 2-3 hours and it was completed with no surprises or hidden costs. Haul away of the old unit was included. Stevie was professional and friendly, very knowledgeable and respectful. He called to let me know when he was arriving (right on time). His rates are quite fair and reasonable.

I called Just Your Plummer asking for a quote for a new sink installation and they gave me an very attractive quote. A full $100 less than the other plumbers! Arriving, they knew the task at hand and was confident in handling it. They worked with me to figure out what set up I wanted and offered excellent suggestions for getting the most out of my new sink. I highly recommend these guys for your plumbing projects!

it's New Years Eve, but he arrived within 20 minutes and what could possibly have taken 2 hours, he resolved in 10 minutes. he also gave us a few tips about what tools we could buy on our own and that the toilets that our building uses causes our water bill to be higher. so he was super fast, very friendly, and informed us of some pretty useful tips. they're also considerably inexpensive - I highly recommend!

GO WITH THIS GUY! Probably the best plumber I have ever met ... I am studying to be an interior designer and I chose a complicated design for my half bath. Had a vessel sink that I needed installed and he finished the job effortlessly and very quickly after other plumbers simply walked away from the job. You can tell he is a perfectionist and very very kind. Will be using him again. This guy knows his craft and is very knowledgeable of other services also. Great service and affordable!

Awesome service! They sent someone out within a couple hours the day before A holiday! The guy that came out was nice and to the point, the price was not too bad either. I would highly recommend this company.

Scheduled a faucet replacement via Amazon Home Services with this company for 8-11 am.  At 11 am I called since they had not arrived and I had not heard anything from them.  Nobody picked up.  I called Amazon to see if they would have any luck.  Nobody picked up for them as well, and they had additional contact information.  Very strange how a company that is open the entire day can't seem to answer the phone over a 2 hour period.  I've still yet to hear anything but I canceled the job online.

This left me with a job that had to be completed today since we have a broken faucet, I can't take work off during the week, and my wife will be imminently having a baby.  To get the job done today I had to call a different plumber with 0 days notice and pay a premium.

I have used James three times now.  Once to install a garbage disposal, once to install a tankless hot water heater, and once to fix leaking toilets.  Each time he has done a great job at a very reasonable price.  Furthermore, when I had an issue with the toilet still leaking, he immediately came back (with new parts) and fixed for free.

I have now recommended Just Your Plummer to two friends.  If you need a plumber, this is the company to call.

Jason fixed a couple of issues in no time - cold water running and toilet flushing.  Great work at reasonable prices!

JYP are part of The Home Depot's installer referral program.  I used that service to get a kitchen faucet installed. I liked JYP's flat rate quote vs. the T&M that others offered. That was my main reason for selecting them.

Jason arrived on time, was courteous, friendly, clean, and got the job done.  He also installed the new soap dispenser and added another weight to ensure the retraction of the spray hose.

I'll use them again.

Shawn from JYP came to my house to repair a leaking toilet tank. He identified the problem after several minutes of troubleshooting and explained he needed to pick up a specific part from Home Depot. He returned to my home 15 mins later and installed the part in a few minutes. I can't say anything about the rest of their plumbers, but Shawn is definitely courteous and is a pro at his trade. Thanks for taking care of my parents Shawn!

I've had a few plumbing issues lately. Jason came over on a Sunday and took care of my problem- my plumbing wasn't working and I had 20 people over for dinner! Then another issue came up a few days later and he was over quickly to take care of it within a few hours. He is really good about explaining the issues and helpful in making a decision. They have a policy of returning to fix an issue if it reoccurs within 6 months which is great. Their rates are reasonable and Jason is a really nice, thoughtful person. I am really glad I met this man and this firm.

Remember how fun it is to come home to have your outdoor garden hose faucet burst and drench you in front of your house as folks gaze at you as a free circus show while they walk their dogs? Neither do I. After a shut off of the main water valve to the casa and change into dry clothes, I examined the issue and quickly concluded this was beyond the scope of a quick trip to Ace to buy a replacement faucet head...I don't like playing with blowtorches after sundown. Off to Yelp I went to find a plummer and was immediately met with answering machines signaling it was past 6pm and thus Miller time for most folks. However, Just Your Plummer answered the call and came by at 9:45 with all necessary parts including that damned blowtorch, a good attitude, and reasonable prices. He was done in less than 30 minutes and main water valve was set back to go to allow for high life luxuries such as showers and toilet flushing. Big kudos to Steve for getting on it when other folks would not and will certainly keep him in mind for future projects.

Fast, accurate and friendly. That's what I call good service. Jason and Eva  replaced the water pressure regulator in no time. I highly recommend them.

I'm an avid DIYers but met my match in my TINY crawl space with lots of close, weaving pipes. I couldn't quite finish and had to call in help (for the first time, yes I was bummed). So on a Sunday afternoon I found myself looking for a skinny plumber to finish up a couple water pipes. My initial bids were about $1,000, 'you'll need to excavate your crawl space first' or flat out 'we can't fit' / no. I got a call back from a yelp quote request within a few minutes and a quote for a $275 flat fee. We set it up for Tuesday--we can shower at the gym for a couple days without it killing us--but when he realized we were without water he said he could come within the hour for the same rate. He did, even though he and his wife were on their way to dinner. We invited her into the back yard and had a lovely chat about our gardens and the best Thai food around, and he took care of our pipes. Not only did he do great work while showing up on time and being professional, but he also make me feel good about what I had done rather than making me feel silly for trying, which I had. I'll call Just Your Plummer for future projects and already shot out a text to a couple friends who flip places.

Jason was outstanding.  Very friendly and more than happy to explain everything to me.  It was very easy to tell that he cared more about giving me great service then he did about trying to get the most possible money out of me.  He let me know how the dishwasher company install team were asking for unnecessary changes to my setup and then installed the dishwasher for much cheaper then they were going to charge me.

James and Jason you guys rocked. You guys were outstanding! They seem to care more about client than the money. A great duo, clean and professional and stuck it out until the job was done. Can't beat the price and even work on Sundays. They showed up right on time and explained everything they were doing. Thanksgiving night, we suddenly lost water pressure and had no idea why. Next thing we know, a neighbor knocks on our door and tells us the house is shooting water! Our water heater had a pipe burst and my mom was panicking about it possibly exploding! We got the gas and water shut off properly and made some calls to three plumbers on Black Friday. Two called us back, but only Just Your PlumMer intended to fix the problem immediately.

It only took them an hour and a half to replace our water heater, even though everything went wrong! They were nice and very friendly, explaining everything they were doing in plain, simple terms when we asked. Calling these guys is like calling your friend--except THESE GUYS know what they're doing!

After calling a couple of more plumbing companies to find someone to fix the problem left by a previous plumber who took off with a part of my reverse osmosis system and didn't return my calls, I had Stevie and Eva come to my rescue.  I highly recommend Just Your Plummer for old-fashioned, common sense, customer service combined with the latest technology and plumbing expertise.  Best part:  Very Reasonable Rates!  This isn't a case of you get what you pay for, this is a case of a company not out to rip you off with upsales and high markups.

When I called JYP, because of the 5 star yelp rating and their close proximity to my home, Stevie, a service technician, answered the phone himself.  He gave me a verbal estimate over the phone which was markedly less expensive than a previous company had quoted me after a home visit, and made it all sound so simple.  He arrived 20 minutes later with Eva.  They did the job in about an hour (replacing two kitchen water supply shut off valves and connecting my reverse osmosis cold water line to the cold water valve).  Both of them working as a team were pleasant and nice, didn't leave a big mess, and explained things easily.  Unfortunately, that night I ran my dishwasher and water leaked from the drain pipe.  I phoned and left a message and Stevie called me at 7 the next morning, came over in the early time frame he gave, and fixed the problem free of charge.  It was a minor unforseen detail with the pipe having been moved.  Stevie explained it all to me and didn't charge for a service call or anything.  Everything has been fine since.

I found Just Your Plummer through Yelp. I had a leaky bath tub faucet that needed to be repaired. I called Steve on a Friday and he agreed to come the next day on Saturday. He promptly arrived along with Eva during the time frame he specified. Both Steve and Eva were friendly and professional. They were honest and straightforward about the repairs needed. They suggested a solution that ultimately saved me a few hundred dollars. In the end, they spent about 1 hour at my place and charged me a very reasonable rate. I was given a clear invoice detailing the work they did and the parts they used. They even wrote down future recommended repairs (when I have the money). I was able to pay with my credit card on the spot. All in all, I can't say enough great things about Steve and Eva. I will definitely call them again for any future plumbing issues. Thanks!

I happen to need a plummer today and called this company to help me out. They told me they won't get to my place by 1pm and surprisingly they were right. They got here 30 minutes before. It was definitely worth the wait! Steve was able to fix the problem and he was kind enough to help suck up the water that flooded from the toilet. Sounds nasty but hey, he has done pluming for many years and he got use to the whole plumbing thing with no gloves. I recommend this company because for a good price they do an excellent job.

With only a short amount of time to renovate my condo before it went on the market, I decided to contract out the installation of a new kitchen sink. After speaking with several plumbers, Just Your Plummer came in with the lowest estimate.

Jason came out to do the work, and he was courteous, professional, and very obviously knew what he was doing. In a little less than three hours, he had my old sink out, and my new sink in.

Best of all, when I needed some additional parts to complete the installation, they didn't price gouge. The prices I was charged were on par with what I would have paid if I'd purchased them myself from Home Depot.

I'd definitely hire Just Your Plumber again.

My experience with Just Your Plummer could not have been better. They were recommended to me by a neighbor who had already had the same service that I was looking to have done on his property.

1) Scheduling the service to my property took less than five minutes.

2) Stevie was at my residence exactly when he said he would be. There wasn't a six hour window that I had to wait around for. We scheduled for 10am, and he was there at 10am sharp.

3) Stevie completed the job the same day in a time far faster than anticipated.

4) Stevie was professional, polite, great to talk to, and a true tradesman.

I was surprised how much easier interacting with Just Your Plummer was compared to Bill Howe Plumbing. Not that dealing with Bill Howe is complicated, but Just You Plummer streamlined the process, and they did it at less than half the cost. I originally scheduled with Bill Howe which would take two separate appointments. The first was to quote the parts needed, and the second to schedule and perform the work. Bill Howe quoted me at $625 to replace five shut off valves where Just Your Plummer completed the job in half the appointments, and at less than half the cost. I saved a day and over $300. I couldn't be happier.

Will always call here if I ever need a Plummer! Stevie was amazing, quick, professional, and very personable. I called about my issue with our toilet and he told me what was wrong right over the phone. Our toilet just had a bad smell, like urine, nothing that required immediate attention. He came over fixed it quickly and told me about updates I should do in the future. I called at 9am and he was here by 11:30am the same day. Stevie told me he works holidays. Good to know!  He shook my hand at the door and gave me his business card with a smile. I was shocked on how cheap the price was. I did receive a cool pink flashlight pen as well.

Well, we had this guy out today, and he couldn't even figure out how to remove our toilet to check for a leak. He did nothing but charge us 45$ for a service call.

Jason is awesome! I really needed an old garbage disposal replaced, so I called Just Your Plummer and scheduled an appointment. First off- Jason gave me a courtesy call exactly 30 minutes before my appointment. This set the tone for the entire visit, which was excellent. Not only did he come to my door with a smile, but handed me his card and a nifty pink flashlight pen and went straight to work. He was incredibly knowledgeable about what he was doing, and even managed to make a defective part in my new garbage disposal work (which saved so much time and money.)

He managed to finish the job in under two hours, and charged me such a reasonable fee that I am never letting anyone else do my plumbing needs. Not only that, but all of the work he did was guaranteed for 6 months!

Quick and Easy! I didn't even have to be there to pay them, they took my card over the phone and they left my place with a complete, functioning sink. I was missing a tiny plastic piece to the sink handle and other plumbers told me I would have to replace the entire sink!!! These guys went out and got the piece and fixed the handle like it was no big deal. Thanks guys :)

These guys are great .Had a large back up in my kitchen sink with standing water. They had to snake up to 40 feet of pipe to clear it but were able to. I would definitely use them again. Pricing is great as well. Very satisfied.

I phoned for a toilet replacement and after scheduling, received a call back from one of their plumbers in less than 10 minutes. He explained in detail the different flushing mechanisms and possible price ranges for each.
I shopped and bought a model. When I called back to say I had one in hand, an appointment moved from 5 days out to 3 hours!
Eva the plumber arrived on time and expertly removed the old and installed the new. She was professional, time efficient and nice. I am very impressed by her workmanship. Eva removed every scrap of debris on her way out the door-AND she gave me a flashlight pen! Cool!

Third visit from Eva the plumber to remove what appears to be a malfunctioning toilet tank. As before, this company routed my call expeditiously and she arrived about 3 1/2 hours from the 2nd, where she inspected the tank and install. Pleasant and timely-

Needed to get my air gap replaced after a dishwasher upgrade. Apparently the previous plumber who had replaced my garbage disposal hadn't cleared the hoses correctly, and the air gap was shooting out water while the dishwasher ran.

They came out early at 7:00 am, got it done in less than an hour. The tech was really friendly and efficient. They even left me with a complimentary flashlight pen.

Don't waste your time. Left two messages for these guys, one on Monday and one yesterday - its Thursday now and no call back. Yet another example of a small company with a good yelp rating not being able to keep up or provide basic customer service. Move on...

I called Just Your Plummer on Sunday morning for a leak, and Jason called back in 10 minutes, and arrived just 15 minutes later. He fixed the leak for a very reasonable price, and we also had him look at reworking some pipes in the kitchen since we were in the middle of a kitchen remodel. Jason took the time to explain exactly what he could do to reorganize our pipes that had been hiding behind 50 year old kitchen cabinets, even spending 20 minutes describing how we could do it ourselves if we wanted. I didn't quite trust my husband with the job, and Jason gladly completed that project as well on the same day, again for a great price! I fully trust Jason with any plumbing jobs, and hopefully we won't need a plumber any time soon, but if we do we will give him a call!

I would give them six stars if I could. Had water leak day before Thanksgiving and new dishwasher and garbage disposal needing to be installed. Found them on Yelp. Answered my call immediately. At our house within an hour. Had both Jason and Eva here. Both very knowledge and helped trouble shot leak issue. They worked professionally protecting our floors and efficiently. They were done in no time and pricing was extremely reasonable. We own some other properties and will certainly use them again. I highly recommend them!

I moved into a new place without a sprayer in the kitchen sink, how barbaric! The hole was there, but no sprayer, grrr!  I looked on YouTube, but I didn't have any of the tools required, so I called my parents and they recommended the family plumber (never knew we had one?)  Anyhow, this guy shows up does a few plumbing things and voila!, I have the sprayer I NEED in my kitchen.  The absolute best part was my dad paid the bill.  Yeah!

First if all he showed up EaRLY which alone is 5 stars, most contractors either don't show up or are late!.  He fixed my bathroom leaks quick and an excellent price very quickly. I highly recommend him and will use him again for all future plumbing needs!.

I called about getting a garbage disposal repair. The person on the phone talked me through basic steps to check out what might be wrong and I fixed it myself over the phone in 5 minutes! Thank you, Just Your Plummer!

Stevie was great.  He came on a Saturday to install 2 new bathroom basin faucet sets and a new faucet set with a handheld sprayer for our roman bath.  He finished the basin faucet sets and we discovered two of the three existing holes in the roman bath were too small.  I had to figure out how to router out the holes on granite slabs without breaking them before he could proceed.  I was able to get that done and Stevie returned the following day - on Sunday - to complete the job.  Mission accomplished.  The total job cost was a bit more than the original estimate, but it was reasonably priced for a more complicated installation than we both expected and his flexibility in getting it done over one weekend.  My wife and I are pleased and we will definitely use Just Your Plummer again and recommend them to others.

Jason provided great service.  I have used him twice.  He replaced a water heater on the July 4th weekend.  He did a great job and charged a reasonable price.  Because he  did such a good job, I had him install a whole house water filter that he recommended.  Again awesome job.

Steve and Tim came by and gave me an estimate of the work, day of the job, the work ended up being much more than anyone expected. They stayed until the job was done, and kept their word on the amount. Not only helping me bring my water heater up to code, but put in new piping and went above and beyond helping me with an electrical problem, multi talented. I will definitely be calling them back as more work needs to be done to this old house. I highly recommend them to anyone, they are cheerful, honest and fair. Who could ask for more.

We have used Just Your Plummer numerous times at our house and in our apartments. Mostly Steve. Always to our satisfaction and on one Thanksgiving morning actually to our complete amazement when our garbage disposal decided to explode and shred the dishwasher next to it. Steve and Eva came out while my wife got a new dishwasher and garbage disposal and by 3pm we were back to normal as nothing had happened at a very reasonable price besides the unexpected replacement costs for the garbage disposal and dishwasher.

Fast forward to today, 02/13/2020,  about 3 1/2 years later with a shower valve diverter replacement, new tubspout and new shower-head in an HOA-apartment complex. We had a 2-month wait-time to get this repair done since it needed a water shut-off in the entire stack of apartments, about 10 of them. Scheduled shut-off time was 9am. Steve was scheduled for 9am and showed up at 10:20am.

The picture shows how it looked at 3pm when Steve Just Your Plummer left, telling the tenant to call a plumber. That orange thing is the new valve which is about 4x6 and has threaded connections. The tiles are 8x8. At the bottom you can see the connection to the tubspout which should have been a simple screw-off, screw new one on. Only the connection to the spout and the shower-head was done. No connection to the hot- and cold stacklines.

I have not talked to Steve yet, he has not called me and I really do not know what went wrong besides the obvious as seen in the picture. I do not know at this point of what it will cost me to have this repaired or how long it will take to have the tenant back in his bathroom with a shower but if you are looking for a plumber proceed with utmost caution from here on.

Thanks to my Yelpers for referring me to another great service! I needed a new sink and garbage disposal installed, made several calls and got quotes in the range of $300-600 depending on what needed to be done. One call to Just Your Plummer and was given a flat rate under $200. Jason came on time, was very polite and professional. I appreciated getting a flat rate that I could fit into my budget, rather than a blank check. I would not hesitate to call again. In spite of my feelings towards tacky fridge magnets, I did put theirs up in the non-conspicuous side for convenience and recommended them to family/friends.

They've come out on short notice, for two different jobs, on time, and with a smile. Always willing to go the extra mile to help you out.

Let's get one thing clear first, I didn't hire this company and they did not work in my condo. They might be good plumbers and installers but I wouldn't know. This review is for how they left our complex a mess after they finished their job. My neighbor had this company install a new shower enclosure in their condo. I believe that's what they did. In the process, they hit the ceiling overhang leading up the stairs from the 1st fl when they were bringing in the new enclosure & damaged it. They left drywall from the damage over hang along w/styrofoam all over the floor under and by the stairwell. Im assuming the styrofoam came from the box that had the new enclosure in it when they took the box to our trash bin. Didn't bother to vacuum or sweep up the debris. They threw away all the trash and old enclosure frame and material in our complex's only dumpster, which pretty much filled it leaving no room for resident's to put their trash. They left the old shower glass doors and new shower enclosure's big boxes outside of our dumpster. Didn't even bother cutting up the box and putting it in the recycling part of the dumpster. On Mon 11/23/2015 I told the installer when I saw him that Waste Management only takes what's in the dumpster & nothing that's left outside the dumpster unless we (the homeowners/HOA) pay an extra pick up fee. To which he replied, in a polite manner I might add, that he'd tell the tenant to tell the owner they had to dispose of it. Guess what?? It's 5 days later and those shower glass doors and boxes are still there. I found his answer, as polite as it was, still very unprofessional as I myself also do home repairs/remodels and when we finish, we always clean up and dispose of all material & trash leaving the job as if we were never there. I mean, come on people have a little more respect. Lastly, this guy worked till about 7-7:30pm on Wed 11/25/2015 making all kinds of noise. My neighbor's bathroom is literally on the other side of my bedroom wall. My girlfriend and I were watching a movie in our living room with the volume pretty loud and could still hear the banging and drilling sounds. No respect for other neighbors. Like I said, this company might be good at what they do based on all these great yelp reviews they have. As far as clean up or being respectful of the complex they're doing work in, they failed on this one. Oh, I forgot to mention, Im the Vice President on the HOA board and could possibly get the homeowner fined or at least have to pay the Waste Management pick up fee for the mess you left. Don't think your customer is going to be to happy about that.

As for Heather's reply comment to my review... I do have my facts straight and I am not misguided. Your worker was here at least two times that week for more then 3 hours each time. Also, on one of those days, he did finish around 7pm ish. I didn't knock on my neighbor's door because I was aware of the work they were having done and attributed the noise to that. Thank You for your reply but I think you're the one who is misguided. Have a great day!

I am a first time homeowner, so when I saw a leak in the bathroom I knew I couldn't handle, of course I panicked. After calling Steve that night at 9:40pm, he was super cool and informative, and came over the next morning and fixed all of my issues quickly. Now everything works great, and I am back to being calm :)

I've been having a series of house related issues this month and have been stressed to the max. Last night, I noticed the kitchen faucet was leaking from the base and starting to make an about-to-fail noise. I called JYP this morning (Saturday) and they were able to make it out even sooner than they initially said -same day.

Fortunately, they were able to fix/replace it quickly and at very reasonable price. I mentioned a mineral deposited outdoor spout and he went to work and had a new piece in place within minutes for an even smaller fee. I was amazed. I'd been stressing for months about both. Finally, I inquired about my flash water heater and was quoted with another agreeable fee. I'll defiantly call them when the time comes.

I've always appreciated small-town businesses and miss the customer service they've provided to me. By chance, I found JYP today and couldn't be more pleased. My wife and I canvassed a few other shops who---despite their supposed 5 star ratings---were found lacking toward their estimate of our job. They were extremely high while letting on the phone that it wouldn't be too bad. Nope.

But with Just Your Plummer, the labor cost is clearly defined on their website and the follow through on quality is outstanding, repeat, superb! Moreover, their pricing ended up being 40% less!

Jason, the plumber, arrived and went right to work on replacing our bedroom sink faucet set which had tarnished, plus changing a leaking spray hose on the kitchen set. The man knows his stuff, be assured.

Oh, and one more thing---Jason clean up everything which he didn't have to do, including the bath sink, bless his heart!

We asked for him to replace a new toilet but when  it wasn't the right size. He simply replaced two screws and charged us $95 for it. So I didn't really get to see if he did or didn't do good work because of the circumstance but I did feel like he over charged for this.

i live out of state and called them up to diagnose a problem. They came out and resolved the problem with out any work needing to be done. The honesty was great because they could have made up a problem but they didn't. I would highly recommend because the are a honest company.

After having issues with my garbage disposal not working and my kitchen sink not properly draining, I called JYP and spoke to a very friendly man. The company is close to my home and I'm a huge proponent of supporting local businesses. I told him my issues- he made some suggestions over he phone in what he believed was the cause- and assured me it would be an easy fix the next afternoon. I left work early to be home for my scheduled appointment at 3- and after two hours, no one has yet to arrive and my phone calls to JYP are not being answered or returned. I'm not a fan of having my time wasted and I can assure you I'll never call this company again.

Jason came out on a Sunday and took an hour to snake out our pipes.  He was fast, competent, and cleaned up afterward.  I asked him to come back and remove a broken garbage disposal which he did quickly and then fixed another stoppage in the utility sink in our garage.  I wouldn't hesitate to have him come back.

I have called Just Your Plummer two times now, and have great experiences both times. The first was to fix my sink that wouldn't drain and the second was to install a garbage disposal.

They work quickly and is willing to answer any questions you may have. They also do their best to get out and help you as soon as possible! I will continue to use Just Your Plummer for all of my future plumbing issues or installations! Thank you!

My garbage disposal died, so went to Home Depot to buy a new one. Next day decided that I wasn't going to attempt to install it. So called up usual plumber. Usual plumber was booked for a week. Called Bill Howe. Bill Howe said they could send someone the following day, it would be $150 an hour. I said OK, but felt that was a bit expensive. Later I checked the yelp reviews for Bill Howe, they were pretty bad, so I cancelled the appointment and looked for a local alternative. Found Just your Plumber who had great reviews. Called them, left a message and Jason called back within an hour and said he could come fix garbage disposal later in the afternoon. He showed up, started work. Opened up the new garbage disposal unit from Home Depot. Found that the box contained a used disposal unit that someone packaged and returned to Home Depot ( Bad Home Depot!). Jason said he could take another appointment in the area while I exchange the unit. An hour later, after I exchanged the unit, I called Jason, who came back and installed the unit quickly and for a very reasonable price. Very happy, will use these guys again.

I wish there were more than 5 stars to give!  I cannot say enough wonderful things about 'JUST YOUR PLUMmEr!'  We found them on YELP! after our hot water heater stopped working and we thought we'd give them a try.  Oh my goodness!  I'm so glad we did!  
Reasonable pricing, honest people and a knowledgeable, friendly staff.  No pricing games whatsoever.  What they quote for a job is what you pay, and their entire staff is just wonderful, nice, professional, knowledgeable and friendly.  Jason and Eva were amazing when they came out to do work in all 3 of our bathrooms recently and they really knew what they were doing.  They were both so calm, confident, professional and knowledgeable that they put us right at ease.  They even gave us a referral to a member of their team who does electrical work for a couple of other upcoming electrical jobs we have pending!    I'm so excited and happy that we found JUST YOUR PLUMmer!  We'll definitely be calling them again in the future.

Came promptly -- I called him a little before 5 on a Saturday evening, and he arrived around 6. Worked hard until he found and eliminated the clogged. Very fair price. Gave me an honest deal and offered good advice on our plumbing for the future. I would recommend this company to anyone.

About 9 months after this initial visit, the same company was visiting my upstairs neighbor to replace a faucet in her condo.  They made a serious mistake during the replacement, and didn't turn off the water valves - causing a MAJOR FLOOD in my unit, and all of the other units below me as well.  This caused my entire kitchen to have to be renovated (blocked off and not usable for TWO MONTHS).  On top of this, Just your plummer doesn't have insurance - they only have a bond.  And when my insurance company went after them to cover the damages - they haven't heard anything back, this is now 8 months later, and I still haven't received my deductible because my insurance company hasn't gotten a response out of Just your Plummer.  Yes, some of their plummers may be fast and inexpensive - but DON'T RISK IT!

We needed help removing old and installing a new Reverse Osmoses (RO) water treatment system (the under kitchen sink type) that I purchased from Amazon. James from Just Your Plummer was right on time (which isn't always that easy on a Saturday at 7AM with only a two day notice) and he was very easy to talk to throughout the morning. James fully understood all that was needed and got to work in the first 5 minutes of being  in our home. He was very careful to protect countertops and flooring while working. A few of the coupling sizes were different (old system to new) and James showed me how a few extra reducer/coupling parts he had in his truck were needed to get it all done connected and running today (with no trips to the hardware store and minimal extra cost). Concurrently, I had a new clothes washer and new refrigerator being delivered/installed by Best Buy. The Best Buy installers would not hook the new fridge to the RO system (claiming liability issues) for ice/water, but we really wanted the ice/water fed to fridge to be RO treated. So..James to the rescue! No problems...no worries...a few couplings later and the new fridge is working great (with RO treated water!). James also ended up connecting my washer due to a drain line issue that stopped the Best Buy guys from connecting it. Throughout the morning James was very focused yet he did not mind talking about what he was doing and keeping us informed of his timing and work underway. Just Your Plummer will get more work from us in the future! Thank you Jason and James. Great work!

Stevie completely saved the day.  A pipe busted in our back yard out of the blue and I had no idea where our main shut off was on the house.  Stevie answered and was  able to come over within about and hour.  He showed me where the water shut off valve is on my house and gave me a few options for the repair.  He maid a point of showing me all of the parts that needed repair and explained what was going on if such an issue were to happen again.

I really appreciate that as a new home owner and a lady.

Free phone estimate?  24/7 service?  Huh?  Why is this advertised if the company doesn't follow through?  I had to leave a message and NEVER got a call back.  Not enough courtesy to return a call, even if it's to tell me your company will not be able to complete the service that you advertise?  That's not cool. Now I know for sure that I can't rely on Just Your Plummer if I have a plumbing emergency. Heck, I'll never find out if I can rely on them because I'll never call them again.

These guys are fantastic, highly recommended. Quick, efficient, talented and nice to work with, You should use them!

I called this plumbing company based on Yelp reviews just out of curiosity. My wife and I got home from work last week to find our bathroom floor very wet.
Not being able to fix the problem myself, I spoke to Jason by phone to see how fast he could respond. He said they had someone very close by and would be there in approximately 1/2 hour! This was must quicker than I expected and they were there within 20 minutes!
The water leak, which turned out to be fairly minimal, was repaired in about 15 minutes by Jason's co-worker Eva! A female plumber? Now that's awesome!
Both Jason and Eva were kind, courteous and efficient!
Best prices and service in the San Diego area by far.
Very highly recommended company!!

Bathroom sink dilemma!
Last night as I was getting ready for bed, I removed my diamond earrings and one fell down my Bathroom sink! It was after hours, so I yelped a plumbing service and found, Just your Plummer. I emailed them that night and had a respond from Heather in minutes. It wasn't a after hours emergency, so she assured me that they would call me first thing in the morning.
And they did! Jason showed up 20 minutes later. Opened my sink and cleaned it out and even sealed the overflow drain all less then 30 minutes. He was very professional, kind and knowledgeable . And the price was a deal! I am so happy I found this company and highly recommend them to anyone in need of a plumber.

was referred by a coworker (who used to be a plumber).....had jason come out and install and new kitchen faucet, he did that super fast. Had him come back to install gas for my new range, so i could get rid of the electric one, took 3 guys, 5 hours and a really great price....he then came back and installed my gas range when it came in. I had read the numerous good yelp reviews online, and decided to choose Just Your Plummer to fix my low water pressure in my master shower.  I was able to make an appt. on a Saturday at a time that was convenient to me.  Jason came right on time, and after explaining what the problem was, he got right to work.  He found the root of the problem, and fixed my shower water pressure, so that it feels like a heavy rain coming down - sweet relief!  His price was very reasonable, and his professionalism was exemplary.  I would definitely call Jason back to repair any plumbing issues!

Jason has provided wonderful service now 3 times to my home and condo.  He is easy to reach, does a great job, and has reasonable prices.  I just called him for a fourth job and was able to get an appointment for tomorrow.  Reliable and affordable!  I highly recommend!

I have called them 5+ times to follow up on a job they completed.  No one has called me back.  The first time I used them they did a great job on a shower valve, so I gave them return business.  This time it was a water line for a refrigerator.  I had them install a shutoff valve in the wall.  He did it all quick and everything looked fine.  Ten days later I noticed my baseboards had warped.  I pulled out the fridge and discovered a leak from the fridge connection.  Well the line was barely hand tight. My 2yr old could've made it tighter.  I mean come on, tightening the line is a priority.  I checked the end at the wall and it was loose as well.  Now I have to replace several baseboards and not sure yet about my hardwood floors.  Worst part is my several attempts to contact them and no one has returned my call regarding this matter.

I used this company three times to date, and I have been happy each time. Of the three times I had Jason, the main plumber, come out to replace faucets. He is doing an excellent job, fast, efficient, and in a clean fashion. The cabinet space under the faucets is so small, I admire how he does his job under these circumstances. I talked to him a lot while he was working (and he always kept on his mask), he is a very friendly and knowledgeable guy. I will always ask for him when I need a plumbing job in the future. Last but not least their fees are very competitive and reasonable.

Jason came out to my Kensington home and did a great job replacing my dead water heater.  He was very professional, gave me options along the way during the process and charged me exactly what he quoted me.  I'll be sure to hire him for any of  my plumbing needs in the future.  I recommend Just Your Plummer!

Talk about excellent. My gosh. Jason came and replaced our kitchen faucet. He fixed other problems he encountered as well without batting an eyelash. He explained things to us and helped us understand what he was doing. He worked quickly and did a fantastic job. He is a super nice guy.

I'll definitely call these guys again if a need arises. It's so much easier to have them do it professionally and for way cheap than to struggle for hours. I have watched YouTube videos in the past and have tried to make home projects DIY... I think I'm done doing that after this experience. I won't forever be wondering if I messed things up. Saved me such a hassle.

Hired Just Your Plummer for a small job extending my outside hose bib to another location on the side of my house. Called around and was quoted high prices over the phone. Steve showed up to quote the job within an hour or so of talking on the phone. Quoted a fair price and said he could do the job right then. Was done in a couple hours and it looked great.

Very impressed. They evaluated the situation, suggested replacements, and then purchased and installed them. They will be my go to plumber from now on.

My kitchen sink was leaking and the gentleman, Brett, came in and told me what was wrong with the sink, gave me a quote, went and bought the part needed to fix the sink, and then repaired the sink leak.  The service was professional and effective, the price was reasonable, and I would use their services again for any other plumbing needs.

We had an emergency last night and knew we needed to call a plumber (always as scary as going to a mechanic).  Where to start? Went to Yelp and started to read reviews. Based solely on what I read I called this business and what a surprise! That first phone call was fast and efficient.  I was put on a three way call with Nacho who showed up at my house within an hour. He was courteous, professional and best of all he didn't rip us off!  Thank you guys we will be calling you again!!

I just had a good, if not unusual, experience with Jason of this company.  I was peeling potatoes and onions into the garbage disposal when the kitchen sink drain backed up.  I could not clear it.  Water was leaking.  I made an appointment with Just Your Plummer.  However, for unclear reasons, the drain was no longer backing up.  Jason discovered that a hose had come loose.  He tested the drain, and it worked fine.  I offered to pay for a service call.  He declined.  He was courteous throughout.  I would call them again if needed.

I have had Jason come out to service my home twice. I'm up in Carmel Valley. He provided next day service for both visits.

The first mission was to fix my bathroom sink. We had our popup fall into the trap because the head of the popup broke off. Because everything was glued, the solution was to replace the old metal piping with PVC. It looks great, water flows normally, and it doesn't have that funny smell anymore.

The second visit was today (Saturday). Jason fixed my kitchen sink and also installed a new toilet. The new toilet works and looks great. The sink is flowing perfectly.

I initially selected them because they were the only business that took my call and responded quickly. All of my questions were answered and both jobs were done very professionally and at a reasonable price. I highly recommend their service.  I will continue to use them for future problems or projects.
