I have never been as impressed as with Team-Rooter. From the initial call with Clarissa to the follow up texts to keep me informed and the work by AJ. Very rapid response which is almost unheard of today. One of the best systems I have ever experienced!

Outstanding - again. There was a bad valve in my front yard that had been letting out water for days, and Alex came on time, gave me an estimate, got the parts and did the repair in under 2 hours. Kenny and Alex then proceeded to note that a pressure regulator was malfunctioning and that the may be a slab leak on top of all that - if I hadn't known this who knows for how long the damage would have continued. They set me up with a leak detection service instantly, gave me quote for the other possible repairs, and I will definitely all them as soon as the leak is found. This company is fantastic and Alex and Kenny just outstanding, I strongly recommend them.

We had Anthony from Team Rooter over for slow bathtub drainage at this old house we are renting.
There are underlying main line issues that we need the landlords consent to fix but he was still able to help us resolve the drainage and was very professional throughout the service. They also emailed us pictures regarding the main issue and estimate needed to be forwarded to our landlord. His supervisor came out and was really knowledgeable and helpful as well. We also got help with our bathroom sink that had similar issues and had to still only pay the original quote. Would definitely use this service again.

Had a drain backup in my kitchen sink. Tried with a manual snake, but couldn't clear it. Called Team Router Plumbing. Aaron was the specialist. Fantastic guy. Even better at getting the drain cleared. The obstruction was about 30+ feet down. Everything seemed OK, but he went in a second time because he didn't feel like he cleared it well enough the first time. There were a couple of other small items he attended to as well.  Made sure everything was perfect before he left. It was a lot more work than I thought it would be, but all is good now. Shout out to Aaron.

I called them for an emergency clog issue and they scheduled me the next day. During the window for my appointment the next day, the company canceled stating an emergency situation. With difficulty, (because none of their phone numbers seem to work and there are 3 different ones) I rescheduled for the next day. By then, I had resolved the emergency clog issue, but I kept my appointment anyway to have the pipes snaked just in case. I have two separate homes that sit on the same main sewer line. The tech snaked the toilet in the main house first, and then brought a machine to snake the 3 cleanout from the inside wall for that toilet. He informed me that it went about 30 ft. The tech then went to the guest house but did not snake the toilet. Instead he used the same machine and went through the 2 cleanout, which happened to be in the back alley on the back of the guest house. Unfortunately, the tech got the snake cable stuck in the pipe (because he was unaware of which direction the sewer line actually ran, the snake he used was too small for the main sewer line which is why it coiled on itself). Now the tech has to call a field supervisor (FS). While waiting for the FS, the tech admits to me he pushed the snake 40-50 ft and had to push through a few difficult spots, but thought he was snaking toward the main house. Our main sewer line actually flows from the main house, to the guest house, to the back alley. There is a manhole cover just 10 ft from our property in the alley, which is marked sewer. There is a clear separation of concrete where the main sewer line is located in the alley and also where it connects to each property. The tech also mentioned that he could've broken the pipe with his machine or possibly roots blocked the pipe, but we just have no way of knowing. The FS snakes a camera into the 3 cleanout from the main house. He finds the snake clog which appears to look like a twisted, knotted, pretzel mess. There was nothing noted on the camera on the way to the snake clog, however the FS cannot get the camera to pass the snake clog. The FS snakes the camera into the 2 cleanout from the back of the guest house. Again he finds the snake clog but again the camera cannot pass through. Again there was nothing noted on the camera on the way to the snake clog. The FS and tech are pulling on the snake as hard as they can but it doesn't move. The FS uses a wand to locate the exact location of the snake clog from above ground. He tells me it's just below my guest house bathroom floor (wrong) and the tech attempts to reach the snake clog from the shower drain (wrong) but fails. The FS tells me that because my pipes caused the snake to clog (wrong), I was financially responsible for the work that would be required to now release his machine. He quotes me $6000 and tells me he has to jackhammer and dig a 4ft x 4ft hole, 4ft deep in the ground to get to the snake clog. And I'm responsible for the reconstruction of the guest house bathroom flooring because Team Rooter does not do floors. The FS also informs me that there is fine print in the contract that states the owner is liable if a snake gets stuck in their pipe (wrong). The FS and tech sat around waiting while I called my husband and searched for an immediate second opinion. I overheard the FS tell the tech I would do the same thing if I were her. The FS and tech yanked so hard the remaining steel cable actually broke away from the snake clog. however the snake clog could still be seen with the FS's camera. The FS tells me he'll do me a favor and quotes the repairs at $3600. I had two other plumbers come and estimate the damage and provide other solutions. They both pointed to several errors, misjudgments, and unethical behaviors by both the tech and the FS. Another plumber was able to locate the snake clog (which was actually in the main sewer line BEHIND the guest house in the alley), pass the camera through the clog to see that there was nothing on the other side of the snake clog (like roots or broken pipe), then he dug a 2ft x 4ft hole in the dirt between the back of the guest house and the alley, and found 12ft of Team Rooter's snake line in our pipe. The total cost was $250 and took 3 hrs. This company took 7 days to resolve my entire plumbing issue. I had to relocate and reimburse renters staying in the back guest house for 2 days. I had to cancel all rental reservations in the guest house for 7 days. Our plumbing was not accessible for 5 days after Team Rooter left my property, and all of the main house and guest house drains had been working prior to their arrival. I made a mistake giving them a 5/5 rating. That was before I knew better.

We were looking to get a outdoor hose bib replaced and were reaching out to a lot of different plumbing companies to get estimates. Team Rooter was highly responsive to our initial requests and put us directly in touch with their supervisor so we could get a general estimate. It was a relatively straight forward task and getting a ballpark estimate over the phone was nice. Some of the other companies wanted us to wait 2 weeks to send someone out for an estimate.

Their pricing wasn't the cheapest and was in the middle region of the estimates we received. But they warranty their work for 5 years so we thought it was worth it. They sent someone out the same day. He came and took a look, we discussed how the repair would go and he immediately drove to Ferguson to pick up parts and completed it that day.

Both existing hose bibs were soldered on so they had to remove the existing fitting and solder on new threaded connectors which could more easily accept replacement bibs in the future. My only complaint is the appearance of the work. One bib came out looking fine but the other which also required replacement of a section of pipe wasn't the prettiest. The surrounding stucco was discolored from the torch and the solder lines were not clean at all. In the end, both are functional and I suppose that's the most important thing.

Top pick from yelp for a good reason. Their techs are punctual and respectful. Had a stopped up kitchen line. Andrew and his partner attempted to knock out the job the first time. 3hrs of work later and wasn't able to. The following day with reinforcements and more heavy duty equipment the job was completed. You get reasonable pricing and no bs. Definitely recommend this company. I'll be having future projects through them

Steve Johnson is a rare plumbing technician. Showed up EARLY (10 min. before the 2-hr time window, with his mask on) and knew exactly what to do to fix our stubborn clogged kitchen drain (after several attempts on our own to fix it, we finally had to call an expert!).

We heard about Team Rooter from the great Yelp reviews and decided to give them a try. Very reasonable price to fix our drain, gave us a 30-day warranty...and left no mess.

Will definitely use them again (and will ask for Steve, specifically).

We had some plumbing repair issues with a toilet that resulted in some water damage. Tim router fixed the root cause and also recommended a company that worked with our insurance to do the demolition and repair. Nicolas was great! Very communicative and friendly

Awesome job team rooter! The whole team was very nice and super helpful. They explained the problem with our plumbing and offered us different solutions. They were very clean and didn't leave a mess after they left. Special shout out to Steve Johnson, super friendly and funny.

We used Team Rooter today for our area drain issues in our backyard, my husband and I were very impressed with the attention to detail and knowledge that Enrique and Dennis put into our job. They didn't give up, they kept troubleshooting to help us find our draining issues. They did a great job Hydro jetting several of our drains. I would recommend Team Rooter to all. Quality work, great technicians and fair pricing. We will be calling them back very soon for phase 2 of our drain project,,  thank you!

One of their plumbers came out and installed a new garbage disposal. It went ok. Then my dishwasher woukd not drain. So I called them and they sent out another one. The dishwasher would make a noise and try to drain, but couldn't. After his visit, he stated that the pump had died. Magically the dishwasher made no more noise when I pushed the drain button. So, I didn't have a dishwasher for a week and got a new one installed. Guess what? It would not drain either. The installer (not a plumber or even 2) said I needed a new stop gap. I called another plumbing company and they took out the stoo gap, the pipe so brittle I could break it in two. He said it was lucky that it didn't burst.. He replaced it for $125 and my dishwasher works perfectly now.
When I called the regional manager, Mo she sympathized with me and was very nice. It was all a show! She said she would talk to the plumber and call me the next morning. That was Tuesday afternoon. It is now Saturday afternoon and no one ever called me.
I will never use this company again. I don't believe they know what the truth is. Very disappointing that they could not do their jobs.

We had an emergency drainage problem on a Sunday. I reached out to several companies and Team Rooter got back to me within a half hour with a reasonable price quote and were able to schedule the same day. They were at my house within a few hours of my call. It turned out to be a much bigger issue and our technician, Cliff, was awesome. He was here for probably six hours working on our problem. He had to dig up our yard and repair a large section of pipe and he also showed us more extensive work we are going to need in the near future. He did a great job and cleaned up beautifully at the end. After he was all packed up, he even came back in to help us clear out a big hair ball from the shower. Definitely feel like I got lucky today with professional, quality service from a technician who worked hard to make sure we didn't have to go without toilets and showers tonight!

We called Team Rooter for what we believed was going to be a simple snaking of the drain from the house to the street.  The technician, Victor, came and assessed the situation.  It turned into a massive project that included having to dig a huge trench and replacing the cast-iron piping that was collapsing.  I must say that the amount of the project in the end is overwhelming; however, it is comparable with what is costs to have it done elsewhere.
Throughout the 3-day project, everyone that was at our house representing Team Rooter was professional, courteous, and extremely hard-working.  A few of the guys even stayed until after dark to try to get certain parts of the project completed.  Dennis, Victor, Victor, Daniel, and Christian were a few of the guys who worked on the project.  Our front yard was completely torn apart, but when they were finished, it looked exactly as it had before.  Every single rock was literally back in the same place!  Overall, I highly recommend this company and everyone that worked on our project.

Hector came out and did whatever it took to get the job done. We have an older house with unique plumbing and Hector made sure everything worked. He went above and beyond to do the work right. Highly recommend!

This review is solely based on our experience with Kenny, who came out to look at our clogged drains.

He called us about 45 minutes prior to our appointment to let us know he was coming and from where so that we were aware.  When he arrived, he had on his mask, gloves and booties readily available to wear before entering out home.  

He inspected our sinks then thoroughly explained to us what was going on with the drains and what needs to be done in order to fix it.  

He provided us a quote and business card, asked us to go ahead and do our due diligence then let him know what we decide.  

Kenny was extremely professional.

After a main line back up nightmare with another company, Team Rooter, specifically Alex and Kenny came through for us in a big way. We had received a very expensive bid to perform an epoxy liner installation into our old cast iron main line, and Team Rooter was able to save us MORE THAN HALF of that original estimate. Kenny was especially helpful in describing some of the predatory practices used by companies in defaulting their solution to the high price/short job of epoxy lining and was able to present other options clear and concisely to a new homeowner. In the end, we went with trenchless pipe burst technology to install a new 4 main line instead of the epoxy lining. While this may not be a solution to all, we were able to cut down on costs while getting a new pipe vs. retrofitting an older one.

Team Rooter was also supportive of our strategy of getting competing bids from other companies, which is a truly honorable thing to do in this industry. They were able to separate their bid as well as price match the competition.

Upon agreeing to the work, Kenny and his team were able to get started immediately and have the job wrapped up in short time. He was kind enough to perform an after action cam of the main line as well as answer any lingering questions we had. Team Rooter will be our go to from here on out, as the professional, genuine service we received from start to finish will not go unnoticed.

Had an issue with our main line being clogged. I called at 10am, the woman on the phone was very helpful, can't remember their name though, and we had a older at our house in an hour. No huge time windows that have you wasting all day waiting, like most companies. Steven was great, super friendly and courteous. Got the job taken care of in a timely manner, and even cleaned the job site up when he was done. Highly recommended, and request Steven if you can.

Team Rooter will be my only call moving forward for plumbing problems or needs.  They quickly scheduled and cleared my piping blockage.  They were very professional, communicative and clean.

Andrew Diaz, specifically, was as good as it gets when you've in this situation.  He was on time, very professional, clean, but most importantly genuine.  He let me know what the best options were to deal with an ongoing problem and suggested some temp options until I decided which permanent solution I wanted to pursue in the next few days.  He cleared my drain and cleaned up so well it was as if it never happened.  Went above and beyond my expectations!  I could see him running a company some day.  Very much appreciate him.

We had a badly clogged main line for several days. After just one call, we had a same day appointment. The team was fast, friendly and professional at a great price. Only thing, I wish I had called them sooner (and stopped trying to unclog it myself.) Thank you once again!

We came home to our kitchen sink being clogged. I didn't know who I can call or trust to come in my home during theses times. Not knowing any plumbers,  I had to looked on line and was very nervous. I saw the deal of $69 but  I'm always worry of it being a scam to up charge you when they get here. Hector Ponce Martinez came to my door with a mask and feet covers. Hector was really professional and but me at ease. He had so much knowledge and told me what he was doing. There was no surprises on cost. Unfortunately the problem could not be fix that day. We have to wait for the home owner and get HOA approval. Team Rooter thank you for hiring good people we can trust in our home.

I called out Team Rooter to find a slab leak and give me a quote to fix it. The cost to find the leak was $395, a bit expensive but should be a good report of the leak location, right?
They reported to my sons (I was at work), one leak under the slab going to the backyard faucet, one under the slab near the location of the water heater, one at the water meter and all 4 sprinkler valves (2 in front yard and 2 in backyard) are leaking.
Pretty good report right? Except there are four lines under the water heater going into the slab, which line is leaking? Also, the two sprinkler heads in the back are isolated by a shut valve and one of the sprinkler heads in the front was replaced the previous weekend. Starting to wonder about the report.
Anyway, they said they could be out the next day to fix everything. Only $6500. WHOA?! $6500!!! I have to come up with $6500 overnight? Of course, they offer financing. I'll bet they do. With prices like that it's probably the only way most people can use their business.
So I ask questions, how long will it take? Response - just one day. Next question, how many technicians? Response - two. A little quick math and assuming an 8 hour workday that works out to be about $400/hour PER TECHNICIAN (not including materials). When I mentioned $400/hour (PER TECHNICIAN) I was reminded that they had to pay the office staff as well. What are they paying all their people with, ounces of gold?
Anyway, i ended up calling an actual leak detection company ($250). One leak under the slab from the line going to the back faucet and one at the meter.
Got two quotes from other plumbers ranging from $1750 to $2500 to reroute the leak under the slab and fix the leak at the meter. $4000 savings. Only $1000 per sprinkler head. Obviously these companies are not paying their workers in gold.

We had a kitchen sink clog and Cliff from Team Rooter had it cleared in a matter of minutes.  Everything was smooth from me calling to set up the appointment, the notification he was on the way with the name and photo of who to expect, the work completed, and the easy payment and invoicing of the work.

I highly recommend them for your plumbing needs.

I found Team Rooter Plumbing San Diego on Angie's List. They will spam your email so block the stuff you don't need. However I manage to find a honest plumber. They were able to send Greg out. He showed up in less then two hours. He was able to fix my issue by removing two brick walls and three brick steps. He found a pin hole leak right by the 90 angle leading form the main water line. He cut the new pipe and sweat the joints. He also manage to do all of the this in under a half of a day. Greg was able to locate the leak without ia separate company having to come out to find it which would have been an additional cost. I know every job is a little different however with the current state of your economy Team Rooter Plumbing bid came much lower then other bids that I had gotten. They are worth a call to see if they can do it for you. On a side note this repair some how has made my washing machine much quieter when it first starts up. Less banging pipe noise when it calls for water? Weird i know right.

I cannot stress enough how Team Rooter went above and beyond to make sure our problem was correctly diagnosed before doing any work. Our technician was Aaron, who took the time to explain what was going on and was very honest from the very beginning. We had a leak on the side of our house , which we feared was a drainage leak. Aaron performed a camera test and told us it was not the case, free of charge which was unexpected. He also ran some other pressure tests and took it upon himself to look through a couple concrete patches, and in doing so figured that it might not even be our leak, but a leak coming from the neighbors. Communication was easy and Aaron made sure we weren't doing any work that was unnecessary, which is very refreshing this day in age.

Wow.  I rarely write Yelp reviews. My interaction has to be exceptional. Team Rooter guys were just that. Professional, nice and honest.  It's hard to say that about a service company.  If you have a plumbing issue call these guys. They won't rip you off.  I thought I had a major sewage leak and they confirmed I had no plumbing issue instead of trying to sell me on 1000s of dollars of repairs. Integrity is important and Team Rooter is just that.

TLDR: Steve with Team Rooter is a true professional. Very courteous, timely, and responsive to my issues. Will definitely use Steve and Team Rooter in the future, and would recommend their services to anyone with plumbing needs.

The lateral line at my Clairemont house was backing up and causing serious issues with my tenants. On late Sunday night, Steve with Team Rooter was able to come out and address the problem, giving the tenants (and me) relief for the night.

The next day, the problem was not resolved, so Steve and the team came out again first thing in the morning to work on the problems (including roots in the pipe and old cast-iron pipes in general). They also replaced some cast-iron piping near the house, matching the cost from competitors.

Throughout the process, Steve and Leo were very accommodating to my questions and concerns, explaining the issues and multiple solutions. They provided updates throughout the process, and even came out to check on the work during the rain to make sure the area was secure, and Steve went above and beyond to make sure that the tenants were taken care of.

From providing relief late on a Sunday night to a relatively large plumbing project, Steve and the team can do it all. Really appreciate finding this company and would recommend to any and everyone.

I truly never want to leave such a harsh review for a company doing their best but this company... truly isn't doing their best.
I had called multiple companies before I was directed to team rooter. I was given their number from Anderson and I was honestly at wits end
It was 11pm, right before a bit storm was about to hit San Diego and all of my sinks were overflowing and spewing water everywhere. Water covered my kitchen, my bathroom and my hallways. I expressed my absolute desperation and all I got was oh ya. I'll have someone call you
They had my number, my name, my address and frantic needs... and yet.....nothing!
I wait an hour and nothing
I call again at midnight- I speak with the SAME person who assured me ONCE again that I would get a call asap......
Nothing.
It's now 1am and my sinks are still full. I'm still using all of the towels in my house to keep it under control and this company has their technicians elsewhere.
Is that a crime? Nah. Never. I'm not the prince of Monaco. I'm not the prezzy of the US!
But telling me I can rely on you during not one but THREE different phone calls.......

Your company never came

You never helped
And I really really needed your help.

So now I will flex the one muscle I have and leave a  bad review.
Because Im desperately battling something your company could have easily helped with.

AWESOME! 10 on a scale of 10! Christopher the plumber figured the kitchen sink clog problem out in minutes, and solved it quickly, at minimal cost. Plus he was pleasant to talk with and funny! The entire experience from the first Yelp response to the appointment making ladies - everything was fantastic. And they were the only ones who we could get on short notice, same day! We are so thankful to Christopher and the entire Team Rooter Plumbing San Diego. Hugs to all of you! You gave us our Memorial Day weekend back. We will use you from now on and will refer you to everyone.

I am writing this review in hopes of stopping the fraudulent practices of Team Rooter and at the very least warn any future customers.
I was in need of a plumber to determine/fix very low water pressure to my rental condo in San Diego.
Team Rooter was the first plumber available and sent a technician, Andrew, on Tuesday, June 27, 2023.
Andrew had to request a supervisor and rescheduled for the next day, Wednesday.
There was an emergency so they cancelled and rescheduled for Thursday.
Although I told them the entire condo had low water pressure, they proceeded to check every water outlet and took multiple pictures of the fixtures---35 pictures total of which maybe 11 were pertinent and even less, helpful.
After this unnecessary assessment, the supervisor, Andrew, said it was probably the water softener or the tankless water heater causing the flow restriction. He thought the water softener would be the first to check since this is where all the water entering the unit flows through. The problem was that there was no shut off-valve to isolate the water softener to check this. He quoted me $1800 to put in 2 shut-off valves which I questioned as being very high but he went on to justify the time it took to get the materials and repipe the existing one. I agreed as the tenants (with a small child) had been more than a week with decreasing water pressure.
Fortunately the water pressure returned once the water to the softener was by-passed. So I requested that they check the filter as I thought it could be clogged--a simple and obvious thing to do next with instructions on the unit. Andrew, the supervisor, told me they do not repair water softeners----they only do replacements. He also asked if I wanted them to put in an isolation valve to the water heater as it only had one on the hot side and not on the cold side.
At this point I said Goodbye!
In the meantime the plumber that put in the tankless water heater returned my call and said he could put in the by-pass valves for $800 and said the tankless water heater he installed had a shut-off for BOTH hot and cold.
The invoice I received from Team Rooter had no itemization--just a balance due of $1800.
I requested by email an itemization for the work done on July 19 and again on July 23 with no response.
Then I called July 31, August 14 and August 21 and each time I was told they would forward this request to a supervisor.  On August 22 finally I received an email listing Material: (Price includes markup for sourcing and delivery) with a list of things of nominal value for $560.00.  Labor 1/2 day One plumbing technician and apprentice was $1240.00.
In the meantime I noticed in the pictures Team Rooter had sent and pictures requested that my tenant took of the back of the water softener, THERE IS A BY-PASS ATTACHED TO THE WATER SOFTENER!
In addition, the trouble-shooting INSTRUCTIONS located on the inside cover of the water softener INSTRUCTS YOU TO USE THE BY-PASS VALVE IN 2 SEPARATE CIRCUMSTANCES!
I paid $1800 (not to mention time and trouble) for something I DID NOT NEED!
I am a woman that lives out-of-state and they took advantage of my situation.
I have since read several reviews of this nature especially in emergencies where Team Rooter will do unnecessary work and then gouge them with costs without fixing the problem. I have become one of them and I hope anyone reading this will not either.

PS: I could not post this review unless I gave them one star which they do not deserve.

Had a very positive experience with Team Rooter. Sewer line was backing up into the shower/tub on a Saturday morning. Tristan was sent out to assess but was unable to fix the issue, so he called in his manager Kenny. They went above and beyond working essentially all day/evening Saturday to clear the line.

We ultimately needed to replace part of the main line and opted to do an additional fiberglass insert on the rest of the main line to the house as a proactive measure. Communication was excellent throughout the process. We always knew exactly what the crew was doing and why, and pricing was fair and upfront. Kenny was very thorough in explaining our options and didn't apply any pressure for additional work.

The team worked very hard on a multi-day job and were both meticulous and clean.

Things went as well as they could have gone, considering the issue. I would highly recommend this team for any plumbing needs.

Area or landscape drains are the worst to clear. I know because I had 2 of them that were very difficult to unclear, I know because I tried myself to fix. I finally decided to call a pro. I called Team Rooter on a Thursday and had a tech at my house on Friday. Robert Palmer was great to work. He video mapped my drains to identify the location and clog. Once this was done he used 2 different types of hydro jetters to attack both drains, from front to back. I gotta say the service was excellent and I'll definitely call Team Rooter next time I need service. Thank you Robert Palmer for your great support.

When I called and scheduled the tech to come out on the 4th of July because the garbage disposal in our 4 year old home had stopped working, I expected to have it replaced that day. Or I would have waited until Tuesday. The tech arrived after I called because no one had showed up and it was past the window of time I had been given. The tech arrived apologized and proceeded to give me two ridiculously high quotes for a new garbage disposal. Needless to say we did not use this company. It was a complete waste of my time and theirs.

They were able to come within the next hour of being called. Our plumber Alex was polite, honest, and did not try to sell us anything extra. He was quick in his service too. I would definitely recommend them and hire them again!

Kitchen sink clog/slow drain after a minute or two of running water.
Luke came out and provided drain cleaning using a powered augur and was very respectful and informative.

Needed a sink unclogged...they unclogged it. Pretty straightforward transaction. :) They found a piece of plastic & some glitter...suggested a new garbage disposal (I think the mystery plastic broke it) & said they could install it if I'd like...I guess I'll add that to my list.

The guys were efficient & professional & fixed our clogged kitchen sink. The issue we have with them is their customer service not giving us a line item report when we asked for one. We feel that they overcharged us on the work that was done ($3,420) for a clogged sink.  The reason we think this is, we called Bill Howe to unplug our shower drain ($92.) & I asked him to give an estimate of the work that Team Rooter did. He said we were way overcharged what Bill Howe would have charged. I asked if there was an industry standard for that kind of work & he said no, it's commission based. The guys doing the work get about 25% of the charge, so they have incentives to charge as much as the customer is willingly pay. This company takes advantage of your emergency situation. BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!  We will use Bill Howe from now on.

I requested quote on Yelp and they responded right away. Set it up appointment next day. Alex showed up within time frame. He was dressed neat and was wearing shoe covers. He explained about repiping and how they would run pipes. He promised to give me quote by end of the day and in couple hours I had quote emailed to me. They have fair prices. I would recommend this company.

Who likes to take care of the drains? Definitely not me! However, my laundry rooms pipes smelt so bad, we had to do something about it! Our technician Felipe was early, communicative and on top of everything he did when handling our pipes. He made our experience wonderful! They did such a good job!

I recently moved in to a new house and the drain was clogged so soon after moving in. I called Team Rooter since they had this awesome deal and they were able to accommodate us the very next day. Our technician was Steve Johnson, and he was super friendly and polite. And while he was checking out our plumbing he noticed other issues unrelated to the clogged drain; he seemed very knowledgeable. I 100% recommend their service.

Had a great experience today with Steve Johnson. After getting my new dishwasher installed, I needed to have the hose from my disposal to the air gap fixed. Team Rooter responded quickly and Steve arrived less than 2 hours later. He saved me money by clearing out the clog rather than replacing the entire hose. I would recommend Team Rooter and Steve. Luke did a great job replacing an incoming water pipe located underneath the sidewalk.  He removed the concrete & dig out the old pipe in quick time. He was very professional.  I will certainly use them again in the future

I initially had this company come out last year and they snaked my large main drain. Were fast and affordable so I gave them an excellent review .

Fast forward to today Jan 2021.

I contacted them for a small plumbing pipe repair thinking these guys will be awesome again. Nope

They scheduled me 2 days after my request giving me a 2 hour window to come by amd stated they would call or text 30 mins before the service.

I waited and 10 mins before the end of the 2 hour window I called them and asked where the technician was. The representative said oh sorry we are short handed and they should have contacted you then cancelled my appointment.

They then offered me a 10% discount to come out the following day and again late late in the day with another 2 hour window.

I got up early. Went to the local hardware store and got a simple clamp and piece of rubber and fixed my leaking pipe in 15 mins amd for $4.

I understand Covid has affected a lot of business but wouldn't you think a business would be more inclined to excel or go above and beyond or at least call you back for a service that was not going to happen. #disapponted

The only reason I'm giving this place a 2 star is because the technician was timely and professional . They tried to charge me $2300 for a job I got done for $450 from another plumber with 5* rating on Yelp . Make sure you get a couple estimates before going with this company

I received a flat rate quote to replace two bathroom faucets with two owner provided faucets.  The quote was $350 so we booked with them.  The technician came at the appointed time and told us he would need to replace the shut off valves under the sinks as well.  Probably true so we said give us new quote.  The new quote became $1500!!!  I noticed also that they made no attempt to contact me directly despite the fact they had my number.  Instead they discussed this with my wife who was not prepared to decide this.  I called but was unable to speak with anyone in charge.  I am beyond disappointed in this company and in all who recommended them.

Called Team Rooter this AM and had a plumber out within an hour. STEVEN was professional, courteous, and effcient. He also cleaned up and left the place spotless once the job was finished. Would strongly recommend Team Rooter for your plumbing needs.

We live in a condo and our kitchen sink backed up. We called Team Rooter. They quickly sent two people over to assess and hopefully to unclog the drain. The two plumbers worked for 45-60 minutes trying unsuccessfully to unclog the drain. They said we needed a hydro jetting treatment to unclog the drain, which they said costs over 500.00 and indicated it may be a community pipe issue. Neither of those things were true. We didn't need the expensive hydrojetting and it was not a community pipe issue. The Team Rooter Duo left promising to provide a quote for an expensive service we didn't need. Fortunately for us We never got the quote despite two phone calls we made requesting the quote. Team Rooter  also left us with the mucky mess they made as a result of their attempts to unclog the drain.  We called Anderson Plumbing late the same night. They sent a plumber over first thing in the morning. The tech unclogged the drain without hydro jetting and cleaned up the mess for a very reasonable price. I know what company I won't recommend (Team Rooter)  and what company I will recommend and call again (Anderson Plumbing)

We had a plumbing issue at my house that resulted in shutting off water to house at 10pm due to one of the water line being broke. I called late at night and got visit scheduled for first thing in the morning. Steve Johnson arrived on time and assessed the situation, restored water connectivity to house and isolated the issue and explained what is needed. Excellent customer support and service with integrity.

So far so good. I have an expectation on Monday.
They are fast and so far I feel comfortable with them.

Andrew and Alex arrived at the time specified by the answering service and they were quick, efficient, and honest. They pulled roots from my mainline between my home and the clean-out, just as has had to be been done in the past. They didn't try to upsell me on any services and charged me the special rate of $69. I am so appreciative to them and Team Rooter for being prompt, reliable, and honest Thank you!

I had a few issues at my home, contacted Team Rooter and they were able to come very quickly even for a non emergency.

Their customer service was excellent, they sent me a text me know that the tech was on the way with even a photo of the tech that was showing up.

Alan Smith showed up and resolved all my issues, answered any questions I had and was very friendly. I would  recommend to all of my friends and family.

This is probably one of the most aggressive, unprofessional, and threatening companies I ever encountered.  I was quoted a price of $1200 for a replacement of a regulator. I knew the part cost only $50. I simply responded that I don't know why I would be charge $1200 to replace something that cost $50 and had a simple connection. I declined the service. Dennis, (who did not give me his name when asked, co-worker did) became very aggressive and threatening. Unprofessionally, asking me what I know about plumbing and if I know how old he is? He change from an employee to a thug. Monica, Dennis' manager wasn't any help. This company knows my address and I did reveal to him and her that I am licensed to carry. Instead of being concerned why a client would be so threatened to say this, she seemed to be offended. This company seems to change their name when the reviews get too bad. I would avoid this company.

Update: The regulator didn't even need to be replaced. Had the issue resolved and it only cost $300.

I rarely write a bad reviews especially during times like this. But this company did a terrible job at my rental property. One of the bathrooms was clogged, i schedule team rooter to go over there and unclogged the bathroom sink. Right when he got there, they called me and told me they're unable to unclogged the sink using the hand tool and would need to use a machine to get the job done. However, they're NOT responsible for any damage that's done to the pipe if I decide to give them the okay. I asked what are my other options, they said to pay $1600 for a hydro jet service...so my $80 unclogged sink job just became a $1600 hydro jet job. I told them that's not a feasible option for a bathroom sink, so I was somewhat forced to provide them the approval to use the machine on my sink and take the chance of them damaging the pipe. After 3 hours, I didn't hear from them so I reached out to my tenant, my tenant they couldn't unclogged and will call me to explain why..I waited for 2 days for call and never heard from them. I decided to message them on Yelp(see my imagine attached), their response was someone will get back to me right away and tell me what happened to the drain...and what do I get in the email 30mins later? A work order with zero explanation for hydro jet for $1,600...are you kidding me?! There are many good companies out there, this one is not it, stay away from them. The management team really needs to train your employees how to follow up with customers!

Team Rooter responded to my request on Yelp very quickly although it was Sunday night. Their technician, Mr. Alex Rojas, worked hard to fix the problem. He was very professional.

Team Rooter did a great job. They disconnected my solar water tank, capped the lines and removed the tank from my garage. They were in and out in about an hour. Kenny & Steve were very professional and polite. They observed social distancing at all times. I'll be sure to contact them again for any plumbing issues I might have.

We had a bathtub faucet break and we had to shut off the water to the entire home. Team Rooter was able to come out the next day, others quoted me three days or more. Rigo was professional and friendly and completed the job well. Easy scheduling  on the phone.

We had a slow drain from both a toilet and bath tub.  I called Team Rooter on a Sunday afternoon and left a voicemail thinking I would hear back during the week.  They called me back within minutes and set up an appointment for Monday.  Good communication continued on Monday when the dispatcher (sorry forgot your name) called again in the morning to let me know approximate time the plumber would arrive.  I asked them to let me know when they were 30 minutes out so I could watch out for them.  Sure enough, the plumber, Steve Johnson, called when he was 30 minutes away.  Steve showed up and immediately started kicking butt!  He located all the clean-outs, went in the crawl space to identify which pipes were the problem, then got out his snake and went to work.  Turns out the blockage was bad and it was about 75 feet from the clean-out.  Steve called Kenny for back-up and Kenny came by a few minutes later with a 1/2 snake and video scope to get in and see what was going on.  We saw some nasty roots on the scope that were way out under the street, but the big snake was able to bust through.  Afterwards, I flushed the problem-toilet to confirm that it was unobstructed.  I also checked the tub, but it was still a little slow.  At this point I had already paid, but Steve said no problem, got a couple tools from his truck, and went to work on the tub.  Steve pulled some hairballs out that drain like I had never seen.   It was hard to imagine that the drain had gotten that bad in just a year, but now I know it needs regular attention!  In conclusion, Steve and Kenny provided excellent service at a very reasonable price.  Highly recommended.

Hector and Kenny did great work. I have an old cast-iron system that can be a pain. They showed up ready with the equipment they needed, and kept me informed the whole way through the process.

They were personable, professional, and they never beat around the bush or tried to upsell me.

So I've been like a lot of you, penned up during the pandemic, working on your home. I had just finished out a major project when I get an unwelcome surprise of my washer return line shooting up like a geyser. I called and the friendly staff here sent a technician over very quickly, which was comforting considering the last 3 companies I called said they couldn't help me for a few days. Kenny came by, introduced himself, and proceeded with the inspection. It was pretty grim. My 50yr old cast pipes were cracked, and the kitchen line looked like it was about to go into cardiac arrest. He reassured me it can be fixed, but it's not an easy job. He told me the process and the cost, and we agreed to get work started immediately.
  The next day (Saturday) Steven Johnson arrived and began work clearing and hydrojetting my kitchen line. Afterwards he started digging to access the main line. After 5 hours of digging through hard clay, my man deservedly closed down shop for the day. He arrived Sunday with backup. Steve and his partner Seth completed the dig and prepped for Monday, where the rest of the team came and hydrojetted, decayed, and relined my old pipe. The inside of the pipe looks brand new!
 I am quite impressed on the quickness, the professionalism, and more importantly how courteous Steve and the staff here at Team Rooter are. If you are in need of plumbing services, I highly recommend Team Rooter for your plumbing needs.

Our bathtub, toilet and sink all stopped draining on a Monday evening. My new homeowner nightmares were slowly becoming reality.. Nick came out within the hour to get everything flowing again but we knew we had a more serious sewer problem. He said he would come back the next day to fully clear it out (giving us the option, since doing it right then and there would cost nearly twice as much due to after-hours). He showed up as promised the next day, and Kenny came by shortly after and checked it out with the camera showing a huge root had grown through the pipe and fully blocked it. He and Nick had explained everything every step of the way and answered all my annoying questions.

As nightmarish as this problem was, Nick and Kenny were pleasant, honest and upfront. Nick even offered to install a second cleanout (something our original contractors had quoted/invoiced the previous owners for but never apparently did!) at no extra charge while he had the walkway all dug out.  Nick also went and bought sand and rocks to restore the walkway to the original condition and it looks great.

All in all our problem was completely fixed within 72 hours - diagnosis, excavation, replacement of damaged pipe and installation of a liner for the entire line. We did not shop around since we are new (dumb) homeowners but after reading all the reviews (literally, I read every single review) of Team Rooter, I found that most had the same thing to say: they quoted a little higher than others, but offered a better warranty and had the best reviews and customer service so people ultimately went with them over the cheaper guys. The few negative reviews did not show any kind of pattern so can probably be attributed more to people who are chronically negative, IMO. Can't beat the warranty and their amazing military discount! Made it all totally worth it to us.

Team Rooter are truly subject matter expert's when it comes to plumbing issues in your home. I own a home in Imperial Beach and my tenants contacted me in regards to the tankless water heater not working. I initially called another company and they gave me a suspect estimate that was beyond reasonable. They said repairs/replacement would exceed $16,000.00!!!!!

Of course, I was going to get a second opinion and I contacted Team Rooter. They sent over Steve one of their technicians.

Steve was the most professional technician I have ever met. He was on time and prompt to call me back after his assessment.

My tankless water heater is old and will need to be replaced, but he re-lit the pilot light fixing the initial problem. Then he gave me a much more reasonable estimate for replacing the tankless.

Most of all Steve was honest. He was not pushy and he gave me a plan moving forward in terms of replacement.

I highly recommend using Team Rooter for any of your plumbing issues.

From start to finish, the entire team (Kenny, AJ and his helpers) were honest, helpful, prompt and thorough in their work. It's been a few weeks since they completed the job, & everything has been working good so far. I especially appreciated the texts letting you know the techs were on their way & the photos so you knew who to expect!

Called for leaking bathroom sink. Technician was suppose to come between 11-1. No call about any delay. I had to call to find out technician was delayed at a job site. A person did not come until after 3. This was a Saturday and pretty much trashed the whole day for us. Then, a part had to be ordered. An appointment was made for the following Friday between 1-3 Pm. Again no one showed up and I ended up having to call several times to finally get an answer at 3:30 that the technician was not coming because the part was not on hand. Dont know why they made and confirmed an appointment and why they did not call me to let me know this prior to the appointment. I had to chase them down. Again my time was not considered important. We will see what happens as they have scheduled another appointment for this coming Thursday. Curious as to what discount they will offer to compensate for all my time that was wasted. Will post about the actual workmanship if it EVER gets done.

Sunday, 08/21 I woke up to a clogged toilet. I called around and after some time I stumbled upon Team Rooter Plumbing. Their customer service was stellar, accommodating and super nice. Shortly after booking the appointment, the technician, Raul, arrived and in no time he fixed the issue. He was extremely polite, respectful and knowledgeable of his trade. Team Rooter Plumbing was fairly price in fact, some other company quoted me $395.00 a paid a fraction to Team Rooter Plumbing. Second time I've used this company. I live in an old house built about 1954. Clogged kitchen drain was almost impossible to fix but they did it and told me about the problem would reoccur. This week the same thing happened and I had them install a clean out under the kitchen sink. Good job both times I'm a happy customer. Both of these jobs were not complex but they got done quickly and without issues. I know good work when I see it. Retired teacher, Union journeyman Carpenter, and roofing company owner in the past.

This is a couple weeks overdue. I called these guys after a certain pepper plumbing company tried to upcharge me $400+ dollars because they had to bring thier machine to the second floor. Live in Carlsbad and had a backed up kitchen sink. Tried to snake it a few times myself with no luck. Called Team Rooter and Padraic came out and did a FULL assessment before even talking about price. Took the time to explain to me what was likely happening. When he couldnt clear the drain the first time he called his supervisor (Kenny Kniskern) who had a bigger snake. He came out and even stuck a camera down the pipe to make sure they knew what they were up against. They snaked the drain,got it cleared and honored the promotional pricing!! Team Rooter sent Victor out to help us with a clogged kitchen drain in a 2-year old home. Victor's photo was sent over so that I know who to expect and he called promptly with an ETA. Victor is knowledgeable, helpful, and courteous. This job turned out to be a much bigger one than we could have imagined. He tried snaking out the clog but it wouldn't budge. After talking to the original plumber we discovered a number of issues that made the job much more difficult. We ended up having a team of 3 people including Kenny (Victor's supervisor, and also a great guy who stayed late on a Friday afternoon and set aside his personal plans). Together, the team figured out how to clean out the blockage, including needing to installed a new clean out under the house to access the clog, used a jetter, and then used their camera to both check the pipes and show me where the installer needs to fix a few issues. Thank you so much to the entire team!

I had a toilet suddenly stop flushing this morning. Thinking it was a common clog, we spent hours unsuccessfully trying to unclog it ourselves with a plunger & auger, before deciding that we needed a professional.

Team Rooter was able to get a technician (Aaron) sent to us in less than an hour, which was awesome on a Sunday. Aaron went above and beyond to rule out possible causes for our toilet's flushing issue. At every step of the way, Aaron clearly explained what he was doing & what the results meant. Ultimately, we were able to narrow our issue down to the toilet itself, which needed to be replaced.

Overall, I felt Team Rooter was always upfront & honest with us, while providing fast service at a more-than-fair price. I'd absolutely use them again for my next plumbing repair.

This was a delightfully quick fix to a clogged drain problem I couldn't figure out. (I have a couple different size drain augers for DIY drain cleaning.) Alex Rojas from Team Rooter arrived on schedule, and when I told him what the problem was and what I tried, it took him all of ten minutes to work UP from the outdoor cleanout next to our kitchen sink to get full drain speed again. Thank you guys! The price was VERY fair and Alex is a true professional: calm, friendly, efficient. Called on a Saturday afternoon and both Tristan and Kenny were able to come within the hour. Sewage were coming up the toilet and bathtub so they were able to assess the situation promptly. They cleared the main line gave detailed information of what was going on. Great price on the main line snake too!

I found Team Rooter (TR) Plumbing to be very professional, reasonably cost with Senior Discount, and punctual.  After speaking with Edward I was left with a great deal of confidence that they were the Contractors I wanted doing my Plumbing fix.  I'm  a 69 year old woman with an underlying health condition. I have been self quarantined more than 6 weeks during this COVID -19 pandemic.  TR Plumbing's Cliff and I came up with a solution where Social Distancing was achieved.  All our communications were conducted via the phone.  Photos of the Plumbing issues in my Laundry room and under the house were sent to me before fix and after fix via texts. I was able to see the work throughout the project without contact.  Cliff the plumber wore a facial mask and gloves.  After the work was completed, he disinfected the entire work area.  He made me feel safe.  I highly recommend Team Rooter Plumbing for all your plumbing needs.

Our toilet was blocked, sewage came out of our shower and made a stinking mess. The nice gentleman on the phone set me up with Luke and he showed up in the promised time on short notice. Luke was very friendly and professional. He cleared the blockage, cleaned up around the drain and gave me some nice pointers for cleaning and future precautions. He also answered all my questions thoroughly. All in all a very prompt and pleasant experience. Will use them for sure for future services.

Wanted $2500 to disconnect/reconnect a tankless water-heater for an identical swap-out with a new unit I already picked up for warranty purposes. Would have amounted to a disconnection/reconnection of 2 water lines (already in place) and one gas line. Approximately 30-60 minutes maximum labor.

Next quote came in over the phone as he was leaving at $350-450.

I had a great experience with Team Rooter. I saw their ad in a mailer magazine, after getting quotes from another company and then hearing that they contract out hydro jetting and upcharged that price,I knew I had to find someone else. Thats when I called Team Rooter. They were able to get me into their schedule quickly, they communicated clearly (txt messages with photos of who was coming and email reminders) and when they had unforeseen delays they were still able to come out the same day. Alex did a great job hydrojetting, they also honored the advertised price (sometimes other companies just use that as bait to get you as a customer, not Team Rooter.) Camera inspection was included in price! but due to it being late in the day it couldn't be completed that day, no problem. Alex had checked that the issue was resolved but seeing it on camera would give me peace of mind. The next day Kenny came out did a camera inspection, explaining everything along the way. He also discussed in order of importance the next steps we should do for preventative measures. I so appreciated this, there was no pressure, just honest work. Hopefully I won't need to call a plumber for a while but when I do, I know who to call. Thank you Team Rooter for the great experience.

This company will completely rip you off! Technician Andrew Diaz came to our newly purchased townhome to give us a quote for the replacement of Polybutylene (or Quest) piping that our inspector found in the attic. We set up 3 estimates, and Andrew was the first appointment. He quoted us $16K to put in PEX piping throughout the townhome. This was twice as much as we were told by many other sources, but he was sure to ask us if we would be getting other quotes and ensure us that although they're on the higher end, they are the most reputable. HA!

The TRUTH is, the next two plumbing companies that came out, told us THE PIPING HAD ALREADY BEEN REPLACED THROUGHOUT THE TOWNHOME, WITH COPPER! There was NO need for these repairs, at all!

Andrew simply saw a first-time homebuyer and decided to take advantage!!! We are SO happy we got a second and third opinion!! That is a disgusting practice, do not trust this company, specially Andrew Diaz.

Our kitchen sink stopped up on a Saturday night. I sent a message to five plumbers on Yelp. Team Rooter responded right away. They had an available appointment the next morning (Sunday for no extra charge). The tech they sent out was  named James Macias and he was amazing. He snaked it and had it fixed up in less than 20 minutes for a super reasonable price. They will get my future plumbing business.

I called Team Rooter around 10am this morning wondering if they were going to unclog a beaver dam that was preventing me from using the kitchen sink, dishwasher, and dryer.

Sandra answered and in no time scheduled Felipe to come out between 12 and 2.

Felipe arrived promptly, analyzed the clog and suggested hydro jetting.

Once Felipe was done, Kenny came in and inspected the pipe with a camera, this was included with the hydro jetting.

Pipes are all clear!

And I learned a few things.

I would like to thank Hector ponce Martinez and his partner Daniel Rojas for their professionalism, patience and thorough work. They are pleasant and easy to work with what stand out is that they explain each procedure they do. If i did not know about plumbing i do now .

My main line plugged up on a Saturday afternoon, Team Rooter was the only service that answered my call and were available to help. 5 star start. A $69 cleaning special was mentioned on the call but when the technician quoted $99. End of story- the line was unplugged and the bill was $2800. Jeez I sure had a senior-under-duress moment when I agreed to that charge. I've called and emailed TR asking for a review of my charges but have been ignored.

Alex showed up at my house less than 30 minutes after I called. He tried getting access to the drain clog I had through an external clean out that had some routing challenges. He called in a senior technician (Kenny) who was on site within 10-15 minutes and they both successfully routed the snake rooter through the pipes and cleared out the clog. Furthermore, Kenny used a camera to make sure the clog didn't cause a block in the main line. Despite this additional work they only charged me the original quoted price for the drain removal and did not upcharge. Based on the rapid response, quick escalation, resolution and additional verification of the work, I'd highly recommend these folks for any plumbing needs they can meet. Outstanding!

I run a care home business in San Diego and recently, an unpleasant smell had developed in one of the bathrooms. This was my first plumbing issue since purchasing the property and I didn't have any plumbing professionals identified yet. After some research, I decided to call Team Rooter to come out and look at the problem.

At this point I must admit that I find the saying exceeding your expectations has become cliché but there can be no other way of describing the service that they provided. I booked them via their website which was very easy to use. The feedback on my scheduled appointment was clear and accurate. An earlier appointment opened up and when I called the office to confirm, their staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I later received a text with my technician (Kenny's) picture which let me know that he was on the way.

At the property I met Kenny and Andrew who were both very courteous and professional. They explained their methodology toward troubleshooting the issue and set about their work. After determining what the issue was and how to approach it, they worked with me to take care of things in a way that would minimize impact to my residents.

When the work was complete, I got a notification via text from Andrew as I had to take care of another project and couldn't stay. Invoicing was easy to take care of and the whole experience was just as pleasant as a service call could possibly be.

I had a plumbing issue in the middle of the night and needed a next day appointment. I sent out a few messages for quotes and Eduard was the one person from 6 companies to respond to me. Everything else was an autogenerated call us at this number message. I was able to set up an appointment for the next day.
Sadly, I ended up canceling my appointment because the homeowner of my house wanted to use a family friend to do the plumbing work instead. But still wanted to leave the review of the great customer service and response time!

Very responsive, courteous, and professional.  I had a water main leak - Hector got to my house quickly and gave me a free estimate.  After getting a few quotes, I decided to give the business to Team Rooter because Hector was so polite and knowledgeable.  He came back later that afternoon and had the repairs done in about 90 minutes.  Other plumbers told me they were going to have to tear out the concrete water meter housing and dig up my planter area, but Hector did the job without doing any of that.  I am very satisfied.

Used them for fixing a leak. Very expensive. I had to use their service because it's an emergency. When i checked other places. It seems, they ripped me for 30 to 40% higher labor fee. They were clean and did the job correctly. Guys were responsive so thats why it deserves 3 start. If you are not in hurry, choose someone else.

Kenny came out to inspect my irrigation leak and provided me with a competitive quote for the repair. Although I had better quotes elsewhere, I decided to go with Team Rooter because of their Yelp reviews and 5 year warranty for the work. My appointment time got mixed up but the woman I spoke with on the phone was very nice and helpful (I think Monica?) and had someone come out right away. Andy arrived at my house and got straight to work. He patched up the cracked pipes and tested it to make sure there were no leaks. However, we found that there was another leak a few feet from where the cracked piped was patched up so Andy dug up the surrounding area to expose the other leak and repaired it with no extra costs. He tested the sprinkler system again and there were no more leaks. Team Rooter did an excellent job and I would definitely recommend them for your plumbing needs.

This is the 1st time using Team Rooter and we we very impressed with the professionalism with making the appointment, timeliness, and and job well done by Tristan (our tech).  The price was less than half of some other competitors.  We will definitely use them again and highly recommend them.  Also, google their coupons as there is a $69 coupon for unclogging a drain with a clean-out nearby.

Kenny and Kevin coordinated efforts to fix our clogged drain. They replaced old cast iron pipes that had corroded. They were very professional, hardworking, reliable, and we were pleased with their work.

We had an extensive root blockage in several areas of our drain system in April. But it did not deter the crew from taking on the job. The cost of the project increased unfortunately but considering they had to cut concrete, excavate, install a catch basin and re-pipe several areas. Thanks goes to Roy, Edgar and Cliff who are consummate professionals. Ask for them when you want a project done properly!

We had a leaky hose bib on the side of the house which needed replacing & was long overdue. Scheduling with them was SO EASY & EFFICIENT via Yelp Messages where I requested a quote. Mo messaged me back & forth with clear responses & quickly scheduled us for the next day in the afternoon. We got text message confirmations of our appointment and info about the technician who would be coming to our home. Mo & her staff were patient with us and answered all our questions. She did not hesitate to call me back immediately when she missed my call.

Our technician was Felipe & he was very professional. He arrived and asked whether the job was inside or outside. I think he had shoe coverings just in case but our job was outside. We all wore masks. He was patient & explained the whole process in detail. He answered all our questions about it. Felipe assessed our needs, went out to buy the materials, then went to work. Everything was done in about 2ish hours, I'd say. He was polite and knowledgeable.

The only small issues we had was we pressed them for a quote on the phone with details of the job & then we ended up having to pay more upon Felipe assessing what was going on in person. But we believe the pricing was still fair & Felipe explained the cost difference in detail to us. Also, our regulator ended up leaking after he turned the water back on, but it was likely due to them being old, and not to do with the job.

Overall, I'd recommend Team Rooter! Plus, they offer 5 year guarantee on their work which gave us peace of mind.

We used Team Rooter to fix a broken kitchen sink drain. Our old cast iron pipes had corroded and we needed a total reroute of the system. Andy did and an amazing job! He had to jackhammer through our patio to get to the main line. He was very considerate and cut along the seams in the cement to allow for an aesthetic fix. We were very happy with the extra care taken. They even fixed a blown out portion of an old repair on the main line.

We interviewed a few companies to assess the problem and provide options. James provided us with the most clear and concise game plan which made the most sense to us compared to all other companies. I really appreciate the prompt service, the respect for our home (keeping it clean with shoe covers and wearing a mask) and our pets (making sure my cat didn't get out), and the total professionalism they displayed. Steve Johnson was the repair technician that arrived right on time (thank you!) and was super nice and helpful diagnosing and fixing our bathroom drain. Our shower handle broke and water was spouting out of it, these guys were the first available, which I appreciated, however, they quoted me $2500 for this. This exact problem had happened in another one of my bathrooms a few months ago, it was a simple fix, it took our plumber less than an hour and he charged us $150 for it. So I was baffled when these guys made it seem like a huge problem that would take a ton of work to fix. I called our home warranty, they had an emergency plumber out within 2 hours (we paid a $75 service fee thanks to Fidelity) and I asked that plumber how much he charges for this and he said $350. Less than an hour later the problem is fixed and we aren't out thousands of dollars. Moral of the story, these guys are thieves, get multiple quotes before you consider using these guys.

AWESOME AWESOME AWESOME!! Hector was the best! I had a leak under my kitchen sink. He came out told me what he could do but also gave us his own recommendation, which we went along with. Which costed a little more now but will save is in the long run. Instead of doing a quick fix and going about his day he actually wanted to do it right for us now so we don't have any future problems with our sink. After the job was complete he waited around for a while just to make sure there weren't any leaks. And he also had me look under the sink to show me what he did and actually show me nothing was leaking to give us a better price of mind.  He was also very compliant with the covid precautions, he made sure he had his mask on and gloves on while working and also speaking with us in the house. Last but not least he was very friendly and respectful Team Rooter is very lucky to have him.

Run ! This company s a complete ripoff. DO NOT USE THEM.  They advertise single drain for $77 but the tech tried to charge me $250 for the same exact drain he cleaned 6 mos ago for the advertised $77. I called the company and the receptionist was thick as a brick and didn't know anything. Worthless. In my opinion, they are running a fraudulent business scam--quoting you one price and then when they arrive they know they have you in a desperate situation and they try to pick your pocket. I asked the tech to politely leave and go steal from someone else. RUN RUN RUN---use anyone but these rip-offs. I wish I could give them a negative 5 stars.

These guys are consummate professionals!  What was thought to be a simple clearing of a kitchen sink clog turned out to be much more requiring a thorough cleaning of the main sewer lines below the house.  Team Rooter showed up not once but three times over the course of two days with ultimately three guys working as a team to get the lines cleared and the drains freely flowing again.  They left the work areas cleaner than when they started and followed reasonable COVID-19 precautions.  Thanks Cliff, Roy, and Edgar.  You guys rock!

let me just start off by saying  there is literally no other reason to go to any other team for your plumbing needs once contacting team rooter !
we contacted them on a Friday night and Saturday morning they were at our door giving us FREE estimates on what was wrong with our pipes  and boy was there a lot ! steve's customer service is like no other , never did we feel like we were just another job for him he made us feel SAFE and  in good hands ! When kenny ran the numbers he worked with us also and made us also feel like we were not getting jipped !

Kenny and Steve came out and fixed our toilet which was flushing slowly. These guys came out the afternoon we called. They were so professional, clean, honest and did the job in less than an hour. Thank you Kenny and Steve. I would recommend them to anyone.

Team Rooter charged my elderly father an excessive fee and sent an inexperienced plumber to my father's house to connect a new hot water heater, but the plumber failed to reconnect the drainage hose to the washing machine, which flooded the garage several days later. Team Rooter kept sending the same inexperienced plumber several addtional times, attempting to convince my elderly father to spend additional money on other unnecessary projects. They refused to provide a refund, and we had to hire yet another plumbling company to get a second opinion and correct their errors.

I had previously used Team Rooter for a blocked sewer line. So, when I had a leaking water heater I called Steven A. as he was my previous contact. On a Saturday Steven called me back almost immediately to say he was sending a technician and would be there within an hour.
The water heater needed replacement as thought so a new one brought in and replaced the same day. As usual, this technician was also neat clean and wore shoe protection over his shoes .
So refreshing to work with people who really know the business and treat you like family.
I can't say enough good things about this company and te hnicans like Steven A. set the example of great workmanship and a proud employee.

I knew the house would eventually need the main line done prior to the bathtub backing up. Arturo and Dennis completed the work and then used their camera to check the main line confirming what I had already known for months.
