These guys are fantastic, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced. Willie at central dispatch will get you a fast and convenient time slot; Cesar and Zach will take care of your business professionally and quickly. Like good mechanics, they will also let you know of any other issues they find and usually fix them on the spot. Shower stems, blocked drains, wonky toilets, garbage disposal installs, copper water filter lines, faucet replacements -- they do everything and I highly recommend them.

Cesar and Zach came out to replace our garbage disposal, and discovered a clog as well. Their quote was more reasonable than others and they were local.

They were prompt and friendly, and did an amazing job quickly. Brand new disposal, installation, and drain snaking for less than we priced other plumbers at. Will definitely use them again! Local, family owned business with exceptional service and prices!

Plumbers and electricians are two types of services that we all will need someday and we will probably need them when we are in a tough spot. Yesterday, this was me...
I had a clogged kitchen sink that had started leaking in a kitchen wall. Scary stuff. I freaked out and asked all my friends who they would recommend. This lead me to pro drain. I called the number listed on yelp and left a message sharing what I knew. Within 2 hours I got a cal back. Willy shared what he thought it could be and promised me that they would call me before they could come over and that it would be no later than the next day.
2 hours later I get a call from Cesar and the crew was on their way to my house. Cesar and Zach came in and made short work of my problem. Within an hour they had me fixed up better than I was before the problem.
Overall, within 6 hours I was fixed. Crazy fast! And these guys were all super nice and professional. I guessed the price would be twice what I paid because of the speed and quality of service.

Highly recommend pro drain. They are my ONLY plumbers from now on.

Called after one other company failed to support their work. Willie was quick to return my message and Zach & Cesar were at my house a few hours later on my schedule. They made fast work of clearing the main drain at a good price. No pressure sales of additional work or inspection. Just a couple of guys doing quality work.

Sometimes it is just the quality of the tip. I wrote Jesse about a Disposal that had hardened candle wax jamming it. We had used hot water to no avail. I contacted Jesse to come out and fix it. He suggested that before we hire him to use boiling water and pour it down the drain. Guess what it fixed the problem. Jesse could have just as easily scheduled a call and charged me, but he gave me a great tip that solved the problem. Thanks Jesse you are a man with great integrity and we will use your services next time

They have all 5-star reviews for a reason... These guys have saved my bacon a couple of times when the clueless jerks sent over by my home warranty company wanted to a) do only the minimum required work, b) quote me a ridiculous price for overly-complicated work, and c) treat me like the dumb woman I kinda am.
These guys are great on the phone, always on time, and super friendly and efficient. They have a way of explaining things in simple ways that make me feel all warm and fuzzy. We will be using them for all our jobs in the future.

We used Pro Drain for the first time yesterday and I was very impressed with the whole experience. I called concerning a kitchen sink drainage problem at 0805 am and by 215 pm the problem was fixed . Cesar and Zach were professional and courteous and left after leaving great information on how to take care of the drains on a maintenance basis. Pro Drain & Plumbing was recommended to us by our real estate agent for performing a sewer scope when we were buying our new home. They did a great job, so when we needed some work done after we moved in, we called them. On both occasions, they were great about explaining things to us and handled everything quickly and efficiently. Just had my second quick, easy and fairly priced Pro Drain experience . A leaking kitchen faucet was diagnosed and replaced ( I had one on hand just in case) in under 30 minutes . Zach and Cesar were prompt, polite and professional. I'll no longer bother with other plumbing companies. These guys and Wille- are just right!

I'mlate in reviewing but must say I was very pleased with the results. Honest info from the owners son- I avoided a costly whole house routing and just had a few drains cleared . I'd recommend them.

Best Plumbers in San Diego! We were getting the run around from a plumber who kept quoting more money and the clog seemed to be getting worse rather than better. The clog started in the kitchen and after 3 trips out, we now had a clog in the shower that was never there prior. I decided I wanted a second opinion before I spent more money on the first company that came out. The guys at pro drain were a lifesaver. Honesty is very important and they were very clear about the issue and upfront with the process that needed to be done. They fixed the clog within an hour and a reasonable price. I felt like the other company was completely taking advantage of me and trying to make a simple clog a massive issue in order to get more money. Wanted to update my Yelp review, just to say that Pro Drain is STILL my go-to for everything plumbing related going on 30 years now! Cesar and Zach were out today to fix leaks in two bathrooms. They've replaced toilets (which isn't that easy in our very old house), installed a new dishwasher and, my personal favorite, put in a small under-sink hot water heater in the kitchen so I don't waste water waiting for hot. When I call, Willie schedules me in, the guys come out, and problems are gone at a more than fair price. Nobody else works on our plumbing!

These guys were Great! They just left a while ago. I had a very small issue that would probably get laughed at...but these guys were very professional and understanding!! Pro Drain is a Father and Son business. Lucky for me they could fit me in their schedule today.

My spouse and I arrived home late only to hear the sound of water spraying under our house. We called a couple of the big named plumbing business. Both were booked up. So, we shut off the water and hunkered down for the night.

The next morning we went online to look up plumbers on Yelp.com. Thanks to all the positive Yelp 5-star reviews, I elected to go with Pro Drain and Plumbing Service of Lemon Grove, a family business. Plus, we like supporting businesses in or near our neighborhood. Cesar and Zach came out to do the job. They called prior to their arrival and arrived minutes later. Both
were very professional and knowledgeable plumbers. More importantly, they had a nice demeanor and spoke well. As previously stated, we had a copper pipe under the house that had developed a high pressure leak the day before. They worked rapidly and did an outstanding job. I am very satisfied with their work and would highly recommend Pro Drain and Plumbing Service. I will definitely go with them again. Their price was very reasonable when compared to the price quoted by other big named TV advertizing plumbing businesses. So, do yourself a favor, when it comes to plumbing, Go Pro.

A friend recommended Pro Drain & Plumbing and it's the best referral I've ever gotten. Pro Drain were able to schedule a visit the next day and in 5-10 minutes or so they knew exactly what the problem was and how to fix it. Cesar and Zach were a great team, efficient, honest, and totally down to earth, and explained and tested everything to my complete satisfaction. Very professional. Follow up on calls w/ appointments. Very honest. I had problem w/ my shower but I was only cosmetic so they showed it to me & charged me very minimal. They fixed the problem in my toilet bowl tank very quickly. Now everything is working perfect. Both plumbers were very knowledgeable, honest & very friendly. My first Yelp review! ( I actually joined just to do this but more will certainly follow ;-0
We have three bathrooms and only one was operating - and we had houseguests coming! We needed more than one shower! (one was leaking into the room below) We checked out the Yelp reviews and called Pro Drain. They came the next day, and came back the NEXT day (a Saturday - at no extra hourly weekend charge!) and did a great job. I don't even think they really charged us enough for all the hours they were there. On Saturday the owner stopped by to check in and see how things were going. The cleaned up the tub and bathroom before they left! (they had to cut into the ceiling to fix the leak and there was an unavoidable big mess)
Only caveat - we had about a gallon of liquid plumber sitting in a stopped up drain (trying to fix that part of it ourselves), and we told them that - but they then poured Clobber (sulphuric acid) into that drain and the mixture became a little mini-volcano ... they should probably have known that, but they DO know that now so the 5 stars rating stands!

Can't say enough great things about these guys! I first used Pro Drain when the 50 year-old cast iron flange for my toilet broke on a weekday morning. I looked at a few reviews on yelp and decided to give Pro Drain a call. I explained that I only had one toilet in the house and the owner Willy said he would try to get someone out that day. Two hours later Zach and Cesar showed up and replaced the flange with a new PVC one within an hour. Since that time I've used Pro Drain for a complete plumbing inspection to diagnose a mystery leak inside my bathroom wall which they fixed, and a faucet replacement for my kitchen sink. Every appointment has been kept and the work was done completely to my satisfaction, at a very reasonable price. They're so good that they are in my list of contacts on my phone.

After getting a questionable quote from another company, who I'll mention had 4.5 Yelp stars (don't assume Yelp stars are created equally), I decided to call Pro Drain. They fixed my problem for half the cost quoted by the other company, and with a guarantee to boot. The other company had assured me that NO company would issue a guarantee when cast iron pipes are involved. Guess that's not true. Zach and Cesar couldn't have been nicer, and instead of just going for the big ticket item, recommended the more reasonable fix and even gave us maintenance tips so that we won't need to call them again anytime soon. Think I've found my go to plumbing company.

Always great service. Had a plugged tub drain called this morning and made an appointment for 3:30. They called and were there at 3:30. Drain was done in 15 minutes. I got a recommendation for this family-run company from a neighbor on the Next Door app. (If you don't have this app, you should get it, it is an awesome resource for neighborhood info). Anyway, I called and spoke to Willie this morning at 9:30am. We discussed scheduling, and he had Cesar and Zach out here at 10:45. The guys were polite, friendly, got to work right away, and cleared the clog in my kitchen sink. They also fixed a small leak in the faucet and gave me advice on how to prevent future clogs. My large dog broke an old outside faucet for the pool because he's obsessed with his water toy that's connected to the faucet. I called them for help and they were at my place within just 1.5 hrs, as I had to shut off the main water valve. They were great, professional and were able to replace and upgrade/secure the outside water faucet quickly. They even helped fix my dogs water toy/fountain so it isn't leaking. The prices were definitely reasonable especially it being an emergent situation. Highly recommend for no BS service!

For the past month or so I have been taking a shower in my master bath and the water was not draining so it was like I was taking a shower and a bath at the same time....gross!!!!

Everything I could ask for. I called Willie at about 10am today (Saturday) with a clogged drain in a 60+ year old house in Spring Valley. He said he was just finishing up a job and could be there in about 30 minutes. It was a tough clog and took close to an hour to clear but now everything is working fine. Charged me his standard rate ($90) for a clogged drain even though it was a Saturday plus he gave me some tips on things I can do to help prevent future clogs. He'll be the first person I call the next time I need a plumber. Also have to say thanks to all of the people who took time to post about his performance. Those posts are what cinched the deal for me and led me to call him.

No more clogs with ProDrain! I love the energy of these two people, plumbing jobs are not easy but with Ceasar and Zach-- geez they pride of NO WORRIES! They did a fantastic job clearing out my kitchen sink that has been clogged for days.

Cesar and Zach came to my house for a leak under my old tub. After some troubleshooting, they were able to find that it was just from some old caulking around the fixtures that needed to be replaced. No charge, and on their way. To my surprise hours later, my main sewer line was backing up into my yard. I called Willie, and 10 minutes later Cesar and Zach were back at my house. They worked quick, efficiently, and answered a ton of my questions. They are knowledgeable and were great at helping me understand the inner workings of the plumbing system in my old house. The price was reasonable and service was great. We will for sure be using ProDrain again when needed!

As one who does not normally take the time to write reviews, I found it inspirational to witness such expert professionalism, cordiality and non-scam pricing for a job. From the moment they take your call to the minute they leave after completing the work, you will not find a better customer experience, be assured. (You can thank me later).

Our household had issues with the internals of a 12 year old toilet when we took to the internet and phones to find a plumber who would at least sound sincere in addressing the problem to schedule a quick appointment. After a few tries elsewhere that didn't motivate us, my wife called on Willie, the owner, at Pro Drain after reading some Yelp reviews. He was superbly friendly and his visitation quote was extremely reasonable.

The very next day---on time and even calling ahead to confirm---Cesar and Zach, a couple of personable guys in their late 20s, arrived for the job. They diagnosed three problems immediately, straightforward and with no nonsense. They were efficient in their approach and solved everything in 45 minutes. I was taken aback by such an honest work ethic that's hard to find in California anymore.

Wow, great service! Wiley the guy who came out even showed up on a Saturday and unlike every else I called didn't charge overtime! He appeared in the time frame in told me did the job quickly and even had time to help me find my water shut off, since I just moved into a new place. The final price was even less than what he quoted me over the phone it's a first in plumbing history!
I would tell anyone who needs a plumber in the are to call this company.

When you have an older house (almost 60 years) having a reliable and honest plumber that you can call is VERY important. Willy from Pro Drain and Plumbing Service is who I call every time.

I have used other plumber before, but always felt I was charged too much, and didn't get the truth. Pro Drain and Plumbing Service has come out a few times to my house, a few small things each time, but have given me honest feedback on if something was needed as well as what other things I should consider in the future.

If you need a plumber give Pro Drain and Plumbing Service a call. They will call you back the same day, take credit cards, and will follow up with you to see if you everything is going well after the repair (which I have NEVER had before).

After we had a plumber try to unclog our drain but flaked and never came back I turned to Yelp for help. After seeing that these guys were local in Lemon Grove and had great reviews I called them. They came over in less then an hour and went straight to work. After watching our first plumber fail and give up, it was a relieved to see these two guys working hard to unclog the train. And yes they prevailed and unclogged the drain!

These two guys were as professional as can be. One of them was the son of the company founder. Its great to have a great local company that we can depend on along with great service! Their magnet business card is on the fridge! Call these guys!

This was my first experience with pro drain and plumbing and it was fantastic. My husband is a deployed service member and when I called Pro Service, I was really frustrated with the plumbing backing up in my home. Pro Drain and their employees are the nicest, most honest plumbers you will find in San Diego County. We use them whenever we have a problem and they are always professional and do excellent work and we never have to worry about their honesty. These guys are great! I try to refer them to everyone I know who needs a plumber. They are professional, prompt and personable. They were so cool, we let them use our satellite radio boom box.
We used them to fix a big leak we had with our washing machine outflow. They showed up when they said the would and did a great job, and cleaned up so well it looked like nothing had been disturbed.
The best thing was the toilet they recommended! My husband wanted a low flow toilet that wouldn't clog. They hooked us up with the Titan by Eljer. This bad boy can tackle another toilet's worst nightmare with ease!

RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL! I didn't get past the phone call as the person who answered the call was very rude. I asked if they were able to fix my issue at hand, in the middle of me explaining he rudely asked my name, then asked for my business name. Told him it was a residential call. He very rudely asked my name, gave it to him and then mocked it. No way to conduct business, so I just told him I would call someone else and I hung up.

UPDATE Nov 17, 2015:

I finally got a chance to use Pro Drain & Plumbing. We had a houseful of guests all day on Sunday - big family, big family gathering that lasted all day long. And then several overnight guests.

On Tuesday morning, my wife looked out the window and saw water flooding our driveway. When I jumped up and went outside to look, it wasn't water. It was sewage overflow. Fortunately the cleanout was outside, so no sewage was in the house! Also fortunate, our guests were on a day trip, so we could take care of this quietly.

I called Pro Drain, and they were out within 45 minutes. The snaked the cleanout in both directions (house and driveway), cleared the clog, and then cleaned up the mess. Total cost was well under $200. And our guests were none the wiser on their return in the evening.

Not only did they live up to my expectations, based on my original review, they surpassed them!

Surprisingly, I didn't use Pro Drain & Plumbing, but I'll recommend them for their forthrightness!

I called with a water heater problem. They listened carefully as I described the symptoms and what I'd done so far. They asked questions and listened to the answers. Then they recommended a specialist who they thought would give me the best service for that particular problem.

I appreciate any company that keeps a customer's best interests in mind! I will definitely be calling them first for any future issues.

I chose this company because of the fantastic reviews on Yelp and because they're local to Lemon Grove, and they did not disappoint. We have a very old house with many plumbing problems, and I think we have just found our go-to plumber. Willie, the owner, called to set up our appointment and was very friendly and easy to deal with on the phone. He was able to set up an appointment that was convenient to my schedule. there's a reason that this company has nothing but five star reviews.

my twin sinks were clogged and had a gross amount of water in them. i had a less than stellar experience with the last plumber that came to my condo and was charged a pretty penny...so i figured this time around, i would look on yelp for a suggestion and i found pro drain...hazah!

i called on a thursday late afternoon and spoke to willie who owns the place; he was able to come by the next day which was awesome. all this guy needed me to do was show him to the kitchen and he went right to work. he was done in less than an hour and cleaned up everything afterwards. i don't know anything about plumbing and i'm used to plumbers making their work sound complicated and then overcharging me. willie gave me a clear diagnosis of what was wrong and what he did to fix it...and it was much cheaper than i anticipated.

before he left, willie gave me tips to prevent the blockage problem from happening again. this guy is super nice and professional which i find to be personality traits that are rare in this business.

When you're woken up to the sounds of Honey, the tub isn't draining... you know the family water curse has struck again. DAMMIT!

Yelped a plumber and came up with a winner! My call was returned promptly, an appointment set for the next morning early, and they called me that morning to give me the plumber's status for arrival.

Zach showed up and promptly got to work. Snaked the clean-out in the garage and the tub drained quickly. Tested it at the tub and ran a rinse cycle on the washing machine since the garage sink would back up into the tub when we did laundry. (Don't you just love old houses!?!?) All things are draining faster than they have in the 5 years we've lived here! WOOHOO!

Before leaving, Zach gave me some tips for preventative maintenance. Price was reasonable and came with a 30 day guarantee. Sure, I could rent an Easy Rooter at Home Depot, but for all the time and hassle and still not even sure I'd be able to fix the problem, it was money well spent!

Amazing!!! A neighbor recommended Pro Drain and I called them this morning to inquire about repairing a vibrating toilet. The owner Willie's son and son In law came out within 4 hours and replaced the necessary parts for the toilet. Since they were here I showed them 3 more small projects that I needed done sometime in the future. They said no problem, they could do it all now. I've been using Pro Drain since 2010 - I like them so much, I'll wait through the weekend with a plumbing issue (if I can) rather than call someone else who is open on the weekends.

You call and make an appt with Willy and Zach and Cesar come do the work. They're a great team - they always are friendly and have a smile when they show up and have always been able to resolve my issue at a fair price (all my work has been on clogged main and sink pipes - I have an old house and a tree that likes to get its roots in my main pipe). This week the guys came out to fix my backed up kitchen and bathroom sinks. It was a challenge, but they got it clear! Unexpected bonus: they even put back all the stuff under the cabinets that *I* had pulled out before they go there to give them access, which I didn't expect and totally appreciated.

After months of having their water bills triple, my parents guessed that there might be a leak somewhere in their house. We shut off all of our valves, checked the outside meter and sure enough the ticker was still moving. We feared the worse and suspected an underground pipe leak (since we had previously encountered this expensive mishap before and had to file a homeowner's claim).

After reading the positive reviews for Pro Drain I decided to give them a call. I immediately reached Jessie who said that he would be happy to come out to the house the next day.

When he showed up, he instructed me to shut off all the valves and then showed me where the two main valve controls were for the house (I had no idea these existed). He closed the one entering the house and the meter was still moving which indicated it was not a leak inside the house. He then shut off the valve that controlled our sprinklers and sure enough the meter stopped. Apparently the problem was a broken sprinkler pipe in our front yard (as it turns out a much easier and cheaper repair). Jessie recommended a specialist to me and didn't even charge for coming out. Extraordinary service, thanks Jessie and Pro Drain!! If you guys made t-shirts I would buy one. Will definitely be calling them for any future needs.

If only I had found these guys first! After my initial attempt to schedule another company (servis san diego) resulted in their cancelling my appt right at the designated time frame with no offer of a remedy, I found Drain Pro on Yelp. It was hundreds of dollars less then the competitors and they did it that day and without any questions. I had a main line snaked and they found another line that had to be cleaned. It was $200 dollars less than the big company and they didn't look farther than the main line. You guys are the bomb and thank you.

I haven't had a lot of experience with plumbers as I've only been a home owner for four years.

My aunt was reffered to Pro Drain by a very close friend of hers. Because I was on break from school and my aunt had to work, she asked me to sit in her house and supervise their work. Her house had a huge plumbing problem and they spent most of the day under her house. When they finished their work they showed me exactly what they did, provided me with the old stuff that needed to be replaced and explained exactly why it was faulty. When I handed over their payment they explained that my aunt would receive a senior citizen discount.

Jessie and his younger brother Cesar were the plumbers on call that day. They are extremely professional, polite, respectful and do GREAT work. Their father started the business and they apprenticed with him and now help train other prospective plumbers.

They have done work for me since then. I have never been disappointed with their work.

It is always hard to find honest plumbers. I found these guys on yelp and it was the best decision I made. I had a leak in my kitchen sink and they came the same day. They were timely, personable and fixed the leak. When I asked them how much I owe them they said it is free because it was a simple fix. I know many plumbers would of took advantage of the situation and charged me a lot of money . I appreciate their honesty and hard work. I usually don't do yelp reviews but these guys are legit and I recommend them to everyone.

STOP! Don't look anywhere else! This is hands down the BEST plumbing experience I have ever had. My sinks were backing up, then my bathtubs and I figured while I was out of town my husband would call a plumber. I was wrong! I found Pro Drain on yelp of course and I saw that they were closing in an hour so I didn't expect same day service. Willy answered right away and I asked for a quote over the phone then asked how soon they could come out. Would you believe me if I told you they were at my house in 10 minutes?! Just so happens they were just finishing up a job not too far from my place, talk about GREAT SERVICE! Zach and Cesar showed up and were super polite, they not only walked us through what they were doing, they also gave me tips on how to keep them from coming back. I have never been more impressed with a company before, usually other companies will just clear your line and leave and wait for the next call in a couple months to snake the drain again. They were great. The kitchen and bath sink drains share the same pipe so after 60+ years that pipe had aprox 1/8th inch hole and water wasn't flowing well at all. They went under the house, cut out the bad section and replace it in just a few hours. I'm sure the cost was way less than one of the huge pluming companies we see ads for on TV. PRO Drain and Plumbing is the way to go. Thanks guys.

These guys did a great job! We had a weird plumbing issue that no one else seemed to be able to fix. The plumbing in our granny flat would get backed up once every couple months, and we would have to get the drain cleared. We actually got black-listed by Baird's Drain Cleaning, because they kept coming out and couldn't figure out what was wrong with our drain, so they stopped returning our calls. Other plumbing companies came out and offered other solutions that were super expensive ($1200+), and also weren't guaranteed to work, because the other guys weren't 100% sure that their diagnosis was causing the problem.

The guys who came out from Pro Drain were great! They showed us they had some serious problem solving skills, by digging up the yard at a certain point where there was resistance to the drain snake. The ground in this spot was soft, and their excavation revealed that a previous tenant at our house had a bonfire on top of the sewer pipe! The 3 pipe melted, and had been reduced to about 3/4-1, and had been that way since before we moved in!

The best part, was that replacing that section of pipe only cost us $175, and its been running like a dream ever since. We'll definitely call them back for any other plumbing issues we have, but thanks to them, we won't be having issues nearly as often. Thanks guys!

Pro Drain doesn't know what they're talking about and they don't listen. They assured me that it was unlikely that my neighbor and I share a main line, yet we do (2 other plumbers have shown us evidence). When pro came out they didn't listen to my wife who asked them to check the main line. They flushed out bath and kitchen sink and left without doing what we asked of them. Buyer beware.

This is our 2nd review but it has bee a few years, We use this company for our home plumbing needs but had some backed up toilets at our business. I called and about 2 hours later they came out, found the problem, snaked the area and 5 minutes later, no more flooding toilets :). Thanks so much Pro Drain! When our sewage backed-up into our backyard (lovely sight 1st thing in the morning) due to a clog, I was afraid it was the beginning of a very bad day. Willie, Zach, and Cesar were friendly, reliable, and went above and beyond to help finish my project when my original contractor quit. Not only did ProDrain fix all of my plumbing issues, install appliances/ faucets/ sinks/ garbage disposal, they hauled trash and replaced a missing rain cap on the roof. Well I recently wrote a review offering up ****, but I am disappointed to say I will have to retract it. I had worked with Pro Drain two times before. The first was on a rental property that had its first tenants and they called three days after moving in to say there washing machine drain was backing up into the tub. Pro Drain came out, did the work and all seemed well after a $150 snake job. The second time we called them out for the next door unit similar problem. All seemed well until we got the bill and noticed extra work had been done without any authorization or even mention, before the bill came. Ultimately, the drain was a $90 snake job, but the kicker was that there was an additional $55 added ($10 for parts and $45 labor) to change a seal in the toilet tank. No leak ,just water was running in the tank....a situation that we would have never agreed to, as the bathrooms were scheduled to be remodeled in two weeks, and a job that would have literally taken 10 minutes to fix. I called Willie the owner to discuss the issue as diplomatically as possible and thought we had reached a resolve; he told me to deduct the $55 charge. Well two days later the tenant calls to report loads of water running out of the wall. Apparently the snake job had broken the old cast iron pipes and the drain water was seeping out; not at all the fault of the plumber, the pipes were over 50 years old. I call Pro Drain to get someone out and I was told that they were booked and I should just call someone else. That was that. He had mentioned to my partner that if he deducted the $55 he didn't want to work with us anymore, but I thought I had fixed that misunderstanding. Well I did call someone else and it ended up that the whole pipe from the wall to the concrete needed to be replaced. Absolute plumping did $399 worth of work before realizing they would have to tear it out....the kicker here....they didn't charge me a cent for the former work.. The new replacement total bill came to $1700. They encouraged me to shop around and I did ;they were hundreds under...and that doesn't inlcude the $399 they deducted for the previous work...plus Jose broght a coupon to my attention and took off another 10%!!! So unfortunately my souring experience with Pro Drain ended on not such a PROfessional experience.

I have tried these guys twice and loved the service so much, that when my neighbors had plumbing issues, I told them to call Pro Drain.
I dealt with Willie, and he was very helpful and quick to respond.
First experience waswith a sewage pump. The pump we needed was not in stock, not his fault, but Willie did everything he could to get it installed as quickly as possible.

I usually won't call a plumber (I'll try to unclog it myself) but after spending hours on the roof trying to get the powered snake to unclog the drain, I decided to call the professionals. Cesar and Zach arrived and Cesar tackled the clog (the snake charmer I should say). I asked Cesar a bunch of questions and he gave me good insight as to how the plumbing works. He's the son of the owner and has been doing plumbing his whole life. He explained how you can tell when the snake goes up the vent by the slightly different clanging sound it makes. They have a clean appearance and they clean up well after. They charge a fair price (not super expensive, not dirt cheap) . You just wish all businesses were like this after doing business with these guys.

A great experience. Had a challenging fix in a tight spot which the guys were fast and good at completing the repair where the other company I contacted wanted to cut a hole in my wall!! The reviews are legit. These guys are great. They get the job done and have a great attitude. I had a clogged drain in the kitchen. Not only did the resolve the problem, Cesar gave advice on maintaining the line open. I'll be calling them up again when the need arises.

I was referred to these guys by plumber bob after her was booked and I have to say I loved their work, my toilet had been hissing for a while and I was tired of it. They call it ghost flushing. Willie told me they could be out as soon as I wanted them out. I booked an appointment for the next day and they fixed my problem. NO MORE HISSING!! NO MORE NIGHTMARES OF FLOODS!!! lol I will definitely be referring them to any of my friends that need a plumber. My work was also less than my quote, Awesome!!

Awesome! When I was reviewing Yelp reviews on Pro Drain I realized I was seeing one five star rating after another. I decided to do a fast scroll toward the bottom to see if there was anything other than five star ratings. These guys have a whole bunch of five star reviews. Practically every review is a thumbs up. Impressive! My thumb is up too. Pro Drain is, across the board, professional, friendly, and offers helpful tips. Willie brought an ample crew to make fast work of the project so we could get the water back on in the condo complex. I have recommended Pro Drain to the property management company that handles our condo complex for use at the other locations they manage, And I will recommend to others. I rarely spend time writing a review for a business, however I like to see professionalism, good customer service and reliability awarded. Leon E.

Pro Drain & Plumbing comes through again with quick, efficient and honest plumbing repairs. Just last month they did multiple repairs on my son's plumbing at a fraction of the cost of other estimates. This morning they were here within hours of my phone call, diagnosed and fixed our problem quickly for a reasonable amount. Zach, Cesar and Willie are unbeatable!

I found out about Pro Drain and Plumbing Service from Yelp. The reviews were great and true to their reviews they did a great job. Willy was my first contact - very friendly and professional. He sent out Cesar and Zach - both professional, friendly and knowledgeable. They will definitely be the ones I call when I need help with plumbing issues.

Guys came to the rescue. Prompt, very knowledgeable and fixed my problems right away. Plus they're able to help me out with future needs like faucet and sink replacement, wall furnace replacement and much more.
I'd highly recommend them to anyone, and I've had bad experiences with a lot of other companies. These guys rock!

Use Pro Drain solely due to the reviews on yelp. Although there were only a few, it is clear that these are employee reviews or anything of that nature. I can personally attest to the deserved 5-star rating they have earned from each reviewer to date.

1. Fees are reasonable
2. On-time, did not get the cable window of being them between 7am - 6pm
3. Friendly

In addition to helping out on a clog (12 year-old clogged toilet with pencil - I didn't ask and he didn't tell), he tightened up a couple of sink handles that have been loose that I did not know how to get to - he did that free of charge.

I will definitely only use Pro Drain in the future. Once you find an honest and ethical service technician in field, the price is almost secondary.

Willie and his staff are the best I've ever dealt with.
Most people dread having to call a plumber, but not with Pro Drain.
They are quick to return calls and will go the extra mile to make sure all of your needs are satisfied.
Their prices are fair and they don't overcharge or drive up the bill.

Regardless of my plumbing issue, Willie T. is the plumber for me!

We were able to get a same day appointment! The Dynamic Duo Cesar and Zach came out today to try to figure out why we have moisture on our garage wall. They explained what they would be doing beforehand and during their work. They had to cut the drywall to access the pipe. They then snaked the drain and cleaned up the debris. Hopefully the problem is resolved for now, but we know who to call if we have any problems in the future.
