Our air conditioning suddenly went out last week. Naturally are home got really hot really fast. We called them and left messages. It is now a week later and have never yet received a return phone call. We went with another company and had a service tech on scene in about nine hours. If you can't take the time to land my business, when will you find the time to keep my business? No thanks.

Our hot water heater went out Saturday morning so naturally just called Al.. We had a new and better with extended warranty 50 gal tank in and hot by 5 pm. Thank you so much for you response. Called Lawson plumbing because of their excellent reviews and could not be more satisfied. Called in the morning and was able to get an appointment that day.
Tanner was an excellent technician, very thorough and caring. He did the job, checked it several times to make sure there were no leaks and then cleaned up. I was very impressed.

Needed a new RO system and gave these fellas a call to get an estimate. Figured it's the least I could do driving right by on the I-17 twice a day every day for most of my life.

Can't speak highly enough of my experience with them. Honest and up front pricing, with extremely courteous installation technicians make this team a winner in my book. You can be assured they go above and beyond to earn their 5 star Yelp rating, which is well deserved!

Was thrilled to find out they also service water heaters, softeners, and HVAC units. I know who to call next time I need service in any of those areas!

Ac wasn't working right on the one of the hottest days of the year. Called over 50 AC places and no one could come out for weeks. Called techcool they sent someone that night to check it out. I would recommend them any day for ac or plumbing. They do great work. Thank you!

After having a number of plumbing issues at my house and using multiple plumbing companies I'm so happy to have found Sunrise Plumbing.  Nick responded fast and was at my house the within a few hours.  He handled each of my issues - from fixing a leaky toilet to replacing a faucet and installing a hose bib outside.  The quality of workmanship was great and price fair.  It's not often you find a business that really cares about the client.  This is one of those rare cases!

We had a stoppage on a Saturday night, I called Cactus Valley Plumbing on Sunday Morning at 9 and they had a plumber out by 1030. Chris the technician was very thorough and polite, down to wiping down his shoes and the wheels of the rooter before coming into the house. Answered a bunch of questions and gave us a bunch of tips so we didn't have this happen again. Chris is the man and I would definitely recommend CVP to anyone.

We don't really write reviews- maybe 3 in 10 years, but these guys are AMAZING!  Prompt, EXPERT @ diagnosing on the phone and TOTALLY reasonable!  We were hysterical (ok I was-- hubby stayed sane)- this morning with water coming out of our ceiling kitchen light fixtures!!  These guys (the dad, Howard) assessed it over the PHONE!  He sent his son Sean right over -- & he and a partner had it FIXED in under an hour.  We are in shock.  Price was way less than we though it would be with labor and parts.  You could see they were working fast - which kept our expenses down.  We can't recommend this company more highly.. or we would do so.  You just can't go wrong here...

10/17/2018. Needed a new water heater and after calling around, i decided to give Water Heaters Only the job. They were very friendly over the phone and they took the time to explain my install and pricing. Dan, my installer was there the next day and in the timeframe I was given. Unfortunaly after I made the appointment I discovered there had been a previous water leak sometime before I bought the house and the wall behind the heater had some pretty bad damage, so when Dan arrived he removed the water heater. After we inspected the area behind the drywall and determined there was no longer any leaks, he said to call when ready and he would come back to install the heater. I replaced all the drywall that afternoon and finished around 4:30. When I called they were able to get me in the next morning, that's pretty darn good! Dan did an exceptional job with the installation and I could not be happier. I would definitely use them again

Affordable Plumbing, Rooter and Water Heaters (AP) is on my list of vendors to call. Yep, I created a list of go to vendors so that I'm not scrambling when, not if, our home needs servicing. I love how responsive/communicative AP is. I get a text telling me the time slot I am in and providing a picture of the service person that will be in our home. Now, as to pricing...I don't know if I would say AP is the most affordable, but I am a firm believer in the mantra You get what you pay for. I will always call on AP, unless/until I can afford them. LOL.

Called on a Sunday Patrick answered the phone.got all the details called me back same day. Set the job up work done. And done correctly and quickly. Great price.I have found a plumber for Mesa .

I called Michael, the owner, and tried to get a quote on multiple plumbing projects. Michael answered the phone and asked for a picture of the object of one project, while others weren't mentioned at the moment. Michael wanted me to send an image directly to his cell phone, but my phone wasn't able to send images. So I told and sent him a link instead with the images and videos of the projects that I was proposing. That's the same link that I had been using for asking for quotes to other services.

Michael got upset immdediately when he heard that I couldn't send the picture but a link, and he wasn't even letting me speak as soon as he saw the link, which had all projects that were going to be quoted from him. He then said that I was wasting his time, and then he dropped the phone on me. The call went less than 10 mins, whereas Michael spoke for almost the whole time.

Michael may have some knowledge about some plumbing job and product-related stuff, but with that arrogance, inpatience, and lack of communication skills (Not able to seek for alternatives and always speaking over his costumer... WAIT! Is this what makes him Above all the rest???) I would NOT trust his business constantly doing a good quality of work. For those who did get their best interests taken care of, congratulations for being lucky! I would NOT recommend this guy to anyone. The risk of having a negative impact from Michael is HIGH.

Cody and Anthony from Precision Air and Plumbing came to clean our ducts. They did an amazing job. Very polite and courteous. They were quick and efficient. They explained exactly what they were doing and each step.
They apologized that they were not able to complete the sanitizing spray as they are out, but the office will work to schedule that once the products are back in stock.
