I have used this company a few times. Excellent service, on time, and great work. Most recently Eric Smith one of there techs replaced my garage door plastic that goes across on the bottom and replaced the sink cabinet. Very professional and clean work. Highly recommend this business!

We thought that we either had a leak in our inground vinyl liner or in our piping under our cool deck as our water levels kept dropping. So we called Alex over at Leak Hunters. We were worried that he was going to find something that would run in the thousands to repair. Well he found nothing in those spots and was able to find the actual leak on the Filter Variable Flow Valve. Which is only going to run a couple hundred bucks. I really appreciated Alex work and honesty. Would highly recommend calling him if your having problem with your pool.

Eddie was great and has years of experience! He answered my call for dryer help on a Saturday and arranged to come Monday. He was early and very knowledgeable on what was wrong with our dryer. Immediately he presented us with our options and even expressed how we could save money. He quoted us an honest price and didn't add charges in the end. Eddie actually left our house and got the part we needed very quickly, returning and finishing the job the same day. He was very friendly and trustworthy. We will definitely be calling Eddie first, next time we need a handy man.

Copper creek plumbing came to my rescue same day when I was having issues with my shower that would not drain. They were fairly priced, quick and efficient. Brandon is a knowledgeable and friendly plumber. I will only trust Copper Creek Plumbing for my plumbing work from now on.

Our kitchen floor was mysteriously bubbling up. They were available quickly and arrived on time. They were very thorough in searching out all the options and definitively finding the leak. I appreciate the detailed report I could easily forward to insurance.

I called them because another sprinkler repair company whom may be named after a medical professional after waiting four days to get back to me quoted dates 10 days out.  I called Allegiance and was immediately handled by a very nice gentleman.  He apologized for not having someone to come out that day, but could send someone the next day!  I was thrilled.  He also informed me on the phone that the company is driven digitally and that they would communicate with me via text and email.

Day of the appointment, I received a text from them telling me Jeff was on his way, that he was a veteran, his hobbies, that he had a 5 star rating and even sent a picture so I knew who was coming!  I have never seen this before.  Jeff arrived and was extremely helpful and diligent.  He was quick to assess the issues and also showed me what was wrong and explained the cost of repair.  He had everything he needed and rechecked things twice before demonstrating the repairs to me personally.

I highly recommend them and will call them with any water needs in the future.

I recently moved into a new home and I was having problems with the toilet in my kids bathroom. I was ready to purchase a new toilet that wasn't cheap...(I was sick and tired of plunging the old one- I am trying to spare everyone the gross details!) Two boys sharing a bathroom... You get the idea!
Anyway, Kevin was referred to me by my friend. I told him my issues and I insisted that that the old toilet needed out and I wanted a Toto installed. He was very accommodating and we set up an appointment.
I unable to be at the appointment because of work, so my mother agreed to meet him at my house. To make a long story short,Kevin said we did not need a new toilet.
He proceeded to show my sons how to use the toilet properly and we haven't had a problem since.
Instead of taking advantage of my situation like some would... Kevin was so honest and went above and beyond. I definitely would recommend Kevin... And I have dealt with some real rip offs! I didn't get to meet you in person and thank you Kevin, but you will be hearing from me when my next plumbing issue comes up. Thanks again for your honesty!

I had to get my water heater replaced. Mike completed the job so fast. Great work, fast install, and I definitely recommend this company!

I sent two requests for quotes. One yesterday and one this morning. All I heard was crickets..... I would be scared to hire them at this point. Too bad, their ratings looked great.

I have a place in Carefree, AZ and my renters reported a leak coming from the upstairs bathroom.  I called Phend Plumbing and spoke with Pete.  He was courteous, took the time to understand the situation and said he would call my renters to set up an appointment.  By the time I emailed my renters, Pete had already called them for an appointment.  On the day of the job, Mike from Phend called to let me know that he found the source of the leak and gave me an estimate for the cost of repair.  Mike found the special part that he needed to do the repair and got the job done in no time.  Later, I was contacted by Stephanie from the Phend Plumbing office to get my credit card information for payment of services.  The cost was exactly as quoted by Mike.  Throughout my experience with Phend Plumbing everyone I had contact with was professional, courteous and efficient.  They are the best and work well together as a team.  Wish I could give them 10 stars!  Thank you for the great service!

I am very upset with this company . On the phone we explained our line was on the roof and what the issue was . I was given a price for the estimate work .. very detailed too and when they came it was much more money. Plus They said they could not go on the roof because of Osha ok  I said never mind I will look else where because I don't do Bussinrss like this.  I have lived here 32 years and I have had plumbing by someone and I already knew that doing it in the toilet and not on the roof would not work . He wanted an initial for nothing I said no . I'm not signing anything . When I'm not having you work since the price is different . He said what are you People Fxxxkxxg Crazy ! I can not believe an employee would speak to me like this Disrespectful!!
This is not appropriate behavior at all. My son was there and he asked the guy are you having a bad day to the employee? We went back in the house and my son called the manager of the company . Manager didn't seem to care .

I had an appointment between 10-2. Called them at 2 because no one had showed or called. They said the technician was backed up and got side tracked. I had to cancel my appointment because I already had missed work and didn't want to miss anymore of my shift.
