One of the best experiences I have had in a very long time. Needed faucets moved in my fathers bathroom as well as a shower pan installed as we are converting his bath to a shower. Al called me and came out right away to do a bid. Scheduled the work for a Tuesday found time to come out early. Both techs were very polite and professional. The next day Al called me personally to ask if we were satisfied with the work. You can tell that Al cares very much for his clients and knows how valueable my time is. Highly impressed and highly recommend.

I had a 20 year old gas hot water heater. I felt I was on borrowed time and needed to get it replaced. I got a few estimates from the Big Box stores and after some sticker shock I thought of using a local plumbing company. Talked with Al from Al's plumbing. Al walked me through my options and give me what I thought was a reasonable quote to replace my hot water heater. I made an appointment. Al's guys showed up as promised. My old hot water heater was in a place with zero working room. Sam and Emilio were not phased. With great care they removed the old system and installed the new water heater. Sam took a lot of time with me explaining the warranty, operation, maintenance and care of the unit. They replaced all old piping, connectors and pans. Cleaned up and left the place looking brand new. In my option Sam and Emilio took great care in making sure everything was done correctly nothing short of a total professional install. If you need a plumber I would recommend Al's Plumbing.

Al himself came out on Saturday to investigate a leak in my kitchen sink. He quickly found the leaking garbage disposal, he educated me on why these units develop leaks, what little we could do about it, and what were reasonable expectation of how long they will last. He also gave me an education on the available options including cost and both pros and cons of various replacements.
Once We made our decision, he did a very professional job installing the unit. (Yes you can spend a lot more money to get a unit that lasts longer.) I was comfortable with my purchase, confident of the install and will recommend Al to anyone looking for a plumber.

Sam and Anthony came out to replaced my LP hot water heater, installed a faucet and repaired some faucets etc. They were on time, meticulous, professional and did good work. The price was reasonable and this is the only company that gave me a straight up reasonable price up front. I think I have found my go to plumber!

Al followed up to make sure everything went well and he knew exactly what they had done and all the details.

for the longest time I always thought my dishwasher had a problem. and I always wondered what was going on though it was barely even used. I then decided to buy a new one for our new kitchen look. Again, it had the same problem and was getting upset on why it's not working. I looked online to see who can help me with this situation at such a late time. I see al's plumbing company and gave them a quick call. I didn't have to wait for service. (: They came within minutes with such a low price. But that's not all. Al himself was super helpful and being able to not only do the work but showing us what was wrong and how to fix it for future mistakes. al was super generous And super professional. I had a pipe in the garage bust, and of course, it was in the evening. I called a couple of 24/7 companies, and they all said they couldn't come out until the next day. I called Al's, and the owner came out and fixed the pipe the same night as he arrived within an hour of calling--great overall experience. I would recommend Al's to anyone.

Al came by the day after my initial call to find out what was going on with our Kitchen sink for no charge. He was friendly very informative. He told me exactly what was wrong and took the time to discuss options. Once we decided to upgrade our set up instead of fixing the existing Al told me to let him know when we were ready. There was no pressure or any sales pitch at all. As soon as we were ready Al came back to install our new sink. Installation was quick and he cleaned as he went. I would highly recommended Al for any plumbing needs.

I first met Al several years ago, we had just moved into a new home and the dishwasher wasn't draining so we called the home warranty company. They sent out Al, he took a good look at the drains and said it wasn't a plumbing problem, but rather a problem with the dishwasher itself, probably the drain pump....spent some time and effort to show me how well the drain was functioning etc. I've danced with the home warranty folks before so I was ready to pay him his trip fee, he said no charge, I'm not going to charge you if I can't help you. Right then, I knew I had found my plumber so I kept his card. Flash forward several years, hadn't needed a plumber when suddenly my water heater starts to die. I have a plumber! Called Al, he gave me a quote over the phone as to the approximate price and worked me in the next day. Everything was itemized and the bill was just under the quoted price. Three months later, one of the plastic fittings on my water softener (from one of the big plumbing co.) cracked and started spraying water...of course it was just out out of warranty...I have a plumber! Al came out and instead of replacing a plastic piece with another plastic piece (said he could, but wouldn't do in his house), he built the fitting out of copper, should last forever. I'm just waiting for the other fitting to go. When we recently changed our Game Room into a real office for my wife, he came out and closed off a drain and water lines that had gone to the bar....no drips in his solders, top notch! Al is personable, honest, and really cares about doing the job right. If you need a plumber (and at some point you will) give Al a call. Then, you will have a plumber too!

I called Al's Plumbing at 10:30am today & they were able to come out by 3:00 today! They diagnosed the problem, snaked the washer/kitchen drain line, cleared the problem and tested it all to make sure it worked, all in about an hour!! I was so impressed with the two employees, Sam & Emilio, who did the work. They were very friendly, professional and helpful. And I felt comfortable asking them questions, since I am pretty clueless about plumbing. I could tell they knew what they were doing and that they cared about getting it done right. We had a clog in our bathroom and we wanted to use someone in the Buckeye area. I had to leave a message but my call was returned within minutes. The reason we chose Al's Plumbing was because of how friendly and helpful they were from the start. They sent someone out within 2-3 hours of the initial call. Anthony explained everything and ways to help prevent the problem from happening again. If we ever have a need for plumbing again we will definitely call Al's Plumbing. Outrageous:
We called them because we needed to remove a sink in order to paint the powder room. A worker came and in 15 minutes he removed.
Yesterday when he came to put it back, after 20 minutes, he gave us the bill: over $400 .
When we called to ask why so much, we were told that they have a minimum of $200 per job.
I asked where on their website or tel message they have mentioned that, someone by the name Mark, told me that the owners can't be reached, and he
hung up the phone on me
Ridiculous, outrageous.

I just called back asking if he had a quote ready and he just hung up, I called back and went straight to voicemail. He was extremely rude the whole time we spoke the first time but I let it go but after this I don't care if he's the cheapest or best in The Valley I don't want anything to do with people who treat customers the way these people do!

Had a water heater pilot light the wouldn't stay lit. Called Al's Plumbing in the morning, around 7AM. Luckily a technician was available same day at 2PM. Nate showed up on time. Great local plumber with great, fair prices. I called around before getting my water heater replaced and nobody can beat the service, pricing, and warranty that he offers. He took the time to talk to talk me through the replacement process and was super quick with the install. He even taught me how to flush out my water heater every 6 months and provided a log that is on the tank for easy recording. He truly is a great plumber and his great customer service. Something that is getting rarer these days by the day.

Looking for a local Plumber and checked out some reviews on Al's and it was a GREAT choice. I had some major plumbing issues both inside and outside my Goodyear, AZ home. Spoke with Al at 0700 and he had Samuel at my home at 0900. Al gave me a ballpark quote over the phone and he was right on the mark. Samuel who arrived at my home was very knowledgeable and professional. Dressed with Company identification was a plus knowing who was showing up at my door. A few large pieces of equipment needed to brought into my home and Samuel was careful not to scratch any walls or floors. I felt Samuel treated my home as if it were his own. He gave me an honest and professional opinion on a failing kitchen faucet and didn't try to fix something that needed to be replaced. The wife and I will select a new one and have Samuel return for an install and couple more nice to haves. I truly believe in supporting local small business. Yup, I found my local plumber.

Al's Plumbing is awesome. Al's does not have a minimum service charge. I needed a repair in my garage on the water softener loop. The one inch copper line had a leak in one of the joints

I called Al's yesterday at 3:00 p.m.. I explained my problem and Al told me that he would fit me in today. I could not believe that he would be so accommodating. This is what I call excellent service. Al came to my home when he had already completed his scheduled calls for the day. (On a Friday night) This plumbing fix was complicated. It required parts to be cut and removed. He also had to re-solder the new 1 copper lines back in place. This job took an hour an one half to complete. Throughout the job Al was courteous. He took the time to explain exactly what he was doing and why he was doing it.

While he was at my home working, I told Al that he had recently received some negative feedback about his pricing. He explained what had happened on that past job. He went on to explain that he had even refunded the customers money. He even showed me a copy of the check that he had written and refunded the customers money.

Lets get this straight Al's Plumbing does not charge a minimum service fee. With all the work that he did for me, on short notice. Al's total bill including parts and labor did not even reach the amount that the previous negative feedback called a minimum service fee.
Al's Plumbing is an honest, legitimate business. His charges are reasonable and in line with other plumbers in our area. His service is outstanding. And he is a professional. His work is flawless.

Without reservation, I highly recommend Al's Plumbing for your plumbing needs.

Extremely professional and outstanding service I received today from Al and his associate. Replace an upstairs shower drain and line. Made some hole in the drywall to do this job and not only did they patch their job better than expected, but they filled in the hole I did. As a retired Marine of 20 years, I know and abide by the Do it right and you'll only have to do it once rule. This job was done right, and to the point. They kept me informed along the way. There were no surprises, and my bill was 10 times better than what I was thinking. I could have not picked a better plumber for the job. This company is AWESOME!! I had an emergency a couple of weeks ago very early in the morning where my shower wouldn't turn off so i had no choice but to turn the water off and get to work. I called numerous plumbers when i got to work with nobody answering that early except for Al. He was the only plumber that picked up at 6am in the morning and was willing to get me on the schedule for a 3pm appointment to come out and fix the problem. I called him back after scheduling the appointment because i needed this fixed earlier than 3pm and without hesitation agreed to come out by 10:30am. He was there on time, fixed the problem at a VERY REASONABLE PRICE and on his way out noticed another potential problem that might need attention soon. Al came by the day after my initial call to find out what was going on with our Kitchen sink for no charge. He was friendly very informative. He told me exactly what was wrong and took the time to discuss options. Once we decided to upgrade our set up instead of fixing the existing Al told me to let him know when we were ready. There was no pressure or any sales pitch at all. As soon as we were ready Al came back to install our new sink. Installation was quick and he cleaned as he went. I would highly recommended Al for any plumbing needs.

Had a water heater pilot light the wouldn't stay lit. Called Al's Plumbing in the morning, around 7AM. Luckily a technician was available same day at 2PM. Nate showed up on time. He was very friendly and professional and represented the company well. He got the job done efficiently (replaced the thermocouple) for a very reasonable price. Highly recommend.

This company is AWESOME!! I had an emergency a couple of weeks ago very early in the morning where my shower wouldn't turn off so i had no choice but to turn the water off and get to work. I called numerous plumbers when i got to work with nobody answering that early except for Al. He was the only plumber that picked up at 6am in the morning and was willing to get me on the schedule for a 3pm appointment to come out and fix the problem. I called him back after scheduling the appointment because i needed this fixed earlier than 3pm and without hesitation agreed to come out by 10:30am. He was there on time, fixed the problem at a VERY REASONABLE PRICE and on his way out noticed another potential problem that might need attention soon. It is very comforting to know i now have a reliable plumber that i can depend on and without a doubt he has a customer for life! Thanks again! -Ken

I had a 20 year old gas hot water heater. I felt I was on borrowed time and needed to get it replaced. I got a few estimates from the Big Box stores and after some sticker shock I thought of using a local plumbing company. Talked with Al from Al's plumbing. Al walked me through my options and give me what I thought was a reasonable quote to replace my hot water heater. I made an appointment. Al's guys showed up as promised. My old hot water heater was in a place with zero working room. Sam and Emilio were not phased. With great care they removed the old system and installed the new water heater. Sam took a lot of time with me explaining the warranty, operation, maintenance and care of the unit. They replaced all old piping, connectors and pans. Cleaned up and left the place looking brand new. In my option Sam and Emilio took great care in making sure everything was done correctly nothing short of a total professional install. If you need a plumber I would recommend Al's Plumbing.

for the longest time I always thought my dishwasher had a problem. and I always wondered what was going on though it was barely even used. I then decided to buy a new one for our new kitchen look. Again, it had the same problem and was getting upset on why it's not working. I looked online to see who can help me with this situation at such a late time. I see al's plumbing company and gave them a quick call. I didn't have to wait for service. (: They came within minutes with such a low price. But that's not all. Al himself was super helpful and being able to not only do the work but showing us what was wrong and how to fix it for future mistakes. al was super generous And super professional. Al's Plumbing is awesome. Al's does not have a minimum service charge. I needed a repair in my garage on the water softener loop. The one inch copper line had a leak in one of the joints

I called Al's yesterday at 3:00 p.m.. I explained my problem and Al told me that he would fit me in today. I could not believe that he would be so accommodating. This is what I call excellent service. Al came to my home when he had already completed his scheduled calls for the day. (On a Friday night) This plumbing fix was complicated. It required parts to be cut and removed. He also had to re-solder the new 1 copper lines back in place. This job took an hour an one half to complete. Throughout the job Al was courteous. He took the time to explain exactly what he was doing and why he was doing it.

While he was at my home working, I told Al that he had recently received some negative feedback about his pricing. He explained what had happened on that past job. He went on to explain that he had even refunded the customers money. He even showed me a copy of the check that he had written and refunded the customers money.

Lets get this straight Al's Plumbing does not charge a minimum service fee. With all the work that he did for me, on short notice. Al's total bill including parts and labor did not even reach the amount that the previous negative feedback called a minimum service fee.
Al's Plumbing is an honest, legitimate business. His charges are reasonable and in line with other plumbers in our area. His service is outstanding. And he is a professional. His work is flawless.

Without reservation, I highly recommend Al's Plumbing for your plumbing needs.

Called Al's Plumbing in the morning because the water was linking from the last before and still leaked after shutting off the valve. He came came 3 hours of me calling. He stopped the water leak, replaced the hardware, and this other piece. Price was higher than I expected but he show up quickly, masked, and professional.

I first met Al several years ago, we had just moved into a new home and the dishwasher wasn't draining so we called the home warranty company. They sent out Al, he took a good look at the drains and said it wasn't a plumbing problem, but rather a problem with the dishwasher itself, probably the drain pump....spent some time and effort to show me how well the drain was functioning etc. I've danced with the home warranty folks before so I was ready to pay him his trip fee, he said no charge, I'm not going to charge you if I can't help you. Right then, I knew I had found my plumber so I kept his card. Flash forward several years, hadn't needed a plumber when suddenly my water heater starts to die. I have a plumber! Called Al, he gave me a quote over the phone as to the approximate price and worked me in the next day. Everything was itemized and the bill was just under the quoted price. Three months later, one of the plastic fittings on my water softener (from one of the big plumbing co.) cracked and started spraying water...of course it was just out out of warranty...I have a plumber! Al came out and instead of replacing a plastic piece with another plastic piece (said he could, but wouldn't do in his house), he built the fitting out of copper, should last forever. I'm just waiting for the other fitting to go. When we recently changed our Game Room into a real office for my wife, he came out and closed off a drain and water lines that had gone to the bar....no drips in his solders, top notch! Al is personable, honest, and really cares about doing the job right. If you need a plumber (and at some point you will) give Al a call. Then, you will have a plumber too!

Once again, I had to call Al's Plumbing. I called yesterday and told them about a shower leak in our master bathroom. They squeezed me in and Al stopped by this afternoon. Great advice and excellent customer service! I will be a customer for life.

We had a clog in our bathroom and we wanted to use someone in the Buckeye area. I had to leave a message but my call was returned within minutes. The reason we chose Al's Plumbing was because of how friendly and helpful they were from the start. They sent someone out within 2-3 hours of the initial call. Anthony explained everything and ways to help prevent the problem from happening again. If we ever have a need for plumbing again we will definitely call Al's Plumbing. In my opinion they are a great example of the way a successful business should be run.

Extremely professional and outstanding service I received today from Al and his associate. Replace an upstairs shower drain and line. Made some hole in the drywall to do this job and not only did they patch their job better than expected, but they filled in the hole I did. As a retired Marine of 20 years, I know and abide by the Do it right and you'll only have to do it once rule. This job was done right, and to the point. They kept me informed along the way. There were no surprises, and my bill was 10 times better than what I was thinking. I could have not picked a better plumber for the job. Sam and Anthony came out to replaced my LP hot water heater, installed a faucet and repaired some faucets etc. They were on time, meticulous, professional and did good work. The price was reasonable and this is the only company that gave me a straight up reasonable price up front. I think I have found my go to plumber!

Al followed up to make sure everything went well and he knew exactly what they had done and all the details.

I still have a few items that need a plumber and I will be calling them for sure!

Al's plumbing replaced my water heater about a year and a half ago. They did the job quickly and inexpensively, and they did very high quality work. This weekend, I had a leak in my soft water system. I called them on Saturday and they were here within hours. They, again, did excellent work! They are very competent and talented, and they take pride in their work and in their relationships with their customers. i would highly recommend this company!

Al himself came out on Saturday to investigate a leak in my kitchen sink. He quickly found the leaking garbage disposal, he educated me on why these units develop leaks, what little we could do about it, and what were reasonable expectation of how long they will last. He also gave me an education on the available options including cost and both pros and cons of various replacements.
Once We made our decision, he did a very professional job installing the unit. (Yes you can spend a lot more money to get a unit that lasts longer.) I was comfortable with my purchase, confident of the install and will recommend Al to anyone looking for a plumber.
