So one of the downsides to owning a place... you pay for anything that breaks! I had (what ended up NOT to be an emergency) for the kitchen sink. Right in the middle of cooking dinner, water starts coming out from the cabinets underneath. Great. I'm hungry and now I'm irritated...

We actually called another handyman for a referral and he suggested we call these guys - specifically Howard. I wasn't too sure if I'd be able to get someone out right away, but Howard was the man and made it happen! We called him around 6pm and he showed up shortly after.

He was very knowledgeable and really upfront about how much everything would cost. All around nice guy :) I'm very sure I'll be calling him if we ever need any other plumbing services... hopefully not any time soon!

We had a slab leak. Needed to repipe hot water line. These guys came in, talked with me about the different approaches. I chose the most challenging option. They did a stellar job. Scott and Justin are hard working, honest, punctual, knows what they're doing. This is my third call in a year and a half and each time, they have been the best I could have asked for. I am genuinely glad that I can call on them.

Water heater replaced quick and at a fair price  I would highly recommend this company to anyone in need of a Plummer

They were called to do an inspection for our new home buyers. When they arrived they were not wearing masks when they approached my door. They banged on my door almost 3 minutes straight waking up both of my twins. They didn't need anything from me and instead said they wanted to confirm who I was? So unprofessional. They were here to complete a quick inspection on the outside, so there was no need for the rudeness and commotion.
Please use someone else and save yourself the hassle.

In the end Scott couldn't solve my problem, but he definitely did try. ( Unusual problem, Having to work with manufacturer to get this fixed)
He's a nice guy, punctual, knowledgeable.

Contacted Sean at Renaissance after doing a Yelp search for a plumber. I had a foul odor problem at my business and wanted a second opinion. Sean was able to swing by that day and take a look. We scheduled a time for him to return to do some additional diagnostics and Sean was communicative and on-time. Upon returning, he recommended to start small and replace the toilet seal and he was right, it was the source of the odor. The previous installers had used the wrong size seal. Not only did Sean replace the seal that day and fix my problem but he beat the other guy on price. No fuss, no issues, just a smooth repair, and best of all, no more odor! Sean was excellent to work with, courteous and professional. Great job!

These guys almost blew a $900k house sale due to their lack of knowledge of older homes. They were not even able to figure out if the sewer was in front or back.  Luckily we rescued the sale by hiring a company that was not looking to try and get an inflated price for work that was not required.  Beware.

AC went out about midnight. Called at 0830, had technician at house by 1030, fixed by 1230. Capacitor bad in one unit, replaced both capacitors just to be safe. Double checked rest of system just to be sure no other issues. Excellent work at fair price. Third time I used 911, highly recommended to everyone to all plumbing and HVAC needs.

This guy is awesome. I've had him out to my house a few times, once for a minor repair and then to install a water heater. Both times he gave me great service and a very reasonable price. Definitely will be keeping his number!

Great plumbers. Always responsive and at a fair price no matter what job they do for me!  They have worked on both my toilets. Were honest and forthright and were able to diagnose an issue three other plumbers did not.

I called Howard today Fourth of July weekend. It is Sunday, and he answered in a few rings. He went out to my place 45 minutes after our call. He replaced the hot and cold water valves behind my washer for a very fair price. I would recommend renaissance to anyone.

A/C not cooling and having around 100 people in & out of our house after a death in the family. 911 answered right away & offered to have someone out within one-two hours on a Sunday. After the appointment was scheduled, a neighbor came by to help & got the AC working again. They were very gracious & understanding when I told them it was fixed & they didn't need to come. We will definitely call them the next time we are in need. Thank you 911!

Howard was one of three contractors I had bid for replacement of my direct vent water heater in the home I own. His rates were the most reasonable. He always answers his phone. He is straight to the point and won't give you the runaround. His prices are good. His son came out and did the job. They pointed out in a diplomatic fashion some of the errors made in the original plumbing of the home and corrected them without an additional charge (it was an elbow that was installed backwards).
I just called him for a potential wash basin in my garage and again, he was helpful.

I called today late morning, Howard returned my call within an hour and was able to be at my house within the next two hours. Thankfully!!! My son is having his 4th birthday this weekend and it's going to be a large gathering so we need all bathrooms in working order.

I gave him background on what I thought it was. He tried to push the blockage through with his 6ft auger and no luck. With my permission he pulled the toilet up and he showed me the blockage he found. It was some sort of cylinder shaped filter that came from a shampooer I rented from frys. I remember hearing a thunk when I dumped the dirty water out from the shampooer... The toilet had never worked the same until today. Now I know something definitely fell out into the toilet.

Howard removed it and went on to finish his business and replaced the wax seal etc. He was done within an hour total.

Howard was efficient, honest, friendly and knowledgable. He even gave me some info that I hadn't known before. Thanks to his work, he completed the task at hand quickly and efficiently. I'm beyond happy with the service I received from Howard this afternoon and when I need help in the future I will give him a call. (I have 3 boys 4 & under, so I'll prob need his services again in the future.)

The price was reasonable for what he had to do & his time. I don't feel like I was taken advantage of either. Very nice guy & a job well done.

Yesterday we had Scott from 911 Heating Cooling & Plumbing here. He found where our clog was right away and then snaked the pipe 100 feet. No more overflowing washing machine flooding out our pantry. We have had them here before over a year ago for a different plumbing issue and were completely happy with them and there work so we didn't hesitate to call them again.

We had a minor plumbing problem however we didn't know that when I called Howard. Called him due to his Yelp reviews and they weren't wrong. He came within the same week I called him fixed the issue less than an hour. Very professional and if you want an honest estimate and someone you can trust...save time call Howard.

I found about 911 when selling my rental home as it was the company used by the buyer's home warranty company.  I thought they did a great job repairing the A/C unit (original unit when home was built in 2000) and at a reasonable price.

Fast forward, we are purchasing another rental unit, the inspection comes back saying the A/C is not working.  Our inspection period is coming to an end and I call 911 asking if there is anyway they can get out to do an inspection in the next few days.  They say, we can have someone out there today!  They did the full inspection at a very reasonable price.  They are our new go to company for heating, cooling and plumbing repairs.  Thanks 911!

Guy shows up fixes my a/c replaced part to get a/c back running and didn't take me for a loop.
I'm very pleased with this company.

My elderly mother's AC went out after the weekend storms. She set up an appt with Orangutan Home Service. They quoted her $3,900 for a new compressor and labor. They insisted on payment upfront. After she wrote them a check they left to purchase the part. Luckily she called and told me what they were charging. I immediately contacted Darrell Epps, co-owner of 911. I explained the situation and he quoted me $1,900 to repair the unit. Luckily I was able to stop the work order with Orangutan. Thanks to 911 my mother is enjoying a well refrigerated home and a savings of $2,000! They have done work for me as well. They are professional, always arrive in a timely manner, and are fair/honest in their pricing!!

HORRIBLE communication on their end!!! I had 911 Heating, Cooling & Plumbing recommended through the inspection company I was using so I thought it would be okay. I was expected to get a sewer scope one day and found out through another source that they were to reschedule. Ummmm, were you not going to call me and tell me this? I had to call Scott to find out when he was going to come back. While on the phone with him he made it seem that I was inconveniencing him by calling. The day of the sewer scope there was no communication from him. I was expecting to hear after he had gone to the house, but AGAIN I had to be the one to call (inconveniencing him as well this time). I will definitely be using a different company in the valley should I need anything fixed as the professionalism from this encounter was 100% not there.

Amazing Family owned and operated business. Had an extremely large plumbing project. They started immediately and kept me up-to-date on every step of process. Their work product was first rate and their workers were courteous and on time for each day of a ten day project. Would recommend them to anyone in need of plumbing service.

This company is totally dishonest. We are selling a home and they did a plumbing inspection saying the plumbing was shot and it not only needed all new plumbing bu wanted to replace fixtures and vanities etc...other companies thought this was a sham..this company is only after your money ..BEWARE...

It is not in my DNA to write plumbing reviews via Yelp on house calls when called upon to do so.  However, when I do write a review, the review's gotta be something that is unique with a  point of difference and needs to be immediately shared with others.
911 Plumbing was contacted on a Sunday AM where I laid out my issues of a leaking water copper pipe that consisted of a steady stream of water that needed immediate attention. By 9:28 PM that same day, I get an email that 911 Heating, Cooling, & Plumbing would be out to fix the problem the first thing come monday AM. Talked to Scott whose is part of upper management team of  911 Heating, Cooling, & Plumbing, and I was pleasantly surprised to notice the degree of personal and professional touch he contained himself like a 5 star company that they are! Scott listens to your concerns and takes a genuine and professional interest in all endeavors of his unselfish discipline to help all his customers at 911 Heating, Cooling & Pluming. Give him a plumbing problem, or any other water related issue, and he will lay it out and walk you thru the solution of the problem in a calm like and professional manner that makes you and your immediate plumbing crises a stress free experience. Scott hand picks the best possible team to do the job best suited to his customer's needs.  In this case, I had the pleasure to meet with Howard who showed up to work out the water leakage problem with the customer and getting it fixed. To watch Howard work in the field is a sheer joy to experience. I was present side by side next to him watching 100% of the time as Howard went about doing what he does best: 100% professional, as well as his contribution towards productivity vs man hours. Howard is fast and accurate, get's it right the first time. Howard is not wet behind the ears, either, not by a long shot. I learned a lot just talking to him and watching him work his skill towards customer satisfaction all the way. I'm now a happy camper.

I was very satisfied with the availability and response time when I had an a/c issue at my home. The technician was very friendly and completed my repair very quickly. I did not give 5 stars because I found the repair to be too expensive. My a/c needed a capacitor which was marked up around 5 times and the service call was about the same price as the part. Bottom line, a 10 minute repair cost about $20/minute. However, I feel comfortable calling them again in the future.

These guys are awesome, heat went out and they came out and fixed same day. Professional, friendly, and honest company. These guys are definitely part of my go to service providers.

I found Renaissance Plumbing here on Yelp and out of the companies I called, they were the fastest to respond with the best price.  Howard came out and got the job done quickly and answered all my questions with a friendly attitude.  The work was excellent and he even took some time to inspect some other items I was concerned with.  Rather than offering to fix something that that I likely would have paid for, Howard was honest and let me know that everything looked okay and repairs were not necessary.  Service like that brings peace of mind.  I've already referred him to one friend and will certainly refer him to anyone I come across that may need his service.

I use these guys for anything related to my AC/Heat Pump or plumbing and they have aways come though big time. Honest, dependable, good value. Robert came yesterday to check out out two AC units and gave us a passing grade (whew). He was great; explained things, very thorough and nice guy. I'd recommend this outfit highly. Lately I have started all my reviews the same way  Once again my fellow yelpers steered me in the right direction.

Well, they did it again.

I needed a plumber for a few projects in my newly purchased home.

1. Install whole house water softener.
2. Install sink in laundry room where there was none.
3. Install reverse osmosis filter under kitchen sink.
4. Fix two sinks in master bath.

Howard showed up as promised to make the site visit and quote.  He was very personable and easy to communicate with.  He explained well the options and we discussed the best way to go.  i did not feel that he pushed me to a solution I was unfamiliar with or unwilling to take.

The quote came in, not as a formal document, but as a text on my phone.  I might have taken off 1/2 star for this, but I decided the pluses over came this minor faux pas.

At first the quote overwhelmed me until I started looking up prices for the devices he included in the quote and I then soon realized the quote was quite good and I gave to go ahead to move forward.

Howard's guys (including his son) showed up on the day as promised and got all the work done.  The worked a solid 8 hours and I was able to trust them with the house and a checkbook.  The cleaned up their work areas, left the appropriate documents and manuals and all is good in the world.

Once again, I have met a small businessman who is doing a wonderful job providing quality technical service with great customer service.  Howard and his team are now a permanent part of home ownership support team.

We recently purchased an older home and 911 has helped us out in a few areas. They are very reasonable, great customer service and just overall very nice people. Our biggest plumbing challenge came when we found out our sewer pipe needed replacing. After using another plumbing company to get the pipe video scoped to the street and being told the pipe was fine, we went with 911 for a 2nd opinion. They know what they are doing, showed us that we actually did not have an existing sewer pipe anymore, gave us a very reasonable quote to replace and moved forward with the scheduling. During the work they came upon some challenges and could have very easily passed the responsibility on to the city. Not 911! Scott went above and beyond to get a proper connection to the city pipe, working well into the late evening. At one point while he was making the connection all I saw was his feet becaus he was underneath the sidewalk. How many plumbers would do that? I wish I could give more stars. 911 rocks!

This company is fantastic.   My moms a/c went out on a hot AZ day.  They were at the house within 30 mins of me calling and had a quote for the fix that day.   We have a difficult to find small unit in the attic but they found the unit.   The install was complete the next day.   They ran into some unforeseen issue with the attic install but completed the job for the agreed price.   I especially want to thank Daryl for his attention to detail and keeping me informed as the repair process unfolded.   A great company with great people.

HONEST & KNOWLEDGEABLE
I called & Darrell came out the next day. I thought we had a slow leak.  He could have easily played on my fears & charged me for work that didn't need to be done.  He checked everywhere, even looked in the attic.He explained everything in detail & gave us great advise for preventing issues.  I also really liked that I got text updates when scheduling.  This is a great company & I will definitely be contacting them if I ever need to.

911 Heating, Cooling, & Plumbing has been there for us numerous times in the past few years. The day before they were to arrive for our yearly heater inspection, our water heater kicked the bucket. Jeff told me he'd get that replaced, and did it himself when he arrived for the inspection. They just replaced our A/C units, heaters, and coils yesterday, and I cannot say enough good things about Jake and the guys that did the installation! Very polite and courteous, along with extremely professional and knowledgeable. We know that when we do move, we're bringing Jeff and the folks with us!

We don't really write reviews- maybe 3 in 10 years, but these guys are AMAZING!  Prompt, EXPERT @ diagnosing on the phone and TOTALLY reasonable!  We were hysterical (ok I was-- hubby stayed sane)- this morning with water coming out of our ceiling kitchen light fixtures!!  These guys (the dad, Howard) assessed it over the PHONE!  He sent his son Sean right over -- & he and a partner had it FIXED in under an hour.  We are in shock.  Price was way less than we though it would be with labor and parts.  You could see they were working fast - which kept our expenses down.  We can't recommend this company more highly.. or we would do so.  You just can't go wrong here...
