Woke up Monday morning to no hot water. My wife is pregnant so I knew I needed to fix this ASAP, especially before her lavender epsom salt bath at night that helps her sleep. She needs sleep. After watching some YouTube videos, I knew this hot water heater was no match for me and I needed a professional. My go to plumber was unavailable but My Essential Plumber said he could come out as soon as he finished his current job. He arrived early before his estimated time. He was able to get the pilot light on within minutes of arriving. The light, however, didn't stay on. After multiple attempts he was able to quickly diagnose the problem. He noticed the appliance was within warranty and called the company, learned the appliance had not been registered and assisted with the information. He conducted a diagnostic testing with the technician over the phone who confirmed the diagnosis we already knew and provided an authorization number to pick up the part. He returned the next day, changed out the part and the water heater works perfectly.

During the entire process he walked me through every detail of my appliance, what it was supposed to do and what it was not supposed to do. He shared he is in the education business and he wants to make sure I know how to operate my hot water heater. We were without hot water for less than 24 hours. During his testing he made me aware my water softener was not working correctly which has been the reason my water pressure has been low for months without me being able to correct the problem or have other plumbers find the problem. He immediately took action to repair this to prevent further damage to my home.

In addition to the hot water heater he earned my business with another repair that was well overdue but I didn't have time to complete.

I had a leak from an upstairs shower that seeped down to the first floor ceiling and possibly down the first floor wall. I called Lawson Family Plumbing based on what seemed like legit Yelp reviews.

They answered the phone right away. No message with, We'll call you back when we have time. Then they scheduled someone for later that day!

Daryl came and what a nice man. Down to business but just really genuine and no b.s.  Luckily he was there before the restoration company the insurance company sent out left. Daryl took about 5 ten minutes to inspect the shower, took a hard look. He then acquiesced to my request he huddle with the restoration guys and he said, I don't think this is a plumbing problem. I think the water is getting through the cracks of the tile joints. That was exactly the opinion of the other company.

I was so grateful he didn't just try to make money and ask for permission to start removing tiles, etc. not only was he honest, but he and Lawson Family Plumbing did not even charge a fee!!!! EVERYBODY charges an outlandish service fee even if they don't do anything!

By far the most responsive company I have worked with. Since I moved to Arizona 2 years ago, Harris has been my go-to company for my plumbing needs. If it's as simple as a clogged drain, I call or text Alicia and she dispatches Steve, Mark or both and they're here in no time. They care very much about their customers and go above and beyond. When I bought my home here 2 years ago, they have worked on more major things during remodeling in my home, including a current remodel that was the result of a major water damage loss. My recent experience with Gold Star Plumbing has been nothing short of exceptional, and I wish I could give them 6-stars instead of 5 and here's why. They were able to complete 3 separate plumbing repairs at my house in one day, but even more impressive than that was the professionalism, expert knowledge, and willingness to come up with an alternate solution that resulted in over a 30% savings from my original estimate. As Mike and Kyle began work on replacing a leaking copper main between the main water meter and my house, they realized that modifications to the original water supply lines which were made after the home was constructed to accommodate a soft water hose bib connection could be reversed back to the original configuration intended by the home builder which would save a significant amount of money. Mike and Kyle were able to provide a new, alternate estimate to return the connections back to the original plumbing configuration which saved over 30% from the original estimate and the work turned out looking great and much simpler than what a previous homeowner had done. I cannot thank them enough for their ability to treat customers in a way that builds trust and create cost-saving solutions. I have been a Commercial General Contractor for over 34 years and have been more of a do it yourself-er around the house for a long time, but as I get older and my personal time becomes more valuable, I rely on experts to do a project in a timely fashion and at a fair and reasonable cost and Gold Star Plumbing has lived up to that standard. I am so glad I took the time to read the many customer reviews found online for a variety of plumbing contractors, and when I came across the many positive references for Gold Star, I felt confident that I was making the right choice. And let's not forget about the great experience that Devin provided during the initial investigation and estimating process. He was very knowledgeable and quickly determined that the water line modifications made in the past were not put in per code and explained the process to not only fix the leak, but also to do so in such as way that meets current plumbing code and provides a 10 year warranty. Devin's attention to detail in writing up the cost estimate, taking photographs of the three separate areas of work I needed done and providing a reasonable cost estimate allowed me to quickly make a decision and sign the contract for work to begin the next morning. My wife and I are close friends with several of our neighbors who all have similar age of homes and we will definitely recommend Gold Star Plumbing to them for potential future work. Fantastic customer service! Called Rob out to install a pressure regulator valve as part of the home inspection for selling the house. He gave me an accurate, up front estimate and showed up right on time. Turns out, my set up was extremely unique and Rob was honest about what the new cost would be. I ended up passing on the repair, but Rob's visit was free and he even fixed part of my water heater while he was out there. Great guy and would recommend him based on his integrity and customer service.

Brian is honest and very knowledgeable.   Having dealt with three (3) plumbers in the last four (4) days who were unwilling to help us resolve the problem of acquiring a hot water heater that fits into the footprint of our old one.   He spent time, on a Sunday even, explaining what is going on in the industry and options that are available including complete honesty when asking about tank less.   He will absolutely be my first call from here on out!

I bought a new home in September the home  was built in 1999 the AC was original it went out on Sunday I have a home warranty they came out and said it would take 8 days to fix it I had Goettl come out on Tuesday to install a new system they worked over 10 hours to make sure we had cooling before they left my home. it was over 97 degrees in the home all day when they left it was a nice cool 78 degrees thank you Goettl.
