hooked up a brand new RO system to existing tank. water isn't getting filtered, same PPM as tap water. called back, asked why to do, suggested it was faulty unit, and that he did it correctly. no offer to come out and re-check.

I've worked with this company a few times already and service is always fast and reliable. The first time, I called Michael for a water heater problem and he showed up the same day and managed to replace all the parts immediately. He works fast, efficiently, and his pricing is always fair. I've worked with other plumbing companies in the past and the customer service just doesn't compare. The second time, I texted him in the afternoon and he showed up prepared to fix the problem the next day and on time. I will only be using this company from now on.

My Fiancée and I had a huge water Emergency that Michael and Brian helped out with and when they were alerted to our situation they Immediatly responded without hesitation. A big Huge shout out to them at Above all the Rest Plumbing and Sewer. We found them  to be very respectable, knowledgable and understanding of the Emergency we had at the time.  Michael specifically guided us every step of the way with be very communicative and with a sense of compassion for our situation.  His performance was very fast and efficient and his final price was very fair and honest with complete and utmost integrity.  Once the issue was resolved Michael was very gracious in giving us guideance on steps that we can take in the future to keep this situation from happening again.  My Fiancee and I Truly believe that they are indeed ABOVE ALL THE REST

Had a pilot light issue with a gas water heater that was called into the home warranty company. The home warranty dispatched Above All the Rest. Michael from Above All the Rest called me, walked me thru correcting the problem. Fixed the issue, didn't need to come out, so save a service call fee.

Highly recommend this Company. High marks for Customer Service, Knowledge, Professionalism and Integrity.

Next day: they texted me. I didn't see the text or respond to it because I was working. I noticed the text at 3:15 pm. I called them and they stated I would have to be rescheduled because I didn't respond to their text and they don't send drivers out unless the person confirms they are home.

1) Nobody told me that the day before
2) they call it reschedule when it is clearly cancel for today.
3) If you don't want to drive an hour away, don't accept the work -- I mean, did my address change in 24 hours? No, it did not. You knew where I lived and how far of a drive it was the day before.

And yes, it's Michael that I spoke with today. Apparently their time is more valuable than their customers. Hey Michael - maybe you forget but plumbers are a dime a dozen and customer service never goes out of style!

I've had Michael out to fix leaks and broken water heaters and damaged pipes in my classic phoenix home. I've finally found a plumber that I can relax and trust. He seems truly into his job and cares about doing things right. A rare thing these days.

This picture of this companie's van tells you all you need to know about this business and the owner.  Vulgar political signs which speaks volumes how unprofessional and classless this owner is.  Would you want this van in your driveway for your kids to see this.  I have never used this company and never will but seeing his van and all the other negative reviews of dealing with the owner also speaks volumes.  Stay away from this company and don't support this unethical business.

Michael went WAY above and beyond his plumbing and installation duties when we had a hot water tank leak.  He took the time to understand where we were in the process and identified several red flags with our warranty company, the original plumbing company that came out, the restoration company that did the mediation, and the contractor that ultimately no call/no showed to complete the project.  He put us in contact with a reputable contractor after we were stood up, worked with them on the project timing, and everything turned out great.  The name, All Above the Rest says it all.

I called Michael, the owner, and tried to get a quote on multiple plumbing projects. Michael answered the phone and asked for a picture of the object of one project, while others weren't mentioned at the moment. Michael wanted me to send an image directly to his cell phone, but my phone wasn't able to send images. So I told and sent him a link instead with the images and videos of the projects that I was proposing. That's the same link that I had been using for asking for quotes to other services.

Michael got upset immdediately when he heard that I couldn't send the picture but a link, and he wasn't even letting me speak as soon as he saw the link, which had all projects that were going to be quoted from him. He then said that I was wasting his time, and then he dropped the phone on me. The call went less than 10 mins, whereas Michael spoke for almost the whole time.

Michael may have some knowledge about some plumbing job and product-related stuff, but with that arrogance, inpatience, and lack of communication skills (Not able to seek for alternatives and always speaking over his costumer... WAIT! Is this what makes him Above all the rest???) I would NOT trust his business constantly doing a good quality of work. For those who did get their best interests taken care of, congratulations for being lucky! I would NOT recommend this guy to anyone. The risk of having a negative impact from Michael is HIGH.

Above All The Rest when it comes to ripping off seniors.

I'm in my sixties. My water heater was leaking. I called my home warranty company who dispatched Above All The Rest Plumbing and Sewer. I knew my water heater was still under warranty and communicated that to the Above All The Rest technician and home warranty company. The Above All The Rest technician realized it would be a like-for-like swap out. What this means to Above All The Rest Plumbing and Sewer is that there wasn't much they could charge extra for beyond the $75.00 service fee paid to the home warranty company. The Above All The Rest technician in order to pad the bill added numerous UN-needed items.

I know BS when I see it. I called the home warranty company who sent in their in-house technician. The $545.00 that Above All The Rest wanted to charge was cut in half after the bogus items were removed. What I ended up paying for was primarily what RUUD (the water heater company) charged for the exchange.

Avoid, Avoid, Avoid Above All The Rest Plumbing and Sewer!

This Michael is dangerous.  If this had zero stars, I would have selected that.  I would never recommend his company based on how he is as a person.  Driving his work van on the freeway and nearly running several cars off the road pushing his way as if he owned the road.  We dodged him twice and he nearly took us out.  No plumbing job is worth taking out life.  I thought I would call the number on his van and speak to his boss, guess what?! He answered the phone himself while driving and and when I said - 'Hey - you nearly caused an accident back there, his reply was:

He installed a garbage disposal, air gap hose under my kitchen sink, and replaced a broken valve on our outdoor plumbing. Always responsive and very knowledgeable.

The owner, Micheal, was nasty and hostile from the moment he showed up but I gave him a pass the first time because I figured he was having a bad day. Unfortunately, the second time he was here was exponentially worse. He was very abusive to me, inviting me to suck one of his appendages and calling me a b$tch, completely unprovoked. I have also been told that he likes to refer to black home owners by the n word. Under no circumstances, should anyone be allowing this man anywhere near their property, especially females who he seems to feel he can treat however he likes.

Horrible service, Michael was extremely rude and racist and decided because I wasn't outside waiting for him to show up he'd just pass up my house all together. He then went on to call me a fu*kin dumbass for not being  there to flag him down and when i tried calling back i was met with sorry i dont speak spanish and would just hang up. its not like we have GPS these days to help us go exactly where we need to huh?
