I've used MPP in the past but it had been quite sometime.  Again, they delivered amazing service.  I had a dripping bathroom faucet (and a increasing water bill) and the shutoff under the sink was stuck. I spoke to Matt on the phone and he was able to get TJ scheduled for the same day :) I had also reinstalled some faucet handles that had fallen off and didn't do a great job - called Matt back - asked if those could be corrected too - yep no problem.    TJ arrived exactly as scheduled and completed everything within 30 minutes.  These guys are incredibly professional but also just easy going and genuinely nice, informative and honest. Pricing is reasonable and their work is quality every single time!  Thanks MPP you guys are what all home improvement/repair companies should strive to be!

So I detected a possible water leak under the laundry room floor. Looked up companies on Yelp and came across American Plumbing and gave them a call. Unfortunately they don't work in my area. However all was not lost. Rich took the time to listen to my situation and then went on to recommend a local company who could help. He also gave me very valuable information which I didn't think to ask about. If you need work in the Chandler area, call Rich and co.

I thought I had an issue with my water softener producing a LOUD PITCH noise and contacted EnergyOne who I purchased it from they told me it would cost $225.00 for a service call.  BUYER beware the service call fee is astronomical if you have any issues or concerns so I cannot recommend them.  EnergyOne came out looked at water softener and couldn't find anything wrong and charged the full $225.00 after walking around and pushing a few buttons. And stated I needed a plumber, I found PLUMBSERVE and contacted Addam  who came out for NO CHARGE to check things out, thinks he found a problem it might be my Bonnet and Poppet valve and told me where to get it so I can fix it myself and if I still have issues he would be able to come out because it could be my Pressure Vacuum Breaker and that may need to be replaced and that would be parts plus $165.00 for the repair.  I was happy to tip him for coming out for free and fingers crossed I can repair it myself.  I can't say enough how much I appreciated this especially with being retired and on a single income.  THANK YOU ADDAM!

Come the next day and below quote. Has done multiple jobs at my house. Called him for the 3rd time to do an upgraded sink install with new deposal.

Excellent!! The kitchen sink was backing up into the bathtub, so I called Ron. He quoted me a price over the phone and was there in less than 30 minutes. He was friendly and considerate. When he fixed the problem and i went to pay, he charged me less than half of the quote. The drains are clear and everything is running perfectly... Thanks to Ron!! I will definitely call again if we ever need any plumbing work.

I experienced a leak somewhere within my home, however there were no evident signs.  We noticed it when our water bill went up by 24% in one month.  I was refered to Grey Owl Leak Detection by a plumber.  They sent out a technician with all modern gear (FLIR, audio, etc) and he was able to locate the source.  Once it was located I called a plumber who repaired the slab leak by bypassing the leaking line, routing it through the attic and reconnecting the water to the manifold.  Fast, friendly and reasonable.  Grey Owl Leak Detection will be my 1st choice from now on.

Talked with Bumble Bee Plumbing on September 16th and scheduled for Monday September 27th. When I asked them what time I should expect them, they say, we'll call and text on day of service to let you know when we're on the way. Interesting, no scheduled time, but ok lets see how this goes.
Monday morning September 27 I receive a call and text at 8 AM telling me today is the day and they will inform me when the technician is on the way. Ok. Sounds good!
At noon I get a call, I'm thinking they're on the way. Silly me, they just want to make sure I'm still available today. Uh, we have an appointment, of course I'm available. They say to me, ok, just making sure we'll let you know when someone is on the way.  Again, Weird, but ok.  
3 PM, no word from them. I text and say yeah today wont work. They reply to me no problem, let us know when you know your availability. Um, how about an apology?? You know my availability, it was today. You didn't show up.

Bob is an awesome plumber, has a fantastic attitude, is extremely well-priced, paid close attention to detail, and went above and beyond what was asked of him.  He came to my home this morning, joked with my children, did a fantastic job with the plumbing job, and even checked an additional leak in my upstairs bathroom.  I'm so happy I found him, I can't recommend him highly enough, and he will be my first choice in plumber moving forward!

Daniel with Masterflow plumbing is awesome! I had a few plumbing issues in my house that he was able to expertly fix- including a broken garbage disposal, toilet fill valve, bathroom sink that wouldn't run, and leaking washing machine. Daniel took the time to explain each issue, in terms I could understand, and make sure all of my questions were answered. He worked efficiently to ensure that each job was done accurately and professionally. Thank you so much!! 10/10 I would highly recommend Masterflow for all of your plumbing needs!

Horrible!  I just filled out a form online - didn't even submit payment, and all of the sudden, they were showing up at my door.  Not ok!

For the actual work....drilled a hole in the shower tile for a shower curtain rod where we didn't want it.   Said you needed a stud to hang a shower curtain rod.  Newsflash....you don't.  You just need an anchor screw....a shower curtain rod is not that heavy!!  Never work with these guys.

Gabe! I know it took me a week to write my review but we knew that was going to happen after leaving my sink clogged for over two weeks. Rooter was the first company to come up on my Google search and I called them because they had five stars on Yelp. Glad I did!! Gabe, the plumber who came to fix my garbage disposal, was on time and so professional. He was curteous and friendly and was in n out really quickly, he showed me how to take care of my disposal, being a new home owner who knows nothing which was really nice. I'd definitely call this company again and would recommend them to friends and family! Thanks you guuuuys

5 Stars to Travis and Sons Plumbing! Last week our sewer line backed up late one evening and we were imaging all kinds of costly and invasive repairs. But that didn't happen! One early morning call to Travis and Sons and the problem was on its way to being solved. A plumber arrived in a few hours and had the problem fixed in about 15 minutes! He was a great guy and definitely the hero of the day! Thanks Travis and Sons!!

I have dealt with many plumbers before that up charge/ over charge/ charge for just coming out...

Diamondback came out, told me exactly what the project would be with replacing a cast iron drain pipe for the sink in my bathroom.. and that's what it was.. and with out the crazy cost that another company wanted to charge me.

Cannot really rate the service. Says 24/7, to answer phones but cannot send a tech out at night....

We had an appointment through our home warranty, stating they would be at our home between 8am and 12 noon.  I had to cancel a dental appointment to accommodate them.  They never showed up and didn't call.  I called and left a message today and have not received a call back.  This is to repair a garbage disposal that was just installed by them less than two months ago.  They replaced our old disposal with a cheap unit and of course it is broken.  Calling home warranty company to complain and possibly cancel warranty.  This is the worst service ever!

Wish I would have researched this company before I signed with them and gave them money for a number of policies.  First off they only use one contractor to fix air conditioning and that's Sonoran.  Found out that AHG owns Sonoran so there is a major conflict of interest.  Wouldn't mind so much if they would have actually  fixed my air conditioner but it took over 3 weeks and they keep coming up with new reasons as to why it isn't  working.  The home warranty company now wants more money since they say we have reached our cap - this is without having actually fixed the problem!  Talked with owner, Chad, supervisor Javier and tech Juan and all are not owning up to the fact they don't know how to fix the problem!  This is a rental unit so we had to put our tenants up in a motel 5 times because of  this situation.   What a waste of time and money!   We finally had to go to a different company  (Air 1) not affiliated with AHG and pay out of pocket but it's working!  The new company came out and fixed it within 24 hours of my first call.  This review is for the Mesa, Arizona company only!
