Very quick to communicate, answered all questions was upfront with pricing and quote without needing to do the whole dog and pony of sending a tech first. on top of that came is as one of the cheapest quotes out of the 13 quotes I got and was able to come out the quickest.
Needed a smart shower repaired. Techcool came out that same day and worked until they got the job done. They were very nice and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone seeking plumbing work.

My condenser unit failed this august, and they came the same day I contacted them. They installed a brand new condenser very quickly, which is crucial here in Arizona summer. Then a couple of months after, I reached out to Jorge from techcool to see if he had the invoice of the unit he installed, and he did have the documentation archived. This is a professional business.
The tech came to replace a faucet with the exact same faucet but a new one. There was no leak when they arrived and tech also said there was nothing wet. They then told me there was a leak and had to fix something else. So my $150 job doubled due to a leak that seems to have been caused by them.

I contacted multiple business to compare rates and Techcool was one of the more affordable one. I needed help changing my faucet, the bolt was stuck and neither my husband and I could move it.
Techcool responded to me within a few hours and made an appointment with me for the next day. They had to use special tools to remove the old sink. It was a difficult removal but they honored the original price I agreed on with the owner.
German was very helpful and even checked for leaks before he left. He also made sure the handle wouldn't touch our walls. Good attention to detail. I recommend them :)

Of course our AC went out in the middle of a heat wave! I requested quotes from Yelp and Techcool was the only one that did not charge a service charge and responded at 9pm. Jorge sent two techs over the next morning and diagnosed I needed a new compressor. Jorge made some calls and luckily my 8 year old AC was still under warranty. They had the new compressor installed the next day and all was good for a few days, then the temp started to rise again.
Jorge dispatched two techs out within a few hours and they spent 7 hours troubleshooting what could be wrong. They finally realized it was the NEW compressor they had just installed. Jorge tried to get a new unit authorized but the manufacturer just agreed to replace the defective compressor.
After receiving the new part, the techs had it installed in a few hours. Jorge was very apologetic and did not charge me one more penny for labor than what I had originally paid for the installation of the defective part.
He called the next day to check in and make sure everything was working properly, so far, so good! Techcool is a very honest company and the techs are hard working, would highly recommend!

Tech cool did an awesome job. Reached out to many companies, I knew what needed to be done but everyone wanted to charge me for an inspection to diagnose my problem. This is a technique to get you to pay overpriced quotes by them saying they will deduct the inspection from the cost of the repair, not tech cool. They came out quoted me the job using pictures I provided and stuck to the quote. Not only was the quote fair but it beat out the competitors. I wasn't looking for the cheapest quote just the most honest and I got the best of both worlds from Techcool. They have earned my business moving forward, they didn't try to pressure me into a maintenance agreement or try and up sell on other services. I highly recommend their company.

Had trouble with reinstalling a toilet and called these guys for help. They were able to come out that day! They were professional, efficient, and and very helpful. I had bought the wrong flange for the job. ( for a 3 pipe vs 4 ) They returned it to Home Depot for me and picked up the proper flange. When they finished the job, they cleaned everything up perfectly. I will definitely call on them again.

Very responsive plumbing contractor. I was given a quote from Techcool on Yelp and they said they could conduct the installation and work on my kitchen faucet the same day. German arrived on time, found an issue with the hot water valve and he said that it was leaking and needed replacement. Luckily he said that he could repair this on the spot. Work was done in about an hour and the technician even cleaned the work area. I'm satisfied and I highly recommend Techcool for your plumbing needs.

Came home from a 12 hour shift to find the house completely hot. Being 90 deg in the house and hot outside with no wind I needed help. The ac was acting fussy the night before and I thought I was able to trouble shoot it. Called techcool and they had 2 guys show up and started to work right away. Ended up replacing my thermostat unit stayed until the house was 100 percent starting to cool down. Professional, clean and respectful. Good stuff guys.

Our AC had froze due to a dirty filter and a dusty backyard but they came out and fixed it very quickly let us know what was going on how they were gonna help and now our pups and us can relax this summer with AC. Highly recommend!!!

For this project Techcool responded most quickly amongst providers Their online quote based upon simple and exact details was honored and confirmed via call. Their availability was the quickest and arrived on time for the job Jorge and German were prompt, efficient and finished the small job with greatest efficiency (fast, simple, clean, professional). Price was reasonable in my opinion I will strongly consider for future projects. Did I say they provided a one year work warranty and made sure we verified all work was satisfactory? Highly recommended
