From the time I called gold star mike was very nice on the phone and got out to is within an hour and was able to clear my main sewer line and then put there camera and inspection the sewer line and said I was in good shape. Worst company ever!!!! Said 39.99 to fix main lines! My daughter flushed down her panties! Get her and say $125 and then come down with my daughter panty on his stick and says no I didn't get it but then wat did u have?? Then tRied upswell me all kinda shit u fuked up like disconnect the tube to the sprayer and want me to pay!!! Fuk off!! Worse crooks ever

Showed up on time. Clean work.
Explained about the warranty and why we should register the item with the manufacturer.
Charged the quoted price weather we paid cash or check or credit card (unlike others who added a fee for credit card).
We will use them again.

The sink in my master bath was wildly leaking and even damaged my cabinets. Brad was quick and thorough with repairs and even referred us to someone who could fix the cabinets! On another occasion he installed a proper gas line for my partner's outdoor bbq. If I wouldn't have moved he would still be the #1 person for any and all plumbing related things I need.

Brad & crew happily wore masks and followed other safety precautions at my request as well!

Dale is one of the best contractors I could luckily find.  He is a honest guy who not only can to it all but also do it well with an unbelievable lower price.  Recently,  Dale completed replacing our 20 year old shower trim, angle stops and supply lines for all our 4 sinks and repaired a few leaking faucets with less than half the price the plumbing companies quoted.  He also fixed the stuck door that other contractors said it should be replaced.  Dale is busy and I have waited for about 10 days to get his service, but it's well worth the wait because I understand the better contractors are always in high demand. I will definitely use Dale for all our repair needs in the future, and I highly recommend Dale for all your house repair needs.

We used these guys this week to replace are shut valve for the washing machine and the service was outstanding. We will use them again for any plumbing repairs. I reached out Tuesday(7/25/23) and they were here within hours to see what was going on and gave me a quote. The price was very reasonable, the communication was there and the work was performed on time. Will is the gentleman I worked with during the process and he was very professional and patient. We had some hick- ups on are end and had to reschedule. He was understanding and helpful throughout the entire process. I'd recommend them to family and friends!

Don with Bird Dog Plumbing was incredibly professional and did an excellent job on a leaking hose bib. He arrived less than an hour after my initial call and had it replaced quickly. I would highly recommend Don!

Spencer showed up at our home right on time and did a great job. Clean installation of 2 toilets in a couple of hours. He was very friendly and helpful to us. Would highly recommend this company to anyone.

I am going to continue my reviews until Tom Eckert and Don Paz at Simply Better Plumbing fix the problems they caused. I just got my wall repaired after the water damage they caused from incorrectly installing a new water heater that flooded my laundry room.

The water heater is leaking at certain and further, the tank was too large for the space and did not allow proper room for clearance of the copper pipe that carries water to the tank. Regardless of this, they were insistent in installing this specific tank, which is oddly shaped and  I am sure was sitting on their hands and they wanted to get rid of it.

The copper pipes carry condensation and where it pushed up next to the tank, the tank has rusted and corroded. On a tank that was installed on Oct 22.  We have called and emailed Simply Better Plumbing to honor the warranty on their work, and you would think after all the trouble they have caused that they would be keen on making right their wrongs. Instead we are given the run-around with no one responding and when we give them a call, Tom gives his famous non-answer answers of I will let them know. In the meantime, we are again without hot water as we are waiting for them to come and take a look at the problem.

Please do not work with them. Please, please please, do not work with them. They are not good or honest people.

Had a plumber install my new sink and it looks great! The company was quick to get me in considering COVID. The plumber did a great job and was able to work around my issue of buying a sink that was a little too big for my space. He was friendly and even did my shower head I needed to install for free.

Tree root crushed my sewer line causing backup to the house. Kooline came out same day, arranged for repairs to start immediately and had me back and going within 24 hours. Not an easy feat when the pipe was buried six feet under my front yard. Excavated. Repaired. Back to new. Everyone was very nice, the pricing was competitive .... most importantly... I never felt like I was left hanging. Really recommend these guys. Great local service
