My name is Jeffrey Lawson. I have been a plumber for most of my adult life. My hobbies are plumbing and staying away from crack (plumbers crack) but seriously I like to go fishing, prospecting for gold, camping, and most importantly hang out with my family. I was born in Dayton Ohio and raised in Phoenix, AZ. I live in the East Valley with my wonderful wife and our two beautiful daughters ages 16 and 18.

Was so impressed with this company for plumbing issue, especially their service tech Kevin, that I had them do my two partial BR remodels. Once again they were fantastic. Kevin was awesome! He was on-time and if running a little late he always communicated with me. He was polite, cleaned up any mess that was created, and very skilled. He worked to save me money where he could. Felt very comfortable leaving him in the house without my being there. Also, no surprises in the end - held to the estimate to the penny. It's hard to find workers today that really care about the quality of their work and doing the best they can for their customers. I wholeheartedly recommend this company and if you can get Kevin you'll have the best.
Have had Joe from Lawson Family Plumbing out on two different occasions and both times he was fast, efficient, and very courteous. Joe installed a new pressure reducer, replaced my home emergency shut off valve, and replaced just about every individual shut-off valve in my home (11 of them - replaced the old ones with quarter turn). He also came back a second time for some quick warranty work and installed a new front hose spigot. He was on time (or early with a courtesy call from the Lawson office) both times and explained all the replaced parts to me. Would recommend.

Had Jason come out and look at a few plumbing issues, he was very friendly, communicative in how he was resolving issue and and even played played with our dog. I would recommend Lawson Family Plumbing and Jason to anyone asking.
I was somewhat disappointed in the fact they didn't wear mask to the residence, otherwise they did a great job.
We had a *slight* disaster with our house that we just purchased, one that they'll be talking about for years (3 test plugs left in the pipes)! Jason came by for 3 separate all-day projects and was absolutely fantastic.
I definitely will recommend Lawson plumbing, hopefully I don't have to call again!

Michael and Tony came out to hydrojet and video our flooding pipes. They cleared it out and explained everything they found thoroughly and clearly. I was impressed at their work ethic--it's the Fourth of July and they stayed for several hours--and their trustworthiness. We've had a lot of unscrupulous plumbers in our time but I wouldn't hesitate to call them next time we have an issue.
We were in the market for a water softener. Had big name company (P&P) give estimate and sales pitch and then had Lawson come out and their estimate was 1/2 of the other! Joe at Lawson was wonderful to work with! Very knowledgeable and took the time time to explain everything to us.Came out the same week to install! Very happy with this experience. Oh yeah really like that they use local company to source the water softener !! I feel Very confident I made the right decision.
I came home after a long 24 hour shift to find an electrical odor in the garage. Upon investigation it was my hot water heater that had shorted the upper thermostat out from leaking water on it. I didn't have much hope that on a Saturday morning I was going to find a plumber that could replace a hot water heater the same day. The first highly rated Yelp plumber confirmed this. Monday would be the absolute earliest. The next company with as many and highest reviews was Lawson. Not only did they answer the call immediately, the quote was literally 30% less than the competitor. Same exact water heater model and equipment. And the kicker, they will find someone to get it done same day! No brainer. In addition the service technician was excellent. He had to come out in advance of bringing the water heater because I wanted to find out if converting the unit to a gas fired unit was feasible. Only having 45 minutes to get to the supply warehouse before it closed and get the new unit, he worked efficiently and quickly. After returning with the unit agreed upon, install was seamless on my end. We ended up with a fully functioning water heater again. They treat you like family. Lastly, the service technician noticed I was in Public Safety and automatically extended an unsolicited discount. This dropped my price even further. The only plumber you should ever need, I can't recommend them highly enough. Will definitely use again.

Wow, is all I can say. This was my first time using this awesome company and it won't be my last. Called around 10 in the morning and Michael was here by 11:30. Michael was so professional and did a great job fixing our toilet. Was considerate and left no mess whatsoever. I highly recommend this plumbing company.
Fair price for good work and friendly service. I've used Lawson a few times for a business I own and I have been happy with the results each time. They do prompt work and don't gouge prices. When something is leaking or backed up, it's hard to shop around. With Lawson, there isn't a need to. Every time I've called, they fix the issues we have and charge a totally appropriate price. Awesome!! Just bought a new older home and suddenly we had a leak beyond the meter outside. Called them and they came as soon as they could about 3 hours after call. I had a leak under my sink. I looked for a plumber in my area and found Lawson Plumbing - they had good reviews so I gave them a call. They said the would send someone out between 12 - 3 pm. I got a call from JT who said he got finished with his last job and could come early - I said come on down. JT got here and was very professional and assessed the problem. He went and got a new faucet and installed it in a timely manner. I am very pleased with the service I received from Lawson. Thank you Lawson and JT.
It started off great. Lawson was fast and helpful. The project we had took 3 different teams. The first team was demo and that got started right away and we were happy with what they'd done.
The second team was supposed to be the plumbers and after the demo team left we went 5 days with nobody showing up or communicating with us. We sent multiple emails to the Lawson team requesting a timeline and an update. During this time we were without the use of our kitchen and our hot water had to be turned on and off at the heater each time we wanted to use it.
A week after the demo crew left, Lawson got back to us and communicated they could get to us in 8 more days. To be fair it is close to the holidays and when you're dealing with a multi-faceted job the ball can be dropped but we did not feel valued or prioritized. They were fine with us celebrating Christmas with a demoed kitchen.
We called another plumber who came highly recommended today and he should have the plumbing part of the job completed tomorrow.

Amazing service. Jason came and helped us on a couple small plumbing issues we had at our house. Not only did he give us expert advice but saved us a bunch of money, when he could of easily charged us for more money. We quoted several other companies and no one came close to the quality and service we got.
Tim is amazing. Friendly, knowledgeable and very professional. Tim was timely and capable of fixing our issue in one visit. He gave us a few options at different price points and his honest opinion on what our best course of action would be. Buying a new house is stressful. What a great company!! I needed a back-flow prevention valve put in so I can install sprinklers in my backyard. The thought of hiring a plumber in the blind is a bit nerve racking. So many choices, and so many levels of quality and competence. I knew I could feel confident about these guys because of their amazing Yelp reviews. I gave them a call on a Monday and they were out the very next day. The technician was able to do the install that same day, and before I even realized it, the job was done and it looked fantastic. I contacted Lawson after I realized my water softener was leaking all over the garage floor! They were incredibly responsive, even through Yelp, and helped me with initial diagnostics over the phone. They did a lot of research on my specific water softener in advance, so when Gabriel came for the appt it was incredibly fast to confirm their findings and make a recommendation to replace the unit.
Gabriel stayed with us every step of the way and returned the following week for installation. On our end the installation was very smooth, but poor Gabriel had a heck of a time thanks to the previous homeowner who was a creative DIYer. Gabriel left us with a beautiful water softener in perfect working order, and a much cleaner garage than when we found it, having not only picked up after himself but also spending time to chip away at the dried salt from the last unit's leak. I will definitely be calling Lawson again for future plumbing needs!
We have had Lawson Family Plumbing out twice and have them scheduled for a third job. They are excellent and I am glad to finally have a plumbing guy (company). From the first communication on Yelp that received a quick response, to the contact and scheduling from the main office, and finally the technician that came to the house Adrian, everything was handled with the level of detail you hope for but honestly rarely see. I highly recommend anyone give them a shot to earn your business and I will be sharing their contact info with my friend network.
While they are not the cheapest, they are also not the most expensive. I trust them to do excellent work and charge me a fair price, I will be using them as my plumber when I'm out of state so having someone who can respond quickly and also be effective is critical.

I had plumbing work done in my kitchen in December of 2017. There was a long-term leak in some old plumbing (from the 60's), which required demolition of part of the wall to repair. Jason K from Lawson was very expert in diagnosing the problem and did a fantastic job on the demolition portion and the repair of the plumbing. I also had an outdoor leak repaired at the same visit. In addition to doing a great job on the two problems, he noticed that the pressure control valve (PCV), which was installed by a different company 2-3 years ago, had already failed. He repaired that as well. Furthermore, rather than just charging me the initial estimated price, he charged for the actual time it took to repair, so that the total job, including the PCV add-on, was less than the initial quote. The service was exceptional from the initial contact and everything following. Jason was not only very knowledgeable, but genuinely friendly and helpful as well. Highly recommend this company. Their reviews are well deserved.

Honest, friendly, and knowledgeable. when the technician came and assessed the actual repair , he charged us an fair amount -below the quoted amount -for the exact work done and provided care/maintenance tips for us.There was no standing around or push to sell additional services or items. We had several experts out to find the source of random, intermittent sewer odors in the house, even going so far as to do a sewer line video and smoke test. The experts were never able to get to the bottom of it, and the smells persisted. After tons of research, I called Lawson Family Plumbing. They did what the other experts did, but better. They found three or four major issues nobody else found. The house is now free of the sewer smells. Tim knows how to do a thorough smoke test, which others cut corners on. I hope we never have another issue like this again, but if we do, I will not hesitate to call Lawson Family Plumbing again.

I had a issue with my toilet... Lawson plumbing showed up EARLY who ever heard of that! Very professional and had their fancy IPAD to give me a quote and made the repair in about 10 minutes. They left and the bathroom was cleaner than when they arrived LOL.

Our hot water heater went out and flooded our a room in our home but we didn't discover it until 6pm. Lawson Plumbing came out that night in a quick and timely manner. We discussed our options and decided to go with a tankless water heater. Jason and David installed it for us and we couldn't be happier with the service they rendered!! I called them for bathroom/kitchen sink issues. The next day Dylan arrived and was one of the most honest repairmen I've encountered. He not only helped me with a small leak in the kitchen for no charge (it only needed to be tightened) he didn't even want to accept a tip. He also gave me great recommendations and quotes to fix the bathroom sink. Next time I need a plumber I will definitely call Lawson Family. Totally recommended, honest work.

Had an after hours emergency pipe burst and could not turn off the water at the house or on the street with the backyard flooding.
Called Lawson while freaking out and the person on the phone asked questions and informed me of the after hours costs calmly and didn't get flustered as I continued to freaking out at the problem. just get here!
A short time later, Lawson's plumber showed up, was SUPER friendly and took a few hours to fix the problem and everything is right with the world again, so, they were great, great price and calmed me down during an emergency!

It's hard to find a good plumbing company but I took a chance on Lawson Family Plumbing. They were able to come that day and fix a pipe that was leaking in my wall. Ken was awesome very respectful and knew exactly what needed to be done. He did a beautiful job and the price was very reasonable.

My kitchen sink was leaking. Pulled out Yelp and they had a strong backing. Decided to give them a call. They fixed that sink issue and a leak in my back yard plumbing that same day. A little pricier than another company, I did not mind. Their responsiveness and communication throughout the entire process was more than worth it. You get what you pay for and they did an amazing job so I'm very happy!!!!!! I would recommend them to any and all of my family.

Lawson Family Plumbing was super responsive and able to get someone to look at our water heater on a Sunday evening for a possible warranty replacement.
Unfortunately, they were unable to help with the warranty issue, but the serviceman was on time, pleasant to work with, and very knowledgeable. No high-pressure sales tactics.
I will definitely keep their number handy for the next time I have a plumbing issue.
We had a leaky shower mainly from the overflow area but had to figure it out with Terry, Lawson's plumber. Terry worked as quick as he could and fixed the issue as well as other issues he found. He even had a flat tire (picked up a nail prior to my job site) and remained calm throughout the entire shower repair and issue with the truck. Thank you for coming out and sending Terry.

The technician arrived on time. Quickly diagnosed and informed me the toilet head was no longer available he had to replace them at $900 each. Total $5200.

Another company told me I had a slab leak and needed a camera inspection of my pipes. I called Lawson Family plumbing based on their great reviews and I couldn't agree more! A technician came out on a Saturday (which several others wouldn't) and showed me that nothing indicated I had a leak (showed me the pressure difference didn't change when the water was off). They could have easily charged me for the camera inspection based on what I had told then but they didn't charge me a dime! I had also had this other company tell me that I needed a new water heater because it was too old to be flushed. My technician with Lawson Family Plumbing revealed that this is one of the tactics that companies can use to get you to purchase something. I told him I had just spent $3,000 on the other plumbing companies recommendations and my technician with Lawson Family Plumbing looked up the same items I had done and I found out that I could have saved about $1,000 if I had gone with Lawson Family Plumbing. Because of this I am going to cancel my contract that I have with the other plumbing company (which was part of a maintenance plan through Goettl and Sunny plumber) and just going with Lawson if I have any issues. Thank you so much for running an honest business, you have earned my trust!

I can't say enough about how satisfied I was with this company. From the moment I called I was met with courteous and professional attention. They called to confirm the appointment, arrived on time and performed a major repair on a pipe leak in my house's slab. The job was done quickly with minimal disruption. Lawson family plumbing did a great job fixing a slow drain! They were knowledgeable, helpful, and timely. We thought we needed a video snake of the drain, which is generally expensive, but, once here, they determined that wouldn't be effective and fixed the problem without it. I would definitely recommend them!
After 2 failed attempts trying to book another local plumber and getting a no show/ no call, it was great to be able to connect with LFP. Harley showed up even ahead of schedule and within an hour he had taken care of all my projects.

We had an issue with our toilet so we put in to have a free estimate. Adrian came an hour earlier (in which he called ahead and asked). He fixed the issue and explained in detail what was going on! He also made us feel valued and had great customer service! I recommend this company and specifically this plumber!

I hired Lawson Family Plumbing to work on my home on 06/29/22 because my bathroom had a clogged drain, after they finished their initial work order, the following day both my bathrooms on the east wing began gurgling water and wouldn't flush properly, same company but a different tech were called out and claimed that the guest bathroom shower needed to be unclogged and they performed that work at no cost, then the (3rd) day after those events, I was doing laundry and my other guest bathroom toilet on the west wing began to leak and flood water into my home, and from there work exceeded for about 2 months, including work that was not necessary and I was charged over $6k in fees. I was told that it would have costed 5k to get work done they started to do it then they told me that it would cost an extra 2k to digg in a diffrent spot. when I asked the reason why they couldnt tell me other than it needed to be done. Once I couldn't get an answer from techs I asked for more clarification from manager mike. Before Mike came to further inspect, I checked my ring activity for the day of techs work on my new pipe installation and there was 30 seconds of a black out on and no activity on the camera was recorded, including audio, and then the scene clips back to the techs filling the dirt hole and you can see the hole is filled about 90% between the 30 seconds of the ring footage. I went back and watched all videos never had that happen on my ring. I also reviewed more videos and found out they knew where to dig the whole time. I began to really question their work and looked further into the company and company reviews to find similar complaints about the plumbing technicians adding work to their homes that didn't need to be done and being charged outrageously for it or the past customer felt they were taken advantage of. But the biggest issue is that I found out they are not individually licensed plumbing techs and the Lawson Family Plumbing co is licensed as an LLC and allowed these unlicensed plumbers to work on my home and cause additional plumbing damages and fees. I tried to discuss my concerns with Mike and told him about my ring camera being compromised during the techs work, and Mike verbally admitted that the techs on site did touch and move my ring camera during the time of the pipe reinstallation, where they dug an unnecessary pit and performed unneeded work. Doing this, they caused more damages to my abandoned pipes and cracked part of my pool deck because they were so adamant that the plumbing issue was being caused from a pipe that was placed in the middle of my back patio and pool deck (all of which are concrete so I was told they would need to drill the whole space out) but after hiring another plumbing group for a second opinion, we learned the pipe that the Lawson Family Plumbing Techs claimed needed to be drilled out, was abandoned prior to me owning the home and that plumbing group found the issue was located in a completely different area of the house and the pipe was easily accessible and no patio drilling or anything we were quoted for from Lawson Family Plumbing was actually necessary. Spent over 3 months with lawson back and forth just to tell me it would cost 17k to fix an abandon pipe. The other company got issue done under 9k. I spoke with owner eventually and received an apology and a refund. I was told by owner he would find a pool company and help me resurface my pool deck in august and never heard back from him. I don't like writing reviews but when you have a company take advantage of you this bad I want to make sure no one has to go through similar experience.
So in summary this company:
- Takes advantage of people (women from what I see in other reviews)
- Techs are not licensed which per law anything over 1k they need to be
-Must work on commission so will take advantage to make a buck
-Do not know what they are doing
-Wont get to the root of problem in a timely manner(probably because they arent licensed and experienced)
-Techs Harley Talian, Nicholas Bishop were the ones to touch camera and attempt to take advantage of me.

This is an update to my initial review. This company cares. They contacted me right away after my 1st review and made it right. My frustration is gone. Thank you Lawson Family.
Let me start by saying that when I called, the receptionist was polite and professional. She said that a technician would be arriving between 12- 3:00pm. At 12:00 I received a call from Kenneth, he verified my address and told me he was on his way. Kenneth arrived and was honest and professional of what I needed. Kenneth told me where I could go to by the hardware for the sink. I went to that location and the salesman asked who was doing the repairs. I told that man it was Larson Family Plumbing. The salesman said I would get a discount because he was familiar with that company and that they (Larson Family) were very good and reliable. I returned and gave Kenneth the hardware. Kenneth replaced, clean the bathroom, Kenneth was very professional, friendly and approachable. I found out that Kenneth's father was law enforcement. I have retired after serving almost 33 years with Phoenix. Kenneth discounted 10% for his service. I'm so thankful I found Lawson Family Plumbing on Yelp. I will recommend this business to anyone who needs Plumbing. Great job Kenneth, you represented Larson Family Plumbing very well, thanks.

Craig from Lawson Family Plumbing is AWESOME, we were doing a DIY project and ran into a piping alignment issue, he came in and assessed the situation and had us back up and running in no time. His knowledge and professionalism is top notch. I highly recommend this company. And the price was just right.
We had a slow flushing toilet, Adrian cleared it with the augur. He was quick and friendly.

Lawson Family Plumbing was super responsive and able to get someone to look at our water heater on a Sunday evening for a possible warranty replacement.
Unfortunately, they were unable to help with the warranty issue, but the serviceman was on time, pleasant to work with, and very knowledgeable. No high-pressure sales tactics.
I will definitely keep their number handy for the next time I have a plumbing issue.

Great company! Love the 24/7 service with no additional costs! We had an issue on Saturday and they were there within the hour no extra charge. Completed it quickly and efficiently. Explained all issues. Were Covid careful and invoiced easily. Took cc and a check. Not sure about Venmo. Really recommend this company.

We just had such a wonderful experience with Lawson plumbing. We are an orthodox Jewish family and have strict limitations on technology etc from Friday to Saturday night. Two of our toilets and shower flooded on Friday night. The woman on the phone was so helpful about our religious rules and worked 100% around them. Nick came out late and stayed a couple of hours making sure the problem was totally fixed (even having to make a Home Depot run). He even totally cleaned up and gave the whole area a thorough cleaning of Lysol. Totally fair price also. We have officially moved all of our plumbing needs over to Lawson Family Plumbing.

This plumbing company advertises itself as a 24 hour plumbing service company, so when I had a plumbing emergency involving a water leak at 11:30pm on Sunday, I called them. Their after hours emergency answering service held on to me for 20 minutes on the phone taking down all my information and said someone will get back to me tonight. After THREE DAYS on Wednesday someone by the name of Gabriel called me back from this company and wanted to speak with me about putting me on their schedule for a visit! Needles to say my plumbing emergency had already been resolved by then by a different company. If you're looking for prompt plumbing service with an organized plumbing company who's got its $hit together, then avoid these people. My experience with them was simply a waste of time.

Fast response and estimate right in the middle of all that I'd received. Within a couple of hours Matt had the old shower/tub valve out, the new one in & even straightened up the original off-kilter plumbing. We went over assembly of the valve for after the tile was put back and we were done. I feel confident sealing up this plumbing work and not worrying about unseen leaks.
We had a problem with not having hot water. Called Lawson and Jason was out here in an hour. He diagnosed the hot water heater and didnt find anything wrong. Turned out a valve was turned in the wrong direction. He could have easily charged us to replace the valve but he was honest and just charged us the trip charge.
Very pleased and will call them again when we need a plumber.

Lawson Family Plumbing replaced my water heater in 2019 when the old one ruptured they were awesome then. But recently my water heater breaker would randomly trip. Turns out the tank was slightly leaking internally onto the electronics for the heating coils. When I called Lawson they had someone out the next day to replace the water heater under warranty.
They tried to have someone out the same day but with how late in the day I called it just didn't work out. But they kept in contact with me while they tried to work it in. Keeping me up to date. The next day they a tech out to replace my water heater. He communicated when he thought he would be out and ended up early. Once on site he was Professional and polite. He completed the work quickly and correctly. Due to a trip my fiancée had to be there alone when he showed and she said he was polite and made her feel at ease.
Through the processes Lawson communicated well and set reasonable expectations that they met or exceeded. I would not hesitate to use Lawson again.
Tony did an amazing job! On time, professional and did my 2 toilets, sink and hose bib in just 2 1/2 hours! Highly recommend!

I purchased a new tankless water heater in November 2020. I was not getting any hot water and could not find the info for the company that originally installed it and called another company to assist since I was in a rush to get it fixed. To my surprise the tankless heater was dead and needed to be replaced. I tried to go through the warranty process with Navien and it was a nightmare getting someone to assist. When they finally responded a few weeks later, they blamed the original company that installed the tankless heater stating their installation was to blame.
I found out it was Lawson Family Plumbing that originally installed the water heater and was preparing for the worst. Which I thought would be weeks of back and forth with the tankless manufacturer and Lawson Family Plumbing over fault. Joe came to my house, inspected the water heater and let me know that although it was not the original installation that caused the issue as Navien suggested, they would replace the water heater without additional cost. I was floored at the accountability even if they weren't fully responsible for the water heater needing to be replaced. Lawson Family Plumbing went above and beyond with their professionalism and timeliness in getting the water heater replaced in 24 hours (which I was incredibly thankful for since I had family in town visiting my home). This was also timely as I was laid off from my job earlier this year and not in a financial position to pay for a new heater and installation. Thank you to Joe, Nick and Lawson Family Plumbing for everything you did. I could not imagine using another company for my plumbing needs based on my experience. I am eternally grateful and highly recommend them to anyone with plumbing needs!!

This company is great. I called on a Tuesday and the next day they had someone come out to assess our main valve plumbing issue, free of charge too. The tech Steven was very nice and honest. I had him check out a shower leak and I appreciated his honest insight on how to best take care of our shower issue. When we are ready to get that done (during our bathroom remodel project), we will definitely give them a call.

We had a plumber come out that was sent by our home warranty. He immediately started justifying why we had no problem. Our water, Luke warm, was as good as we could expect. We had a water valve connected to our sprinkler and pool pipe system frozen closed and needed ASAP attention. We called Lawson and they had James out within an hour! James was very professional and polite, explained every step necessary to get the system working properly again, and proceeded to replace and repair a very complex copper pipe system in just a few hours. He went the extra mile to make changes in the system to make it more efficient and reliable, and offered us a price that was very fair and more than competitive. Had Jason come out and look at a few plumbing issues, he was very friendly, communicative in how he was resolving issue and and even played played with our dog. I would recommend Lawson Family Plumbing and Jason to anyone asking.
I was needing to replace and old cast iron sink and have a RO installed. An appointment was scheduled promptly and Shawn was incredibly helpful in making sure I had secured the correct materials. Work was completed as stated including a great cleanup. Will be using again for any plumbing needs!

Chris was sent to put these two things into right order--which he did--and now all is back on schedule and running on time. Chris went above and beyond to problem solve and I appreciate him, and his work, very much.

Just used Lawson's for the second time in a few years. Experience was just as good as the first. The technician, Rob, called and asked if he could show up early, was extremely professional, courteous and knowledgable. Explained everything he was going to do before and explained everything he did after. Can't say enough about the professionalism and great job he did. Will definitely be using this company again in the future as my needs arise.
Called Lawson Plumbing to set up an appointment to have an outside Fountain water line snaked. After planning my Saturday around the appointment scheduled, they showed up and said we don't do fountains. I asked why when I called they would set up an appointment for a fountain when they don't do fountains, no real response. I've been using them for many years and they have snaked the fountain in the past. Very poor communication and even poorer customer service.
Lawson family plumbing was referred to us by our home warranty carrier when our water heater broke suddenly. We put in a request in the morning and within 2 hours a very kind woman called to schedule a repair. The technician arrived right on time (early even, considering he had a four hour window) and got to work. He quickly checked the tank and damage and because of the info I provided to the woman earlier, he had all the parts to fix it. He even called a sister company to come out and check for water damage. Austin was very professional and took care of everything. He was very clear about the problem and the fix and I appreciated that he kept me in the loop.
Mike at Lawson plumbing is A+! He was the fourth plumber we have had at my townhouse to address a leak, and the ONLY one to figure it out! Pricing is very fair! Extremely knowledgeable, will only be using him in the future!

Had an after hours emergency pipe burst and could not turn off the water at the house or on the street with the backyard flooding.
Called Lawson while freaking out and the person on the phone asked questions and informed me of the after hours costs calmly and didn't get flustered as I continued to freaking out at the problem. just get here!
A short time later, Lawson's plumber showed up, was SUPER friendly and took a few hours to fix the problem and everything is right with the world again, so, they were great, great price and calmed me down during an emergency!

I just saw that this company has multiple pages for different areas but this review is for the entire company.
Friday afternoon, hubby found our ancient water heater had bursted on one side and leaked water that covered roughly half of our garage where it was located. He was able to get the leak to stop but now we were without hot water. He called our home warranty company for help but being so late in the afternoon, they needed to pick up our case the next morning.
Mid-morning today, Saturday, we received a call from Lawson Family Plumbing wanting to schedule a time to come out. I had to call back twice but each rep I spoke with were incredibly nice and easy to talk to. We agreed on a timeframe of 3 to 6pm and our tech, Vic, called within 2 hours of me initially setting the time to ask if he could come sooner. WELL YES OF COURSE! He ended up coming over about 90 minutes sooner than scheduled.
During the initial visit, we found out that there was an additional charge we weren't aware of that our home warranty didn't cover, which was the removal and disposal of the old water heater. Thankfully, it was reasonable and didn't put us in financial hardship.
As hubby and I expected, our ancient water heater needed to be replaced. Once that was determined, Vic left to pick up a new water heater and came back to install it. Total time spent was about 2 and a half hours. Vic worked quickly and cleaned up really well, like he was never there. He was also incredibly nice and easy to talk to, much like the reps I spoke with over the phone.
Thank you home warranty company for sending angels from Lawson to help! Now that this ordeal is resolved, I can proudly recommend them for your plumbing needs.

Called Wednesday night at 11:30pm after my water heater wasn't producing any hot water and the water pan was full of water. They answered and was very professional and sympathetic of my situation. They set me up with an appointment the very next day. CJ showed up on time. Nicest installer I've ever had to deal with. He explained to me that the heater needed to be replaced. I anticipated this as this unit was almost 15 years old. His quote for the replacement was competitive and included a 6 year manufacturers warranty with a 3 year labor warranty. He got the new unit installed in less than 2 hours. CJ walked me through the new unit, its functionality and things I should do for maintenance. We also got a 10% discount on all future labor from Lawson. I would definitely use them again in the future. I'm glad I could rely on the past reviews of this company.

We had a new water heater installed 11 months ago and it stopped heating. Lawson was out as soon as they could and replaced one the lower heater core. If anyone know about the reliability of products and the proverbial bathtub curve, some products do exhibit early life failures (this was a Rheem electric water heater), fortunately for us we had it installed by Lawson and they were able to get us back up and running with no charge.

Water leaking from my 20 year old water heater.
Panicked and went straight to Yelp. I found Lawson Plumbing, and saw that they had great reviews, and called them and explained my concerns (flooding).They assured me that they would have someone out same day, and they did . Team member Randall showed up and replaced the water heater. Randall was incredible. He explained everything clearly and frequently checked that I was happy with what he had done, and was doing.
Explained to me that the company policy was to do everything in the clients best interest, and do the right thing for them. What a great way to do business, no wonder they have so may great reviews. Even though it was late in the evening, Randall told me that he would not leave us hanging, and would finish the job that day, and test that it was working correctly. Which is exactly what he did. If you have any plumbing issues, you need to call Lawson, and ask for Randall. Incredible service.
The worst experience ever. Save yourself the headache and call someone else. This company is so poor with professionalism and customer service it isn't worth my time to write all the details of what we experienced. Call a company who cares about their customers enough to communicate with them. They will leave you hanging...and never apologize...and then...justify everything.
I came home after a long 24 hour shift to find an electrical odor in the garage. Upon investigation it was my hot water heater that had shorted the upper thermostat out from leaking water on it. I didn't have much hope that on a Saturday morning I was going to find a plumber that could replace a hot water heater the same day. The first highly rated Yelp plumber confirmed this. Monday would be the absolute earliest. The next company with as many and highest reviews was Lawson. Not only did they answer the call immediately, the quote was literally 30% less than the competitor. Same exact water heater model and equipment. And the kicker, they will find someone to get it done same day! No brainer. In addition the service technician was excellent. He had to come out in advance of bringing the water heater because I wanted to find out if converting the unit to a gas fired unit was feasible. Only having 45 minutes to get to the supply warehouse before it closed and get the new unit, he worked efficiently and quickly. After returning with the unit agreed upon, install was seamless on my end. We ended up with a fully functioning water heater again. They treat you like family. Lastly, the service technician noticed I was in Public Safety and automatically extended an unsolicited discount. This dropped my price even further. The only plumber you should ever need, I can't recommend them highly enough. Will definitely use again.

I've been a home owner for 30 plus years and as most homeowners know you occasionally need a bit of outside help, plumbing electrical and others. Today I experienced something I had no idea existed. While I was away out of town our hot water heater quit working, rather than call someone my wife elected to wait for me to come home and have a look. 9 days later I returned home and realized I couldn't fix the problem. I found Lawson Family Plumbing and gave them a call, Jason came to the rescue. He fixed the problem in less than 1 minute and was so incredibly professional about it. The Bill reflected the time he had invested in the repair and wouldn't allow any big service charge for the easy fix. What a great way to treat your fellow American! I will never use or recommend any other company other than Lawson Family Plumbing! They are the best!!!!
We called Lawson up and they were able to come out the very next day to solve our shower problem. They went the extra mile and cleaned out the bathtub drain as well.
Service wasn't cheap, but nothing is these days. Great service in person and on the phone.
The technician arrived on time. Quickly diagnosed and informed me the toilet head was no longer available he had to replace them at $900 each. Total $5200.
Maybe since I was a female business owner he thought I would approve without checking other options.
I called another service and job was done for less than $500.
Our technician, Mike was awesome! I got stuck half way through replacing a bathroom faucet the day before putting my house on the market. Called Lawson Family Plumbing and they scheduled someone to come over same-day. Scheduling the appointment was very easy and they showed up within the time window they promised.
Mike was amazing. Even with the faucet rusted into the sink, he was able to remove it and replaced it with the new hardware relatively quickly. Kept the place spotless once he was done working. I had a leak under my sink. I looked for a plumber in my area and found Lawson Plumbing - they had good reviews so I gave them a call. They said the would send someone out between 12 - 3 pm. I got a call from JT who said he got finished with his last job and could come early - I said come on down. JT got here and was very professional and assessed the problem. He went and got a new faucet and installed it in a timely manner. I am very pleased with the service I received from Lawson. Thank you Lawson and JT.
Lawson sent Jason out to help me with a potential leak in my wall. Jason was great about explaining the process, giving me my options (and his advice), he even helped me navigate issues around insurance. At the end of everything, the leak was actually from a neighboring unit so Lawson did not charge me for the two visits and exploratory work. Working with Jason and Lawson was great. I highly recommend the company and Jason to anyone who needs a repair or any plumbing related work. I hope I don't have any plumbing issues in the future, but if I do I will be calling Lawson!

Wow! I called at 1:30pm to get my kitchen faucet installed properly, and it was done by 3pm. Making the appointment was easy, they called when in route, and explained pricing options for me to consider. The plumber was friendly and did a great job. I couldn't have asked for better service at a good price. As a proud home owner, I'm definitely keeping them on speed dial.
After an initial miss on my water heater Jason and his team stepped up to replace my leaking water heater. I appreciate his customer service and action to resolve quickly. I recommend LFP for your plumbing needs.

I would like to highly recommend this business....especially if you have concerns over the current safety precautions this pandemic is causing. I had a plugged bathtub and as someone in a high risk group was nervous about having someone in my house. I called Lawson based on their Yelp reviews. James arrived promptly at 8 a.m. wearing mask and gloves. I sat in my front yard, directed him to the bathroom. He put on shoe covers, went in, figured out what was wrong and cost, came back out, removed shoe covers and gave me price. He then fixed it, came back out with invoice and asked if I wanted to have him put in my credit card number. No contact whatsoever. Professional, pleasant, I felt very secure about the whole process. Will definitely use again!
We needed a full house re-pipe as the previous owners did a copper to galvanized system that just created a bunch of back up and blockage. They came in and fully re-piped the entire house in less than two days didn't leave a gigantic mess and we were able to get back to our daily lives rather quickly!
These guys are noble, and they come in and tell you exactly what you need and don't fluff up the invoice just to make more money.
I find that it's pretty hard to find reliable and amazing plumbers. This is my one stop shop from this point forward.
As much as I wanted the water softener that they recommended it just wasn't in the budget right before Christmas, so I had to say no for now. But after tax returns come in I will certainly call them to have that installed!

Water leaking from my 20 year old water heater.
Panicked and went straight to Yelp. I found Lawson Plumbing, and saw that they had great reviews, and called them and explained my concerns (flooding).They assured me that they would have someone out same day, and they did . Team member Randall showed up and replaced the water heater. Randall was incredible. He explained everything clearly and frequently checked that I was happy with what he had done, and was doing.
Explained to me that the company policy was to do everything in the clients best interest, and do the right thing for them. What a great way to do business, no wonder they have so may great reviews. Even though it was late in the evening, Randall told me that he would not leave us hanging, and would finish the job that day, and test that it was working correctly. Which is exactly what he did. If you have any plumbing issues, you need to call Lawson, and ask for Randall. Incredible service.
If all companies exhibited integrity, honesty, and efficiency like the people at Lawson Family Plumbing, this world would be a more excellent place. Having a hot water heater decide to fail is tough, but when the shower/tub faucet also went wonky, it felt like the pipes were actually conspiring to put a dent in my track record of moving through the day like a speeding train. Chris was sent to put these two things into right order--which he did--and now all is back on schedule and running on time. Chris went above and beyond to problem solve and I appreciate him, and his work, very much.

Just used Lawson's for the second time in a few years. Experience was just as good as the first. The technician, Rob, called and asked if he could show up early, was extremely professional, courteous and knowledgable. Explained everything he was going to do before and explained everything he did after. Can't say enough about the professionalism and great job he did. Will definitely be using this company again in the future as my needs arise.

I had used Lawson Family Plumbing about 2 yrs ago when I had an exterior leak in my home while I was in Hawaii. They came out promptly and, although the price was high, I was happy with the work.
Fast forward to this past week.
I had a new tub put in my master bathroom. Unfortunately, it was set a couple of inches off from where it should be placed. (and I am above ground, so wooden floor)
I called Lawson to see if they could give me an estimate to move the drain 1-2.
I didn't hear anything back for 3 days. Finally I called for my quote.
$4300.00!!!!
No parts. Just Labor.
I won't be contacting Lawson Family Plumbing again.
And, I will update my review when I get my job done!
There is a reason why they have 5-stars. Their service is impeccable. I needed a sewer scope on a property with little notice, and they were able to help me out. Paul came out to help and he was great, and knowledgable and helped answer all my questions. The front office is very professional and nice as well. I will definitely give them a call in the future when needed.
Had a water heater go out on us this morning so I called and Jim gave us an estimate on a new one over the phone and sent Nick out to take care of it. He was right on time and after speaking with my wife we decided to go with a tankless system instead that Nick recommended. He was very knowledgeable and really took care of us and made sure it was done right and done aon the same day. I can't say enough good things about Nick and the entire experience. I have dealt with some really disappointing companies here in the valley here lately but Lawson sure has made this a pleasant experience. Thank you Nick for being so diligent and professional. When it comes to plumbing, you really do not need a plumber until you actually need a plumber....and boy did I need one! I went out to my garage in the morning and found my floor all wet from a broken 34-year old water heater. Well I turned off my water and then went back in the house to research who to call up. I saw Lawson Family Plumbing had all 5 stars and I love supporting local family businesses so called them up.
My call was at 9:50 on a Saturday, the tuck pulled up to my house at noon and by 2:00 not only did I have a new water heater installed but I also had him replace a leaky hose faucet on the side of my house! The price seemed reasonable, the service was outstanding, and even the nice lady I talked to to make the appointment made me feel like I was their top priority and they were happy to help me out. I was charged exactly what she quoted me over the phone and even though I was bracing myself for what seems to be the inevitable boy, we were not counting on that the original quote was good (of course there was the extra charge for the faucet replacement).
I am a HUGE believer in customer service and I sure did get a whole lot of it today. This number is going in my phone as my permanent go-to plumber (even though I hope to never have to need an emergency plumber again).

Our main sewer line was clogged and I called about 10 different companies to get someone out same day. Most companies were helpful but couldn't give a specific date or time they would be out. I called Lawson around 9AM and they were able to help me, same day. They were able to come over and fix the problem within 30 minutes. The plumber, Matt, explained to me what happen in a way that's easy to understand and and gave me advise on another general plumbing question that I had. I would definitely use this company again will recommend them the others.
It was super easy to schedule and get someone out very quickly. Communication was fantastic, and they fixed a recirculation pump that had failed. We'll call them for all of our future plumbing needs.
I was needing to replace and old cast iron sink and have a RO installed. An appointment was scheduled promptly and Shawn was incredibly helpful in making sure I had secured the correct materials. Work was completed as stated including a great cleanup. Will be using again for any plumbing needs!
September 23, 2016- We had our brand new water heater from Lowe's give out after a few months and it flooded our garage. We called Lawson and they sent their technician Tony Paredes who came to the rescue on a Friday afternoon. Tony went above and beyond even accompanying me to Lowe's to return the defective water heater and help choose a replacement. He answered all my questions and gave me advice on how to best maintain a water heater by replacing the anode rod after a few years. Tony was extremely knowledgeable and professional! I have had the Lawson Family Plumbing card taped to my water heater in the event we ever needed plumbing services again. Well guess what?! Amazing service. I have had Lawson Family Plumbing come in twice for 2 different problems. In both cases they did not charge for the visit as it was an assessment only. They were prompt and very friendly. I highly recommend this company.
Jake arrived on time and was very friendly and professional. I had received a free replacement cartridge from Delta. Delta provides lifetime warranty on parts. Quoted me a price to replace the shower cartridge. He explained to me everything he was doing. The handle set screw was so corroded it would not come off. So had to cut it off. The old cartridge was difficult to get out but he got it out and installed the new cartridge. I called Delta and they are sending me a new handle under warranty for free. He could have easily just said you need a much more expensive job to tear out this faucet, including the tile, and put in a new one, but he was persistent and fixed it. I highly recommend them
I came home after a long 24 hour shift to find an electrical odor in the garage. Upon investigation it was my hot water heater that had shorted the upper thermostat out from leaking water on it. I didn't have much hope that on a Saturday morning I was going to find a plumber that could replace a hot water heater the same day. The first highly rated Yelp plumber confirmed this. Monday would be the absolute earliest. The next company with as many and highest reviews was Lawson. Not only did they answer the call immediately, the quote was literally 30% less than the competitor. Same exact water heater model and equipment. And the kicker, they will find someone to get it done same day! No brainer. In addition the service technician was excellent. He had to come out in advance of bringing the water heater because I wanted to find out if converting the unit to a gas fired unit was feasible. Only having 45 minutes to get to the supply warehouse before it closed and get the new unit, he worked efficiently and quickly. After returning with the unit agreed upon, install was seamless on my end. We ended up with a fully functioning water heater again. They treat you like family. Lastly, the service technician noticed I was in Public Safety and automatically extended an unsolicited discount. This dropped my price even further. The only plumber you should ever need, I can't recommend them highly enough. Will definitely use again.
If we could give a rated less than one star we would Ben the plumber decided either he didn't want the job or was going to rip us off. Anyway he said he couldn't complete the job without someone in the house. His bid was $1,523.00 and we were able to have the job completed for $267.00. You be the job of the integrity of such a plumbing company.

Had an after hours emergency pipe burst and could not turn off the water at the house or on the street with the backyard flooding.
Called Lawson while freaking out and the person on the phone asked questions and informed me of the after hours costs calmly and didn't get flustered as I continued to freaking out at the problem. just get here!
A short time later, Lawson's plumber showed up, was SUPER friendly and took a few hours to fix the problem and everything is right with the world again, so, they were great, great price and calmed me down during an emergency!

I gave Lawson Family Plumbing a call based on their Yelp reviews and I'm glad I did. I've experienced a number of home warranty plumbing companies as well as the big name companies and it's always a pain. With Lawson you can tell they care. They will be our plumbing company going forward.
We have had Tanner come as our tech both times and he has been very professional and you can tell he takes pride in his work. If you can request him he'll take good care of you.

I contacted Lawson after I realized my water softener was leaking all over the garage floor! They were incredibly responsive, even through Yelp, and helped me with initial diagnostics over the phone. They did a lot of research on my specific water softener in advance, so when Gabriel came for the appt it was incredibly fast to confirm their findings and make a recommendation to replace the unit.
Gabriel stayed with us every step of the way and returned the following week for installation. On our end the installation was very smooth, but poor Gabriel had a heck of a time thanks to the previous homeowner who was a creative DIYer. Gabriel left us with a beautiful water softener in perfect working order, and a much cleaner garage than when we found it, having not only picked up after himself but also spending time to chip away at the dried salt from the last unit's leak. I will definitely be calling Lawson again for future plumbing needs!

I've been a home owner for 30 plus years and as most homeowners know you occasionally need a bit of outside help, plumbing electrical and others. Today I experienced something I had no idea existed. While I was away out of town our hot water heater quit working, rather than call someone my wife elected to wait for me to come home and have a look. 9 days later I returned home and realized I couldn't fix the problem. I found Lawson Family Plumbing and gave them a call, Jason came to the rescue. He fixed the problem in less than 1 minute and was so incredibly professional about it. The Bill reflected the time he had invested in the repair and wouldn't allow any big service charge for the easy fix. What a great way to treat your fellow American! I will never use or recommend any other company other than Lawson Family Plumbing! They are the best!!!!

We just had such a wonderful experience with Lawson plumbing. We are an orthodox Jewish family and have strict limitations on technology etc from Friday to Saturday night. Two of our toilets and shower flooded on Friday night. The woman on the phone was so helpful about our religious rules and worked 100% around them. Nick came out late and stayed a couple of hours making sure the problem was totally fixed (even having to make a Home Depot run). He even totally cleaned up and gave the whole area a thorough cleaning of Lysol. Totally fair price also. We have officially moved all of our plumbing needs over to Lawson Family Plumbing.
They were very responsive to my request for a sewer line inspection and scheduled just a few days out.
I had a water pipe leak in the wall and they were able to come out the same day to replace the section of copper pipe. The person who came out was very friendly and got the job done quickly. I appreciate the quick turn around. Highly recommend them!
I lost power to my electric water heater and Jason came out and said my control board was fried. My heater is 13 years old so I am due for a new one but I just got a new AC and solar panels installed so I didn't want that expense. Jason said I could try ordering a new control panel if the manufacturer still carried them (it would be cheaper than if he ordered it for me and I might get it free if I'm the original owner) and then he'd install it for $150 but no guarantee how long that would hold since it's an old unit. I had checked with another plumbing/water heater company that also had great reviews and they said they don't work on units over 10 years old. So I'm so grateful that Lawson Family Plumbing was able to help me out. When I need a new electric water heater, I'll be sure to call them again.
Our hot water heater went out and flooded our a room in our home but we didn't discover it until 6pm. Lawson Plumbing came out that night in a quick and timely manner. We discussed our options and decided to go with a tankless water heater. Jason and David installed it for us and we couldn't be happier with the service they rendered!! They were polite and courteous and cleaned up after themselves! I couldn't be happier with the service we received from Jason, David and the whole crew at Lawson Plumbing. Amazing service. Jason came and helped us on a couple small plumbing issues we had at our house. Not only did he give us expert advice but saved us a bunch of money, when he could of easily charged us for more money. We quoted several other companies and no one came close to the quality and service we got.

Called Wednesday night at 11:30pm after my water heater wasn't producing any hot water and the water pan was full of water. They answered and was very professional and sympathetic of my situation. They set me up with an appointment the very next day. CJ showed up on time. Nicest installer I've ever had to deal with. He explained to me that the heater needed to be replaced. I anticipated this as this unit was almost 15 years old. His quote for the replacement was competitive and included a 6 year manufacturers warranty with a 3 year labor warranty. He got the new unit installed in less than 2 hours. CJ walked me through the new unit, its functionality and things I should do for maintenance. We also got a 10% discount on all future labor from Lawson. I would definitely use them again in the future. I'm glad I could rely on the past reviews of this company.

This plumbing company advertises itself as a 24 hour plumbing service company, so when I had a plumbing emergency involving a water leak at 11:30pm on Sunday, I called them. Their after hours emergency answering service held on to me for 20 minutes on the phone taking down all my information and said someone will get back to me tonight. After THREE DAYS on Wednesday someone by the name of Gabriel called me back from this company and wanted to speak with me about putting me on their schedule for a visit! Needles to say my plumbing emergency had already been resolved by then by a different company. If you're looking for prompt plumbing service with an organized plumbing company who's got its $hit together, then avoid these people. My experience with them was simply a waste of time.

I was having toilet problems. I knew that a piece of plastic from my bidet had come loose and went down The drain. Based on reviews I called Lawson the first guy that came out was a problem. He didn't listen to me, didn't fix it, said it's the worse job and came into the house smelling like smoke. Of course the problem wasn't fixed. So they sent me someone new on a Sunday. David Campos was the plumber today. Wonderful experience. He listened to me. He had to take apart my toilet which was cemented to my tile. He warned me the tile and toilet could both be damaged. Neither happened. after 5 hours the plastic piece is out. The toilet works. Nothing is damaged and I couldn't be more pleased. Now I haven't seen the new bill yet but I'm so thankful for the great experience with David that whatever happens happens. I will use them again and next time ask for David. Oh and my dog loved him !!!

We contacted Lawson Family Plumbing to replace old cast iron sewer piping running under our house and to re-run plastic piping on the side of the house to correct pipe belly/slope issues. From the moment we contacted them, they were extremely responsive and helpful. Jeff and Kevin met us at the house at our earliest convenience to go over the details of the project, and figured out they could change the routing of the piping to keep from destroying the flooring in one of the bathrooms, thereby saving us money in multiple ways. They also recommended and were able to implement a method for installing the new piping that saved us significantly on labor and material costs (pipe bursting--cost was 35% lower than another bid we received). Throughout the whole project I felt they had our best interests at heart--they fixed plumbing issues with our water heater for no charge, replaced a cracked sewer vent pipe that was not in the original scope for no charge, and replaced the box for the water connections for the washing machine--also for no charge. At the end of the project I had an issue with how they had capped the newly-abandoned sewer clean-outs and they came back out to the property promptly to fix the issue with no problem. I could not possibly recommend these guys any higher. They are awesome. We will call them in the future for ANY plumbing issue we have.

I would highly recommend Lawson Plumbing. I had a clogged toilet and Tanner was very professional and wore a mask and booties and suggested several different things to do. He removed the toilet and found large tree roots and removed them. They prices are reasonable and would use them again.

My wife and I contacted Lawson Family Plumbing because we did not have hot water. Its tough taking a shower without hot water. Although they could not come out for more than 24 hours, they were honest about when they could come. I saw good reviews about them so we figured we could wait another day. There was no fee just to come out. David Potter, a plumber with Lawson came out and gave us an estimate. The estimate was reasonable. The work was performed expeditiously and we got hot water! The final charge wound up being a bit less than the estimate. I highly recommend Lawson Family Plumbing for your plumbing needs. They are honest, efficient, and reasonably priced!

We have had Lawson Family Plumbing out twice and have them scheduled for a third job. They are excellent and I am glad to finally have a plumbing guy (company). From the first communication on Yelp that received a quick response, to the contact and scheduling from the main office, and finally the technician that came to the house Adrian, everything was handled with the level of detail you hope for but honestly rarely see. I highly recommend anyone give them a shot to earn your business and I will be sharing their contact info with my friend network.
While they are not the cheapest, they are also not the most expensive. I trust them to do excellent work and charge me a fair price, I will be using them as my plumber when I'm out of state so having someone who can respond quickly and also be effective is critical.
In 2022 we needed to have new bathroom faucets put in. I went online and decided to go with Lawson Family Plumbing and called them. The young man who came out was so nice and did a fabulous job for us. We purchased a new dishwasher this year and just had it installed a few days ago. At the time the delivery guy told us that the property shut off valve needed to be replaced because there was a leak and that one of the valves underneath the kitchen sink needed to to be replaced because it looked corroded. I called Lawson Family Plumbing and Rob came out and put in a new property shut off valve and it looks great! (Much better than the 1984 model). He replaced both the valves underneath the kitchen sink. He showed us the old (1984) valves and they looked awful. He said it was a good thing we had both of them replaced because we could have had leak come upon us. Phew! I have made another appointment with them for next week and Rob will be checking all our valves underneath the bathroom sinks, the toilets and the washing machine connection. I absolutely recommend this company!!!!

Great service! We moved into a new house with a water softener we weren't sure was working. Unfortunately, the previous owner (a flipper) ran the water softener for 6+ months with no salt. Bad idea.
Nick was able to get us a new water softener and install it within a couple of hours. He spent time showing us how to use it, since we've never had a water softener before. Turns out, they are pretty much maintenance free.
Friendly, patient, quick service. Couldn't be happier.
I had water leading from a light fixture in my roof & instead of being dishonest and charging me for something that i Diane need, Jason noblely advised that this want a plumbing problem but a problem with my A/C. Found a pool of water this morning (Saturday) from a pin sized hole in my water supply. On the recommendation of a family member, I called Lawson Family Plumbing. We needed a full house re-pipe as the previous owners did a copper to galvanized system that just created a bunch of back up and blockage. They came in and fully re-piped the entire house in less than two days didn't leave a gigantic mess and we were able to get back to our daily lives rather quickly!
These guys are noble, and they come in and tell you exactly what you need and don't fluff up the invoice just to make more money.
I find that it's pretty hard to find reliable and amazing plumbers. This is my one stop shop from this point forward.
As much as I wanted the water softener that they recommended it just wasn't in the budget right before Christmas, so I had to say no for now. But after tax returns come in I will certainly call them to have that installed!

We had a new water heater installed 11 months ago and it stopped heating. Lawson was out as soon as they could and replaced one the lower heater core. If anyone know about the reliability of products and the proverbial bathtub curve, some products do exhibit early life failures (this was a Rheem electric water heater), fortunately for us we had it installed by Lawson and they were able to get us back up and running with no charge.
We had a small job that Jason came out to help with. I couldn't have been more impressed with the communication, knowledge and pricing. I would recommend and use Lawson Family Plumbing in the future for sure! Such a great experience, thank you Jason!
We just moved into a new house, and needed three or four different repairs done all at once. Lawson Family Plumbing was responsive, sending out a tech within a single day every time I called to schedule something. The technician I worked with each time was extremely friendly, kept me in the loop with exactly what was going on and where he was at in the process, and every time something on the invoice needed to be adjusted he ran me through the totals again so there wouldn't be any surprises on the bill. If I could give this company 10 stars....I would! They listened to the problem we had with our water heater & had someone out the next day! Randall came to the house & took his time to thoroughly diagnose the problem (he did pressure tests & soap tests etc). Since we had such a bad experience with the first plumber who installed our water heater, Randall wanted to make sure he fixed it right the first time! He called various places to find the part he needed. He genuinely cared about our situation. This company has instilled good values in their employees. I will also mention that their prices are reasonable. You will not go wrong with this company!!!!

I had a dreaded drip leak somewhere inside the walls/floor/basement ceiling. My wife and I struggled to find a source and knew we needed a plumbing expert to track it down without tearing our whole house apart. Enter Mike Bonner from Lawson Family Plumbing. He listened, considered a variety of sources, and began his detective work. After a thorough review, we all agreed we simply had to cut into our basement ceiling and see what we could see inside. After cutting an opening in a best-guess location, Mike immediately found the pinhole leak in a copper water line merely 8-12 inches away! He was able to repair the pipe thus stopping the leak and did it with just one small drywall hole that was easily repaired. Amazing! Called them in the morning; they came out late afternoon. Replaced our leaking water heater for a fair price (with Vet's discount!) with a comparable water heater. They wore masks and were good about social distancing. I certainly would use them again.
We scheduled with them and they were able to come out next day. So far so good. They came early, also good. Problem was that they never followed up with any calls or communication even after I called twice to have someone call me back over a three day period. I'm sure they are busy and I've already given this feedback to them when I called in the second time.
If all companies exhibited integrity, honesty, and efficiency like the people at Lawson Family Plumbing, this world would be a more excellent place. Having a hot water heater decide to fail is tough, but when the shower/tub faucet also went wonky, it felt like the pipes were actually conspiring to put a dent in my track record of moving through the day like a speeding train. Chris was sent to put these two things into right order--which he did--and now all is back on schedule and running on time. Chris went above and beyond to problem solve and I appreciate him, and his work, very much.

Best experience I have ever had with a plumbing company! I would highly recommend Lawson Family Plumbing!
We were having trouble connecting a water supply line to our toilet, so we called Lawson Family Plumbing. They came over less than 2 hours after I called. It turned out the cone joint had been pushed up into the tank connector, which was causing water to spray out of the connection when we turned it back on. They were able to remove the joint, put it back where it was supposed to be, and everything worked perfectly.
Because this was basically a my computer isn't working/have you checked if it's plugged in? situation they were nice enough to not charge us for the trip. We will absolutely call them for any and all plumbing needs in the future.
I just wanted to update my previous three star review. We had done work done by them and had an issue with one of the technicians. Lawson contacted me directly and more than made it right. They exceeded my expectations as a customer and I'll definitely be calling them for our next plumbing need.

Lawson plumbing to the rescue! My bathtub rusted out and had a hole in it. I had a terrible time finding someone who would replace the whole tub. Most company's wanted to do a whole bathroom remodel for 15-25k or they just wanted to repair the hole and only provide a 60 day warranty. Lawson came out and said no problem to replace it, gave me a quote before he even pulled away from my driveway. The technician arrived on time, and completed the work rather quickly as it involved quite a bit of demo. He was sure to clean everything up as well. I'm so glad to have found this company! Thank you!!

Water leaking from my 20 year old water heater.
Panicked and went straight to Yelp. I found Lawson Plumbing, and saw that they had great reviews, and called them and explained my concerns (flooding).They assured me that they would have someone out same day, and they did . Team member Randall showed up and replaced the water heater. Randall was incredible. He explained everything clearly and frequently checked that I was happy with what he had done, and was doing.
Explained to me that the company policy was to do everything in the clients best interest, and do the right thing for them. What a great way to do business, no wonder they have so may great reviews. Even though it was late in the evening, Randall told me that he would not leave us hanging, and would finish the job that day, and test that it was working correctly. Which is exactly what he did. If you have any plumbing issues, you need to call Lawson, and ask for Randall. Incredible service.

I asked for an emergency leak repair on a Friday. On Saturday, I couldn't answer the technicians on site call before it went to voice mail. My Saturday return call went to thier voice mail and went unreturned, and the leak was not repaired.
At my request, my sister called. She was not able to have a substantive conversation, but a a supervisor was going to get back to her. When a supervisor called, he told her a quote had been by emaIl, he forwarded it to her and she called me baffled. Neither of us understood why they had provided a quote a $3,600 to replace a watersoftener. There was no quote for leak repair, which I had hope to have done on Saturday emergency appointment.
I speculated that perhaps the $250 portion of the total quote, SVC4420-RET Hard Bypass, might be a quote to repair the leak.
We attempted to conference call with a field supervisor three times. Each time, thier phone system dropped our call.
I declined thier emailed quote and returned their email to ask if the $250 hard bypass was a quote to repair the leak.
After multiple failed attempts to communicate and get leak repaired by Lawson, another company came out and fixed it for $225. Thier phone system dropped my calls three times. If you have difficulty communicating with them, they notice email and yelp. They are very polite.
This was meant to be an edit of the origonal review, but yelp policy replaces original rather than update.
If you want to be unsold instead of getting a repair, some people do, this company will not disappoint. However, if you are not a credit card quick-draw, perhaps a smaller company would suit you. Blessings to the Lawson Family and thier employees.

I came home after a long 24 hour shift to find an electrical odor in the garage. Upon investigation it was my hot water heater that had shorted the upper thermostat out from leaking water on it. I didn't have much hope that on a Saturday morning I was going to find a plumber that could replace a hot water heater the same day. The first highly rated Yelp plumber confirmed this. Monday would be the absolute earliest. The next company with as many and highest reviews was Lawson. Not only did they answer the call immediately, the quote was literally 30% less than the competitor. Same exact water heater model and equipment. And the kicker, they will find someone to get it done same day! No brainer. In addition the service technician was excellent. He had to come out in advance of bringing the water heater because I wanted to find out if converting the unit to a gas fired unit was feasible. Only having 45 minutes to get to the supply warehouse before it closed and get the new unit, he worked efficiently and quickly. After returning with the unit agreed upon, install was seamless on my end. We ended up with a fully functioning water heater again. They treat you like family. Lastly, the service technician noticed I was in Public Safety and automatically extended an unsolicited discount. This dropped my price even further. The only plumber you should ever need, I can't recommend them highly enough. Will definitely use again.

Last yea the plumber recommended by my home warranty quoted an ridiculous price to replace my water heater. I happened on Lawson looking for a better price. The tech took one look at the water heater and advised that we didn't need a new one saving my thousands! Once again yesterday Lawson saved the day. My main water line broke, they were out to assess and give an estimate of the problem in hours and had it fixed the next morning. Everyone i dealt with from the office to the techs that were at my house were amazing. I will never use another plumber except Lawson.

Friday afternoon, hubby found our ancient water heater had bursted on one side and leaked water that covered roughly half of our garage where it was located. He was able to get the leak to stop but now we were without hot water. He called our home warranty company for help but being so late in the afternoon, they needed to pick up our case the next morning.
Mid-morning today, Saturday, we received a call from Lawson Family Plumbing wanting to schedule a time to come out. I had to call back twice but each rep I spoke with were incredibly nice and easy to talk to. We agreed on a timeframe of 3 to 6pm and our tech, Vic, called within 2 hours of me initially setting the time to ask if he could come sooner. WELL YES OF COURSE! He ended up coming over about 90 minutes sooner than scheduled.
During the initial visit, we found out that there was an additional charge we weren't aware of that our home warranty didn't cover, which was the removal and disposal of the old water heater. Thankfully, it was reasonable and didn't put us in financial hardship.
As hubby and I expected, our ancient water heater needed to be replaced. Once that was determined, Vic left to pick up a new water heater and came back to install it. Total time spent was about 2 and a half hours. Vic worked quickly and cleaned up really well, like he was never there. He was also incredibly nice and easy to talk to, much like the reps I spoke with over the phone.
Thank you home warranty company for sending angels from Lawson to help! Now that this ordeal is resolved, I can proudly recommend them for your plumbing needs.

Recently, my auto-level filler piping setup also known as a backflow preventer valve pressure vacuum breaker, started leaking quite a bit.
I called my home warranty and they said they did not cover it but could recommend a pool company. I asked home warranty if this was not covered under plumbing and they said no. I decided to call Lawson. As always, they came out to do a free estimate. And they were able to provide an estimate and do the fix a day later.
The technicians in their employ have always been professional and amiable.
They provide good answers to the problem at hand and give me confidence in their skills.
I highly recommend Lawson Family Plumbing for all of your plumbing needs. I have been using Lawson Family Plumbing since about 2013.
When my home warranty said it was not covered and they could recommend a pool company, to me, this seemed more like a plumbing issue and I would prefer a plumbing company instead of a pool company. I did learn from the Lawson technician though that some piping for landscaping is better handled by landscapers and/or pool companies. I am glad Lawson was able to do the job. It looks great and I am confident in their work.
Was so impressed with this company for plumbing issue, especially their service tech Kevin, that I had them do my two partial BR remodels. Once again they were fantastic. Kevin was awesome! He was on-time and if running a little late he always communicated with me. He was polite, cleaned up any mess that was created, and very skilled. He worked to save me money where he could. A few prior bad experiences have left me a little untrusting of tradesmen. And it's unfortunate because there are a lot of good and honest ones out there. Well, I'm a little less untrusting after calling Lawson... because they are one of the good and honest ones!
I had a couple of slow draining drains in my upstairs bathroom. I treated it with one of those professional grade cleaning gels... but felt like there might still be an obstruction. That's where Lawson comes in. I called them and scheduled an appointment to have them snake/root the drains. Since it was not an emergency, I scheduled it a few days out.
Dylan was the plumber who came out... and instead of just jumping right in and making some money, he tested the drains first. His assessment? The drains were draining properly and no work was needed at the time.
I was expecting to pay a couple hundred dollars for the service... but ended up not having to pay anything! How great is that?!?
The next time I need (or think I need) a plumber, I know who I am going to call -- Lawson Family Plumbing!

My Ahwatukee area property, had developed a leak somewhere between the meter box & the house. Our go to household plumber said he didn't do those types of plumbing jobs. So I did some research and contacted Lawson Family Plumbing. From my intial call to discussing what was wrong, through scheduling and meeting the plumber everything was positive, polite & professional. The quality work and attention to detail was excellent. They carefully pushed back gravel to dig to make repair, when they finished there was no sign that the area of the yard had even bee touched. The gentleman did a great job & I even got a on-line discount that was mentioned / offered at that time! Will definitely use again!!

After several plumbers sent by the home warranty company who did nothing but upsell and take advantage of my elderly parents I had them call Lawson. Tanner came out, found the issue and had it fixed in minutes. Three cheers for Tanner & Lawson's. Highly recommend and would call first with any plumbing needs.

Gabriel came by to look at a leaking bath faucet and gave us an estimate of $1185.76 to fix the leak. Amazingly he had just come from a call for the exact same thing. Went on and on about brass fittings, which is weird because he hadn't looked at anything but the leak from the exterior and not sure brass is used as widely as it once was. He also let my wife know that water might be going everywhere once work proceeded? Stay clear of this guy. Don't know the company but this dude is a predator looking to up-sale.

I hired Lawson Family Plumbing to work on my home on 06/29/22 because my bathroom had a clogged drain, after they finished their initial work order, the following day both my bathrooms on the east wing began gurgling water and wouldn't flush properly, same company but a different tech were called out and claimed that the guest bathroom shower needed to be unclogged and they performed that work at no cost, then the (3rd) day after those events, I was doing laundry and my other guest bathroom toilet on the west wing began to leak and flood water into my home, and from there work exceeded for about 2 months, including work that was not necessary and I was charged over $6k in fees. I was told that it would have costed 5k to get work done they started to do it then they told me that it would cost an extra 2k to digg in a diffrent spot. when I asked the reason why they couldnt tell me other than it needed to be done. Once I couldn't get an answer from techs I asked for more clarification from manager mike. Before Mike came to further inspect, I checked my ring activity for the day of techs work on my new pipe installation and there was 30 seconds of a black out on and no activity on the camera was recorded, including audio, and then the scene clips back to the techs filling the dirt hole and you can see the hole is filled about 90% between the 30 seconds of the ring footage. I went back and watched all videos never had that happen on my ring. I also reviewed more videos and found out they knew where to dig the whole time. I began to really question their work and looked further into the company and company reviews to find similar complaints about the plumbing technicians adding work to their homes that didn't need to be done and being charged outrageously for it or the past customer felt they were taken advantage of. But the biggest issue is that I found out they are not individually licensed plumbing techs and the Lawson Family Plumbing co is licensed as an LLC and allowed these unlicensed plumbers to work on my home and cause additional plumbing damages and fees. I tried to discuss my concerns with Mike and told him about my ring camera being compromised during the techs work, and Mike verbally admitted that the techs on site did touch and move my ring camera during the time of the pipe reinstallation, where they dug an unnecessary pit and performed unneeded work. Doing this, they caused more damages to my abandoned pipes and cracked part of my pool deck because they were so adamant that the plumbing issue was being caused from a pipe that was placed in the middle of my back patio and pool deck (all of which are concrete so I was told they would need to drill the whole space out) but after hiring another plumbing group for a second opinion, we learned the pipe that the Lawson Family Plumbing Techs claimed needed to be drilled out, was abandoned prior to me owning the home and that plumbing group found the issue was located in a completely different area of the house and the pipe was easily accessible and no patio drilling or anything we were quoted for from Lawson Family Plumbing was actually necessary. Spent over 3 months with lawson back and forth just to tell me it would cost 17k to fix an abandon pipe. The other company got issue done under 9k. I spoke with owner eventually and received an apology and a refund. I was told by owner he would find a pool company and help me resurface my pool deck in august and never heard back from him. I don't like writing reviews but when you have a company take advantage of you this bad I want to make sure no one has to go through similar experience.
So in summary this company:
- Takes advantage of people (women from what I see in other reviews)
- Techs are not licensed which per law anything over 1k they need to be
-Must work on commission so will take advantage to make a buck
-Do not know what they are doing
-Wont get to the root of problem in a timely manner(probably because they arent licensed and experienced)
-Techs Harley Talian, Nicholas Bishop were the ones to touch camera and attempt to take advantage of me.

Lawson Family Plumbing was not only the best plumbing company I've dealt with, but also one of the best overall companies I have ever dealt with PERIOD. From the customer service offered by the technician VIK to their unmatched prices that beat other two plumbing companies that I had previously contacted.
I highly recommend this company and will definitely be using them for any plumbing needs I have in the future.
Lawson Family Plumbing replaced my water heater in 2019 when the old one ruptured they were awesome then. But recently my water heater breaker would randomly trip. Turns out the tank was slightly leaking internally onto the electronics for the heating coils. When I called Lawson they had someone out the next day to replace the water heater under warranty.
They tried to have someone out the same day but with how late in the day I called it just didn't work out. But they kept in contact with me while they tried to work it in. Keeping me up to date. The next day they a tech out to replace my water heater. He communicated when he thought he would be out and ended up early. Once on site he was Professional and polite. He completed the work quickly and correctly. Due to a trip my fiancée had to be there alone when he showed and she said he was polite and made her feel at ease.
Through the processes Lawson communicated well and set reasonable expectations that they met or exceeded. I would not hesitate to use Lawson again.

Toto toilet installation fast and very professional by Jason. Then I wanted another toilet replaced because it was too low and he went back , picked it up and did it the same day in the afternoon. Prices are probably high and I had found a less expensive option on Amazon , but then they did not offer warranty for labor , so I decided for peace of mind to go with the more expensive option they offered. Had a water heater go out on us this morning so I called and Jim gave us an estimate on a new one over the phone and sent Nick out to take care of it. He was right on time and after speaking with my wife we decided to go with a tankless system instead that Nick recommended. He was very knowledgeable and really took care of us and made sure it was done right and done aon the same day. I can't say enough good things about Nick and the entire experience. I have dealt with some really disappointing companies here in the valley here lately but Lawson sure has made this a pleasant experience. Thank you Nick for being so diligent and professional. Wowee! Called about a backed up kitchen sink. Technician arrived within 45 minutes and examined it and said he would need to snake the drain. Had us unplugged and everything running smoothly within 45 minutes. Our technician Taylor was super polite and efficient and was COVID knowledgeable. Couldn't have asked for a greater outcome. Will definitely use Lawson again!!

Had Jason come out and look at a few plumbing issues, he was very friendly, communicative in how he was resolving issue and and even played played with our dog. I would recommend Lawson Family Plumbing and Jason to anyone asking.
This company is great. I called on a Tuesday and the next day they had someone come out to assess our main valve plumbing issue, free of charge too. The tech Steven was very nice and honest. I had him check out a shower leak and I appreciated his honest insight on how to best take care of our shower issue. When we are ready to get that done (during our bathroom remodel project), we will definitely give them a call.
In 2022 we needed to have new bathroom faucets put in. I went online and decided to go with Lawson Family Plumbing and called them. The young man who came out was so nice and did a fabulous job for us. We purchased a new dishwasher this year and just had it installed a few days ago. At the time the delivery guy told us that the property shut off valve needed to be replaced because there was a leak and that one of the valves underneath the kitchen sink needed to to be replaced because it looked corroded. I called Lawson Family Plumbing and Rob came out and put in a new property shut off valve and it looks great! (Much better than the 1984 model). He replaced both the valves underneath the kitchen sink. He showed us the old (1984) valves and they looked awful. He said it was a good thing we had both of them replaced because we could have had leak come upon us. Phew! I have made another appointment with them for next week and Rob will be checking all our valves underneath the bathroom sinks, the toilets and the washing machine connection. I absolutely recommend this company!!!!

They repaired a very complicated drainage issue under the foundation. We also had them install the surround shower and tub.
Initially we did not have a great tech at the time the problem was diagnosed. However they made that right in so many ways by sending out a great team for the repair.

Fast response and estimate right in the middle of all that I'd received. Within a couple of hours Matt had the old shower/tub valve out, the new one in & even straightened up the original off-kilter plumbing. We went over assembly of the valve for after the tile was put back and we were done. I feel confident sealing up this plumbing work and not worrying about unseen leaks.

I would like to highly recommend this business....especially if you have concerns over the current safety precautions this pandemic is causing. I had a plugged bathtub and as someone in a high risk group was nervous about having someone in my house. I called Lawson based on their Yelp reviews. James arrived promptly at 8 a.m. wearing mask and gloves. I sat in my front yard, directed him to the bathroom. He put on shoe covers, went in, figured out what was wrong and cost, came back out, removed shoe covers and gave me price. He then fixed it, came back out with invoice and asked if I wanted to have him put in my credit card number. No contact whatsoever. Professional, pleasant, I felt very secure about the whole process. We had a water valve connected to our sprinkler and pool pipe system frozen closed and needed ASAP attention. We called Lawson and they had James out within an hour! James was very professional and polite, explained every step necessary to get the system working properly again, and proceeded to replace and repair a very complex copper pipe system in just a few hours. He went the extra mile to make changes in the system to make it more efficient and reliable, and offered us a price that was very fair and more than competitive. I reached out to multiple businesses but none were responsive or entertaining the repair. Then Lawson family plumbing came into picture and immediately scheduled an appointment for the next day for a checkup. Kevin comes in on time and fixes the problem in minutes. Hired to check on what was leaking under my sink. Replaced garbage disposal which was a good price. Removed tankless hot water heater, installed two sink faucets that were already purchased, replaced a broken shut off valve under on of the sinks. Paid over a 1,000. For a few hours of work.
Terri did a great job removing and installing a new propane water heater for us. He went out of his way to help me clean up a separate water leak that happened to occur while he was here. I really appreciated his courteous customer service driven attitude he had. He had the best mannerisms of any plumber I've ever worked with. So happy I called Lawson! Kenneth was professional, explained the problem and came and fixed it as he said he would. He also looked at a leak at my water main that had just occurred (not what he was hired for) and made sure to write up in his report that it was on the city side, just in case I had any issues. Very pleased with the work he has done.
Have had Joe from Lawson Family Plumbing out on two different occasions and both times he was fast, efficient, and very courteous. Joe installed a new pressure reducer, replaced my home emergency shut off valve, and replaced just about every individual shut-off valve in my home (11 of them - replaced the old ones with quarter turn). He also came back a second time for some quick warranty work and installed a new front hose spigot. He was on time (or early with a courtesy call from the Lawson office) both times and explained all the replaced parts to me. Would recommend.
They were fast and friendly when our water conditioner died earlier this year. Their pricing was fair and they had new system in place within 2 days. The young gentleman who came out was great. He even came back out when we were still having so pressure issues and took care of the issue.

I had plumbing work done in my kitchen in December of 2017. There was a long-term leak in some old plumbing (from the 60's), which required demolition of part of the wall to repair. Jason K from Lawson was very expert in diagnosing the problem and did a fantastic job on the demolition portion and the repair of the plumbing. I also had an outdoor leak repaired at the same visit. In addition to doing a great job on the two problems, he noticed that the pressure control valve (PCV), which was installed by a different company 2-3 years ago, had already failed. He repaired that as well. Furthermore, rather than just charging me the initial estimated price, he charged for the actual time it took to repair, so that the total job, including the PCV add-on, was less than the initial quote. The service was exceptional from the initial contact and everything following. Jason was not only very knowledgeable, but genuinely friendly and helpful as well. Highly recommend this company. Their reviews are well deserved.

I lost power to my electric water heater and Jason came out and said my control board was fried. My heater is 13 years old so I am due for a new one but I just got a new AC and solar panels installed so I didn't want that expense. Jason said I could try ordering a new control panel if the manufacturer still carried them (it would be cheaper than if he ordered it for me and I might get it free if I'm the original owner) and then he'd install it for $150 but no guarantee how long that would hold since it's an old unit. I had checked with another plumbing/water heater company that also had great reviews and they said they don't work on units over 10 years old. So I'm so grateful that Lawson Family Plumbing was able to help me out. When I need a new electric water heater, I'll be sure to call them again.
We noticed our hot water heater was leaking and Lawson Family Plumbing was able to send Randall to us later that day. Randall did a great job, was polite and friendly, and wore a mask. Lawson Family Plumbing was recommended to us and we're glad we went with them. I would recommend them to friends and family in need of a plumber.

I purchased a new tankless water heater in November 2020. I was not getting any hot water and could not find the info for the company that originally installed it and called another company to assist since I was in a rush to get it fixed. To my surprise the tankless heater was dead and needed to be replaced. I tried to go through the warranty process with Navien and it was a nightmare getting someone to assist. When they finally responded a few weeks later, they blamed the original company that installed the tankless heater stating their installation was to blame.
I found out it was Lawson Family Plumbing that originally installed the water heater and was preparing for the worst. Which I thought would be weeks of back and forth with the tankless manufacturer and Lawson Family Plumbing over fault. Joe came to my house, inspected the water heater and let me know that although it was not the original installation that caused the issue as Navien suggested, they would replace the water heater without additional cost. I was floored at the accountability even if they weren't fully responsible for the water heater needing to be replaced. Lawson Family Plumbing went above and beyond with their professionalism and timeliness in getting the water heater replaced in 24 hours (which I was incredibly thankful for since I had family in town visiting my home). This was also timely as I was laid off from my job earlier this year and not in a financial position to pay for a new heater and installation. Thank you to Joe, Nick and Lawson Family Plumbing for everything you did. I could not imagine using another company for my plumbing needs based on my experience. I am eternally grateful and highly recommend them to anyone with plumbing needs!!

If you don't hire Lawson Family Plumbing you are making a huge mistake they are fantastic! The woman I spoke to in office on Friday around noon was a delight and very informative. We were fortunate that they had a same day opening! The Plumber came out at 2:30 the same day.
The plumber who had 2 ideas of our issue. He however couldn't access where he believed the problem was coming from. water was appearing in out spare bedroom behind where our master bathroom shower is located. So he recommended Bingham Restoration; to come out and gain access.
They had guys in the area and were at my house within an hour! They gained accessed to the problem area quickly and then cut away the damaged area, cleaned everything up well and left dryers and de-humidifiers for the weekend. Then helped me file my insurance claim the same day!
Nick from Lawson came back out on Monday and saw where the problem was and unfortunately had to have our entire custom cultured marble shower taken out to access the leaking pipe.
So the next day Bingham was out to remove the shower and the next day Nick was back to fix the pipe. Bingham suggested a general contractor to restore the drywall, carpet, baseboard and wall texturing and paint to the spare bedroom and then replace the shower.
This has been a super smooth process and I am very impressed will refer Lawson and Bingham to everyone. I cannot recall the name of the Contractor. I am meeting with them today to choose my new marble and carpet!

After my review, the president of Lawson Plumbing called me and set everything straight. He was so helpful and appreciative of my review. He said it helped him to be informed of the issues and was able to correct the problem. It came down to working with a new technician who wasn't familiar with how Lawson's family plumbing does things. I would give my business to Lawson! I would advise if you have any issues with the work they do, ask for the president to contact you!!
We scheduled with them and they were able to come out next day. So far so good. They came early, also good. Problem was that they never followed up with any calls or communication even after I called twice to have someone call me back over a three day period. I'm sure they are busy and I've already given this feedback to them when I called in the second time.

They fixed a leak of my auxiliary pump. The builder did not tighten the valves both above and below the unit. Joe was very cordial and even checked the water pressure. They came to service a day after I made the call!

Our main sewer line was clogged and I called about 10 different companies to get someone out same day. Most companies were helpful but couldn't give a specific date or time they would be out. I called Lawson around 9AM and they were able to help me, same day. They were able to come over and fix the problem within 30 minutes. The plumber, Matt, explained to me what happen in a way that's easy to understand and and gave me advise on another general plumbing question that I had. Toto toilet installation fast and very professional by Jason. Then I wanted another toilet replaced because it was too low and he went back , picked it up and did it the same day in the afternoon. Prices are probably high and I had found a less expensive option on Amazon , but then they did not offer warranty for labor , so I decided for peace of mind to go with the more expensive option they offered. All in all , I would call this company again if need would be

Our technician, Mike was awesome! I got stuck half way through replacing a bathroom faucet the day before putting my house on the market. Called Lawson Family Plumbing and they scheduled someone to come over same-day. Scheduling the appointment was very easy and they showed up within the time window they promised.
Mike was amazing. Even with the faucet rusted into the sink, he was able to remove it and replaced it with the new hardware relatively quickly. Kept the place spotless once he was done working. Jake arrived on time and was very friendly and professional. I had received a free replacement cartridge from Delta. Delta provides lifetime warranty on parts. Quoted me a price to replace the shower cartridge. He explained to me everything he was doing. The handle set screw was so corroded it would not come off. So had to cut it off. The old cartridge was difficult to get out but he got it out and installed the new cartridge. I called Delta and they are sending me a new handle under warranty for free. He could have easily just said you need a much more expensive job to tear out this faucet, including the tile, and put in a new one, but he was persistent and fixed it. I highly recommend them
It started off great. Lawson was fast and helpful. The project we had took 3 different teams. The first team was demo and that got started right away and we were happy with what they'd done.
The second team was supposed to be the plumbers and after the demo team left we went 5 days with nobody showing up or communicating with us. We sent multiple emails to the Lawson team requesting a timeline and an update. During this time we were without the use of our kitchen and our hot water had to be turned on and off at the heater each time we wanted to use it.
A week after the demo crew left, Lawson got back to us and communicated they could get to us in 8 more days. To be fair it is close to the holidays and when you're dealing with a multi-faceted job the ball can be dropped but we did not feel valued or prioritized. They were fine with us celebrating Christmas with a demoed kitchen.
We called another plumber who came highly recommended today and he should have the plumbing part of the job completed tomorrow.
Lawson family plumbing was referred to us by our home warranty carrier when our water heater broke suddenly. We put in a request in the morning and within 2 hours a very kind woman called to schedule a repair. The technician arrived right on time (early even, considering he had a four hour window) and got to work. He quickly checked the tank and damage and because of the info I provided to the woman earlier, he had all the parts to fix it. He even called a sister company to come out and check for water damage. Austin was very professional and took care of everything. He was very clear about the problem and the fix and I appreciated that he kept me in the loop.

Another company told me I had a slab leak and needed a camera inspection of my pipes. I called Lawson Family plumbing based on their great reviews and I couldn't agree more! A technician came out on a Saturday (which several others wouldn't) and showed me that nothing indicated I had a leak (showed me the pressure difference didn't change when the water was off). They could have easily charged me for the camera inspection based on what I had told then but they didn't charge me a dime! I had also had this other company tell me that I needed a new water heater because it was too old to be flushed. My technician with Lawson Family Plumbing revealed that this is one of the tactics that companies can use to get you to purchase something. I told him I had just spent $3,000 on the other plumbing companies recommendations and my technician with Lawson Family Plumbing looked up the same items I had done and I found out that I could have saved about $1,000 if I had gone with Lawson Family Plumbing. Because of this I am going to cancel my contract that I have with the other plumbing company (which was part of a maintenance plan through Goettl and Sunny plumber) and just going with Lawson if I have any issues. My Ahwatukee area property, had developed a leak somewhere between the meter box & the house. Our go to household plumber said he didn't do those types of plumbing jobs. So I did some research and contacted Lawson Family Plumbing. They carefully pushed back gravel to dig to make repair, when they finished there was no sign that the area of the yard had even bee touched. Wow! I called at 1:30pm to get my kitchen faucet installed properly, and it was done by 3pm. Making the appointment was easy, they called when in route, and explained pricing options for me to consider. The plumber was friendly and did a great job. I had a dreaded drip leak somewhere inside the walls/floor/basement ceiling. My wife and I struggled to find a source and knew we needed a plumbing expert to track it down without tearing our whole house apart. Enter Mike Bonner from Lawson Family Plumbing. He listened, considered a variety of sources, and began his detective work. After a thorough review, we all agreed we simply had to cut into our basement ceiling and see what we could see inside. After cutting an opening in a best-guess location, Mike immediately found the pinhole leak in a copper water line merely 8-12 inches away! He was able to repair the pipe thus stopping the leak and did it with just one small drywall hole that was easily repaired. Amazing! We are so thankful for Mike The Water Line Whisperer Bonner's help. 5-STAR!

We had a leaky shower mainly from the overflow area but had to figure it out with Terry, Lawson's plumber. Terry worked as quick as he could and fixed the issue as well as other issues he found. He even had a flat tire (picked up a nail prior to my job site) and remained calm throughout the entire shower repair and issue with the truck. Thank you for coming out and sending Terry.
We were having trouble connecting a water supply line to our toilet, so we called Lawson Family Plumbing. They came over less than 2 hours after I called. It turned out the cone joint had been pushed up into the tank connector, which was causing water to spray out of the connection when we turned it back on. They were able to remove the joint, put it back where it was supposed to be, and everything worked perfectly.
Because this was basically a my computer isn't working/have you checked if it's plugged in? situation they were nice enough to not charge us for the trip. We will absolutely call them for any and all plumbing needs in the future.
We had a new water heater installed 11 months ago and it stopped heating. Lawson was out as soon as they could and replaced one the lower heater core. If anyone know about the reliability of products and the proverbial bathtub curve, some products do exhibit early life failures (this was a Rheem electric water heater), fortunately for us we had it installed by Lawson and they were able to get us back up and running with no charge.

Michael and Tony came out to hydrojet and video our flooding pipes. They cleared it out and explained everything they found thoroughly and clearly. I was impressed at their work ethic--it's the Fourth of July and they stayed for several hours--and their trustworthiness. We've had a lot of unscrupulous plumbers in our time but I wouldn't hesitate to call them next time we have an issue.
They were very responsive to my request for a sewer line inspection and scheduled just a few days out.
Lawson sent Jason out to help me with a potential leak in my wall. Jason was great about explaining the process, giving me my options (and his advice), he even helped me navigate issues around insurance. At the end of everything, the leak was actually from a neighboring unit so Lawson did not charge me for the two visits and exploratory work. Working with Jason and Lawson was great. I highly recommend the company and Jason to anyone who needs a repair or any plumbing related work. I hope I don't have any plumbing issues in the future, but if I do I will be calling Lawson!
Let me start by saying that when I called, the receptionist was polite and professional. She said that a technician would be arriving between 12- 3:00pm. At 12:00 I received a call from Kenneth, he verified my address and told me he was on his way. Kenneth arrived and was honest and professional of what I needed. Kenneth told me where I could go to by the hardware for the sink. I went to that location and the salesman asked who was doing the repairs. I told that man it was Larson Family Plumbing. The salesman said I would get a discount because he was familiar with that company and that they (Larson Family) were very good and reliable. I returned and gave Kenneth the hardware. Kenneth replaced, clean the bathroom, Kenneth was very professional, friendly and approachable. I found out that Kenneth's father was law enforcement. Wowee! Called about a backed up kitchen sink. Technician arrived within 45 minutes and examined it and said he would need to snake the drain. Great service! We moved into a new house with a water softener we weren't sure was working. Unfortunately, the previous owner (a flipper) ran the water softener for 6+ months with no salt. Bad idea.
Nick was able to get us a new water softener and install it within a couple of hours. He spent time showing us how to use it, since we've never had a water softener before. Turns out, they are pretty much maintenance free.
Friendly, patient, quick service. Couldn't be happier.
UPDATE: Monday (7-25) Mike from Quality Control reached out to me and Lawson Plumbing has decided to refund us the total amount of our water bill. My family and I thank the company for coming to this decision.

Called them in the morning; they came out late afternoon. Replaced our leaking water heater for a fair price (with Vet's discount!) with a comparable water heater. They wore masks and were good about social distancing. I certainly would use them again.

Last yea the plumber recommended by my home warranty quoted an ridiculous price to replace my water heater. I happened on Lawson looking for a better price. The tech took one look at the water heater and advised that we didn't need a new one saving my thousands! Once again yesterday Lawson saved the day. Had them out this last week to eliminate a water softener on my house. Service tech was very professional, arrived on time and did the job the right way. Pricing was well worth the work. Other big name companies wanted double the cost for what I needed or wanted to charge just to come out for a quote. Keep up the good work.
We had a problem with not having hot water. Called Lawson and Jason was out here in an hour. He diagnosed the hot water heater and didnt find anything wrong. Turned out a valve was turned in the wrong direction. He could have easily charged us to replace the valve but he was honest and just charged us the trip charge.
Very pleased and will call them again when we need a plumber.

Harley came out and replaced the shut off valve and the flap in the tank but the toilet still runs, turns out the toilet is 11 years so, instead of taking it apart and looking for the problem it may be worth it to just replace it with a new one. What a great company!! I needed a back-flow prevention valve put in so I can install sprinklers in my backyard. The thought of hiring a plumber in the blind is a bit nerve racking. So many choices, and so many levels of quality and competence. I knew I could feel confident about these guys because of their amazing Yelp reviews. I gave them a call on a Monday and they were out the very next day. The technician was able to do the install that same day, and before I even realized it, the job was done and it looked fantastic. I thought the price was very reasonable, and it includes a 1-year warranty. I will be changing out some sink fixtures in the near future and I will definitely be giving them a call! I came home after a long 24 hour shift to find an electrical odor in the garage. Upon investigation it was my hot water heater that had shorted the upper thermostat out from leaking water on it. I didn't have much hope that on a Saturday morning I was going to find a plumber that could replace a hot water heater the same day. The first highly rated Yelp plumber confirmed this. Monday would be the absolute earliest. The next company with as many and highest reviews was Lawson. Not only did they answer the call immediately, the quote was literally 30% less than the competitor. Same exact water heater model and equipment. And the kicker, they will find someone to get it done same day! No brainer. In addition the service technician was excellent. He had to come out in advance of bringing the water heater because I wanted to find out if converting the unit to a gas fired unit was feasible. Only having 45 minutes to get to the supply warehouse before it closed and get the new unit, he worked efficiently and quickly. After returning with the unit agreed upon, install was seamless on my end. We ended up with a fully functioning water heater again. They treat you like family. Lastly, the service technician noticed I was in Public Safety and automatically extended an unsolicited discount. This dropped my price even further. The only plumber you should ever need, I can't recommend them highly enough. Will definitely use again.

I can see why this company is rated the Best in AZ. Their plumber, Kevin Dillon, replaced my leaky drip system pipe, which is attached to the water shut-off valve outside the house. He clearly explained what was needed, got the part in a very reasonable amount of time, and efficiently did the repair. Very reasonable cost, too! We had a great experience with Lawson today! He showed up right on time and went through all of the options that we had to install a vacuum breaker so that we can have sprinklers installed in our backyard. He was able to do it right away and after a few hours, we're now all set for our backyard reno! I am so excited! We'll definitely call them again for future plumbing needs. We also felt that their prices were extremely affordable and competitive with other companies. I love that they are locally owned and if you call them, be sure to take advantage of their Yelp deal!
The city needed me to upgrade some old connections to their water lines so that it would be compatible with their new meters. All was done as expected. Also assisted me with fixing issues in my house related to the mess left by another contractor in my kitchen.

Craig from Lawson Family Plumbing is AWESOME, we were doing a DIY project and ran into a piping alignment issue, he came in and assessed the situation and had us back up and running in no time. His knowledge and professionalism is top notch. I highly recommend this company. And the price was just right.
I was somewhat disappointed in the fact they didn't wear mask to the residence, otherwise they did a great job.
I can't say enough about how satisfied I was with this company. From the moment I called I was met with courteous and professional attention. They called to confirm the appointment, arrived on time and performed a major repair on a pipe leak in my house's slab. The job was done quickly with minimal disruption. The cost was reasonable and the servicemen were friendly and reliable. I will use them again for any future plumbing work and highly recommend them.
If all companies exhibited integrity, honesty, and efficiency like the people at Lawson Family Plumbing, this world would be a more excellent place. Having a hot water heater decide to fail is tough, but when the shower/tub faucet also went wonky, it felt like the pipes were actually conspiring to put a dent in my track record of moving through the day like a speeding train. Chris was sent to put these two things into right order--which he did--and now all is back on schedule and running on time. Chris went above and beyond to problem solve and I appreciate him, and his work, very much.

Called Lawson Plumbing to set up an appointment to have an outside Fountain water line snaked. After planning my Saturday around the appointment scheduled, they showed up and said we don't do fountains. I asked why when I called they would set up an appointment for a fountain when they don't do fountains, no real response. I've been using them for many years and they have snaked the fountain in the past. Very poor communication and even poorer customer service.
My kitchen sink was leaking. Pulled out Yelp and they had a strong backing. Decided to give them a call. They fixed that sink issue and a leak in my back yard plumbing that same day. A little pricier than another company, I did not mind. Their responsiveness and communication throughout the entire process was more than worth it. You get what you pay for and they did an amazing job so I'm very happy!!!!!! I would recommend them to any and all of my family.
I have only used Lawson one time. I think the guy who came was named Jake (?). He was fantastic. He talked me through my options and worked like crazy to get it done in one day. I will absolutely call Lawson's again.

Fair price for good work and friendly service. I've used Lawson a few times for a business I own and I have been happy with the results each time. They do prompt work and don't gouge prices. When something is leaking or backed up, it's hard to shop around. With Lawson, there isn't a need to. Every time I've called, they fix the issues we have and charge a totally appropriate price. When it comes to plumbing, you really do not need a plumber until you actually need a plumber....and boy did I need one! I went out to my garage in the morning and found my floor all wet from a broken 34-year old water heater. Well I turned off my water and then went back in the house to research who to call up. I saw Lawson Family Plumbing had all 5 stars and I love supporting local family businesses so called them up.
My call was at 9:50 on a Saturday, the tuck pulled up to my house at noon and by 2:00 not only did I have a new water heater installed but I also had him replace a leaky hose faucet on the side of my house! The price seemed reasonable, the service was outstanding, and even the nice lady I talked to to make the appointment made me feel like I was their top priority and they were happy to help me out. I was charged exactly what she quoted me over the phone and even though I was bracing myself for what seems to be the inevitable boy, we were not counting on that the original quote was good (of course there was the extra charge for the faucet replacement).
I am a HUGE believer in customer service and I sure did get a whole lot of it today. This number is going in my phone as my permanent go-to plumber (even though I hope to never have to need an emergency plumber again).
Called them up due to a good reputation on yelp and was not disappointed. The gentleman that came to my house showed up on time and fixed the issue the same day for a reasonable price and did a very professional looking job. Very happy with the service I got from Lawson. I'll definitely be using them again!

I've had Lawson come out on two occasions and both times they were very professional and honest. In the first case, it was an insurance situation they couldn't handle and they refused to take any compensation for their time.
This plumbing company advertises itself as a 24 hour plumbing service company, so when I had a plumbing emergency involving a water leak at 11:30pm on Sunday, I called them. Their after hours emergency answering service held on to me for 20 minutes on the phone taking down all my information and said someone will get back to me tonight. After THREE DAYS on Wednesday someone by the name of Gabriel called me back from this company and wanted to speak with me about putting me on their schedule for a visit! Needles to say my plumbing emergency had already been resolved by then by a different company. If you're looking for prompt plumbing service with an organized plumbing company who's got its $hit together, then avoid these people. My experience with them was simply a waste of time.
JT came out and immediately diagnosed the problem. He was quick, kind, and professional. We would call Lawson Family Plumbing with future issues.
Lawson plumbing has great customer service, called and was able to have someone come out same day. Jacob was knowledgeable and able to fix my issue that day. Will definitely use them again for future projects.

After several plumbers sent by the home warranty company who did nothing but upsell and take advantage of my elderly parents I had them call Lawson. Tanner came out, found the issue and had it fixed in minutes. Three cheers for Tanner & Lawson's. Highly recommend and would call first with any plumbing needs.

I can see why this company is rated the Best in AZ. Their plumber, Kevin Dillon, replaced my leaky drip system pipe, which is attached to the water shut-off valve outside the house. He clearly explained what was needed, got the part in a very reasonable amount of time, and efficiently did the repair. Very reasonable cost, too! I am very pleased with this company and will absolutely call them again for future plumbing repairs. Good job, Kevin!
Lawson Family Plumbing is very responsive and fair. Harley came out and replaced the shut off valve and the flap in the tank but the toilet still runs, turns out the toilet is 11 years so, instead of taking it apart and looking for the problem it may be worth it to just replace it with a new one. I'm looking around now for prices on toilets and installation.

A few prior bad experiences have left me a little untrusting of tradesmen. And it's unfortunate because there are a lot of good and honest ones out there. Well, I'm a little less untrusting after calling Lawson... because they are one of the good and honest ones!
I had a couple of slow draining drains in my upstairs bathroom. I treated it with one of those professional grade cleaning gels... but felt like there might still be an obstruction. That's where Lawson comes in. I called them and scheduled an appointment to have them snake/root the drains. Since it was not an emergency, I scheduled it a few days out.
Dylan was the plumber who came out... and instead of just jumping right in and making some money, he tested the drains first. His assessment? The drains were draining properly and no work was needed at the time.
I was expecting to pay a couple hundred dollars for the service... but ended up not having to pay anything! How great is that?!?
The next time I need (or think I need) a plumber, I know who I am going to call -- Lawson Family Plumbing!

Recently, my auto-level filler piping setup also known as a backflow preventer valve pressure vacuum breaker, started leaking quite a bit.
I called my home warranty and they said they did not cover it but could recommend a pool company. I asked home warranty if this was not covered under plumbing and they said no. I decided to call Lawson. As always, they came out to do a free estimate. And they were able to provide an estimate and do the fix a day later.
The technicians in their employ have always been professional and amiable.
They provide good answers to the problem at hand and give me confidence in their skills.
I highly recommend Lawson Family Plumbing for all of your plumbing needs. I have been using Lawson Family Plumbing since about 2013.
When my home warranty said it was not covered and they could recommend a pool company, to me, this seemed more like a plumbing issue and I would prefer a plumbing company instead of a pool company. I did learn from the Lawson technician though that some piping for landscaping is better handled by landscapers and/or pool companies. I am glad Lawson was able to do the job. It looks great and I am confident in their work.
Great service, reasonable prices and they don't charge for estimates if they can't get it done immediately. Very impressed with the professionalism.

We had a plumber come out that was sent by our home warranty. He immediately started justifying why we had no problem. Our water, Luke warm, was as good as we could expect. We then contacted Lawson Family Plumbing. Chris figured out what our problem was within 15 minutes. We had problems locating the part we needed, Chris found it for us & arranged it to be held until we could pick it up. Chris came back & within 1/2 hour we had hot water. It started off great. Lawson was fast and helpful. The project we had took 3 different teams. The first team was demo and that got started right away and we were happy with what they'd done.
The second team was supposed to be the plumbers and after the demo team left we went 5 days with nobody showing up or communicating with us. We sent multiple emails to the Lawson team requesting a timeline and an update. During this time we were without the use of our kitchen and our hot water had to be turned on and off at the heater each time we wanted to use it.
A week after the demo crew left, Lawson got back to us and communicated they could get to us in 8 more days. To be fair it is close to the holidays and when you're dealing with a multi-faceted job the ball can be dropped but we did not feel valued or prioritized. They were fine with us celebrating Christmas with a demoed kitchen.
We called another plumber who came highly recommended today and he should have the plumbing part of the job completed tomorrow.
I was prepared to install a new garbage disposal when they came out. Service person showed up and said let me if it's just jammed. Fixed it and didn't charge me. That's honesty and excellent service. Also had gloves and a mask during this difficult time. They earned my business for sure in the future!!!

If I could give this company 10 stars....I would! They listened to the problem we had with our water heater & had someone out the next day! Randall came to the house & took his time to thoroughly diagnose the problem (he did pressure tests & soap tests etc). Since we had such a bad experience with the first plumber who installed our water heater, Randall wanted to make sure he fixed it right the first time! He called various places to find the part he needed. He genuinely cared about our situation. This company has instilled good values in their employees. I will also mention that their prices are reasonable. You will not go wrong with this company!!!!
Found a pool of water this morning (Saturday) from a pin sized hole in my water supply. On the recommendation of a family member, I called Lawson Family Plumbing. Jason was at my door in 2 hours and fixed the problem in an hour. Great service, gave me options and listened to my concerns. I will call them again!
I am so grateful to this company and will be using their services again. Chris came out to the house and was so respectful and kind. My kids were able to finish their nap through all of the work he did.
We were quoted over $300 for the work our brand new home needed and with one mention of being a military family, they took care of us. I have never been so blessed.

My wife and I contacted Lawson Family Plumbing because we did not have hot water. Its tough taking a shower without hot water. Although they could not come out for more than 24 hours, they were honest about when they could come. I saw good reviews about them so we figured we could wait another day. There was no fee just to come out. David Potter, a plumber with Lawson came out and gave us an estimate. The estimate was reasonable. The work was performed expeditiously and we got hot water! The final charge wound up being a bit less than the estimate. I highly recommend Lawson Family Plumbing for your plumbing needs. They are honest, efficient, and reasonably priced!
After an initial miss on my water heater Jason and his team stepped up to replace my leaking water heater. I appreciate his customer service and action to resolve quickly. I recommend LFP for your plumbing needs.
We had a *slight* disaster with our house that we just purchased, one that they'll be talking about for years (3 test plugs left in the pipes)! Jason came by for 3 separate all-day projects and was absolutely fantastic.

I had used Lawson Family Plumbing about 2 yrs ago when I had an exterior leak in my home while I was in Hawaii. They came out promptly and, although the price was high, I was happy with the work.
Fast forward to this past week.
I had a new tub put in my master bathroom. Unfortunately, it was set a couple of inches off from where it should be placed. (and I am above ground, so wooden floor)
I called Lawson to see if they could give me an estimate to move the drain 1-2.
I didn't hear anything back for 3 days. Finally I called for my quote.
$4300.00!!!!
No parts. Just Labor.
I won't be contacting Lawson Family Plumbing again.
And, I will update my review when I get my job done!
Gabriel with Lawson Family Plumbing provided the best customer service I've ever had with a plumber. He was so friendly and kind. Gabriel was on time, communicated well and above all was honest about the problem with our toilet. I was blown away by the service and would HIGHLY recommend this company and specifically Gabriel. We've have had them out for multiple plumbing issues and they always target and repair the issue same day. ( At least in our case they have had the hardware needed to make the repairs)

I was having toilet problems. I knew that a piece of plastic from my bidet had come loose and went down The drain. Based on reviews I called Lawson the first guy that came out was a problem. He didn't listen to me, didn't fix it, said it's the worse job and came into the house smelling like smoke. Of course the problem wasn't fixed. So they sent me someone new on a Sunday. David Campos was the plumber today. Wonderful experience. He listened to me. He had to take apart my toilet which was cemented to my tile. He warned me the tile and toilet could both be damaged. Neither happened. after 5 hours the plastic piece is out. The toilet works. Nothing is damaged and I couldn't be more pleased. Now I haven't seen the new bill yet but I'm so thankful for the great experience with David that whatever happens happens. I will use them again and next time ask for David. Oh and my dog loved him !!!
Tim is amazing. Friendly, knowledgeable and very professional. Tim was timely and capable of fixing our issue in one visit. He gave us a few options at different price points and his honest opinion on what our best course of action would be. Buying a new house is stressful. I gave Lawson Family Plumbing a call based on their Yelp reviews and I'm glad I did. I've experienced a number of home warranty plumbing companies as well as the big name companies and it's always a pain. With Lawson you can tell they care. They will be our plumbing company going forward.
We have had Tanner come as our tech both times and he has been very professional and you can tell he takes pride in his work. If you can request him he'll take good care of you.
We had a leak in our shower and Jacob called ahead and arrived on time. He assessed the problem and diagnosed the solution and did a wonderful job.

Lawson plumbing to the rescue! My bathtub rusted out and had a hole in it. I had a terrible time finding someone who would replace the whole tub. Most company's wanted to do a whole bathroom remodel for 15-25k or they just wanted to repair the hole and only provide a 60 day warranty. Lawson came out and said no problem to replace it, gave me a quote before he even pulled away from my driveway. The technician arrived on time, and completed the work rather quickly as it involved quite a bit of demo. He was sure to clean everything up as well. I'm so glad to have found this company! I am amending a review I posted yesterday. While they did a good job and showed up as scheduled, I felt I was vastly overcharged. Today, I spoke with Jason who went out of his way to make things right, reversed the previous charge and reduced it by about half. This is truly GREAT customer service and I am most grateful for Jason's attention and consideration.
We had an issue with our toilet so we put in to have a free estimate. Adrian came an hour earlier (in which he called ahead and asked). He fixed the issue and explained in detail what was going on! He also made us feel valued and had great customer service! I recommend this company and specifically this plumber!

So happy I called Lawson! Kenneth was professional, explained the problem and came and fixed it as he said he would. He also looked at a leak at my water main that had just occurred (not what he was hired for) and made sure to write up in his report that it was on the city side, just in case I had any issues. Very pleased with the work he has done.
UPDATE: Monday (7-25) Mike from Quality Control reached out to me and Lawson Plumbing has decided to refund us the total amount of our water bill. My family and I thank the company for coming to this decision.

Found Lawson Family Plumbing after checking out online reviews. They were professional and courteous and showed up on time. Kudos to Chris who came to our home when we thought we needed a new garbage disposal. Chris solved the issue very quickly and looked at a couple of other issues too, explaining ways to prevent further issues. Done in 15 minutes! We are so grateful to Chris and to the company for prompt and thorough service.

Gabriel came by to look at a leaking bath faucet and gave us an estimate of $1185.76 to fix the leak. Amazingly he had just come from a call for the exact same thing. Went on and on about brass fittings, which is weird because he hadn't looked at anything but the leak from the exterior and not sure brass is used as widely as it once was. He also let my wife know that water might be going everywhere once work proceeded? Stay clear of this guy. Don't know the company but this dude is a predator looking to up-sale.

September 23, 2016- We had our brand new water heater from Lowe's give out after a few months and it flooded our garage. We called Lawson and they sent their technician Tony Paredes who came to the rescue on a Friday afternoon. Tony went above and beyond even accompanying me to Lowe's to return the defective water heater and help choose a replacement. He answered all my questions and gave me advice on how to best maintain a water heater by replacing the anode rod after a few years. Tony was extremely knowledgeable and professional! I have had the Lawson Family Plumbing card taped to my water heater in the event we ever needed plumbing services again. Well guess what?! If you don't hire Lawson Family Plumbing you are making a huge mistake they are fantastic! The woman I spoke to in office on Friday around noon was a delight and very informative. We were fortunate that they had a same day opening! The Plumber came out at 2:30 the same day.
The plumber who had 2 ideas of our issue. He however couldn't access where he believed the problem was coming from. water was appearing in out spare bedroom behind where our master bathroom shower is located. So he recommended Bingham Restoration; to come out and gain access.
They had guys in the area and were at my house within an hour! They gained accessed to the problem area quickly and then cut away the damaged area, cleaned everything up well and left dryers and de-humidifiers for the weekend. Then helped me file my insurance claim the same day!
Nick from Lawson came back out on Monday and saw where the problem was and unfortunately had to have our entire custom cultured marble shower taken out to access the leaking pipe.
So the next day Bingham was out to remove the shower and the next day Nick was back to fix the pipe. Bingham suggested a general contractor to restore the drywall, carpet, baseboard and wall texturing and paint to the spare bedroom and then replace the shower.
This has been a super smooth process and I am very impressed will refer Lawson and Bingham to everyone. I cannot recall the name of the Contractor. I am meeting with them today to choose my new marble and carpet!

I am amending a review I posted yesterday. While they did a good job and showed up as scheduled, I felt I was vastly overcharged. Today, I spoke with Jason who went out of his way to make things right, reversed the previous charge and reduced it by about half. This is truly GREAT customer service and I am most grateful for Jason's attention and consideration.
Had them out this last week to eliminate a water softener on my house. Service tech was very professional, arrived on time and did the job the right way. Pricing was well worth the work. Other big name companies wanted double the cost for what I needed or wanted to charge just to come out for a quote. Keep up the good work.
We had a small job that Jason came out to help with. I couldn't have been more impressed with the communication, knowledge and pricing. I would recommend and use Lawson Family Plumbing in the future for sure! Such a great experience, thank you Jason!

They repaired a very complicated drainage issue under the foundation. We also had them install the surround shower and tub.
Initially we did not have a great tech at the time the problem was diagnosed. However they made that right in so many ways by sending out a great team for the repair.
I am late in posting this review - but 2 years later everything is running PERFECTLY!

Highly recommend. We were visiting my son at school for a few days & the toilet developed a small leak. They were responsive, scheduled a visit the next day & quickly took care of the problem. Thank you so much.
We had several experts out to find the source of random, intermittent sewer odors in the house, even going so far as to do a sewer line video and smoke test. The experts were never able to get to the bottom of it, and the smells persisted. After tons of research, I called Lawson Family Plumbing. They did what the other experts did, but better. They found three or four major issues nobody else found. The house is now free of the sewer smells. Tim knows how to do a thorough smoke test, which others cut corners on. I hope we never have another issue like this again, but if we do, I will not hesitate to call Lawson Family Plumbing again.

Tim is amazing. Friendly, knowledgeable and very professional. Tim was timely and capable of fixing our issue in one visit. The technician arrived on time. Quickly diagnosed and informed me the toilet head was no longer available he had to replace them at $900 each. Total $5200.
Maybe since I was a female business owner he thought I would approve without checking other options.
I called another service and job was done for less than $500.
If all companies exhibited integrity, honesty, and efficiency like the people at Lawson Family Plumbing, this world would be a more excellent place. Having a hot water heater decide to fail is tough, but when the shower/tub faucet also went wonky, it felt like the pipes were actually conspiring to put a dent in my track record of moving through the day like a speeding train. Chris was sent to put these two things into right order--which he did--and now all is back on schedule and running on time. Chris went above and beyond to problem solve and I appreciate him, and his work, very much.
