Bob McKean and his team came in and communicated the issue and then laid out a plan of attack.  We came to an agreement of the services, he quickly calculated a price, and his team implemented the solution with quality and attention to detail.  I used Reddi Services for my other home. Pepe Munoz did a stellar job assessing the issue on my hot water heater, and even tried to save the old one with replacing a part, but in the end had to repalce it.  Reddi also replaced my AC unit on that same house.  This is a good repatable company that uses reason to find the newest rechnologies and applies the best solutions.

I would give this family business a million shooting stars if I could! Ryan is patient, has great attention to detail, is very considerate of our home when he does work for us and has a great, friendly attitude. We feel that his prices are fair & reasonable and I would encourage you to reach out to him if you're in need of help. Hansen Family Plumbing has been our go-to for our plumbing needs for many years. I had a warranty issue on a water heater Lawson did not install.  I found Lawson on Yelp and called on a Sunday.  I spoke to a real person who scheduled a service call the next day and Kenneth came just at the time promised.  He quickly figured out the problem and cleared all the warranty questions in time to get the replacement installed the same day.  He did a great job of installation and I was very happy with my whole Lawson Plumbing experience.

Austin arrived on time and diagnosed the issue and made all the necessary repairs.  Austin made sure all my questions were answered, gave me info that I needed, and provided quotes for projects  that I requested. I had a clog in the main drain of my house. A recurring problem-- it happened the the first time about a year before. I called Apple on a Friday morning at 9am, and they had someone out by 11:30. Steve from Apple Plumbing was very friendly; he snaked the drain quickly and was careful not to make a mess. Since I'd had this problem before, he offered to take a look with a drain camera for an extra $50 to try and find the cause, but also said it probably wasn't necessary since he didn't feel any major blockage. I appreciate that he offered but didn't try to pressure me at all. I declined the camera, but if it happens again I'll probably ask for it.

Last time I called a different company who charges a flat rate per job... they charged me $250 to snake the drain, when it was only a 30 minute job. This time, the total bill from Apple was $128 - about half what the other guys cost! Friendly, quick, and a very reasonable price. I would definitely use them again if necessary.

This is the worst plumping service I've ever had.  My family has been without plumbing for a week and we've been working with them, the same day they told us the issue was resolved, we had the same plumbing issues the following night.  They informed us they would be here Monday. Half way through Monday when we call to see, they inform us they to busy to help. When I informed him I'm 5 months pregnant, they said find a different plumber. WORST SERVICE EVER.
