My boyfriend and I needed a pipe replaced ASAP. We all know having water turned off during the summers in AZ, even for 10mins is a nightmare. We were at the 5 hour mark, trying to fix the issue ourselves.

After a valiant effort from my boyfriend and his bad back, we decided to throw in the towel and get professional help.

When we called we were told Chris was out on another service call but would be at our house in a few hours. CVP was the only company that could get out same day, even when we said it was an emergency.

Long story short, Chris called, arrived and got the work done in just about an hour. My boyfriend enjoyed talking with him and exchanging ideas. Chris got the right parts and made sure we wouldn't have this problem again for 5-10 years at least. He even filled the hole we had dug, back up. Afterwards, he explained the pricing and statement we would get in our email. Overall a great experience from front to back! The quick response, thorough work and customer service even when covered in dirt and sweat, is what made the whole annoying ordeal better! Chris is outstanding and we truly appreciate him coming out so fast and doing a great job!

I will absolutely use Cactus Valley for all of my plumbing needs. These guys are great! My latest need was a small, nuisance job. I called on a Sunday, expecting to leave a message. A) The receptionist answered the phone on a Sunday! B) Fortunately, we didn't need emergency service, but they were willing to send someone over ASAP. C) The technicians are friendly, knowledgeable, professional... I couldn't ask for better customer service. Chris is fantastic; a true asset to the company!

Kaylor was very helpful, efficient and safe when coming out , same day, for a leak we had. He was sure to wear gloves and mask and was able to quickly find the leak. He returned the next day with the part, and quickly fixed it. He also referred us to the Ned/Salt River restoration to see how they can help dry out the wet area.

His prices were fair considering the quick response, and I went with him because of that. Our reg. plumber was not able to get back to us timely, and we needed a quick resolution. Thank you Kaylor and k&b plumbing.

I've called Kaylor twice now for two different plumbing issues, one being a shower and most recently a pipe leak under my slab. Each time I've called the communication and professional has been amazing! The work itself is perfect! A great company hands down! I will continue to call him for future plumbing needs

My husband has an addiction to home projects. He had Cactus Valley Plumbing come out to rearrange the bathroom and they did an outstanding job. They were prompt and Robert not only got the job done, but cleaned up after the tile crew. I'm sure my husband will send them over to fix something he messes up soon. 10/10 would recommend.

Rob was great! He took the time to explain everything that he was doing and even showed me the parts he was using before installation. We are definitely happy that we decided to go with K&B Plumbing!! Our water heater broke and was leaking from the bottom, and of course created water damage to the surrounding structure. Kaylor Arrived quickly and assessed our water heater issue right away. He recommended Salt River Restoration for the water damage that the leaked caused, and they did great job for us too! Kaylor worked quickly and efficiently! We were without hot water for such a short period of time that some of our family members wouldn't have even known that the water heater had been removed. We love our new water heater. It is a great comfort to know that we have a reliable, efficient, and friendly plumbing company that we can go to if needed! I would definitely recommend K&B Plumbing to our family and friends!!

We had a stoppage on a Saturday night, I called Cactus Valley Plumbing on Sunday Morning at 9 and they had a plumber out by 1030. Chris the technician was very thorough and polite, down to wiping down his shoes and the wheels of the rooter before coming into the house. Answered a bunch of questions and gave us a bunch of tips so we didn't have this happen again. Chris is the man and I would definitely recommend CVP to anyone.

Chris Walsmann was extremely thorough explaining everything in regards to our toilet repair. He checked for any leaks throughout the house. He was also very friendly, helpful and went out of his way to answer any questions I had. I would highly recommend Cactus Valley Plumbing.

The pilot in my hot water heater went out and Zach came out to look at it. He needed a part and had it sent to my house so it would be there for when he came back to fix it. When I called to let them know that I received it he was very prompt to come and get everything done! So grateful for Cactus Valley Plumbing and Zach!!!

Needed a new water heater and water softener for our home. Rachel from the office who was extremely polite, scheduled for Ronnie to out the very next day, he showed up on time, was extremely professional and informative and very respectful of our home. He changed out both of our systems and even explained what he was doing as he went along. Ronnie, Rachel and all of Cactus Valley Plumbing were absolutely amazing and I will absolutely be using them for any and all of my future plumbing needs and will make sure all of my friends and family do the same.

Had a faucet break on Saturday afternoon and husband seriously thought he could fix it. Then the neighbor came in and gave it a try. It wasn't until Nathan got here that I could breathe a sigh of relief. He came in addressed the problem, and explained where the problem came from. Planning to have him come back and fix all the other faucets too. I just don't believe it would be a wise decision to let my husband go for it again. Thanks for the awesome customer service! Had an emergency on a holiday weekend and they came right out and fixed the problem. Courteous, clean and quick. Incredibly fair priced as well.

UPDATE:Changing my review to 5 stars!   This company is awesome!  So had to call them out almost a week later for a different issue.  They were here and fixed the issue within 15 minutes and didnt charge us a penny.  Who dies that?!  Great friendly plummer once again and so informative.  We won't use anyone else.

Provided an estimate for the job after visiting and reviewing my needs. Quote was a little higher than others but the added comfort that they knew what I wanted was valuable. Showed up for estimate as well as the work on time (punctual). Plumber was respectful of Covid cautions. Cleaned up when finished. Honestly couldn't ask for more. Great company

We had a leak coming from our shower and initially thought it was coming from the shower valve. Kaylor from Cactus Valley Plumbing, contacted me within minutes of requesting service and was on-site in less than 30 minutes. As it turned out, the leak was coming from the drain that apparently had never been installed correctly over 5 years ago but had not been causing any problems. Kaylor contacted Ned from Salt River Restoration who was here in less than 30 minutes to inspect for any damage to the sub floor and determined that it was OK. We had a couple of minor issues with scheduling the repair, but when Chris Walsmann arrived, we had everything taken care of within a couple of hours. Chris is an outstanding representative for Cactus Valley Plumbing, very polite, professional and a pleasure to deal with, as was Kaylor.
I would highly recommend Cactus Valley Plumbing and especially Chris Walsmann.

Someone referred me to Cactus Valley Plumbing, and I couldn't be more glad that they did.  Chris and Jacob showed up when they said and took care of our problem quickly and the right way.  They took time to explain the problem and gave recommendations on how to prevent other related issues.  It's hard to find good quality help nowadays so I'm glad I won't need to worry on finding good plumbing services.  Highly recommend them.

Back in May, the whirlpool bathtub in my master bath had a leak resulting in a restoration claim. The contractor assigned to the project uses Cactus Valley Plumbing, and today Chris and Jake came out to reinstall the whirlpool bathtub. While at my home, I showed Chris a leaking spigot in my yard, and he quoted me a very reasonable price. In addition to taking care of the primary reason for today's visit, reinstalling the whirlpool tub, Cactus Valley Plumbing also replaced the spigot in my yard. That's what I call great service! Chris and Jake were very professional, personable, knowledgeable, and communicated well. They also wore the  required PPE that professionals must wear during this time of Covid-19. Cactus Valley Plumbing is a company I would definitely use again in the future, and I highly recommend their service.

WOW!! I wish I could give Cactus Valley Plumbing more than 5 stars, especially Ronnie! We've had multiple plumbing issues since moving into our house, and have utilized multiple companies. We called Cactus Valley Plumbing with a late evening water heater emergency and Ronnie showed up at our house in less than an hour. He was extremely professional, courteous, and trustworthy. He explained to us what happened and showed up early the following morning to replace our water heater with a new tankless system. He had everything fixed and working like new in record time. He ensured all water sources had hot water, and went over everything in detail prior to leaving. This is the second time I hired Cactus Valley Plumbing, for multiple plumbing projects.  Their senior plumber, Zach, was terrific. Advised me on what hardware to buy, and not! Installed everything to perfection: 3 new toilets, 1 FloByMoen, 1 Pressure Valve, 2 faucets.  Laundry sink removal and capping. New laundry valves. New fridge valve. Beautiful job well done.

We are in the middle of remodeling my master bathroom and the shower head stuff was a mess to install. Copper pipes would not solder, frustration set in so we finally called Cactus Valley. Who knew they were so close to home and came out the very next day. Chris had everything fixed and  tested in no time, he also gave us pointers on the shower parts were were going to install ourselves. Chris Walsman is great!  Easy-going and most pleasant to be around. He's quite knowledgeable about plumbing AND other trades as well.   I've used his advice about things outside the plumbing world and didn't go wrong!  I learned about Chris from my sister,  who had nothing but praise for him as well.

Chris installed an icemaker box behind my fridge this morning. I was in another room and heard a vacuum cleaner. I came out the check. He was running his shop vac in one hand, and a saw in the other!  He was cleaning up plaster dust as it was created!  Never had a contractor do this before!  He left my kitchen spotless,  and dustless!  Awesome.  5 stars!

For the simple work they provided, it was definitely over priced. We used them anyway because my usual plumber was not available. The work they did was good. But, it was a simple job I didn't have time to do myself. Would not use again unless in an emergency.

One of the upstairs bathrooms had a consistent drip that had gotten worse over time.  Chris came out assessed the problem, went to the warehouse got the part and had it fixed before dinner time.  We will definitely use them again for our plumbing needs.

Somone should have a manager call me today! I am not a happy customer and have waiting for 12 days for hot water and you big time dropped the ball. It took me calling you 3 times to get a straight answer and then all of a sudden I guess we dropped the ball And I still can't get anyone here to do repairs until Wed 12/1! [email protected]

Ok, I was contacted within 15 minutes by Chad. I gave him all the information  I was given and he apologized and said he is the information you weren't given. This is a lengthy process because of going through a Home Warranty Company. Chad gave me all the information I needed and looks like we are getting close to completing the project. Absolutely phenomenal work. They were very quick, friendly, and safe (pandemic wise). I had two toilets replaced and they even took the old ones away for me. I honest cannot think of a thing that they could have done better and have already decided that I will use them on a couple of future plumbing jobs that I have at planned.

We had a leak this weekend and I called CVP. They sent out Robert who was a heck of a nice guy. He climbed under the house, checked everything out and then ran to Home Depot to get a replacement hose. He was extremely professional and an all around nice guy. The issue persisted the next day and I wouldn't blame Robert for it...it was a tough one and I led him in the wrong direction. So, they sent out Chris who replaced the faucet. He was good too.

From the wonderful customer service of Melissa to the fantastic work of Kaylor, I could not ask for a better experience. We are selling our rental house in Gilbert and decided to go with different faucets and drains. After reading other reviews I knew that I wanted Kaylor to do the work. Melissa worked with me to schedule the service and Kaylor showed up on time to complete the installation. He took care not to scratch the four new, flat-black faucets or the freshly painted cabinets. He was pleasant, competent and his work was impeccable. The bill was the same as the quote and he finished the work quickly, while also giving me some advice on my hot water heater exhaust. I will use Cactus Valley Plumbing for my next job, which is right around the corner. Great company with solid values and a fair price!

Ask for an estimate on a behind the wall leak.  Setup appointment.  Read Yelp reviews where the company usually refer to a restoration company for drips behind walls.  I tried to cancel, but staff said they can do the estimate by cutting into drywall and see where drip is coming from.  Nat (owner) states that the estimate will be free of charge and will not refer to restoration.  Staff show up, did some work but AC drain line continue to leak.  Told me after that he was going to charge a service call $150 without prior consent or communication. Contacted the office the following day to discuss about the free estimate (never received) and service charge.  They end up dropping the charge.  I would have been fine if they actually solved the problem but they didn't.  Overall, the company was professional, on time, but took two stars off for failure to communicate and failure to correct the issue but add back stars for not charging me.

We had a leak coming from our shower and initially thought it was coming from the shower valve. Kaylor from Cactus Valley Plumbing, contacted me within minutes of requesting service and was on-site in less than 30 minutes. As it turned out, the leak was coming from the drain that apparently had never been installed correctly over 5 years ago but had not been causing any problems. Kaylor contacted Ned from Salt River Restoration who was here in less than 30 minutes to inspect for any damage to the sub floor and determined that it was OK. We had a couple of minor issues with scheduling the repair, but when Chris Walsmann arrived, we had everything taken care of within a couple of hours. Chris is an outstanding representative for Cactus Valley Plumbing, very polite, professional and a pleasure to deal with, as was Kaylor.
I would highly recommend Cactus Valley Plumbing and especially Chris Walsmann.

My husband has an addiction to home projects. He had Cactus Valley Plumbing come out to rearrange the bathroom and they did an outstanding job. I will absolutely use Cactus Valley for all of my plumbing needs. These guys are great! My latest need was a small, nuisance job. I called on a Sunday, expecting to leave a message. A) The receptionist answered the phone on a Sunday! B) Fortunately, we didn't need emergency service, but they were willing to send someone over ASAP. C) The technicians are friendly, knowledgeable, professional... I couldn't ask for better customer service. Chris is fantastic; a true asset to the company!

Chris Walsman is great!  Easy-going and most pleasant to be around. He's quite knowledgeable about plumbing AND other trades as well.   I've used his advice about things outside the plumbing world and didn't go wrong!  I learned about Chris from my sister,  who had nothing but praise for him as well.

Chris installed an icemaker box behind my fridge this morning. I was in another room and heard a vacuum cleaner. I came out the check. He was running his shop vac in one hand, and a saw in the other!  He was cleaning up plaster dust as it was created!  Never had a contractor do this before!  He left my kitchen spotless,  and dustless!  Awesome.  5 stars!

Thank goodness they answered our call and showed up within 30 minutes! We had a massive irrigation leak flooding our side yard right up against our house.  He was able to come out on a Saturday night and and get seriously muddy doing it. He was able to locate the leak and do a repair very quickly. Five stars!!!!

This is the second time I hired Cactus Valley Plumbing, for multiple plumbing projects.  Their senior plumber, Zach, was terrific. Advised me on what hardware to buy, and not! Installed everything to perfection: 3 new toilets, 1 FloByMoen, 1 Pressure Valve, 2 faucets.  Laundry sink removal and capping. New laundry valves. New fridge valve. Beautiful job well done.

Back in May, the whirlpool bathtub in my master bath had a leak resulting in a restoration claim. The contractor assigned to the project uses Cactus Valley Plumbing, and today Chris and Jake came out to reinstall the whirlpool bathtub. While at my home, I showed Chris a leaking spigot in my yard, and he quoted me a very reasonable price. In addition to taking care of the primary reason for today's visit, reinstalling the whirlpool tub, Cactus Valley Plumbing also replaced the spigot in my yard. That's what I call great service! Chris and Jake were very professional, personable, knowledgeable, and communicated well. They also wore the  required PPE that professionals must wear during this time of Covid-19. Cactus Valley Plumbing is a company I would definitely use again in the future, and I highly recommend their service.

Chris Walsmann was the plumbing tech that did the repairs and he was extremely professional and explained everything in detail in a manner that I would understand. He was absolutely great! It is so nice to find great honest people that care about their customers. Rachel in their office was wonderful as well. She handled the invoicing and was quick and thorough. Very pleasant! At a time where a homeowner is stressed out about home repairs, they make it easier to deal with. They will continue to be my go to company for all future service and maintenance. Ask for an estimate on a behind the wall leak.  Setup appointment.  Read Yelp reviews where the company usually refer to a restoration company for drips behind walls.  I tried to cancel, but staff said they can do the estimate by cutting into drywall and see where drip is coming from.  Nat (owner) states that the estimate will be free of charge and will not refer to restoration.  Staff show up, did some work but AC drain line continue to leak.  Told me after that he was going to charge a service call $150 without prior consent or communication. Contacted the office the following day to discuss about the free estimate (never received) and service charge.  They end up dropping the charge.  I would have been fine if they actually solved the problem but they didn't.  Overall, the company was professional, on time, but took two stars off for failure to communicate and failure to correct the issue but add back stars for not charging me.

Absolutely phenomenal work. They were very quick, friendly, and safe (pandemic wise). I had two toilets replaced and they even took the old ones away for me. I honest cannot think of a thing that they could have done better and have already decided that I will use them on a couple of future plumbing jobs that I have at planned.

From the wonderful customer service of Melissa to the fantastic work of Kaylor, I could not ask for a better experience. We are selling our rental house in Gilbert and decided to go with different faucets and drains. After reading other reviews I knew that I wanted Kaylor to do the work. Melissa worked with me to schedule the service and Kaylor showed up on time to complete the installation. He took care not to scratch the four new, flat-black faucets or the freshly painted cabinets. He was pleasant, competent and his work was impeccable. The bill was the same as the quote and he finished the work quickly, while also giving me some advice on my hot water heater exhaust. I will use Cactus Valley Plumbing for my next job, which is right around the corner. Great company with solid values and a fair price!

Kaylor came out the next day for install. He was very professional & answered all of our questions. We liked him so much we requested he come back out to install our new kitchen faucet & RO system, two bathroom faucets, a new toilet & new shower trim. Had a faucet break on Saturday afternoon and husband seriously thought he could fix it. Then the neighbor came in and gave it a try. It wasn't until Nathan got here that I could breathe a sigh of relief. He came in addressed the problem, and explained where the problem came from. Planning to have him come back and fix all the other faucets too. I just don't believe it would be a wise decision to let my husband go for it again. Thanks for the awesome customer service! We are in the middle of remodeling my master bathroom and the shower head stuff was a mess to install. Copper pipes would not solder, frustration set in so we finally called Cactus Valley. Who knew they were so close to home and came out the very next day. Chris had everything fixed and  tested in no time, he also gave us pointers on the shower parts were were going to install ourselves. WOW!! I wish I could give Cactus Valley Plumbing more than 5 stars, especially Ronnie! We've had multiple plumbing issues since moving into our house, and have utilized multiple companies. We called Cactus Valley Plumbing with a late evening water heater emergency and Ronnie showed up at our house in less than an hour. He was extremely professional, courteous, and trustworthy. He explained to us what happened and showed up early the following morning to replace our water heater with a new tankless system. He had everything fixed and working like new in record time. He ensured all water sources had hot water, and went over everything in detail prior to leaving. Kaylor was very helpful, efficient and safe when coming out , same day, for a leak we had. He was sure to wear gloves and mask and was able to quickly find the leak. He returned the next day with the part, and quickly fixed it. He also referred us to the Ned/Salt River restoration to see how they can help dry out the wet area.

His prices were fair considering the quick response, and I went with him because of that. Our reg. plumber was not able to get back to us timely, and we needed a quick resolution. Thank you Kaylor and k&b plumbing.

We are definitely happy that we decided to go with K&B Plumbing!! Our water heater broke and was leaking from the bottom, and of course created water damage to the surrounding structure. Kaylor Arrived quickly and assessed our water heater issue right away. He recommended Salt River Restoration for the water damage that the leaked caused, and they did great job for us too! Kaylor worked quickly and efficiently! We were without hot water for such a short period of time that some of our family members wouldn't have even known that the water heater had been removed. Don did a great job installing our new sink and faucet! He was so helpful, on time, and very professional. He even went above and beyond and went to Home Depot to get a new garbage disposal cover since the demo company accidentally threw it away. I would definitely recommend Cactus Valley Plumbing based on the work Don did.

K&B wasn't the first place I called but they were the last. The first company quoted me $1300 more than K&B for a hybrid water heater, that won them my business; however it was the tech that I had out that sold me on K&B. Robbie did a great job, you can tell he still has a love for this work and takes a great deal of pride in not only the quality, but the appearance of the job he does. That's a real pleasure to see.

I wanted a hybrid water heater, none were available and wouldn't be for a week or so. Without a word K&B swapped out my old defective unit and replaced it with a temporary unit. There hadn't been a contract, money, or otherwise exchanged. I didn't expect this, but absolutely appreciated it.

Without question, Robbie is the reason I'll use K&B for any plumbing issues I have.

We had a leak this weekend and I called CVP. They sent out Robert who was a heck of a nice guy. He climbed under the house, checked everything out and then ran to Home Depot to get a replacement hose. He was extremely professional and an all around nice guy. The issue persisted the next day and I wouldn't blame Robert for it...it was a tough one and I led him in the wrong direction. So, they sent out Chris who replaced the faucet. He was good too.

My boyfriend and I needed a pipe replaced ASAP. We all know having water turned off during the summers in AZ, even for 10mins is a nightmare. We were at the 5 hour mark, trying to fix the issue ourselves.

After a valiant effort from my boyfriend and his bad back, we decided to throw in the towel and get professional help.

When we called we were told Chris was out on another service call but would be at our house in a few hours. CVP was the only company that could get out same day, even when we said it was an emergency.

Long story short, Chris called, arrived and got the work done in just about an hour. My boyfriend enjoyed talking with him and exchanging ideas. Chris got the right parts and made sure we wouldn't have this problem again for 5-10 years at least. He even filled the hole we had dug, back up. Afterwards, he explained the pricing and statement we would get in our email. Overall a great experience from front to back! The quick response, thorough work and customer service even when covered in dirt and sweat, is what made the whole annoying ordeal better! Chris is outstanding and we truly appreciate him coming out so fast and doing a great job!
