Since moving to Phoenix, we had never found our go to plumber until now. We recently moved to Ahwatukee foothills and I asked some neighbors, who recommended Mike at Western Skies from the Ahwautkee411 facebook page. One night we sprung a leak in an upstairs bathroom that had not been used and had a flooded garage of water running down ceilings, walls, and our cabinetry. I called and explained the issue to the office manager who promptly got an emergency dispatch of Mike the plumber to our house. This was our first encounter with Mike, in addressing our leaking tub, working around our timeline, understanding and explaining the restoration and insurance claims process. Mike found the source of the leak, performed the repair and was efficient, gracious and absolutely customer focused on total satisfaction throughout the process.
Since that first job, we've  hired him to repair outdoor hose faucets, kitchen plumbing shutoffs for a renovation, and installation of faucets and fixtures, and an RO system.
We now have our 'guy' for all our plumbing needs! Call Mike, you'll be so glad you did : )

First off, it seems I see Plumbing trucks or Plumbing Vans all over the valley and sometimes I've wondered how do these guys stay in business? Now I know! I've now had two bad experiences previously with other plumbers who misdiagnosed the problem with my pipes, and overcharged me.

A friend from church referred me to Plumbing 2.0 and I'm so grateful he did!  A smiling, Master Plumber named Dustin arrived ON TIME, listened to my description of the problem (waste water back up in some sinks and tubs) in my older (historic district) home. Dustin immediately went to work and within minutes, he diagnosed the cause of problem exactly,  and began rootering the pipes that were causing the issue of gross, waste-water backup  in my four bedroom home. He took the time to do the job right! The problem was permanently solved! The other guys never really fixed it, just made it better for a few days. Dustin and plumbing 2.0 is the best I've ever worked with! The pricing was better, Dustins demeanor and attitude  were better, and let's be real here: his skills were obviously far Superior to three other so-called plumbers I have contracted with in the past.

I highly recommend this business! They were extremely professional and friendly, patiently explained what was wrong, and went out of their way to get a better replacement part. They even called ahead to let me know they were coming, which I really appreciated. And they were there exactly when they said they would be. I can't recommend them enough.

I called and talked with Carol who was amazing!  Got scheduled very quickly to fix a shower attachment that was leaking. Luis arrived and fixed it quickly after first explaining what he was going to do and the cost. Let me say, this guy went above and beyond!  After he fixed my shower, he proceeded to carry in all my Amazon packages which included a huge rug. Loved that!!!

We had a hot water pipe spring a leak inside the slab of our house.  EEEEK!  Called a couple of other plumbers that did not answer their phones.  Checked Yelp and called Leak Dr.
The receptionist was super friendly and got Josh by to check the leak .  Made a game plan and discussed it with the insurance company, and then scheduled the work to be done.  They were a little late arriving, but that's really no big deal.  Who really wants a plumber in the house at 730 am?  Josh worked to get the job done, cleaned up the mess and made me feel good about his work.  Good guarantee too.
These people seem really fair and honest.  If we need work done, we'll call them again!

Trevor was awesome. He installed a water softener and RO system at our new home build. Prior to our appointment, Trevor was communicative via text and answered all our questions. During the appointment, he was on time, reliable, and did not rush through the install. He needed additional parts and took it upon himself to make the trip to the nearest Home Depot and did not charge us additional for the extra parts. He cleaned up after himself and did not leave a mess.

I would definitely recommend WH&T and especially 5 star service from Trevor!

I highly recommend Aaron and his helper. If I could give these two guys more than 5 stars I would! They came on time, they were very courteous, patient, and most importantly they worked very hard without taking financial advantage of an old woman who does not know any plumbing!  I finally found some honest and capable professionals and will definitely contact them again when a need arises. Speed: Our circulating pump went out so it took foreverto get hot water to the other side of our home. I called a few places and had to leave voicemails. When I messaged P&L Plumbing on Yelp, they responded to me within a couple of minutes. They are fast to reply and come out quickly.

Communication: I knew what was going on from the get go. They told me what was going on with my hot water and what it would take to get it up and running. He showed me what was going on with it and even spent time researching the parts needed.

Price: I'm a cheap guy. P&L Plumbing told me the cost and it was reasonable. Some companies won't even come out unless it's at least $300 or more. I hate price gauging. P&L Plumbing keeps their prices fair, honest, and remains very transparent.

I was receiving progressively worse news about my sewer line, until I reached the conclusion I needed a full replacement. Pink Plumbing was the only company to respond in a timely, and organized, fashion. Scheduling the estimate and work with Pink has been relatively easy and accurate. They stick to their schedule and reach out quickly if facing any delay. Chris, the owner, talked to me directly to help me understand the full scope of work that had to be done. When I made a mistake on my responsibility for prep, Chris and his crew extended themselves to help me get things right, so they could start the job. Chris has also remained present and available after the job was done, and payment made, to help me review if any of this work is covers or by homeowner's insurance. I will be using Pink for all plumbing jobs, big and small.

My kitchen sink has been clogged.  I called George Brazil because they have an A+ rating with the better business bureau.  The guy came out and looked at it and said it would cost $445.98 . I balked at this but he told me I had to pay the tip fee anyway so I agreed.  Then he said he could not do it and quoted an additional $1128 for jet rodding.  He said there was nothing else he could do.  When it he left my drain had gone from being very slow to totally clogged.  I then looked a Yelp and decided to try Freddie because he said he would not charge if he was not successful  I had nothing to loose.  He came out with in an hour on a Friday night. He totally rooted out the drain that the other guy said was not possible.  He then did a and extra from of jet rodding. for way less than the the other guy had ever mentioned.  This guy should go far.  He is honest, hard working and personable.  Thank you.

We were 100% satisfied and impressed with the guys today who installed a new kitchen sink w disposal, fixed the toilet seals and dripping faucet.  Very professional job and wonderfully polite.  Will definitely use them again!

I called Larry early on a Monday morning for a basement that was taking on water.  He came out right away and was very knowledgeable and replaced my ejector pump and dealt directly with the home warranty company. I was surprised by how smooth the whole process went.  I felt like Larry really cared and he had some great suggestions about what to do in the future.  Top notch service!

Mike came out to fix my leaky gasket above my garbage disposal. He is always fast to respond and provides recommendations and options when here. I can tell he knows what he is doing because of the quality of work he does and because of how quickly and easily he works. He always has the things he needs on his truck and is fair with pricing. He is my go-to plumber.  You should make him yours too. :)

Clifton has come to save the day too many times to count. Always fast to get back to me and most of the time he is out at my work same day if I need him to be! I am sitting here - waiting - 4.5 hours after my scheduled appointment window of 8-10am today. I have called multiple times and repeatedly been told I was next in line and that the dispatch still hadn't heard from their plumbers.

I finally called and, after letting the dispatch know this was unacceptable and that they've now commandeered my whole day - someone will be there within 45min-1hour. Amazing ... now they know where someone is?!

Had a fantastic experience a few years ago - never again. What a complete disregard for your customer.
