It was a pleasure to work with Juan and his crew.  Juan provided a reasonable estimate for interior painting ( ceiling, trim, doors, walls, shutters, etc.)  Quick replies to questions and constant communication on job status was great.  During the final walk-through he spotted touch-up areas that I missed.  He had one of his guys back within an hour to fix them.  Very satisfied with the results.  We will definitely reach out to him again for exterior painting.

Rob Maldonado, Alex, and Jerson are the absolute best!  Robert is very knowledgeable in the industry and helped us choose the best color for our interior and I'm so thrilled with the work they did.  We had a specific timeline for the project to get done which made me nervous. Not only did they meet the deadline, they finished early!  They cleaned up well and left our house just as they found it. They also taped up all of our belongings well so nothing was damaged.  I am a very picky person when it comes to detail and they exceeded all of my expectations. I would absolutely recommend them. They were awesome!  Quick response time and fast to come out for a quote. Was scheduled just a few days later and did a perfect job. Two bathrooms were done in a few hours!  Price was fair. We will have them back in a couple weeks for another job!

Joe Pepp came out and gave us an estimate the same day to paint the exterior of our home.  Getting the same day estimate was great!  The Friday before Joe was to start the job, on Tuesday 9/29, Joe called and asked if he could change the start date to the week after as to give his guys some time off because of the hot weather.  He/we had already agreed to the date as we were planning a function at our home.  On 10/2 the painters had completed most of the job, but there were some items not completed as the painters had run out of body paint. Joe said he would have one of the painters return the next week to finish up the job.  During the job Joe sent a couple to our home to see the professional work that was being completed, turned out I had just met the woman a few days before on the bridle path.  We asked Joe to give us a bid on the pergola over the patio and the block wall in the back, of which, he gave the impression he was interested in doing.  Since receiving his full payment for the job on our home, we have left to voice mail messages and one email for Joe to contact us about completing the job, as he stated he would, and for the bid on the new work.  He has yet to respond to any messages.  Painters were friendly and did a good job at completing their work and also stated while working here that the heat did not bother them as they work in it all the time.  Very disappointed that Joe did not follow up with the bid, nor did he come back to the home to see if work was completed to our satisfaction.  Don't pay him until you are completely satisfied!!

I hired Arizona's Best Family Painting to paint the interior of my home. In addition, I paid extra ($500) for wall paper removal in two bathrooms. In the initial conversations with the company, I was also told they had a workmanship warranty.

The paint job was horribly done, and I did endless touch ups myself. However, the most concerning part was the wallpaper removal. The walls looked horrible, nothing like other walls in the home. I contacted AZBFP multiple times via phone and email, sometimes with a response, sometimes without. I initially asked for it to be re-done, it was never scheduled. I then repeatedly asked for a refund, it was never received. The paint job was finished in October, it is now April and I hired and paid another contractor to re- do the work. I would not recommend Arizona's Best Filmily Painting to anyone.

They have 5-stars for a reason. This is a great company. They did all of the stucco work on my 1970's house and outside patios areas.  ALL of the workers were very nice, extremely experienced, as well as professional. Alexander is a great communicator, and the price was clearly communicated. The stucco work was excellent. I had another company do my block wall and the workmanship was nowhere close to that of this crew. This was definitely a great experience.

Alex painted the outside of my house last year, and just completed the inside a few days ago. Beautiful job done! He's a nice person, punctual, honest, and his attention to detail is terrific. I was even surprised that he put my furniture back into place and even wiped down the house after work was done, so nice to not come home to a mess. I highly recommend them for your home painting.

What a nightmare.  We had an over $7000.00 paint project as we were selling our house. We cleaned out all the furniture and slept in our garage.
    They started 3 days late. Then worked an average of 4 hours a day. So the job took forever.
    The contract was to spray the ceiling and roll two coats on the walls. They sprayed everything. Their were entire walls that were row after row of drips. There were missed spots everywhere and they didn't patch nails holes per contract.
    We called the foreman out Jose (who was as nice and apologetic as could be.)and he absolutely agreed with us. He said to put painters tape up where we saw mistakes. There were over 500 pieces of tape. He did say we had to use the same two lousy painters because he didn't want to make other guys fixed their mistakes. I wonder now if it's because they pay the guys by the job.
    Then we had to wait a week to get them back out and then wait another week for them to do the job.  The only day they stayed a full day was the last day. So now we are 3 weeks into a 5 day job!
    There are still problems but I seriously cannot stand the thought of those guys who are now mad at us being back in my house. They did absolutely no cutting in so I need to replace or clean every switch plate in the house because you can see where they painted around them instead of removing them. I still have sanding and stucco work I have to do to fix their brush marks and drips. and every door knob  has to have paint cleaned off. Walls that were a dark color there is a strip of that color along the floor line. What a mess.  
    By the way I said to the foreman, hey maybe the guys didn't see that the contract was for rolling the walls. The foreman said no we roll everything two coats.  I then said well are they new painters.....he said no they have worked for us at least ten years.

UPDATE
The General Manager of Arizona Painting contacted my husband. He had read the review and wanted to know how he could fix things. Even offering to come and do the clean up himself.  He was professional and really wanted to make things better. However we have already repaired most of the problem areas. In addition this is a house we are trying to get onto the real estate market and we do not have a 4th week to have anyone come in and tear things apart again. The general manager did offer us a monetary discount which we accepted.

Awesome company! Very quick to come out and quote, fair pricing and quick to get the job done. Great quality of work. Very happy!!

UPDATE: I recently had AZ west Painting paint the interior of my home in January. They where fast and did a great job! Highly recommend. Pricing is accurate too.

Great painting company! Definitely would recommend to anyone who likes fast, efficient, reliable and affordable painting and drywall services! The owner Justin was very polite and very professional about his work! They did an amazing job repairing our drywall and painting our new home! We will be getting our exterior painted shortly by them as we are very pleased with the interior work completed!

Terry is great!  He gave me a more than competitive quote, and the work was done earlier than I expected by a wonderful team of guys.  Super clean, on-time, and the paint looks great.  I will definitely call this company for any more painting required.  Just FYI: Terry says he isn't a huge fan of tech, so there is no emailing of invoices or paying online.  I believe we had to actually mail a check.  Minor detail that didn't affect our experience at all.
