Jordan and team answered my call and got me on the schedule right away! After accessing the problem, Jordan communicated the issue and provided solutions to ensure it would be fixed quickly. A clogged toilet that I couldn't plunge or snake out myself is bad. But when it happens the night before my parents are due to arrive in the morning to stay at my house for the week, it's really bad.

I called a few places first thing in the morning. Most couldn't get me in that day. Some would come out, but would only do it after hours and would have to charge extra. But Diamondback was able to squeeze me in during a 1:00 to 5:00 window. It was also the only company willing to give me a ballpark figure on how much I should expect to be charged for the job (Every other place would only tell me that there is a call out fee that would be waived if they did the work, and the plumber would determine the charge on site).

The plumber came in the middle of the four hour window I was given. Unclogged the toilet in just a few minutes. And then gave me a discount since the job was so easy and fast. He probably wanted to insure that a first time customer would definitely give them a glowing review, recommendations, and use them again.

Guess, what? It worked.

Tony is the man! Came to see our (pretty gnarly) plumbing situation, got us a very fair quote, and was back a couple days later to do the work. It was a pretty big job and Tony did a great job of keeping me informed and walking me through what he was doing, and he was friendly and knowledgeable. We will definitely use them again if we need plumbing help and I would highly recommend them overall

Update... Still no resolution. I've left more messages and several more months have gone by.

Rich was incredibly responsive, thorough, friendly, informative, and honest.  I grabbed extra business cards from him because I would absolutely utilize his services again and encourage my friends and family to do the same.

Gary was great. He installed a new prehung door for me, including casing and trim. He was very reasonably priced and did it really quickly. I was surprised how quickly he got it done. I would definitely recommend his work and I'll keep his number handy for anything else that comes up!

Okay, so I haven't actually hired Gabe to do any work... yet.  But he is on my contact list forever, and here's why.  When my dryer broke, rather than collect his service fee to tell me it was something I could have fixed myself, he talked me through a couple of common problems - and the issue turned out not to be a broken dryer but a blocked lint vent in the house, which I easily remedied for a fully functional dryer.  I called him again today to ask if he'd look at my front-loading washer, as the drum has stopped turning... and again he asked pertinent questions and will research costs of possible solutions, most of which sound to involve more cost than replacing the machine.  Twice he has valued honesty and aiding the customer over collecting a service fee.  This is the type of business I value highly and will return to again and again.  By providing honest and helpful service, he has gained a loyal customer for life.

Left a message for Ron because of a sewer smell in my house and he called me back within a couple hours. He was straight with me about what the problem most likely was, informed me of how I could take care of it myself and told me to call back if I needed help. Incredibly impressed with the honesty. I'll definitely reach out to him again with any plumbing needs.

Finding a good plumber is not the easiest thing. I've used several large companies that send out technicians. With P&L Plumbing, you get the owners of the company. They're very sincere, thoughtful, prompt and very honest. They list their prices on the company website and make sure you understand the bill before it's presented to you. In my case, I had them fix a few issues in and around my house. One of the perceived issues I thought was a problem, wasn't. They told me they'd be taking my money for something that didn't need to be fixed. Really built my trust. I'm not one to write reviews unless the service is really great. This was and it only feels right to express my appreciation. My only regret was that I didn't ask for more business cards. No doubt I'll be recommending P&L to friends and family. Thanks greatly!

Pink Plumbing came to our rescue recently when our hot water heater failed and started to leak water into our garage and home. Chris, the owner arrived at our home almost immediately after I called him and he assessed the problems we were having with the leaking water heater and the water damage that was spreading into our master bedroom closet. His restoration team began immediate efforts to stop any further damage and they initiated steps to start the restoration within 30 minutes after arrival. They called my insurance company to report the situation and garnered approval to begin repair and restoration services immediately. Our new hot water heater was hooked up (temporarily) within 2 hours and it will be permanently installed immediately after the restoration work is complete. Our kitchen sink had dropped, and I had been told that by two plumbers that didn't really offer a solution.  John came in and figured out how to put braces in the cabinet to secure the sink without having to remove the granite.  Not only did he do a great job, it was a breath of fresh air to see him clean up after the job.  Highly recommend!

Bird Dog Plumbing came out to my house on the same day I called, and fixed my leaky toilet.  What I really liked about them is that they were extremely friendly and had great customer service.  They showed me exactly what was wrong and exactly what they needed to do.  Quickly worked on it, gave me advice and were on their way in about 30 minutes.  

They showed up on time and worked efficiently which allowed me to get back to my day without missing a beat.
