Josh Rudin and his team at ASAP RESTORATION completely restored our home after it was flooded. We are so happy we ended up hiring them. They knew how to work with our insurance company and were always delivering a great quality job on time. Jason was our Project Manager and I know we couldn't have gotten through all of this without his help as well.

Everything from sheetrock to drywall and painting to door trims was well done. We got to know the staff well, and they were such nice people with good work ethic. ASAP also has great sub-contractors. We couldn't be happier with our kitchen and bath cabinets and countertops. They recommended great quality products and have the right professionals for installation.

I'm in the design business myself and had never been through an experience like this with flood damage. I can't say enough about the professionalism and follow through from ASAP.
I would and will recommend them to my friends and family.

Also important to note, if they have a point of view on something that would look better, listen to them, they know their business. We went back and forth on a few finish options and whenever I took their advice, I was happy with the end result! I may be a designer, but I believe you can always learn something new if you stay open!

Here's the reality check. You as the customer have to do your homework too. Don't expect them to bring you lots of floor samples and counter top samples and cabinet samples. That is time consuming and not part of their job.  But do feel free to ask them for advice on where to go to check out materials, they have great sources!!

My opinion is, when you go through something like this, you have to take the time to understand what your insurance company is willing to pay for. Talk to your adjustor if you have questions. And once you know, for example, what your budget is for kitchen countertops, go check out material pricing at Lowe's. Then you can have a reasonable conversation with your contractor.  If you don't do your own homework and just leave it in your contractor's hands, you will be fine - just don't complain if it isn't exactly what you imagined. Hiring a contractor is a 2 way relationship. If you don't do your part, you shouldn't complain unless something is actually installed wrong.

This company is amazing. They came out late one night to help us with a water leak and mold issue. They were easy to work with, communicated with us through the entire process, and left us with a great result. We would gladly use them again and have recommended their services to others

I can't say enough good things about Ron and his company! We were duped by a tile guy that left our brand new house a complete mess! We couldn't get the tile cleaned and movers were coming. Ron not only fit us in his booked schedule but he made our tile look beautiful! I am so grateful we found Ron at such an overwhelming time when we thought our brand new flooring was ruined! Patrick and Josh came to my home today for carpet cleaning. They take great care to protect furniture and your wood floors to protect from scratches. Lay a clean mat at your door so they don't track any dirt in your home. Friendly and very professional. Explained everything to me before they started, step by step. Confirmed price ahead of time. Super professional and friendly. Happy with their work.

This Scottsdale based locally owned company performs to the established standard of care in both water damage and mold projects. They also handle asbestos abatement. I have worked with them in the past and I have had an oversight of many of their projects. I would recommend giving this company a shot

I had a major water heater leak at my house that caused big time damage.  This was my first time ever having something go wrong with my home and my first time filing a claim with my homeowners insurance, so you can imagine my cluelessness.  Trent was very helpful and patient with me throughout the whole process. All of the guys I dealt with were very friendly and his company did a great job with all of the work that they did.  I would recommend them to anyone!

They came out to my home, we had a plan to complete the mold restoration and I was told they were waiting on an order to complete the job. Months passed and they never called. I've called 4 times since and no one will return my call. Don't waste your time with this unreliable and unprofessional company.

SHORTER VERSION  Aqua Dry came in after another company did a subpar job.  Whereas the first guys rushed through the job, Aqua Dry took 3 x the time to do it right.  They brought state of the art equipment, high wattage lights, cameras, changed filters frequently (no cutting corners). Their attention to detail was incredible; they even applied painter's tape to walls before putting up their containment area (saving your paint job) and respectfully protected my personal belonging from cross-contamination. These guys understand and know mold (they have 18 plus years experience and fully accredited) and work hard for us. Their management of cross-contamination is military-like, which you want.  Unlike the other company, they also did not trick mold clearance testing by leaving plastic over areas.  Aqua Dry's all around honesty and integrity is very rare.  Alex is also an absolute genius at inspecting for mold - and found mold colonies the other guys had totally missed, in one place by inches.  You won't find much about Aqua Dry online and I know why:  their business is nearly all word of mouth.  But I want others to know about them because mold remediation is serious health business and you need to know your mold remediator is doing the job perfectly.  Yes, perfectly.  If I could give them 10 stars here and everywhere, I would.

Found them on Yelp.  They picked up an area rug.  He promised it would look like new. He complimented me on the abstract design on the rug.  Yes, it' beautiful but I bet he says that to everyone!  LOL.  
Rug came back looking super clean and beautiful.  Hubby thinks they were expensive.  I think you get what you pay for.  They did a nice job.

Truly amazing! John made my carpets look brand new despite having 4 animals and multiple urine stains! He was extremely professional and very very very detail oriented! Will definitely be doing business with them again!

I contacted Lotus after my washing machine decide to leak from my second floor rental home. Luckily we caught it early and got ahold of Jill. Not only did she calm us down in a time of frustration, she had 2 of her guys at my house within 45 min. Since we caught it early we were lucky and nothing needs to be torn apart. Just a couple day dry out from Lotus and no insurance claim for us. Thanks again Jill and the Lotus team!

Very dishonest company. Per them they could not find tile and would have to charge an outrageous amount. I went to the store looking for tile. Guess What, they had the tile.

I highly recommend Rocky Mountain Restoration! Jaren came out within two hours and got things set up for a flood at my property. Very thorough and stayed on top of everything! He was very detailed with explaining all processes. We had the floors dried out very quickly! Good job! Appreciate the excellent services!

In May we had two leaking pipes in our attic that damaged the drywall and the wallpaper.  The EHS people quickly came to remove the wet drywall and install blowers to dry out the walls and the insulation in the attic.  They recommended a plumber to install copper pipes through the house to prevent future leaking pipes. When the copper pipes were installed, the EHS people installed new dry wall to close the holes in the ceiling of the kitchen and master bathroom.  Then they put on skip troweled plaster and painted the new drywall.  They were friendly, competent, and quick.

For context on our experience, we had a hot water heater rupture and flood half of a bedroom and a closet. We called Arizona Fire and Water Restoration Inc for help as per a recommendation from our insurance provider. They came to the house and immediately began assisting with the water that had flooded one general area. The water was removed, and then the drying process began (two fans and a dehumidifier). After a couple of days, they came back to remove the equipment. Upon departure, we were provided a written estimate/quote for the services rendered for $625.00. This seemed fair, given the time and work. We subsequently filled out the survey that came the following day with a positive review.
About 30-days later, we received a bill for $2052. I promptly contacted the company to discuss the discrepancy between the quote or estimate I had been provided vs. the bill we were being charged. The customer
service rep said she would get back to me. Getting back to me constituted them continuing to send the same invoice and me continuing to remind the person sending it to me, of the previous conversation I had had.
Finally, when it seemed no one was paying attention, my husband called and requested to speak to the General Manager, Dean Hamilton.  He was told he would get a callback and didn't. He did speak to the Controller Earny Sweeny, who said he was new but would look into the matter. Again, there was no follow up. Scott sent two more subsequent emails to the controller for some resolution and got no return reply.
Several weeks later (now today), I received a text from the General Manager, Dean Hamilton, whom my husband had tried to get in touch with previously.
He said we needed to call back and pay today. Trying to work from home as everyone is right now, I immediately replied while in a virtual meeting that my husband had already responded and please follow up with him. He couldn't figure out my husband's phone number, so a few more texts ensued. Finally, I had to tell him that my husband was handling this fraudulent charge and to please quit contacting me - to which he replied: If your husband doesn't call me back, you will hear from me again. I immediately left my virtual meeting and showed my husband the texts.
Scott called the number that was texting me, extremely upset, of course. The GM said we needed to pay, and my husband asked about the 325% discrepancy between what they were billing us and what we were quoted. The GM then asked my husband if he understood the meaning of an estimate. My husband asked if this was a typical discrepancy to which the GM asked if we had a homeowner's insurance policy. Not waiting for an answer, he then asked why we weren't just submitting the bill to our insurance company. My husband noted that this was irrelevant and poor business practice regardless of who was paying, to which the GM responded: Oh well, I guess you need to pay the entire amount today, or I am filing a lien on your house tomorrow'. While shocked that a company we thought to be so reputable would treat a customer this way, there was no recourse but to pay the remaining invoice with a credit card. When my husband said he was going to file a complaint with the BBB, the GM responded, that would be fine as potential customers or insurers would only see the complaint was resolved with the customer as the bill was paid.
This is the first negative review I have ever written, on any platform. I have also contacted the BBB.

David impressed me with his knowledge of diverse contracting situations right off the bat.  My expectations were high though, due to the fact that Silverton had been highly recommended to me by a personal acquaintance who is employed by a major insurance carrier. We met at the property early in the a.m. and David spent a good hour discussing the various options with me.  He thoroughly explained each process and seemed to have a genuine concern for what was going to work best for ME and the time constraints I was under. Never did I feel as though I was being pressured into a sale(for lack of a better word). Our agreed upon price is exactly what my final invoice amount was - no hidden fees or charges. Thank you, David, for everything!  I would definitely recommend this contractor to anyone looking.
