Best Security Door Installation in Phoenix AZ

Great company. I needed my garage door opened and had lost the key. They showed up about 20 minutes after I had called and had the door opened and a new key made for me in about 30 minutes. Couldn't have been more satisfied with the service.

Jeff earns his 5 star review. He is the example of professionalism. I called on Wednesday. He was more than willing to come out that same day. But I made an appointment for Thursday. He was on time and called before coming over. He also told me how much it was going to be before he even came out.

I brought in an old twisted/bent motorcycle key from 2001. Todd was able to straighten it out and duplicate it in seconds. The new key works flawlessly and turns in the ignition now. Great service, friendly, down to earth locksmith, and very inexpensive. I'll be coming back here from now on.

We just moved from California and we didn't feel safe with the current locks in our rental home.  Because of the great reviews from Yelp I decided to give them a call.  After putting a quote request online late in the evening, I received a response first thing in the morning.  I was able to schedule a date and time for them to come in.

I appreciate they are family owned because they  definitely make you feel like a part of their family with great customer service and sincere care.  They are very knowledgable and I am grateful to Kathy for saving us from having to spend extra $$'s to change all of our locks when it wasn't even necessary.

Jeff came out to fix our current locks and install a night lock.  I explained my concerns and he right away was able to examine and fix the problem.  Also I recently had a Hello Kitty key copied at Loews and he was generous to rekey it to match our locks without me asking.  He did an amazing job in fixing our locks and adjusting our door so that the locks would latch on securely.  I feel so much better now and I can sleep better knowing our doors are secured.

Contacted via the yelp app today which is a Sunday thinking I would hear back tomorrow. Within an hour I received a response. After sending pictures and explaining the situation, Carol gave me a diy trick to try and it is holding for the time being. If not we will definitely be calling this company to fix or replace the lock. And since we have other keying issues we will call them in the future too! Thanks so much.

Fantastic. They rekeyed our new house and duplicated keys in less time than a McDonald's drive-through.  It was amazing.  Great job.

These folks have been so very helpful, on a couple of occasions 1.  Getting a key made, which they did very quickly/cheaply.   2.  Went in to see about getting special-order locks for the cargo carriers on my motorcycle. They are made in italy.  One helpful & friendly employee told me how I might go about it, but also offered to clean it up with graphite and oil it too.  Really helped!  Hardly need new locks for the time being.  Didn't charge me either.

If you want an honest service call this is it. He quoted me a price on the re-keying on the phone.When he showed up and went over the issue of different types of locks ect... He went right to work from his mobile shop in his truck.He checked all of his work and made sure the locks worked effortlessly. Great experience!

It's Sunday and this company is obviously much wiser and reasonable. He negotiated a price without breaking the bank and was right on the ball when I was asking for a quote through yelp. Service was great. I needed to have my new home's doors all re-keyed     The technician arrived on time, was pleasant and completed the work quickly and appropriately. I would use the service again

Late at night and I locked my keys in my car, absolutely no one available besides West Valley Locksmith and thank god too! Mikes costumer service was awesome and they got my keys out in no time! Very thankful and if I do it again (which I probably will lol) I will be sure to use their service again!

It was difficult to find someone who would replace mailbox locks and gate locks
but Castro's Lock & Key were  able to help, even in a Sunday.
When your home is robbed, you're dealing with many emotions and having to worry about your mail is the last thing you need to worry about. They arrived with equipment and products in a timely manner and are concious of being safe during this pandemic. I really appreciate the team and will use again in the near future for all keying issues.

Josh came out to my house this am and had the whole house re-keyed in no time! Super nice guy and great with recommendations. Even quickly fixed my sticky front door. I highly recommend him and sending him to my family for their homes.
