We had a new concrete porch poured and needed a railing. They were here the day after we hired them. They finished the job in 2 days and it looks great. It's very solid and stable.

I can now sleep through the night without worry that my kitchen was going to flood. Trysten was quick to respond, had no silly fees and was very flexible to work with. He was here within a couple hours of first contact. Brought in his case of tools and got to work. quick, clean, polite and respectful. Very happy with his services!

We recently purchased an iron security door from First Impressions. I have to say that from beginning to end; the experience was flawless. We researched other companies and are so happy we went with them. From picking out the door and having the knowledge of our salesman to help us get it right was a value. Once delivered and installed we were thrilled at how beautiful the door actually was. The install went well and the installer left with totally cleaning up his work area. We know that if we were to have any issues that they would come back and take care of them; but so far so good.
Thank You First Impressions- you are a first rate company !

Stay away from this company. It was the worst purchase experience ever.
We ordered a heavy wrought iron security door for our new home. We paid approximately $1600 cash in advance. The door was delivered about 3 weeks later. Then the problems started. The installer showed up by himself (we have since been told that the installation requires 2 people due to the weight of the door). The installer could not get the 3 hinges on the door and frame to line up. Over a period of 3 hours he hammered on the mounted door frame and hinges in an attempt to bend them into place. He hammered so hard that it cracked the sheet rock in our entry way and knocked tools off the wall in our garage. In the process the powder coat finish on the door and frame were damaged. After calling the office for direction, he removed the door frame from our house and took the door and frame to the shop for corrective repairs and new powder coating.
About a week later, the same installer showed back up with our rebuilt door, again by himself. The damage to the powder coat had not been properly repaired and you could see blotches where the previous damage was. The door hinges still would not line up. After 3 hours of hammering, the installer damaged our wood entry way trim by prying the door into place with a claw hammer. The door was now installed but was in a bind and shrieked loudly when opening.
The noise was unacceptable, so we contacted the service department and they sent out 2 technicians. They removed the door from the frame and the hinges were still out of alignment. They hammered on the door for over 2 hours with out success, again knocking tools off the wall in the garage. They had to remove the center hinge pin to get the door re-hung. They sent photos and called the office for guidance. The technicians were directed to remove our door and frame in order to take it to the shop for repair. At this point we refused to allow them to remove our door and demanded that they return with a entirely new door. A manager called us shortly thereafter and offered to again repair our door. We stated again that they had already repaired our new $1600 door and that we wanted a completely new door. At this point, the manager started a sales pitch about the custom nature of their doors and how good their quality is. He then proceeded to read the small print on the back of the sales contract page stating what their rights are and that they were not going to provide us with a new door.

As of 12-13-19, still no call or email from anybody in upper management at first impression Ironworks. As expected, they promised and then did not deliver. Just more of the same folks, keep searching if you're looking for gate companies.

NOBODY FROM YOUR COMPANY HAS Reached out to me! Just another LIE! Pride!? Really!!?
Then why are you answering me on this media instead on CALLING ME!?
You So Called Project Manager told his flunky to call me and tell me to Remove the temp pool Barrier panels before they were to arrive the following day. Then called after we removed the panels and said that they were not going to arrive the following day in fact put it off for several days, leaving my pool expose. Don't even argue this point with me lady, CLEARLY you don't know what you're talking about. Call me if you have a complaint about my post.
Your Entire response is an absolute joke! You have my phone number, in your last reply, you said someone from your company would be reaching out to me. Nobody has called me, nobody had sent me an email, no one has sent me a text, they didn't even send a damn Christmas card! You could've at least called me an SOB, your project manager did on the phone when he thought the phone was hung up. this project took no less than six months start to finish! I don't know where you're coming up with one month, maybe you're making up your own numbers again! Your company seems to be good at that.
