We had several things done: new fan install, new outdoor outlet install, and some rework on an old fan and timer (not originally done by TIO). Estimate was detailed and worked perfectly with what we needed done. Final cost was right on. Technicians were on time, professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. Cleaned up the area before leaving and insured everything worked as requested. Could not ask for a better experience!

Matt is a total professional. Recently bought a new Tesla, needed to install a 220 in the garage. Was able to schedule with Matt very quickly. We kept losing power every few minutes the previous evening but couldn't figure out exactly what was wrong with our breaker. The next morning we'd reached out to a few electricians and Robert with RCT replied almost immediately with availability to come in the next couple hours. Once he arrived he assed the issue with our breaker and was able to discover the cause of the problem very quickly. Robert was extremely knowledgeable and explained the cause and what was needed for the repair. Once he finished going to get the part, he was quick to get the repair completed and our main breaker was replaced in no time! If you are looking for a knowledgeable, professional and friendly electrician, look no further!

This review is long over due but I wanted to make sure I got this in because Mike is probably one of the best Handymen I've ever used.  A move from Phoenix to Seattle had us scrambling to fix up the house for sale and we needed all sorts of work done - we had quite a bit of dry wall that needed repair and also needed a corner of our kitchen cabinetry retouched.  After seeing the reviews here on Yelp, I called Mike at Copper State Home Maintenance and he was out the next day for an estimate.

Now, the estimate was beyond reasonable and Mike even picked up the supplies needed and just charged me for those at his cost.  He did all the repair work very quickly and everything looked AMAZING.  I mean - there was no way to tell there was a smallish hole in one of the walls originally.  I looked and looked to see if I could even see a seam.  The paint was matched perfectly and everything was so professionally done - I was one happy camper.  

I'm really picky about how things look and Mike is a perfectionist.  His prices are great and if you need anyone to do anything in your home in the Phoenix area, call Mike.  it will be the best call you ever made...

We hired Mike for a couple of jobs including completely re-wiring our house. He is great to work with! His work is outstanding and he helped us think about changes before he made them helping us avoid some mistakes. We appreciated his expert knowledge. We would highly recommend him!

Such a great experience with Douglas Wright Electric. We had a charger installed in our garage for our car. He was quick to respond, clean and quick getting it done. Corrected some work from a previous electrician. Would definitely recommend and will use him in the future.

If you are looking for a reliable reasonably priced professional custom carpenter look no further.   Mark is honorable and so easy to work with.  He's on time, gets the job done beautifully and is a pleasure to deal with. My job wasn't a big job but a bit complicated and he took care of everything quickly and easily.  He also explained everything in detail.  Big jobs or little jobs this is the guy to call!

A wonderful company that has the absolute best service and employees!  Initially, I had Innovative Lighting/Electric install new recessed lighting.  Due to their outstanding quality of work and professionalism, had them install new custom under cabinet LED lighting in the kitchen.  This installation has made a dramatic difference.  Everybody I worked with and spoke to at Innovative Lighting provided exceptional customer service!  A great company for lighting and electrical service - highly recommend them.

I want to share a big THANK YOU to Jeff for fixing my sliding door! Since I moved in a few months ago, it continued to get worse to the point it wouldn't lock or even close all the way. He was very responsive, came out ASAP, and finished very timely. I have plenty of other house projects on my list for 2022 and will definitely be calling Jeff to help.

Kurt was awesome!  We had been wanting to replace our kitchen sink and faucet but multiple plumbing companies declined to do the tough job as they were concerned about the difficulty in removing the cast iron unit which was built in to the cabinetry under a Corian countertop. Kurt wanted a day or two think it over and conceptualize how to do the job.  Sure enough, a few days later he gave us a quote that was within our budget and we schedule the job for the next week.  He was super professional and did an exceptional job with the removal and installation of the new unit.  Thanks for all your help, Kurt, and we look forward to working with you in the future on some other projects around the house.

I have been looking for an electrician to install recessed lights in my living room. They were very responsive came out quoted me the job and within a week I had the lights installed. Hector was very respectful, honest and a very hard worker. He went above and beyond what needed to be done. I highly recommend thunder electric.
