This review will simply be parroting the others that helped me  to decide which locksmith to try, but I think it bears repeating. After my car was stolen, along with everything I had brought with me ( relocating in Az.) , and dealing with a nightmare of a tow yard. (ALL CITY TOWING IN PHOENIX )  I had no reason to expect the last item on "to -do" list, re keying it, would be without complications.

Responsive, Very Fast, Competent, Reliable in ETA and quoted price,( which was a tad lower than avg. rates)  The mobile unit was well equipped with everything needed to provide me with 2 sets of keys, programming required, even a jump start . No small thing on an older Lincoln Navigator SUV, like mine. No trip to the dealer required!  Did I mention this took under 30 mins?!.  He was also very kind, patient,and helpful to an old woman at her wits end!. Save yourself time, stop shopping around and make these folks your first call.Apologies for the length, Good Luck to all.

Thank you to the Yelpers for helping me find a reliable, quick, and affordable locksmith. I hired a guy a few years ago who took four times as long and charged me three times the price.  Jeff did excellent work and he's got a great sense of humor. I might have to find a reason to have some more locks changed just so I can hire him again.  He was having an off day and showed up late, which according to other yelpers has never happened before, but he was very apologetic and he was grateful that he still had the job. Super quick, very friendly! Alon will be the only locksmith I ever call! So soo thankful he came out and helped me. Literally came out in like 20 minutes and was in my apartment almost instantly.

I sent several quotes and used Yelp for help with my truck and almost everyone that answered said my town was too far (even though they had my town as part of their area of service.  JJ answers my quote and although he was over 60 miles one way, he said he would come and help me.  He made several stops along the way for equipment and by the time he left, I was in my vehicle and keys made.  He was very professional and although I know he is in this business to make money, he did not flinch of driving 120 miles round trip to not only help someone, but he gained a future customer.  Thank you...

Todd was great throughout the whole process. Excellent communication on when he would arrive and great explanation of the best course of action to take to get a whole house rekeyed.

Update: weeks later still no response, filed a complaint still no response. This man should not be in business, more so he's just a rotten person who informed me he doesn't care if he does a good job.

I called The Lock Shop to have several locks changed in my business and couldn't be more satisfied with the service. The locksmith were on time, affordable and knowledgeable. They were able to answer all questions I had and were able to give me a quote for my request over the phone at the time of scheduling so I knew what I was to expect!! Wouldn't choose another company if I had to!!

Thankful for quick service. The young man who came to my house on such short notice was courteous, kind, and ready to get things done. I would recommend his service 100 %. Thank you !

My husband went there today to get a replacement key and the rest of his broken key retrieved from the ignition. He was quoted elsewhere for a price of $80 and then went to key west because of the location. Not only was the service amazing,  the price was SIGNIFICANTLY cheaper for 2 keys and retrieval! I will definitely be recommending to friends and family and they will get our business again!

Quick response on yelp and most readily available locksmith. It was cheap compared to all the other quotes I got. Our guy was awesome I didn't get his name but the owner quoted me and sent him right away!!! Great service and I will save their information!

Contacted Jon in the morning to have my commercial door rekeyed. He was prompt and super helpful with answering all my questions and even came the same day. My door was set in 30mins and I also had 6 new keys made in that time frame. His prices were fair and reasonable and I will be calling him again for any locksmith needs.

Ran is a pro, and a genuinely nice guy. He fixed my lock on the spot, routed-out the tight gate closure, and answered all my annoying questions (if someone makes it through my gauntlet of questions, they're "in" and I hire them again and again). Thanks, Ran!

Locksmith installed 3 locks and decided to saw off a piece of the wood trim inside the door - no where near the lock. Locks were square and installed crooked. Stripped a screw that is now not flush with with lock. Poor quality!!

Service was great! Got here super fast and was really quick and friendly! I definitely highly recommend this locksmith to anyone looking for quick and friendly service that is affordable!
