I wanted to take the time to give Juan a shout-out for his great work, great attitude and easy process. My established wrought iron fabricator retired, and after speaking to three companies I chose Juan to complete the fabrication of a new wrought iron gate. I am a detail person and all expectations were met.

We had an awesome experience with Arizona Pool Fence. We put in a pool at the end of last year. We have a 6, 3, and 1 year old and constantly worried about them slipping out. From start to finish this company was outstanding!  After speaking with one of the owners, David spent time explaining the process and even showed me their products behind closed doors.  What owner of a company will actually sit down with a client and show them their products and even put a sketch together on the same day.  I knew right then and there that customer service was everything to him and his company.  

My custom entry gate took several trips from the install manager to ensure the measurements were correct and the beams fit properly.  I cannot thank Ruben enough for his attention to detail when installing this difficult gate!!!  Shout out to Ruben and hoping he can be the one who installs our security door when we order.

If anyone out there is looking for a company that has integrity, customer service, and top quality material...look no further!!!

Frank came when he said he would. It was around 4:30 PM on a Saturday. When he looked at the unit he saw that the chain had broken and that we needed a new spring. He gave us the price to repair our door. And since our motor was 15 years old, he gave us a price to replace the motor, repair the chain and replace the spring. I thought it was very reasonable. I asked him how long it would take and he said about 1.5 hours. I asked him if he wanted to spend the time now at 4:30 on a Saturday night. He said he wanted to take care of us and that he would fix everything that night. He stayed and by around 6:00 PM everything was in working order. Needless to say, we were very impressed.

Wow! I can't say enough great things about Alpha. After getting a few outrageous quotes, I contacted alpha via project messaging on yelp. Not only did Vanessa contact me immediately, her tech (J) came out the same day in under an hour and was able to fix it in the same amount of time for a mere fraction of the cost. Even better, I got zero lies about how my door was on its last leg and a disaster waiting to happen, or that my how would complain about the fix because it would still show signs of damage like I did with the other companies. Instead, I see zero evidence that there was ever a dent and the door functions better than it did before! And all of that with an added year warranty on the work. Alpha proved everyone else a liar! I could not be more grateful! Just when you think honest companies didn't exist anymore....sometimes you're blessed enough to find a gem like Alpha Commercial. Skip the quotes- hire these folks! The owner Rod was quick to respond to my problem and his tech Alex came out when he said he was going to and was knowledgeable, friendly and professional in switching out my old broken system for a new, more compatible gauge spring system.

Highly recommended to anyone. ( otherwise I wouldn't have taken the time to write this review )

Had my side yard gate removed and replaced, including resetting the concrete post. Joel took care of everything - materials, demo, haul away, assembly and prime/paint per HOA design and color. He came out quickly for a quote and did exactly what he promised to do. It is quality and will last. Process was really easy. Love his portfolio of other work too. Highly recommend!

Alden contacted me immediately and we were able to talk through the issue I was having with my gate hinge. He came out at the next available day and fixed the gate hinge quickly. He's very friendly, accommodating and knowledgable. If you need a local gate repairman, I would definitely recommend Alden's Gate!

They were great, came out same day for our repair, the guy was very nice and honest and the price was very reasonable. I will be using their company for any future repairs which I hope we don't need lol!

Went to their website and got on chat with them to get a simple price on one of their product. She tried to get my contact info, phone number etc and I asked her why needs my phone number to give me a price on their product. She hung up the chat..really professional!! Glad I didn't buy anything from these jokers.

This is my second experience with First Impression Ironworks.  They are an outstanding design company and their steel products not only make us feel secure, they are decorative and attractive.  'Elon' did a great job on the installation; he was professional and cleaned up the area.  I highly recommend First Impression Ironworks.  There are cheaper steel screen doors, but none as strong, yet attractive as those by First Impression.

The door is great, the customer service area is a joke.  The First Impression is the door, the Lasting Impression is the service.  Ironic, I had a friend ask me about our door today, and how beautiful it is.  Yeah... Be warned.  Go elsewhere.

Loved doing business with them. Dan and Tim, along with the rest of their staff were always eager to help with any needs or questions. They really seem to have a passion for what they do, instead of just going through the motions. I'd certainly do business with them again and recommend others to use them.
