I recently moved to Arizona and had my first encounter with two baby scorpions in my new home. Baby scorpions are not cute like puppies, I needed an exterminator. As always, I went to Yelp first. I saw the reviews and called West Coast Pest Control. Danny showed up and educated me on the bugs in Az and treated the interior and exterior of my home. There's no contract to sign and the price was fair. I will use them from now on.

David is the best!!!  We just moved to this area and I looked on Yelp for help.  Lots of great reviews about David and his company.  I called him as we were having s huge cricket/bug problem in new rental.  He came the same day!!!  Work was done professionally and promptly.  David gets so involved in his work that he forgot he was spraying around my pool and he fell in and the look on his face was hysterical.  Yes, He may talk a lot but he is full of important information you need to know.  It was great having someone who was so knowledgeable and wanted to share it with you. I highly recommend AZ Pest Squad if you need the job done and done right!!!  Just keep David away from your pool lol lol!!!

Owner Eric Papadeas cares about his customers and makes sure he and his team do an excellent job. I have had Pest'R Us Exterminating spray regularly for bugs since I moved into my house in 1995. The monthly service consists of spraying the exterior of the house, the perimeters of my garage and the landscaping area. I have nothing but good things to say about Eric and Pest'R Us Exterminating. Even his slogan is great... Pest'R Us Before They Pester You! Needless to say, mi casa is bug-free! I paid over $1700 and I still have a pigeon problem. Let me start by saying that I agree with the other reviews that Alfredo and Rochelle are very sweet people. I am afraid I may have been a victim of them outgrowing their husband and wife level of business. When they gave me my first quote, it was a wonderful experience. They were there the next day and very professional. However, it was several months before I had the funds together to complete the service. Fast forward several months and I called Alfredo on his cell to tell him I was ready to do the service. He was very short with me on the call and told me I should email him. Well, he never responded to my email or a follow up text message. So I went back to Yelp to get additional quotes. He responded then along with the other providers and said that he would need to do a new quote because it had been so long. I thought that was perfectly logical and agreed.
I really should have know better at that point considering his lack of response, but I moved forward. From there on out I had to continually track then down via phone and email to move the process forward. They gave me a separate price for the trapping which extends over a several week period. I had to ask them for documentation to make sure they were actually showing up and I only received that on two occasions. There was never any final service call to let me know the status or to mark the end of the process, but as I stated at the beginning...I paid over $1700 and I still have a family of pigeons sitting on the house and a front entry way covered in feces. To pay so much money and know that you are still going to have to hire another company to correct the problem is so frustrating.

I have been a customer of Scorpion Specialists since having them seal my home.  I have the annual inspection performed and am very pleased with their professionalism, efficiency and thorough work.  The owner and technicians are highly knowledgable and provide excellent customer service.  They communicate very effectivly and provide prompt and courteous service!
Most of all, the initial scorpion situation is under control and brings me much peace of mind!

I received a flyer from Bye Bye Bugs on my front door. I called them and
set an appointment for Thursday evening to come take a look at the yard as I was interested in their full package including Pest Control, Landscape, and Weed maintenance. Skyler came out to assess our house. He was nice and prompt. After spending almost an hour reviewing Skyler advised me that he would have called quote to me Friday or Monday at the very latest.
So far everything is perfect, this company is based out of Vistancia just blocks from my house, Skyler spoke highly of the company which was started by his sister and Brother-in-law, he was nice, prompt and seemed knowledgeable.
That was the last we have heard from this company. I called the following Wednesday and Thursday to find out what happened. All I was able to do is leave a message on Wednesday and didn't bother leaving one on Thursday.
Why solicit business in your own neighborhood just to be flaky and waste everyone's time.

I have been a customer for many years and was always satisfied with their service. However, they are taking advantage of the current situation and treating customers unfairly. They came a few days for my monthly service which includes indoor and outdoor servicing. They told me that due to the virus, they would only be servicing the outside of my house and would do nothing inside. I asked them how they were adjusting my monthly service fee and they responded they were charging the same amount  for doing half the work. When I stated this was unreasonable they said they did not feel any reduction in price was necessary. I do not for one minute believe that ANY of their employees would be satisfied paying full price for something but getting only half of it. They finally did take off $8 instead of half of the $35/month fee. BE WARNED. Like so many others lately, they are just taking advantage of a bad situation and making it worse.

These people are beyond disrespectful! They have now come to our home multiple times after being told no!!! Rang the doorbell non stop and knocked on the door relentlessly until someone answered the door while small babies were sleeping. Would never do business with people like this. Respect people's homes and privacy.
