I thought I had done a review for Jeff the first time I used him more than a year ago. To my disappointment, I realized I must have forgotten to go back and write it (I originally found him on Yelp).

I've just used him again to rekey my whole house, and there are not enough nice things I could say about his service, timing, execution - he's just fantastic! Not only has he showed up on weekends for no additional charge, both times I've used him, he has just gone above and beyond my expectations. Outside of being a great locksmith, he genuinely seems like a nice, caring person. He also has what I think are VERY reasonable prices, and it's a no nonsense process. I couldn't beat his cost on a Saturday afternoon to change the locks myself.

I will definitely use him for any future needs, and I have already recommended him to several friends.

Todd is the man!!!!! I seriously have never had a better encounter with a business. I lost my car keys and needed a new. Upon the 1st phone call I knew Todd was the right man. We had a wonderful phone conversation. His sense of humor was fantastic! He felt like an old friend after 1 minute on the phone. He was able to make it to my house and get me 2 keys made quick. I will use Alcatraz again if needed. Thank you Todd!

Update: weeks later still no response, filed a complaint still no response. This man should not be in business, more so he's just a rotten person who informed me he doesn't care if he does a good job.

I've locked myself out of my car & home quite a few times, and I've been taken by a few less-than-honest individuals. If you don't have a spare key somewhere, Mr. Lockout, LLC, is the true honest professional to call.

AMAZING, great quality, clean work, profesional, and courteous. I needed a new key for my 2015 Toyota Camry when I lost my master key and trust me when I say this I called nearly 17 other locksmiths on YELP, and no one came close to the price I received from Desert Locksmith! He was able to cut and program and provide a new key for me.

Locksmith installed 3 locks and decided to saw off a piece of the wood trim inside the door - no where near the lock. Locks were square and installed crooked. Stripped a screw that is now not flush with with lock. Poor quality!!

We found Nathan on Angie's List. My husband called him after our iron front door lock broke and we could not get the door to open. He was able to come the same day and replaced the lock and we now have a deadbolt inside instead of having to use a key every time we open the locked door. He finished in under 30 minutes and was super reasonably priced. The door lock works seamlessly now.

An ARCO employee by the name of Brent came to recode my garage door. Later that day, I noticed that the cover for the garage unit on the ceiling was missing, leaving the lightbulb exposed. When I called to inform ARCO of this, they asked me to text photos, acknowledged receiving them and said they would call me back. After nearly a month went by with no call back, I called THEM. Brent and the company refused to take responsibility for replacing the missing cover. Very poor customer service. I would not recommend ARCO.

Just moved into a new house and needed to re-key my locks. I have asked around and got a good response. Chose this business to deal with and they didn't disappoint. I needed it the next day since I wanted it done as soon as possible. He came in and assessed my locks, 2 of them needed to be replaced so I can get 1 major key for all of them. He went to HD and got me 2 locks for replacement and went to work. It was fast and thorough. He was very honest with me and charged me reasonably. Got the locks re-keyed and I couldn't be happier with it.

Hard to believe, but this vendor is as good as the other reviewers said.  Josh answered my call on a Wednesday afternoon and was at my door in 15 minutes.  He re-keyed the whole house in about an hour.  Very pleasant and professional in all respects.  I  wish I could give 10 stars.

Bad service! I locked my car key in the truck. When I called them, they told it costed $29, but it turned out to charge me $180. It is a cheating company. I will BBB them. Never use them

Jacob was amazing! Called around 5:30 and they had someone out at 7:00 to replace our lock on our mailbox. Jacob did an amazing job and was quick. Best customer service! They were so polite on the phone! 5/5 stars for everything for this company. Highly recommend and will use again!

Peter did an AMAZING job for our clients! We are real estate agents and had a client who moved out of the country and took all his keys to the home, expecting us to use the electronic keypad for access. That worked great until the battery pack died and we had zero access to the home for sale!! Peter was able to arrive quickly, gain access to the home, rekey the entire home(with smart locks) and change the battery pack in the electronic keypad - all for a very reasonable price. We highly recommend Peter and his company, Surprise Locksmith, for any and all your locksmith needs!
