Bob Best was on time and provided a professional job. He repaired a GFCI problem. I highly recommend TIO and will use their services again if needed.

I contacted Gabe for a quote to install a dishwasher and disposal.  I was quoted $180 over the phone.  Lowes had quoted $129.50 for the dishwasher only.  I went with Gabe because Lowes wouldn't have the same installer do both installations.  While he ran into unexpected problems, Gabe was at my house for under 4 hours and charged $520.  We were absolutely shocked.  We have never paid anywhere near this rate for a service such as this.

If you're getting a Tesla or other electric vehicle soon you'll probably want a home charging solution.  After getting my Tesla I contacted 3-4 contractors, some who didn't even return my call.  

Matt at Empowered Electrical (EE) Solutions did a fantastic job in 2 days after calling.

It wasn't easy. Because my electrical box was on the other side of the house from my garage he had to thread the line under my entry walkway.  At 7pm I asked him if he just wanted to return the next day.  He was determined to finish and completed it with a headlamp on!  

You don't get service like that often so I just wanted to give Matt a great shout out!

I can't believe how incredibly inappropriate the owner of this business is. All I wanted was his services...I have a lot of things that need to be done around the house. He was very rude over the phone and I can't figure out for the life of me why. Anyways, I can't speak on behalf of his work, but I will tell you his customer service skills are subpar (and that's being kind). I'm updating this status because he contacted me in reference to my first review and was very inappropriate.

Mike at Arcane Electric was fabulous. After the electrician I had hired just dropped me mid-job, Mike came in and did great work completing the job.

My house is 85 years old, with funky wiring. Mike grounded all the outlets and switches, retired 3 old plugs, installed a couple of new plugs, and grounded one of the service panels.

Plus, he discovered a more economical way to do the job after he started, which saved me $1,000 off his original estimate.  I think that's called honesty.

He is a good communicator and showed up when he said he would (no small thing in these parts).

I highly recommend him.

Hands down one of the most pleasant experiences I've ever had with contractor. Their professionalism stood out to me when they asked the proper questions and gave me an honest quote over Yelp messages. Instead of asking for an arm and a leg, I was given an excellent price and an explanation of the process. They showed up exactly on time, went over everything, and even installed a courtesy hook to wrap my charger cord around. Definitely will call them any time I need electrical work done.

FYI I hired them to install a NEMA 6-50 outlet in my garage for an EV.

If you are looking for a reliable reasonably priced professional custom carpenter look no further.   Mark is honorable and so easy to work with.  He's on time, gets the job done beautifully and is a pleasure to deal with. My job wasn't a big job but a bit complicated and he took care of everything quickly and easily.  He also explained everything in detail.  Big jobs or little jobs this is the guy to call!

I can't think of nicer, friendlier and more professional people than this company! They were awesome to work with from beginning to end, including great communication, and ease of scheduling! I want to share a big THANK YOU to Jeff for fixing my sliding door! Since I moved in a few months ago, it continued to get worse to the point it wouldn't lock or even close all the way. I literally just put in a request for a quote on Saturday afternoon for a broken kitchen drawer and within 10 minutes I got a text asking for a picture and appointment was booked, the owner came out and did the repair. Literally the best experience! And so fairly priced.

I have been looking for an electrician to install recessed lights in my living room. They were very responsive came out quoted me the job and within a week I had the lights installed.
