My daughter needed to leave a close friend a key to her apartment and I was on my way to the airport and needed to get her key copied quickly. I went on Yelp and found pop-a-lock . I visited them and have never been treated so professionally and courteously. They had my key cut in 2 min and didn't even want to charge me. I gave the man $20 and told him I would recommend his business. Thank you pop-a-lock and thank god small business still understands service. I highly recommend this business. You won't be disappointed.

I picked A1minute due to all reviews. Unfortunately Jeff forgot all about our appointment. But he redeemed himself the very next day and gave me a big discount. He was very apologetic from the get go and that's why I didn't call another lock smith. We all make mistakes. I would definitely use him again.

Wow professional service to replicate a lost key on my 1997 ford ranger, was quick to deliver the key and very reasonable in price for being on a weekend. Great business and would totally recommend.

First Class job!!! Originally called my lock guy & he said he doesn't install deadbolts call Craig Chase.Called Craig & he came the same day, what a blessing. He was very professional,up front, honest, great energy, knew exactly what I was trying to do,even though it was a bit tricky but he pulled it off, got the job done correctly, was in & out, had very fair prices. He is also a member of the BBB, certified, bonded & lots of life experience with locks. I'll definitely use him again & I have already referred him to a friend.

Update: weeks later still no response, filed a complaint still no response. This man should not be in business, more so he's just a rotten person who informed me he doesn't care if he does a good job.
Buckeye, AZ 85396
Great service. They replied to my request promptly, showed up on time, completed the job faster than I expected plus gave some good advice re home security (all for a fair price). Unfortunately, I can't remember the name of the man who performed the job or I would give him a personal shout out. Highly recommend.

The locksmith was hired to install new door locks and deadlocks on the house's exterior doors. Additionally, the locksmith was also hired to re-kay all new door locks & deadbolts to be the same key. This service was contracted due to the fact that I purchased a new house and wanted to change out all exterior locks.
Total number of doors to receive new locks = 5
Total number of keys requested to be keyed alike = 6
The locksmith arrived and started his work. Upon completion of the above-stated scope of work, the locksmith stated he had checked all doors, locks, and keys. The locksmith handed me a set of six keys and asked that I also check the doors/locks and keys to ensure they worked.
I walked the house and tested 2-3 random keys in each lock, turning each key to engage the lock and ensuring they turned freely and locked as they should.
The locksmith took my credit, charged me for the service, then left. My family and I then went out to lunch and ran a couple of errands. Upon our return, we unlocked the security front door and attempted to unlock the main front door deadbolt. The lock would not move or operate.
I went and tried the side door that had a new lock installed, and the keys unlocked the deadbolt and doorknob locks - however - there is a security door frame lock installed on the other side of this door, so I was not able to open the door.
I promptly called the locksmith back and explained to him that the front door deadbolt was not functioning and that my family and I were locked outside (in Arizona heat with a five-year-old and eight old and dogs kenneled inside the house). The locksmith immediately began arguing with me that the fault was mine for not checking every key in every lock. I explained to the locksmith that regardless of not checking every single key in every lock (I checked 2-3 random keys in every lock), the defect was most definitely caused by the installation process and not caused by a double-check process. The locksmith also admitted that he was responsible for checking every key in every lock, which did not happen.
The locksmith stated that he would see if there was someone he could get out to the house to drill out our brand new lock and let us in. I received a call from another locksmith company who *Ace Locksmith had, called to help me. This new locksmith stated it would cost me $200 - $300 for him to make an emergency call and perform a drill out of my lock. So *Ace Locksmith's support and resolution of their failed installation was to charge their customer to fix their mistake. I declined the service and called the original locksmith back.
When I called *Ace Locksmith back, I was told again that the issue was my fault and that there was nothing he could do for me. I requested that the original locksmith come to my house to let my family and me in and fix his mistake - which he declined to do. I then asked that the original locksmith refund me 100% of the charges for the services as my only resort left was to break into my house. The cost of repairing the broken window or door that I would need to break to get in would cost more than the total of the original botched job that the locksmith had done. He also declined to refund me the total costs.
I ended up having to break into my house, damaging my door frame, so I could finally let my children inside.
This locksmith performs poor quality installations and does not stand behind their work as a craftsman. The company's customer service is horrible. I now have keys that I paid for that do not open my front door and a broken side door frame.

Quick response on yelp and most readily available locksmith. It was cheap compared to all the other quotes I got. Our guy was awesome I didn't get his name but the owner quoted me and sent him right away!!! Great service and I will save their information!

The owner of Desert Locksmith, Ran, is professional and good at what he does. I needed a new key cut for my Subaru from a key code I already had. I called him and met him 45 minutes later in Central Phoenix. He quickly was able to locate the key code on his Smartphone, then cut and polished it. He checked that it opened the door and that it started the engine. It works perfectly! Ran's service was impeccable, and his friendly demeanor made the entire interaction an enjoyable experience. I would recommend him without hesitation.

Locksmith installed 3 locks and decided to saw off a piece of the wood trim inside the door - no where near the lock. Locks were square and installed crooked. Stripped a screw that is now not flush with with lock. Poor quality!!

Same day service- even on Sunday! Nathan met me on time and was thorough and quick! He did what I asked him to and his pricing was reasonable. If you have Angie's List there may be a coupon or two available but regardless for the quick, no-nonsense locksmith give United Lock Service a call!

This was easily the best experience I've had with a locksmith in my life. They showed up in 10 minutes, were very professional and charged me the minimum (the guy popped the lock in 10 seconds). He even put the door knob back on. I can't say enough about the service, even if I feel slightly stupid and embarrassed, they saved my butt. I don't live in the area year around but would use them again in a heartbeat. Again, they arrived in 10 minutes! Unheard of where I come from!
