I can not praise the Repair Guys enough! I was new to Yelp and Scottsdale but saw the Repair Guys on the top of the list for honesty, repair work quality and fair pricing. And Yelp and other customers were and are spot on.  The time to pinpoint my roofing problem for the reimbursable price of $29 was well spent. The under $1000 repair price vice the 2 you need a whole new roof for $14,000-$15000 I received from other companies made the decision easier.  However showing me the pictures of the roof damage before and during the work and after repair were priceless and reassured me that these Guys are the right folks to call.  Knowing too, that they would not offer to make a quick buck and quick fix, when a new roof would be necessary was very reassuring as well.  I totally trust Ryan, Steve and the entire team.

Had my front and back porch roof redone a year ago by PCC Roofing and they did a great job they were efficient and cleaned up great after. I had a monsoon issue a year later and they were quick to come out and help me with the issue they even fixed a part of my roof that had nothing to do with the job they did. Very professional good guys I'd recommend this company to anyone.

I was referred by my real estate agent. Marvin is not the cheapest, but learned that cheap contractors end up becoming expensive.  Marvin's prices are fair.  I fired him and hired a cheaper contractor, which was a huge mistake.  The. Inspector was going to almost shut me down because my guy didn't know what they were doing.  I called Marvin and he fixed my electrical and drywall problems really quick.    True statement.. you know when you missed up ,  when the city inspector shakes your contractor's hand and said thank you for coming back on the job.  My project   took triple the time and double the price.  Never again will I go with a cheap contractor. Thanks Marvin.

Worker's were not on time and didn't even speak English! They looked at me like I was in a foreign country!

Daryl of In-Ex Designs was fantastic to work with!  I'm a real estate agent and asked for a roof inspection to assess the condition of a home my clients were purchasing.  My clients are first time homebuyers and the roof was a big concern to them.  Not only did Daryl inspect the roof thoroughly, he provided his inspection report including photos and an estimate for repairs needed.  He was able to meet us quickly and arrived on time.  In-Ex Designs is professional and extremely knowledgeable.  They are honest and very straightforward about the condition of the roof and repairs that are needed now and might be needed in the future.  My name and professional reputation are only as good as the referrals I give to my clients so good reliable companies are critical.  I was referred to Daryl and In-Ex Designs by another real estate agent in my office and won't hesitate to refer this company again.  In fact, when my client is ready for his roof repairs he said he wouldn't use anyone else.

Make sure to read the contract fully before signing there is no way for a client to get out of it without having to pay this company 33% of the total I was fully cooperative with all they asked for my side of the bargain so they could have an easy install when the install was ready I removed all my blinds and moved everything out of the way when I received a call saying they have all my products ready for install come to find out my order was never placed after 3 months and the windows they brought were not the correct windows or even the correct sizes for my house it was a different clients I called the next day she said it will take about 2 weeks. the lady that I was speaking to was fired due to messing up other clients orders. It has been over a month since I removed all my blinds and moved everything out of the way (which it's still like that because there's no point in putting them back)  I have not received a call or even heard anything from the company about my windows and doors so I called to cancel my services due to not fulfillment to the contract and Miscommunication on there side and to let them know that I just don't want the windows and doors anymore and immediately the guy said that is impossible due to the contract and they have the high attorneys for this situation and as a company we will not lose
I did not read the contract fully but there is NO EXIT CLAUSE for the client to have the right to cancel after the company has not hold up there bargain so just make sure you read the whole contract because this company only cares about one thing only and that is scamming people into contracts that only benefit them and could care less about a client I knew right away as soon as the guy I spoke to started bringing up attorney and lawsuits right when I said I would like to cancel the order than he also told me that it was my fault that I should of been calling them everyday because in his words and I quote if it was his house he wouldn't put up with that shit (laughing) how is it my fault as company you should of called your client and communicated with them of what's going on
