He provided a lot of helpful information about how to complete a tricky project. He is honest and trustworthy and his prices are reasonable. Ty was very responsive to our needs, as we live in another state and would only be in AZ for 2 weeks. He scheduled his time to accommodate us, starting the flooring job on our first day in town, and was done in 4 days. Our new Luxury vinyl plank floor looks great, and Ty and his crew were easy to do business with. His price was very fair and his work ethic was impeccable. He showed up on time every day, and cleaned up completely when done. Ty is very friendly and professional, and we will definitely call him in the future for any other projects we have. I recently decided to do some work on my house, but didn't really have the time or patience to call several people to do estimates for each separate job - I had worked with Bob through my work, so I called him - he responded almost immediately and we began planning Stucco, paint and windows and doors for my house.  I had some hold ups with my refinancing, but when it finally through Bob was ready to go.  I had the Stucco and Window people at my house within the same week.  The project was a bit drawn out because I ended up buying a custom front door, but the day the door came in, the folks from K&J doors were at my house putting them in, and the following day the stucco guys were here.  He's been to the house several times to check on progress, and he made several special trips, one of which to install a screen door for me.  Bob had realized that the screen was a 2 person job, and brought along a friend who had installed several screens in the past.  Once they unboxed my door, they realized that I had purchased the wrong size door.  Bob packed the door back up, went to Home Depot, returned it,  got the right door and had it hung, all before I got home from work.  Everyone that works with Bob has been professional and so easy to work with.  Bob had the contacts and resources to get things done (even last minute) and always answered my million questions.  I would absolutely recommend VetsBuilt Contracting!

I called Hobaica Services because they were an authorized dealer for Lennox air conditioners.  I will give them props because their technician, Kris, was very timely, courteous and professional.  However, $360 to replace the condenser capacitor is outrageous!  Shade Tree Mechanical Contractors replaced the part for $150.

Abdul worked for about three hours. Charged $500 primarily for labor with minimal cost for under sink connectors and valves. Failed to furnish a complete invoice reflecting what he did for the $500 charged. Would never rehire.

I want to share a big THANK YOU to Jeff for fixing my sliding door! Since I moved in a few months ago, it continued to get worse to the point it wouldn't lock or even close all the way. He was very responsive, came out ASAP, and finished very timely. I have plenty of other house projects on my list for 2022 and will definitely be calling Jeff to help.

Horrible!!  Asked them to do some work for inspection for pool   Got a quote for 1900 for a fence.   We asked them to start but I quest there was miscommunication and he took back the fence.  6 days later we asked when it would be done.  He said that he thought we didn't want it so took back and it would be 200 more for material.  In 6 days it went up 200.   We swallowed it and said ok.  They finished the job and we paid.  Today they called and said they needed 300 more because of the materials   We already paid 200 more because of materials but after sec paid and job finished they wanted 300 more.  So sad that this is how you do business.  I know in 6 days the material didn't go up 600   Trying to take advantage  of people   The day will come and you will need business and people will remember.  I am so sick and disgusted   Job finished and paid but you want more money.  So sick

Very sad that you are saying that.  We have the receipt for the work and we paid 1950 plus 150 as I will upload   Never was there any racial things said as my children are Hispanic along with husband.  So that is the most disgusting thing said   I have text and receipts that I can upload. I see you took your response off of here and put this new one up.  Again that is not how it went but it really doesn't matter.  As for the money you returned it to my neighbors   Again very unprofessional.  They have nothing to do with this.  Nor should you be talking to them about any of it and that isn't true about you not being apart of it because the Receipt is your company.  You asked for Venmo and Venmo charges and that happens everywhere just like if you went to a restaurant and use a credit card they charge the restaurant that doesn't mean we did not pay. To say that we were racist and said threatening things is a lie and to say you hope no Mexicans work for us again is rude and unprofessional and I would never want to do business with anyone like that again

We had to have the drain system in our home replaced due to breakage (it was cast iron). We understood from the onset that it would require ripping out our bathroom. We hired a plumbing company to jackhammer the slab and take care of it. But we still needed to have our bathroom put back. Enter Vlad. From the onset it was not a small job, as you can see from the photos. Vlad was undaunted and let us know exactly what he could do for us. He made suggestions and recommendations that helped us pick out our new materials. Older homes like ours can always pose challenges and that was definitely the case here. But Vlad worked diligently until everything was completed. We couldn't be happier with our new bathroom! We would absolutely hire Vlad again for any of our contractor needs!

This review is long over due but I wanted to make sure I got this in because Mike is probably one of the best Handymen I've ever used.  A move from Phoenix to Seattle had us scrambling to fix up the house for sale and we needed all sorts of work done - we had quite a bit of dry wall that needed repair and also needed a corner of our kitchen cabinetry retouched.  After seeing the reviews here on Yelp, I called Mike at Copper State Home Maintenance and he was out the next day for an estimate.

Now, the estimate was beyond reasonable and Mike even picked up the supplies needed and just charged me for those at his cost.  He did all the repair work very quickly and everything looked AMAZING.  I mean - there was no way to tell there was a smallish hole in one of the walls originally.  I looked and looked to see if I could even see a seam.  The paint was matched perfectly and everything was so professionally done - I was one happy camper.  

I'm really picky about how things look and Mike is a perfectionist.  His prices are great and if you need anyone to do anything in your home in the Phoenix area, call Mike.  it will be the best call you ever made...

I started my search for a reliable handyman about two weeks ago with no luck until I contacted Honeycutt's Handyman Service. Joe is AMAZING and I am so glad I reached out. I had a tight window of availability before being away on business and Joe met it with time to spare. He's communicative, thorough, and motivated. I now have a go-to handyman and will certainly be contacting him for future projects!

I made an appointment and was given an 8 am - 10 am window. The window comes and goes with no update so I call in. I am told 1) the manager said there was nobody to go to my appointment today so it was cancelled and 2) this was marked down that *I* cancelled, so I got no notification. So yeah, if you like making appointments, taking the time to prepare, and then have them blow you off, this is your company!
