I had a client call Friday afternoon before Memorial Day weekend trapped in her car because crazy bees had taken over her house. No pest company she knew could come until Tuesday due to the holiday. I gave her Ambassador's information and someone was out that afternoon and took care of her bee issue. She was grateful and I was so impressed. Ambassador has provided great routine service to my home and office, they do specialize in bees, scorpions, roof rats, pigeons. If you have a pest---they really are the best.

Absolutely the best pest control service in the valley. Bernard schedules his services in advance via your cell phone and let you know minutes before he arrives. I've never had a problem with pests since hiring him - absolutely the best guy to use!

Zach is awesome! He is very knowledgable, affordable and doesn't have contracts. He's organized and has never needed to reschedule or not show up. We have our primary residence and our rental house and Zach is prompt to come to either one when we call him. We had to call him on a Friday because we found some ants at our rental and had someone checking in on a Saturday. He came Saturday morning and the renters were none-the-wiser because they were all gone by the time they arrived. He's incredibly thorough and considerate. He came once while our baby was asleep and he was quiet and polite. I'm not sure there's anyone friendlier either. We highly recommend Zach for your pest control needs!

Austin was excellent!  He texted when he was 20 minutes away, showed up on-time, talked to us about trouble spots, and did a very thorough job.  Most of our problems have been outside, but he sprayed inside as well.  I found him to be affordable, professional, and thorough!

Our technician Levi was great! Friendly, on time and very professional! He assured us that all chemicals used are safe around pets and children which is a huge plus. We hate bugs and scorpions and we have not seen any around our house inside or outside. Their prices are really good too! Highly recommend.

Peyton was so professional and wonderful to work with. She updated me when she was 20 mins away. On time within my appointment window.  She explained everything in detail and was very efficient. She took the time to make we understood the next steps. She answered all my wife's questions. I will continue to use their services going forward because of her. The prices are wonderful as well. As soon as I text the number on their site the owner reached out right away to set my appointment up. Very responsive through emails as well. I found them on Groupon but booked directly through them because they had wonderful customer service. I would give 10 stars if I could!

I met Meechee K, owner of Honey Horizons, through the Phoenix and west valley beekeeping community. I have, and continue to, use her services as a bee keeping mentor. I also purchased my first nucleus colony from her and that colony is healthy and going strong.  As a mentor she shares all that she knows and is always looking to educate herself in current and reliable bee keeping methods. She never rushes the time she spends with me whether in person or on the phone. I expect she is the same with her removal clients. She willing shares her knowledge with her clients.  Meechee K is professional, conscientious and always works with integrity. I highly recommend her services. It's best to remove and relocate bees. It benefits everyone.

Hired Tyler with Axis Pest  (602-315-5936) to cure our infestation of Ear Wigs. He promptly scheduled a visit with us and eradicated the problem. Quite a meticulous and  courteous young man. Very pleased with the results.

Jeff came to my house to give an estimate. He took a look on the roof, and gave an estimate of $310 for bird removal and control.  
I paid in advance,  we set up a service date..and that was the last I saw of him.
He cashed my check, texted that he was having some personal issues, and that was the last I heard from him or my money.

I almost stepped on a rattlesnake walking into work this morning. I don't know why they were there, but there was a Barton's pest control truck right there. They not only scooped this thing up and took it away. They also offered me a seat in the shade to calm down. I won't forget this ever. Thank you so much and if I ever need an exterminator...I'm calling you.

I have dealt with Art on several occasions, as he is the preferred Termite Treatment vendor for my company. Art is always quick to respond and friendly to deal with. He is able to do a job much sooner than other companies, which is important in our industry. Definitely reach out and give Art a call for any termite needs that arise!

The serve techs are nice and respectable. Everything else is trash. They lie, don't care about your time, and the actual service is average. I got the same results by doing it myself then having professional service done. Also, everything is on their time. If you need to change it then you are hassled. If they have to change it then they do and you have the hassle again for changing it. I called saying their cancellation would not work for me, I was working with them and then they canceled my service and charged me $200 dollars. Just don't waste your time and money.

I paid 965.00 to rodent proof my house and the work done by Rodent Proof was sloppy...I would not recommend this company.  When sealing up the house they missed spots so rodents could easily access the house again and they did....

This company is a joke! I would highly suggest you seek other pest control companies. The termite technician had no idea how to communicate with me, he was extremely slow and was extremely late!!!! I waited all day to have him come out and had to wait even longer for him to finish! When they did my inspection an extremely nice white guy came to my door who spoke great English (I could actually understand him!). When they came back out to service my house, an older Hispanic man came to my door and I could barely understand a word he was saying! I am all for diversity but give me a break, find someone who can at least communicate!
