Great company to work with! Brandon was our tech who came to our home who was friendly, professional, and most importantly- honest! They have set prices and don't try to up-sell you things you don't really need. My RO water system that came with the house needed service and filter changes. After a few years without service, I figured I would need everything replaced since I neglected it for so long. Brandon tested everything out and said we only needed some filters replaced! Easily saved me $$$ if I was dealing with a greedy company who would take my first born if they could. He even installed a last minute faucet upgrade that I thought of without hesitation! Great guy and outfit! Will call them up again!

My AC was on the fritz on the hottest day in AZ so far! Called Mike and he was able to help me get it back on its legs and it works like it never has before! Previously I was being serviced by a big name company who kept wanting me to buy a new unit....which I need, but just didnt have to dish out. Mike fixed the capacitor on my 17 year old unit and got her spinning again! I recommend 1st Choice Mech in your time of emergency! He was friendly, upfront, kind and knowledgeable!

Dave came by the evening I called to give an estimate on a new unit. Of four estimates, his was the lowest. I don't usually go with the lowest, but I checked him out with BBB and Contractors and besides he's in my neighborhood. He and his crew did a great job, quick and clean. He also added dampers, moved the air handler up and over for easier filter access and sealed some areas that my previous AC guys had created. At no extra charge. Now all areas of the house are comfy and quiet. Great guys!

So glad I found Gladiate! We were told we needed our AC coil and blower cleaned by a technician from another company after a tune-up. The price they quoted was insane and they tried very hard to scare me into having it done on the spot.

I got quotes from half a dozen other places. All of them were way less than what the initial company wanted to charge, and Gladiate's was by far the best.

I appreciated the quick response from Gabriel and the immediate availability. When he came out he was punctual, professional and personable. I instantly knew Gladiate was going to be our go-to HVAC contractor from now on.

I told him how dirty our equipment supposedly was before he started. A less honest person could have come back and said, Yeah, it's worse than I thought. I'm gonna have to charge more than I initially quoted. But Gabriel confirmed with before and after pictures that our system was nowhere near that bad.  That other technician was exaggerating to justify overcharging us. With Gladiate we paid for only what was needed to get the job done right--an hour of labor and some coil cleaner.

Had a recent A/C failure on a rental property. Unlike other services, the call was actually answered on a Friday late afternoon - and not only answered, but David was able to come check out the A/C that same afternoon. By the time I made it to the property after the phone call (~30min), he was already on the roof and had the issue figured out: a low voltage circuit failure, which turned out to be caused by a failed relay. David replaced the relay and the A/C was back in business much to the delight of my tenants. Yes, a bad relay is a simpler fix than swapping a compressor, but still... everything was done in barely over an hour in the 110F June heat on a roasting hot roof covered in black shingle. David was also kind to indicate a few other potential issues with the unit, so I can know what to expect, but did not use that as an opportunity to sell what wasn't required at the moment. Very honest, professional, and trustworthy. I will definitely be using Biltmore Mech for future A/C work, and would highly recommend to others.

When we needed a new a/c unit installed, Bumble Bee was the only company we trusted to do the work. After an inspection from another company told us we needed a new blower motor for our AC, we got quotes from many providers in the area. Alan's Air gave us the best quote so we knew right away they weren't up-charging. Even better, when they came out to install the new blower motor they discovered that we didn't actually need one at all, and did a simpler, much cheaper repair for us. They were friendly, honest, and did not try to up sell us- even when we were the ones requesting a new motor because of what the other company had told us. It's hard to find customer service like this nowadays. We will be sure to use them for all of our HVAC needs in the future.

Alex and Elena did an energy audit on our home. They are so professional and friendly. They did a great job explaining our options and informing us just where our problem areas were. We decided on replacing our very old A/C unit as well as insulating and adding ducts. Their crew led by Chis were efficient, knowledgeable and very clean. Highly recommend. Fidel initially came out to quote on a new AC system but I decided to wait till around November. I hired them to do a tuneup/maintenance for now. Also paid to add on a IWave and give me custom filters. He took the time to answer all my questions, explain everything in detail even before looking at my AC unit. I appreciate all the help and informing me on everything!

Side note: I had my air checked in July by a company (see my reviews) referred to me by American Home Shield, they neglected to secure my panel and due to monsoons my unit was destroyed ... beyond repair. I contacted them to voice my concerns and they couldn't have cared less. ........ Kevin came out right on time, did a diagnoses, tried his best to get it up and running but due to exposer to the environment my compressor burnt out along with several other issues. After seeing the pictures I was devastated. The previous company basically set me up, so they could come back and install a new one. smh... But Kevin was also concerned about us in the heat and came back with an amazing option to get me up and running by Monday. This happened on Saturday btw. Adrian the owner and Kevin showed up today 1hour earlier than scheduled, secured a payment that only an angel could do to help in this type of situation. Come to find out his middle name is Angel! From the first time speaking to him and his wife they have been nothing but kind, comforting and accommodating. I would highly recommend this team for your heating and air services, they will do it right the first time! ... and don't invest in American Home Shield... so ready!!!

We shopped around for a new split unit install for the last couple of years and the prices ranged from ridiculous to seriously ridiculous.  It got to the point where we finally had to get a new unit due to our old units fan producing that great smell of some kind of burning electrical component so I contacted Keith after seeing all the great reviews.

Keith was quick to respond and scheduled a prompt consult and an even more prompt time frame for the install.  His guys were on time if not early; installing the unit in no time.  

The wife gave me the big happy face emoji text while letting me know we now have heat in the house.

This is long over due since he fixed our AC three weeks ago! We got a quote from Yelp for help when it was slowly getting warm and he came and fixed it that day. Also he was fair priced and on top of that he only fixed what was necessary and didn't pressure us to buy a new AC. He gave his opinion and said we should save for a new AC since it will last maybe another year. I appreciate the honesty and straightforwardness.

I'll be honest, I did not have a company in mind, so I went to Yelp and read some of the other reviewers. I decided to give AirTime a shot and really felt as if I hit a bullseye.

AirTime did an excellent job from start to finish. Making an appointment was a breeze and my technician, Grant, was awesome. He was polite courteous, and knowledgeable. He took the time to thoroughly explain what was going on with my situation and laid out all of my options.

Was very impressed by Grant's professionalism; sometimes you get that sleazy feeling that the technician is going to try sell you this and that, but I never felt that. He came off very honest and genuine in my opinion.

This was definitely a 5 star experience and would highly recommend them if you have any a/c or heater issues.
