Their insurance company found them at fault and is replacing our floors. The reimbursement took a while and would have been more convenient to have it occur before we moved in rather than after so we didn't have construction going on. Currently waiting for them to finish the painting job after having to file a formal complaint with the AZROC (Arizona Registrar of Contractors). We scheduled the painting company to come back next weekend. It's been a nightmare having to deal with all this trouble during a time when we should be overjoyed at our new family addition and new home. We hope others have a better experience. Godspeed.

Erik, Jose and Jorge were amazing. They came in on a Tuesday and by the time they left on Friday they transformed our home. Their work was absolutely perfect. There were no mistakes, no drips, nothing. I will hire them again. They came in with the best quote, showed up on time, got the job done quickly and even put the door trim back up and left no mess. I couldn't have asked for more. (Job scope: I had to rehang the double front doors because the original remodel-contractor didn't put studs in to screw the frame/hinges to which allowed the doors to sag and stick over time. I had to cut out the drywall in order to add studs. Bright Future finished the walls on both side of the door like new with no drama. Thanks Eric, Jose and Co.)

Rick helped me out of a difficult water damage situation.  I had received quotes between $4k-$5k+ to dry out the damage which turned out to be completely unnecessary.  I didn't know what to do until I got in touch with Rick.  He gave me an honest assessment and helped me avoid a load of costs that other companies and contractors would have gladly charged.  Out of the 7 contractors I talked to, he was the only one that was honest and shed light on exactly what to do.  He did all of the dry wall work when rebuilding the damaged area and it was pretty much perfect.  I don't think I've ever seen a drywall repair done so well and so accurately.  He is quick, efficient, highly skilled, more than reasonable, and HONEST.  Thank you Rick!
