I have never been more impressed with any service company.  Larson is simply integrity at its finest. My faith in humankind has been restored. You will not be disappointed  if you use them.

First used this company in the Summer of 2017 when we had an AC unit go out. They were quick to come out and the tech was top notch. He took time to talk to us about ways to lower cooling bills and maintenance.

When we had another AC unit go out this Summer (2018), we called them without hesitation. They were there in less than 3 hours and had our AC back running in less than 20 minutes.

They seem to be more reasonably priced than other HVAC companies. Can't think of a single negative thing to say.

Justin and Marquis did an excellent job replacing our entire HVAC unit. He was extremely polite and professional. Thank you Justin for the saving the day!!

I had Johnny come over to fix my A/C unit after the thermostat reported a problem. When he came over, he discovered that there was no problem with the unit and just needed a filter change. He was very knowledgeable and gave good advice about caring for the A/C unit.

Since there was no problem with the A/C unit (and he was already nearby), he didn't charge me for the visit. I am definitely going to use him for all of my future climate control needs. It is always a pleasure working with honest craftsmen.

As a manager of a window and door company, I have been in the sales and customer service business for most of my work life. When I was in need of a new AC, after my 20 year old unit finally failed. I proceeded to get estimates from a few different companies. This gave me an experience being on the consumer side rather than the business side of things. I let all the visiting  AC company representatives know that I was in sales, and that I only plan on living in the home for a couple of years, and that I needed a good AC at a reasonable price and didn't need anything fancy just the bare minimum.  This pretty much fell on deaf ears. They have a saying Never sale a salesman every up sale and pitch you could ever hear of from most of the appointments. Until Bill from Hays cooling and heating came through my door. Very punctual, professional, listened to my needs. Very soft approach.  Ultimately didn't try to sell me. Was very reasonably priced and was so impressed with the experience I moved forward with the purchase right away. They were very quick on installing the new AC a few days later just in time for the 115 degree weather. Workman where clean courteous and professional. Very pleased with the whole experience.  The Icing on the cake was a few weeks later my small rental property I owned unfortunately the AC  failed also, I didn't hesitate to call Hays again. It was nice to see Bill again, and as before listened to my needs and Hays hit a second home run with me. I highly recommend Hays cooling and heating,  and will not hesitate to refer to friends or family , and or call them for all my future AC needs. Very highly recommended.

Cannot give this local company enough compliments for its gold standards in customer service! They will go above and beyond for the customer. I have a rental property which needed an AC replacement, and needed prompt and reliable service. The tenant was not the most hospitable, but Randy, one of the co-owners of the company, was extremely professional in inspecting the property and getting back to me with his recommendations. Their pricing is extremely fair, but the communication and trustworthiness with their customers is what will always bring back repeat clients! So many businesses could learn from them! Gabriel is a lifesaver! The AC went out in my Airbnb unit the morning before a guest was supposed to arrive, and Gabriel came out right away and fixed it within a couple of hours. Super professional and reliable--I would call them any time I need a repair and I recommend them to anyone!

So I wake up on a Sunday morning and it's 91 in my house... I first called a large chain AC place and briefly spoke with a receptionist/scheduler. Was given a 5 hour time frame and just didn't feel she (the company) really cared. I then decided to try someone else and I could not be more pleased with who I called!
David (the owner of Biltmore Mechanical H&C) picked up, very pleasant (again calling on a Sunday morning...) right from the get go. He was already on a call and gave me a 2 hour window (1-3); I said I'll take it, but earlier the better. Come 11am he stated he was able to finish the other job quicker than expected and could be over sooner.
11:30; David is here and in less than 1 hour, my AC was running again! Bad wiring led to compressor not kicking on/cooling. He checked  all aspects of outdoor unit (Freon levels, ensure equipment was working properly, etc.). He probably could have upsold me on something I didn't need to make an extra buck, but he didn't and I am very thankful for that (as I'm no millionaire...). He explained everything in a friendly / professional manner and I am so thankful that once again, myself and my dog are cool! Just in time, as it's about to be 115 on Thursday.

Overall great experience. Our A/C went out, called Brian who got me on the schedule for the following day, received both email and text confirmation as well as a text when Alan was on the way. Service was quick and Alan was very nice. Highly recommend them.

We chose to have Ideal Energy bid on a project that included having an SRP approved Energy Audit completed, adding insulation and the possibility of installing a new HVAC system for our home based on the stellar reviews of previous customers here on Yelp. All I can say is WOW!!! First of all, this company knows how to communicate with it's customers and every single person I encountered via phone or person was always professional, courteous and attentive with any questions/concerns.

Alex (Co-Owner) was always on time for appointments, very thorough when completing the energy audit and NEVER made myself or my wife feel pressured to buy ANYTHING. He explained how and what could be done but more importantly, what needed to be done to make our home more energy efficient. Elena (Co-Owner) was extremely helpful with setting up the SRP Rebate process which was streamlined and extremely easy, helping set up the funding PROMO for the project w/ local bank (0% APR 60mo - No early payoff penalty), and was able to get us scheduled 22 days ahead of our initial scheduled construction date. Chris (Construction Manager) and his crew ALWAYS showed up on time, displayed professionalism at all times and did a thorough clean up at the end of each construction day that went above and beyond what I've come to expect from most companies. Attitudes were great, they take pride in there work with keen attention to detail and NO CUTTING CORNERS ensuring a job done right. Construction was completed a day ahead of schedule because every single employee on the construction site busted his/her tail to get the job done right the first time.

After construction was completed, Chris gave a relaxed (not rushed) tutorial of how to use the new thermostat (which is the brains of the system). Chris also advised my wife and I that it isn't uncommon to have small adjustments made to a new system install as each customer or project has different demands that aren't realized until after the new system is up and running. After a few days of testing out our new HVAC system it was determined that a few minor tweeks needed to be made to the on board computer system which controls air flow, fan speed, how much etc. It's a smart system that has set parameters that only technicians can access. Chris and another technician came back the next day, on time and quickly was able to change certain parameters and verify. PERFECT!

We used to have a few hot rooms and a cold master bedroom upstairs with no control as our old thermostat was located in the hall. Our master bedroom would be consistently 2º cooler than the temp at the thermostat and our hot rooms easily 8º warmer than the temp at the thermostat. What a waste of energy...  NOT ANY MORE! Now we can control the temperature in individual rooms so nobody is too hot or too cold. It truly has been a wonderful experience having Ideal Energy as our contractor.

Highly recommend! These guys were great and came out the next day for an HVAC tune up requested by the people buying our house. Great to work with!

I used ProSkill for a complete replacement of a roof top A/C unit. The team was fast, efficient, polite, skilled and fast. Austin Sherman from Sure Temp Air conditioning installed a new thermostat for us today. I can't say enough good words about Austin and Sure Temp. He is very friendly and personable, friendly and took extra time explaining to us what he was doing. We have not had a thermostat like this before so Austin made sure we were comfortable with the programming, etc. We have nothing but high praise for this company and highly recommend them.

Have used them two times now and they are great. Competitive pricing and don't try and up sell. Very honest on what they can fix and what you will need in the future.  Would highly recommend.

Experience from start to finish was great. Received email confirmation of the appointment and txt messages from the technician when he was in route. Technician was kind and courteous while performing his duties. Received receipt via email. I will be scheduling another appointment for a rental property I have. Would recommend this company to friends and family.

We own a home that we rent out when are not using it, and wanted to try preventing any problems from arising when we aren't around, so based on the reviews seen here, we had M&R out to do a preventative maintenance visit. Oscar arrived when he said he would, was very polite, and gave an explanation of what he would be doing. He invited me to watch as he went through things as well if I was interested, which I was since I am a bit of a DIYer. He explained as he did the electrical tests on all the motors and capacitors in both the heating and cooling systems. He found one capacitor that he said was out of specification and on its way to failure, but may still work for awhile. He gave us the option of replacing it now, or waiting to see if we could get some more time out of it. He gave us a reasonable price for replacing it now, which we decided to do rather than have to pay for a service call at a later date. Oscar washed out the AC condenser coils last to keep from dragging any mess that might have made into the house. Nice to see a service person taking those things into consideration. He ended the service by asking if we had any questions or concerns about our system, and stated that while our systems are older, they are both in good working condition, and would probably last quite some time yet. We would highly recommend this company, and Oscar in particular!

.  .I had some issues with Goettl regarding the installation of new air ducts in my home.  I must say, things got off to a very rough start.  We weren't communicating very well. Finally, after 5 days everything seems to have straightened out.  The Goettl people bent over backwards to get the job right.  One of their supervisors, Rosco, managed to fix all the problems.  He was a tremendous help.  This was the kind of customer service I've come to expect from the people at Goettl.
