I called Reddi Services on a Friday afternoon to take a look at a broken Vacuum Pressure Breaker on my exterior water supply. They came out within a few hours and quoted me a price to fix the problem. There was no charge for the initial consultation. I called the next morning (Saturday) to schedule same day service and was told that a technician would phone me within 30-45 minutes of arrival. There was no additional charge for Saturday service. Frank Mata arrived in the time frame I was given and gave me the same assessment as the previous technician. When we confirmed that I wanted to do the work, he quickly went to locate the part for the repair. Within an hour, the problem was fixed and my sprinklers were up and running again. Frank was courteous, helpful, friendly, professional and very capable! I paid exactly what I was quoted with no surprises. I would happily have him back or anyone from Reddi Services to work on any plumbing issue I have in the future. Five stars!!!

We were in desperate need of an entire replacement of our HVAC system. We called Goettl and they came and showed us our options. The next day they swapped out the entire system. They did it in 24 hours from when we said go ahead.
We also had a tankless water heater installed too.
The workers were super nice. All 7 of them were great.
Everything they installed looks like state of the art top notch stuff. I am impressed. We paid plenty for it though. It is costing us a small fortune but I will not be worrying about our system for years.

Tenants claimed that house was not cooling. Ace air came out and diagnosed that there was a clog in the A/C unit. Ace charged us $917 and cleared the clog. After running the A/C for 2 days house would still not cool below 81. Ace is telling us that the A/C unit runs fine and the house is suddenly not insulated appropriately. (the house cooled just fine for 4 years) We requested a partial refund because we believe that the first issue was misdiagnosed. The manager was quite rude, would not listen to our concerns and got very defensive. In the end they still couldn't give us a reasonable reason why the house would not cool below 81. We decided to part ways and i cancelled the 2 year service agreement i had with them and asked them not to send anyone else out to the house. I will never use this company again and would not recommend them.
