After waiting 7 week's for an appointment their technician called 20 minutes late to tell me he was just then leaving.

We had to have the drain system in our home replaced due to breakage (it was cast iron). We understood from the onset that it would require ripping out our bathroom. We hired a plumbing company to jackhammer the slab and take care of it. But we still needed to have our bathroom put back. Enter Vlad. From the onset it was not a small job, as you can see from the photos. Vlad was undaunted and let us know exactly what he could do for us. He made suggestions and recommendations that helped us pick out our new materials. Older homes like ours can always pose challenges and that was definitely the case here. But Vlad worked diligently until everything was completed. We couldn't be happier with our new bathroom! We would absolutely hire Vlad again for any of our contractor needs!

Can't say enough good things. So responsive, helpful, honest and really good work. We will definitely use them again in the near future. Extremely competent and very reasonable prices!

PlumbSmart did a great job on my water repair. The tech John was on time, professional and funny! He did the work in a timely manner and cleaned up after himself. When he was done I asked for a couple quotes and they were reasonable. He did not pressure me to get the work done, he just explained they offer financing and would send the quote for me to keep. I will be using this company again!

It's a little scary for your senior citizen mom when she has to have repairs done on her home. Moe came out the same day (within an hour actually), and gave us the rundown and a beyond fair price. I'm always happy to use someone that is more concerned with the relationship vs making a buck. Service was on point and mom was happy. Thanks a million Moe! The young man who came out this time was wonderful.  He was kind, knowledgeable and was the first of 3 technicians who actually had the Goettl flashlight to give me.

Nothing professional about this company. My brand new unit was installed wrong, which caused the condensation to leak through my ceiling. I woke up to a complete mess and a waterlogged ceiling which had to be repaired as well as another expensive fix for the AC unit. The 3 Stooges once said, Don't worry, we always fix it right the 2nd time! These guys can't even do that. A completely shady business to be avoided at all costs.

David Belnavis is a skilled technician with excellent follow up and excellent customer skills.   He went above and beyond for us to get a new 5 ton AC installed in one day.   He was able to redesign some of the duct work to allow the AC to cool more efficiently.
