Very fast response for a non critical issue. easy to deal with.

i am asking all of you out there stay out from this guys they are noting but lies and and they don't show on time and i tell the reason why!!
i been using them once and the wile and every time i used them  all ways problem. this week i call them for pipe got clocked on monday and booked for next day from 10 am to 1pm so check this out wait wait wait nothing phone ring at 2:00 we are so sorry our technician is ruining little bit late he will be there in half hour so and also that fail 3 o clock nothing, i have to call someone else in half hour the problem is resolved with flying colors. so what it get more interesting is there master technician shows up at 4 pm and i am watching from ccv cameras he stays in the vehicle for about 20 min or so then he get off i went to speak to him toll you are late very very late !!!
the all point of this is the after 4 pm they have different rate much higher that's where they suck blood out of you. i know the there plan very well.
you lost my time and money !!!

These guys showed up when I needed them. They arrived with the appropriate protection during COVID which I was happy to see.
He went immediately to work. He realized I didn't really need to replace my garbage disposal and saved me a bunch of money. He also identified other issues that I had while checking out and replacing a leaking faucet. He gave me the  honest approach and not the salesman approach which I extremely appreciate.
He did good work and I'm happy with the service I received. I would definitely hire them again and recommend them to anyone in need of a good plumber. Good Service, Good Price!

Needed a pipe cleared out.  I called and got an appointment within a few days.  The tech, Steve, was prompt, professional and nice.  He worked quickly to take care of the clog and was on his way.  I highly recommend these guys.

This is the second time I've called Matt for my plumbing needs.  Last week when I called him in the morning he was able to come over in a few hours and handle my pumping issue.  He is very courteous, knowledgeable and an all around nice person.  I know I can count on SMASH PLUMBING to handle all my personal plumbing needs and for other service needs of our condominium building.

These folks are supper knowledgable about plumbing fixtures and were very patient with me. i came in with a time sensitive order and they did everything they could to make it happen.

Water was gushing from our side of the water meter.  We managed to turn the water off at the meter and called American Home Plumbing Service.  Raheb was here within a few hours and had our water back on.

Savior Plumbing is reliable, extremely pleasant, competitively priced, although not the cheapest, super competent with excellent results, and very responsive. What is best, however, is the trust they instill with their direct, honest, and transparent style. Double thumbs up!

As a small business owner I tend to expect a lot when it comes to customer service.  Fast Response exceeded my expectations in every way.  

Short review: The entire Fast Response team is professional, courteous, efficient and most importantly knowledgeable.  You can stop looking now.  

Long Review:  We called Fast Response on a Friday morning as our tenant's water heater stopped working.  Fast Response gave me a 4-6PM service window but would try to get someone out sooner if possible.  At 3PM I received a call that a plumber was on the way to our rental.  

Billy the plumber assigned to our job is a rockstar.  Billy immediately identified the issue and patiently explained the situation to our tenants. (No fun task since the part would have to be shipped). He then advised me that my water heater was most likely still under warranty (I had no idea) and carefully explained how to file a claim.  However, Billy did not stop there.  He then explained to me that this particular water heater would most likely require an additional repair in the future and advised me to request that part as well from the warranty company.  He then arranged to have the part shipped directly to their office over the weekend to avoid delay and even gave me his cell number so I could forward him the tracking number.

When the parts arrived Billy coordinated with my tenants to get the work done and then advised me when it was complete.  From start to finish Billy kept me and my tenants informed as to his progress. This is what excellent customer service looks like.  Thanks again Fast Response & Billy!

I noticed water under our water heater on Saturday morning and Bob's name and number were written on it.  He installed the water heater for the previous owner over 10 years ago.  I called Bob and left a message. He called back within an hour and said he had other jobs lined up for the day but he could come by at 4 PM. He asked me questions over the phone that confirmed that the problem was a leak within the tank. Bob was on time and knew immediately what to do. Within two hours, he had removed the old water heater and installed a new one. There were a couple of drain lines still to install, but it was getting late, so he came back Sunday morning at 10, again on time, to finish the job. Bob is affable, capable, efficient and clearly takes great pride in his work. His dogs are friendly, too. I highly recommend Bob Cowden plumbing.

Wilver and his team are one of the best companies we worked with.  They're super responsive, quick, and honest about everything upfront.  Wilver explains all the work that needs to be done step by step so there aren't any surprises. We highly recommend them!

Bart from Everclear is great. He's a professional, honest, friendly guy who's upfront and doesn't overcharge. I had a clogged drain and he arrived on time, got it resolved, and charged me the price he quoted even though it was more effort than he anticipated. He even gave me a warranty on his fix which he made good on when a sink started dripping again. I will be calling him again!

Called Mark this past Friday about replacing my leaky faucet. His first availability was Sunday so we scheduled it for then.

He text me Saturday reconfirming our Sunday appointment and I told him we're good to go. I then asked if he could give me any break on his rate since I was kind of in the hole already since I had to buy a whole new faucet.

Apparently, he was offended that I would dare ask him for a discount in the midst of my economic challenge. He blatantly told me that I should go look for another plumber and not to expect him at our scheduled appointment.

Marks customer service and business conduct is poor. Go to someone else. If you need plumbing look up handyman in the YELP search box. A lot of handymans can do the job a plumber does and for cheaper.
