Majid is very responsive and knows his stuff well, I needed him twice urgently and both times he came true and took care of things for me.  I will definitely call him for the next water heater or plumbing related needs.

I am very frustrated and angry with this company. I called this morning and their dispatcher and schedule an appointment for the same day which she said would be from 4:00pm to 6:00pm.

Sheryl (I think) who does scheduling was super helpful and very sweet!
Guys came out and got our job done efficient and friendly. Did what I needed and got in and out.

This is the second time using Plumbing Care. Just like the last time - and that's why I called them again - they were very professional and efficient. Alejandro came out (after hours) to check on a faulty water heater. Long story short, he replaced the water heater, while being mindful of my neighbors (the job started around 10 pm), and had hot water flowing in no time. Thanks again Plumbing Care team!

Mike Counsil Plumbing contacted me quickly, scheduled a technician to come to my home to see the water heater, and answered my questions about the various water heater options. The technician gave me  a no-surprises estimate before he started the work.  Mike Counsil uses highly rated water heaters. They did an excellent job on the install, I was happy to get a competitive price which also included the permit. A very professional company and their GM, Patty, was very helpful!

Chuck is the best. Incredible customer service. Early this morning, my smoke alarm started chirping, and of course it is impossibly high for me to reach even with my step stool. I also have a son with Fragile X Syndrome/Autism who can't tolerate noise. Needless to say, our house was not happy this morning. I found Chuck on Yelp. Called him this morning, he came right over, very professional, and took care of the battery change. . I was still able to leave for work on time! Highly recommend.

Fernando, Bulmaro, and Julio were the contractors that helped prepare my condo to be move-in ready and they did an amazing job.  They repainted the walls, repaired everything that needed to be repaired, and stained the kitchen cabinets at just the right color, which was difficult to do given its incredibly specific coloring.  They were kind, friendly, considerate, efficient, and got the job done sooner than I was expecting.  I look forward to working with them again in the future.

Well my water heater will not fire up. Base on good review I called Bellows plumbing. Basically they just sent me a sales man who wears dress shirt and does not seem like a technician. I believed his only intention is sell me a new heater with no intention of fixing it.  He has no part or anything in hand. He basically just turn the switch a few time just try to ignite the heater a few time and see no spark which I could've done then he immediately said is the heating unit need to replace he say part and labor will cost about 2000 dollars to fix it and they don't have the part and it will take 2 week to get it. To me it seems like they  try to taking advantage of a water heater is crucial situation, which I could not wait 2 weeks  but he  strongly recommend me to get a new water heater for 5k and they have the heater in stock can do it next day. Well my heater is about 8 Years old which I spent about 3k in 2014 to replace it. I assume it should at lease worth it to repair it. I just say I need to think about it. So he charge me 149 diagnostic fee that is fine. Then I call another smaller company and got it fixed for 300 dollars same day and he has the parts with him.   He say just some part in the ignitor need to change. He felt the heater is in good shape so he say I should repair it.

I am not sure which company  is right or wrong but the water heater has been working 2 month now with no issue with this 300 dollars repair from another company.  I would assume a 8 years old water heater should at lease repairable with reasonable cost. Maybe it's the inflation but I think 2k just fix the heater and it take 2 weeks  to get the part is just highway robbery.  Why other company I later use could fix it same day for $300, and while Bellows company could not even offer me any options to get my heater at lease going for now, except wait 2 weeks for the $2k  parts and labor or get a 5k heater next day.  seems like they just want me to get a new $5k heater from them taking advantage of emergency situation. I also ask the other company I use if I need a new heater how much they will charge me and they say would be about $3500 vs Bellow's $5k heater quote.   I previously left the review to wrong branch, so I remove the existing review.  The review is for San Rafael Branch. It seems how aggressive their business manager defending any negative review. It is hilarious she can know who I am and  find invoice base just on my yelp handle. The name of the salesman or technician they send is Bradford F.

A few months ago I needed a new water heater and I called him and few other plumber. His price was very reasonable and he showed up on time He installed a new water heater, he also gave us one year parts and labor warranty.
I strongly recommend all city plumbing.

I signed up for yelp just to leave this review. We had a leak in the backyard and wasn't sure if it was from the irrigation system or the pipe to the hose. In trying to figure out the issues, we found other plumbing issues. (Seriously, when one thing breaks, other things break too.) Either way, we needed professional help.
I had a horrible experience with another plumber (pulled some sleazy sales tactics to get me to do business with him and overall made the water issues worse), so I really appreciated that Tai was honest and didn't try to swindle me just because I'm a woman. He was responsive, efficient, knowledgeable, and my mother-in-law really enjoyed talking to him. (It's always great when in-laws are happy).
For any future plumbing issues, we're calling Tai. Service was wonderful, price was reasonable, and he proved to be trustworthy.

Marquez plumbing was so quick to get back to my inquiry. I needed a new water heater and they immediately gave me an excellent quote with details on what I was paying for. They showed up and had consistent communication with me the day of the appointment. I will definitely call them back for future jobs.

Great response/communication very polite and quality work. I paid the price I was quoted and was very pleased with how the job (toilet installations) turned out. Happy to have found a reliable way plumber for future needs as they may arise. Would definitely recommend.

I saw Dan working on my neighbor's house, so I asked him to come take a look at a leak we're having in our bathroom sink.  He came, showed me that the problem is with the faucet, and gave a reasonable quote for the full service of going to Home Depot, buy the faucet, and install it.  He went there, sent me photos of faucets to buy, and then came and installed it, all within about one hour.  The installation was well done.  He left everything clean and tidy.  No dirty rags, no oil stains anywhere.  The faucet works as expected.  Overall a very stress-free experience.

Kevin Bueno came out to my house and fixed my tub handset and hot water settings. He was fast, courteous and very neat. Thanks Kevin for a great job.

So picture this. Holiday weekend, day after Thanksgiving. In laws at the house. Birthday party in 4 hours. 20 people coming. Clogged kitchen sink. In the process of trying to unclog it, blew out some pipes, just about exploded, mess like you can't believe (don't ask trust me). Called  EVERYWHERE to get this fixed.  Got hold of Ernie's, Ernie Jr came out within the hour. He replaced all the pipes under our kitchen sink, had us up an running in about 40 mins. Friendly, clean and quick. Love these guys. Would call again anytime. Thanks!
