Expert staff, very reaonable pricing.
The came to my house to inspect a slow drain issue which has been going on for over a year. Previously a plumber ran a snake through the line all the way through the sewer main, it did not fix anything.
The crew who came inspected it, they replaced the faulty pipe causing persistent clogging, the issue is now gone. They warranty their work for a year.
I highly recommend you contact these guys if you have any pluming/piping issue.

Our rental house in San Jose had a serious gas leak.  Our tenants, a family of 5, including a newborn, had to vacate.
Alert Plumbing, Raul, inspected, and began work right away.  They even worked on their day off so the family could move back in the house!
When PGE came to turn the gas back on, they refused to climb a ladder to turn the furnace back on!
Raul's team turned it back on for the tenants.
Can't say enough about their professional AND caring service!

We had a kitchen sink issue as the garbage disposal had stopped working.  Todd at Aptos Plumbing set up an appt for the next day. The guys showed up on time and immediately decided the disposal was jammed and set about fixing it. Unjammed the unit and we ran a few cups of ice through to clean out the gunk. All works perfectly now and we didn't have to buy a new disposal!

We were pleased with the promptness and quick diagnosis. Price was fair. Did not try to upsell us things we didn't need. Will definitely call them again if we have plumbing issues.

I have the water heater replaced by George and I  recommend him 100 percent to anyone.He is  very honest and will run

Wally arrived on time and replaced our old defective kitchen faucet with a new one. He double checked all the connections, and tested the installation to make sure everything is working fine. Excellent, honest,  courteous and very professional. Highly recommended ...You won't be disappointed!

I've used Fuse twice in the last year for my home gas heaters. My hse was built in the 90s and the control board just gave out! Chirill Z. came for a diagnostic check and ended up completing the entire project for me on the same day!! With the freezing weather, this expedited service was so appreciated! Chirill was knowledgeable, professional, amicable and dedicated. He went to 2 different spots to get our control board. It's so rare to find such impeccable service like this anymore. Set up an appointment on Monday for Wed. Tuesday get a call back from their office saying they lost all my info and were not sure when the appointment was set for. They also needed my info again(address, problem discription etc.) Got the slot 11-1pm for Wed again. On the day of the appointment around 12:30-45pm got a call that someone will contact me soon about coming to my home. 1:35pm get a call from Angelo that he will be at my house in about 30-40 minutes till 2:30pm, all this  with an appointment time of 11am-1pm!!!

If this is the type of service you get by booking 3 days in advance, dont really know what type of people I am dealing with. Just my experience after all I do have not have a common name...

Lets see what they will do about this....

OK here is what happened. Called them after 2pm to reschedule. I explained to the lady on the phone who said she will have to talk to the owner as after 6pm its another rate for the plumber. After about an hour I got a call and she told me that we could be accomodated after 5pm and the owner himself Kevin would be there. I would have still been at work but assured her someone will be at home to let Kevin in. Sure enough Kevin appeared and was a true gentleman and professional. Not only did he work for almost 2 hours he charged us for an hour knowing what happned earlier. All I can say is that I am a fan and will recommend him to all my friends!!! Extrememly happy with the quality of work and professionalism.

George has met our plumbing needs many times, always with good result.  He provided same-day service today for a clogged kitchen drain, putting our kitchen back in service.  We always ask for George.

Bart and Nick did a great job analyzing and fixing a slow drainage problem I have been having.  They were thorough with their investigating and careful to confirm the problem had been fixed prior to departing.  I would definitely use them again and would recommend them to others as well.

I request for plumbing service on Yelp and Warranted Plumbing Service responded and was able to go to my property to check out the issue.  The whole process and communication was very smooth.  My tenant was very happy with the repair and told me they did a very good job.  I will definitely use this company again.

Steve did a great job installing the water filtration system in our basement.  He is up front with the customer on all issues.  He and his crew were diligent in their work.  The finished product was clean and professional.  Steve also took the extra step to tie down some equipment with straps to guard against damage from earthquakes.  That in itself showed me the guy cares about his work and goes the extra mile to make sure it's done right.

Yes they arrived on time, but they had a cocky attitude and....

.....for a simple yard pipe leak they wanted $225....no thanks....I went to the Day Worker Center and found a worker who did it for $100 + parts = $125

My 18-year old hot water heat broken on a Thursday night. The next morning Victor called me with a fair price to replace it. That afternoon Abraham and Christian came out and replaced it. Arrived on time, very polite, very professional job. They delivered just as promised. Will definitely use them again.

Yes I'm a fan and would recommend them. They just finished a complete repipe of our entire home. The water was off on the 1st day from around 9 am and back on around 6 pm. Our house is only 11 years old but we never got almost instant hot water until this company replace and insulated all the hot water pipes. Now it's nearly instant hot water all the time. They recommended new valves for our washing machine and had to reroute an outdoor faucet which was completed in a timely manner. There were a couple of minor delays in the complete job but Veronica in their office was pleasant to deal with and kept us well informed. And by the way, the total price was approx. $3500.00 less than 2 other bids we had acquired.
