I noticed a leak in my first floor ceiling and got worried. We poked around and a gush of water came out. It was a weekend so I knew no one would come out. I called Ray and he gave me some directions on how to keep things at bay until he could come out. When he did come to take a look, he was on time and super nice. He put my mind at ease and we'll be working on the repairs. It's a bigger job than I anticipated but I feel comfortable working with Ray.

I had a sewer line with root intrusion (at the seam of the cast iron pipe mate with terracotta pipe), and Freddy talked me through my situation and options. He gave me peace of mind, which was important for the cost of the project.

Purchased this house 15 years ago in Hurst, Texas and have had continual plumbing problems.  Due to old cast iron pipes, roots and shifting clay veins in sandy soil I've spent a small fortune on rooter services, along with licensed plumbers.  Everyone had a different opinion. With the latest blockage resulting in clean water flooding part of the house. From start to finish, nothing but excellent service.  Jason Lewis came out to quote for replacing my water heaters.  I called one day, he came out next day as promised.  His pricing was VERY FAIR compared to several other plumbers that quoted me on same.  Within a week, my heaters were efficiently replaced and I'm back in business.  Just excellent performance all around

Our shower started draining slowly and pooling water, so we called True Plumbing and they sent someone out fairly quickly (within two days - it wasn't an emergency). We were given status updates for when the plumber would arrive, which was appreciated.
The plumber snaked the drain and $200 later, we were all good.

The next day, I was doing laundry on the other side of the house and I noticed water pooling on the floor. We called True again and they sent someone out the following day. This guy snaked the other side of the house and was in and out pretty quickly, with no charge.

Our experience with True was great and I will call them again if we ever have any other plumbing needs.

After loss of hot water & a subsequent flood in the garage, we needed to find a good plumbing service fast. After seeing the positive reviews for O'Bryan Plumbing, I called them right away. I spoke to the kindest people at their office and they sent someone out as quickly as they could. We got an estimate and gave the go-ahead for a new water heater. Everything was fantastic! I will be definitely be going to them for future plumbing crises!

I would like to thank  Direct Source Plumbing for coming to my rescue.  They did an outstanding job. I had called a different plumbing first to diagnose my problem. The first plumbing company said that I had a slab leak. This company told me that I had to options to fix the problem.  One was to re-pipe  the plumbing through the attic, which was less expensive or they could tear up my slab, which was more expensive. They were also going to have rip out my walls to get to the pipes. It was then going to be up to me and my insurance company to repair the damage they created. I had a very uneasy feeling about their assessment of the situation. I called Direct Source Plumbing for a second opinion before any work was done by the first plumbing company. The Direct Source plumbers  took the time to listen to my concerns and then proceeded to do a follow up inspection. The Direct Source plumbers found the source of my leak within minutes. They said it was NOT a slab leak at all. They discovered that I had a leak in one of my pipes in my sprinkler system. All the other work that the first plumbing company was going to do  and CHARGE me for was unnecessary and also fraudulent.  Thank you again Direct Source Plumbing for coming to my rescue.

I had to have major work on my wash out.  There were roots growing into my line and the connections were off.  Stram was great and walked me through it all showing me everything on his camera.  The price was very reasonable and they did quick work.  I'm very thankful to their professionalism and work quality as I was in a tough spot.

I initially messaged Bow Tie to see when they could come out and check out a plumbing issue I was having. They responded just shortly after I'd contacted them, the next day or so they were here to do an inspection.

Kenny is an awesome plumber and actually cares about his customers.  After 2 other plumbers couldn't find the time to come out to my house sent by my insurance agency, Kenny came, after hours to fix a problem that was more than just a leak.

Augerpros installed our water heater and remove the old one. The work was done satisfactorily, no issues, so have to rate the work as satisfactory.

I knew I had a near 20 yo water heater and called to inquire about tankless replacement option. One of Legacy's master plumbers called me back and asked me what problem I was trying to solve. At the end of that conversation it was clear I didn't need to spend more on a tankless system and that simply replacing my current 50 gallon tank was the best option for me. I appreciated not being sold something I didn't need. They actually scheduled my estimate for later that same afternoon. They came prepared to replace the tank which they did since I was in a no better time than the present mood. My old tank was in bad shape with the bottom of the tank rusted out and disintegrating in the overflow pan. The in and out water lines were also 50% clogged with residue. So turns out the timing was perfect. Both technicians were excellent and explained all the code related items. Total price for water heater and installation was $1829. I'm certain I could have paid a few hundred $ less though Home Depot or Lowe's but it would have been a different water heater and I find their installation services hit or miss. Legacy made the replacement process easy and worry free!

Honest and reliable company.

We called Tioga to help my elderly mom sort out her complicated electricity issues. She had already hired another company to do several hundreds of dollars of work in her home; to no prevail.

We were concerned that maybe another company would take advantage of her again and flew in from New York to help her get a solution. A rep from Tioga came to her house and gave us an honest and comprehensive outline of what the issue was. He also proposed solutions at different price points that would resolve her ongoing electrical issues.
