Odi is the best! He always shows up right on time, gives me a fair price, and doesn't cut corners. Oakland rooter has helped me with new plumbing installs, toilet installs, and various other fixes that I've needed around our house. I would highly recommend them, and especially Odi.

I would give these guys 6 stars if I could.  We had an issue with a drain blockage as a result of some remodeling work in our Eichler.  Eichler's are notoriously tricky for plumbing issues given that they are built on a slab.  When our remodeling contractors couldn't fix the problem, we called another plumbing company who couldn't either.  They told us we needed to find someone who would hydrojet the line to fix the problem.  James from Golden State Plumber came out promptly and came up with a creative solution to fix the problem.  He spent several hours over multiple visits diagnosing and fixing the blockage.  We could not be more impressed with his level of customer focus.  He and his brother are the real deal.   Highly recommend.

This is my first yelp review after my second time using them.

My home had a stoppage in bathroom and toilet - bad smell water would back up out of tub and toilet when we flush, take shower, run the washers etc... We had a Home Protection Plan so default is to call them first. The vendor finally came after a couple days due to Christmas, He wandered for over half an hour and cannot clear it up. He claimed it's out of his snake's range (110 feet) and even with a longer snake it won't help. He recommended us a $800-1000 project to open up another clean out which we think is outragious. Since this project won't be coverred by our Plan, we called Richard right away because he did a great job last time fixing our toilet. He came in within 2 hours and cleared it up in 10 minutes. He used a 125 feet snake but had touched the stoppage at around 75 feet. Of course he went all the way to 125 feet to make sure it all cleared up. Compared with a $800-1000 project, we paid $125, exactly the same as he estimated over the phone, and it is worth of every penny.

Adam and his team did a great job, my wife and I have used him before doing small repairs. But when it came to doing the full-scale movement and replacement of our hot water heater. He was our first call, the work was done on time, on budget, and the quality exceeded our expectations. I would highly recommend him to anyone my friends or family.

Back in 2011, they replaced a pipe from my water heater that had burst, and did great job at reasonable price. Today, Jim came back to fix a leak in the copper pipe they had replaced in 2011, and not only did he replaced  that one, he also replaced the one that was attached to it, free of charge! Because they stand by they work!

needed to replace shower cartridge. Awais responded to my yelp message quickly and he was able to do diagnosis using a video i send it via text. He came on time and was in n out very quick. I will definitely call him back for my plumbing needs.

We needed to replace our garbage disposal. I requested a quote on a Sunday. Abdul replied right away and asked for a photo of the unit. He arrived on Tuesday morning, replaced the garbage disposal, snaked the line, and was all packed up within the hour. He let us watch as he snaked the line and cleared out years of greasy gunk buildup. Then he showed us how to maintain the unit to ensure that the disposal continues to work and the line remains clear of debris...He joked that he didn't mind losing the business, but I appreciated maintenance tips. Abdul truly cares about his work. His rate was reasonable. In addition, he was friendly, respectful, and professional. I was happy to support a locally owned and operated business.  Thanks, Abdul!

Had one of the employees Jared come in today and he was a great help! He figured out what was wrong with our toilet after 3 other plumbers were left clueless! Thanks to him we now have a solution to our problem and I can't recommend this company enough. If you can, ask for Jared and you'll be sure to get excellent service!

Saw some good review about Van. Called at dinner for tomorrow Service.  Left message with answering service.  Van called me around  9m Said he can see me at 1-2 pm the next day. Told him I only needed to change the leaky shut off valve and supply line to the toilet tank. Possibly 1/2 hour at the most but understand may be an one hour minimum charge. Van said he does not charge by time but by the job. He wanted $170 which is normally a $80-100 job. Van had attitude and told me to look for someone else.

Diego fixed our clogged toilet and replaced parts of the toilet. He was very professional, clean, and conscientious throughout the whole process, and took time to check that the problems are indeed fixed. We will definitely use OC plumbing again because of our pleasant experience with Diego.

I had trees fall on my sewer line.. Bailey came right out and took care of it right away.. They had a crew of 6 for 12 hours.. Great job

I've been using Kenny Rogers Plumbing for quite a long time now and have had good experiences with every plumbing job they've done for my home or business.  Although I've used their plumbers at home, mostly I've needed them for my business, since I've got a commercial property with a number of bathrooms, kitchen, and so on.  I cannot afford to have down time with the plumbing at my business, so if I have a plumbing issue, I call Kenny Rogers Plumbing right away.

Axel responded to my request for bids on replacing my sewer lateral, was responsive and helped me understand the differences between options. D&Ws TrenchFree technology was what fit my situation best. They completed the job quickly, barely disrupted our yard and garden and came at a good price. I'd recommend them for anybody.

I found out that we had water leak when we got our water bill. I messaged Joseph and he was very quick in replying. He came the next day and was able to find two leaks and fixed them within few hours. Very professional. I've been very happy with all the work that he's done. Highly recommend.

I was charged $1997 for a $435 dollar water heater. It wasn't enough that I paid $559 for an Upstairs installation and $409 for them to shut off my gas. To charge your customer an 80% markup is just egregious. Judy was awesome and the installers were professional. However I was shocked to learn the actual cost of my water heater after they left. HIGHWAY ROBBERY. Lesson Learned won't be using them again.

No knowledge of fixing hot water heater at all.
We have paid $125 first trip +$200 second trip to 99 Dollars plumbing
But they didn't solve the problem on no hot water coming out.
We end up have it repaired by a handyman who replaced the burner.
The burner was provided by Rheem warranty program.
The handyman we hired said, it should  be easy to read red lights on the control valve which tells you which part may be the problem .
There was No formal invoice
No repair description on the receipt
