This is my favorite plumbing company! They are very dependable just like their name says. Always professional and friendly. I have used them for many year for any plumbing problems I have and they always do an excellent job. Their prices are affordable too which is a plus. Recently they installed a reverse osmosis system for me in my kitchen and I LOVE it! My husband wasn't sure why I needed it but now he loves it too! The water tastes so fresh. I give them 5 stars for service, price and professionalism.

I needed help because my kitchen sick was clogged. I would have done it myself but I'm having back problems. The man came and helped me out. It really fixed it self but he did have to tighten a few things under the sink.

This company seems to have plenty of plumbers and trucks so they are able to come out in a timely manner which is important when you have a leak. We got an outdoor spigot replaced, and we are happy with the new one. The owner himself came by to help with the job and made sure it was done right and that we were completely satisfied. Mr. Adams has made numerous repairs in my home and has always been polite and punctual. He asks questions to be sure of the problem and quickly does his work. He is clean and tidy, never leaving a mess for me to clean up after. He responds quickly and personally to service calls. I feel he charges a reasonable fee. Whenever I need a plumber, he is the one I trust.

Had this company do a complete install of a new unit. The employees are nice and do good work installing the AC unit.
After the install, the sink below the attic that the AC drains into stopped draining to the point that it took 45 minutes to drain. The air pressure would build up in the pipe causing enough pressure that the sink would immediately stop draining. I called the company and asked if they could come fix the issue as I didn't want to void my warranty cutting into their work. I explained to them that they must have plugged the line, or changed what was already there because the plumbing into the sink could not breathe enough to drain. They argued with me treating me as if I didn't know what I was talking about and didn't want to send a tech out to fix something they did because it would be easy for me to fix instead. Their solution was to pour drano down the sink, or remove the trap underneath and clean it out. I told them that it wasn't the problem but would humor them anyway. I was too frustrated to call them back.
I ended up putting a Y fitting into the plumbing so it could breathe again and it started draining again with no problems.
If you know your plumbing, don't bother asking them to fix their work because it's an extremely big hassle. Just fix it yourself!!

They send experienced Journeyman Plumbers backed up by pix and cell to a Master Plumber.  JACOB was friendly, and glad to show and explain what he was doing.  Unfortunately, that probably took twice the time,  charged at $125/hr. But when I told him Price Pfister guaranteed the valve and I wanted to wait (1 week) to get the free replacement BROOKE in the office assured me there would be no additional charge when the part arrived.  She kept in touch, asking me if it had arrived.  Overall, a very good experience with good people.

My front yard was flooded  I knew it was my sprinkler system because the water was coming from it. A and j came foxes it in 1 hours for so low that we had them trim our trees and fix the spout out side, it has been broken for over a year, if I knew it would be that easy and affordable I would have called them sooner. I will use their services in the future again if needed.if

New to Texas and the new house had a catastrophic clog backing up. Was so happy to have Mansfield Plumbing answer the phone and promise to solve my issue same day. My water main recently broke and after calling a few places for estimates I decided to use Professor Plumb.

It was immediately apparent that they really know about pipes and plumbing which was what set them apart and swayed me to choose them.

They are easy to reach, arrive on time and their work is very well done and completed on time. They even made sure I wouldn't be without water during the repairs. Professional on all levels.

I'll be using them for all my plumbing needs in the future and will highly recommend them to anyone seeking a reliable and keep knowledgeable plumbing company.

If you value money do not use this company. Are the responsive?  Yes. Do they do good work? Yes pretty much. If you have no other option and have a major issue, maybe use them. But I would recommend trying your hardest to find another company. I can give you a list of 5 other plumbers just as good and 1/2 to 1/3 the cost.  I believe if you don't know any better then you would pay the price. I used them 2 years ago and the price was low and competitive. Fast forward to now and the cost has increased more than 400% for labor only. That's ridiculous.

Was told on phone first hour service call was $95. They replaced 2 stems and one divertor in a shower and 2 gaskets on 2 other stems then proceeded to charge $177 for the hour they were there and said that's their hourly rate. Guess I should of gotten it in writing. Rip off.

After 48 hours of no power, we then had 2 major pipes break which lead to water pouring from the ceiling in three different rooms in our house. We frantically searched for a good plumber to help and KMP literally saved the day and our house.

KMP was incredible from start to finish. The office was extremely nice and helpful and though they had to book us a few days out due to the overload from the storm, they promised if there were any cancellations they would get us in as soon as they could. They were AMAZING and got to us within 24 hours. John came to our rescue and, after assessing the situation, called in his two teammates Zach and Devon. All 3 of these guys were extremely professional and went above and beyond to help us fix our situation. We could not have had a better experience - especially during such a stressful time. Thank you, KMP! We will be recommending you to everyone we know!

These guys are amazing!!  After discovering a root blockage in a pipe underneath our foundation, we called a chain plumber to clear it and provide an estimate.  That estimate seemed high, so we called Jim England Plumbing upon recommendation.

Our job, which involved jackhammering through concrete to replace the broken pipe and clearing the sewer main, was completed ahead of schedule and under budget.  Mike & Brad were absolutely professional, very knowledgeable, and ever-conscious of choosing the best access method with the least destruction to our house.  They were even fun to be around!
