Best Faucet Repair in Chicago IL

I had a leak with my toilet that I tried to fix myself, but ran into some questions and thought I needed to have a plumber help with the issue (Wax seal failed).  I called Drain-EEZ on Sunday at noon, expecting to get an answering service, but was greeted by a plumber (from the other reviews, his name was probably Pat).  The plumber talked me through what I needed to do free of charge and even told me that I could call him back if I had more questions.  If I ever have any other plumbing needs, I'm definitely going with Drain-EEZ.  Not many people would help free of charge on a Sunday.

Pete and Noah were communicative, punctual, friendly, and speedy. I would not hesitate to give them a ring in the future!

After calling around and getting quotes for a kitchen sink backup (and thinking the garbage disposal gave up the ghost), I called Levi's Plumbing, expecting vague answers and being told that they'd charge time and a half to come out the same day. Not only did Tony call me back within 5 minutes of getting the message from the first guy who answered the phone, but he told he'd stop by my place after the job he was on his way to. He called me back and told me he'd be there by 6:30 and he was there at 6:29! He quoted me a very good price for same day service and was very honest about what needed to be done. He ended up needing to rod and unclog the drain and told us to save our money on the garbage disposal because that was fine. He didn't so much as leave a single spot in the kitchen and was very respectful of our house. They'll be the people I call if I need plumbing work again!

This company is by far the most professional i have encountered! Their crew were diligent, timely and efficient. I had a huge problem and they attended to it and saw us through what could of been a long waitful nightmare. I am very grateful for their special attention in my situation. And with all that i can say they were fair in their pricing. I cant say enough about this business. I just hope they are around for what ever i encounter in the future. I had a simple job to put new shutoff valves on my hot water heater, but for some reason no other plumbers wanted to do the work (saying things like we don't work with water heaters anymore or just never calling me back). First Chicago Plumbing contacted me back immediately, gave me a reasonable quote, and came to finish the job the next day.

Kevin was very responsive to do some general plumbing work around my condo. He was quick, took care of everything thoroughly, and suggested some minor repairs that I hadn't thought of - all at a reasonable price.

Tried Angies list; all the call backs wanted to charge ($250-400) to even set foot in our house, and couldn't be there for days.

Jesus picked up quickly and was here in 2hrs, at no charge.  Listened and understood our issues, and had solutions for everything. Ended up needing to break concrete and replace an offset pipe in the basement. Can't convey how much work they did in such a short period of time.

Pricing was super reasonable, and he guarantees his work.  His crew were extremely pleasant, and left the place spotless.  Never calling anyone else.

COVID note: these guys wore their masks and gloves the entire time. We've been hesitant to have people work on the house since quarantine. No surprise these guys were very professional about it, without even asking.

I called Green Tech because of a leak in the pipes of my kitchen sink. Bill, the person I spoke with to set up my appointment, was awesome when it came to getting someone over to my place ASAP. The actual plumber, Josh, was punctual, professional, and did a great job answering any questions we had during the consultation, helping to make us feel more comfortable about the job before we began the work. 10/10 would definitely recommend!

Needed last minute pluming needs and they showed up and did a great job. Would recommend to anyone needing plumbing help.

I had an initial good interaction with Captain Rooter (see first review, which also came with a discount). They replaced the pipes under a kitchen sink that they said were installed wrong. About a year later, the pipes they installed came apart at one of the seals, causing water damage. They came out and fixed their old work then routed the line. A few months later (and almost $1,000 in), the same seal has broken again, causing more water damage. I called Captain Rooter again, and they said they'd call back about getting it fixed. They never called back. After working with another plumber, they said that Captain Rooter had actually installed it wrong and that why it kept coming apart.

Actually it was not a crack in our chimney as I told you repeatedly. It just had to be sealed where the water heater is attached to the ceiling. Green Tech Plumbing fixed it yesterday. If you don't know how to properly install a hot water heater, I suggest you learn. As far as ever contacting you again for services, don't worry.

Great service, quality and price! We had an emergency sewer back up and needed to replace 8ft of cracked clay pipe. Called CJ Plumbing late on Tuesday, the week of Thanksgiving,  and he had Tylers Underground come out the next morning and replace everything for a great price. He checked in throughout the day to make sure things were going well and I was happy. Then on top of all of that he had a plumber come out within 15 minutes to help us with a completely separate issue. Highly recommend CJ Plumbing.

About as honest and straightforward as it gets.  Great guy and even better plumber!  He explained everything that was going to be done, was flexible around our schedule and most importantly fixed the issue we were having.  I'm glad to find a go to plumber we can depend on with fair and transparent pricing.

I had Juan and his team to replace a kitchen sink for us. The team was the best. Juan and the team did an excellent job, and they were really fast and made everything look really nice. And they cleaned up everything after they finished. I would definitely recommend him if you need to hire someone for sink installation, the price was reasonable among all others that I requested. I would recommend him to my friends and families as well!

Noel is a great plumber.  Arrived exactly on time to fix my leaky faucet that had created a pool  of water on my kitchen floor.  Worked diligently to ascertain the source of the leak and reset the cartridge that was driving me crazy.  Would highly recommend his work. The leak is completely fixed and plumbing adjustments were made that left the site much better than he found it.  Will definitely call Noel again.  You should hire him without reservation!   Thank you Noel!

I had been calling a number of plumbers for an emergency repair, and Apex was the only one that even picked up the phone - even at places that advertised 24-hour service. I had a leak from a first-floor unit into the basement. Aidan came out in about 30 minutes and was able to find the problem in a galvanized, 90-year-old riser and replace it in about four hours. Because I had been calling plumbers since the night before, I was truly impressed with the service. Low key, nice, professional, everything you want in a plumber.

Jan is prompt, thorough and cleans up very well.  I found a small water spot on my basement floor.  It took longer than I liked (given hourly rate) to find and fix the leak.  After removing and resetting my powder room toilet, it was ruled out.  After cutting open the walls under the powder room sink, to inspect the pipes, that was ruled out.  It was finally determined to be a pinpoint leak in the overhead copper pipe in the basement.  All fixed.

Victor was the only plumber I contacted who could see me the same day. He assessed and fixed the problem quickly at a very reasonable price. He clearly knew exactly what he was doing and I feel confident the fix will hold. He was professional, polite, and friendly. I won't hesitate to call him for my next plumbing problem.

We asked a Fixer first to repair our dishwasher that suddenly stopped draining, and it wasn't clogged. He made some adjustments, showed us what the problem seemed to be so that we would know if it happened again. When he finished, we took him to see a glass shower door that was starting to shift and stick when we tried to open it.

After two trips, the door was fixed. It was a complicated job, and the Fixer who started it, came back when it wasn't quite right.

It was expensive to complete the work, but it was worth it. The shower door was done well and looks good. An earlier attempt to fix that shower door was less than professional.
