I am very pleased with the service  and cost from Scotty's Plumbing. He waited for me to get home from work without rescheduling. Went to  get additional connection hoses that would work for my kitchen faucet replacement, and fixed a pipe with a large hole, all for less than his initial estimate. Highly recommend. Will be my first  call for any other plumbing issues.

I would rate Rocket Plumbing 1-star for competence and 1-star for taking responsibility for their blunders, but the individual plumber was a nice guy who tried hard, he just had no clue how to diagnose a moderately complex problem. In short, I periodically had hot water coming from the cold side of all of my faucets and asked Rocket to diagnose and fix. About $1000 later they did a bunch of pointless work that didn't resolve the problem -- and then failed to turn the water back on to our ice machine. When questioned as why the ice machine was no longer working, they said they didn't repair appliances. I hired an appliance person who in 30 seconds, turned the water back on and charged me $150. When I complained to Rocket, the owner refused to make it right. Fast forward, my hot/cold problem was subsequently repaired by an experienced plumber - and it was a very simple fix that cost $280. You can find a better and more honest plumber than Rocket.

Excellent service and honest pricing. They honored the appointment day and time. Completed in the time frame and left the area in a clean condition. Couldn't ask for anything more from a service call.

I had a great experience using First Chicago Plumbing.  Their prices are reasonable.  They texted me throughout the process, showing me pictures of the problem.  And payment was super easy (quick pay).  Will definitely use them again.

I work at a non profit art gallery in the river west area and had to finish installing an exhibit for an opening two weeks ago.  After arriving early in the AM to finish installing the show, I noticed that one of our toilets was not flushing.  In fact, it started overflowing into the bathroom.  I had too much on my plate and immediately knew I needed a plumber.  i called Sound Plumbing and talked to Kevin.  I was on the way to his next job and he said he'd be right over.  Kevin showed up less than 20 minutes later, snake in hand, and got right to work.  Within minutes, he cleared the obstruction and had the toilet working fine.  Problem solved.  Never before have i had such a professional and prompt response from someone in the trades.  I will definitely use Sound Plumbing the next time the need (and waters) arise.

When prepping our house to sell, I had no idea the amount of roots that can develop in sewer pipes. After calling to have our pipes inspected, Adam Avizius arrived to assess any issues and leveraged their camera to identify blockage under a 100-year-old tree in our parkway.  He then used their Hydroblast technology to blow out all roots and deliver a clean pathway for our sewers.  I would HIGHLY recommend Adam and his team. ABV plumbing did a great job. I needed a plumber they quoted a good price and Ivo came at the time that they said they would. He was very efficient and did a great job and was done in a timely manner. I will definitely use them again.

We had a series of plumbing tasks that needed to be done and we were disappointed in the experience that we had with another plumber in the area. Reviewing yelp and other resources, we felt that CJ plumbing and heating was the next firm we wanted to try out. Lenny was our assigned plumber and he did a fantastic job. He reinstalled three toilets in our home and replaced the associated shut off valves, giving us confidence that we would be ready for the holidays.  He arrived within 4 minutes of the appointment, used booties to protect our floors, wore a mask to protect our mutual health, cleaned under the toilets before reinstalling them and left everything spotless. Every detail was taken care of. The owner checked in with me to verify I was satisfied and I couldn't find a thing to nitpick. They're not cheap but they are clearly one of the best craftsmen in the area. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Juan is the only plumber provided the estimate of the water heater model that I wanted.  He arrived on schedule and performed the installation.  The unit was defective, not Juan's fault, where he called Rheem to expedite the part.  The part arrived the next day and Juan came the following day and got my new water heater resolved.

I have used Noel and Five Plumbing for jobs large and small, and he is simply the best. Workmanship is A+ and he couldn't be a nicer guy. Even during Covid, all precautions with masks and distancing were done spot-on. Highly recommend.

We had a pipe burst and water leaking everywhere.  We called Apex and the emergency team was here within 40 minutes.  Super helpful, kind, informative and fixed the problem.  I highly recommended them.

I contacted Jan based on the reviews posted here.  He promptly returned my message and asked for a thorough description of the problem (shower leak) and requested pictures.  He arranged a service appointment for the following day, and arrived at the scheduled time.  He was quite courteous, taking deliberate care not to soil the floor of our unit or the area surrounding the repair site.  He perceived and solved the problem without haste or waste.  Once completed, he asked if there were other plumbing issues requiring attention, and I took the opportunity to elicit his opinion on the question of repairing or replacing a troublesome faucet, and to obtain a quote for installation of a reverse osmosis filter.  In both cases, he offered suggestions ranging from the economical to the professional, without pressure or salespersonship.  He also attempted to mitigate the problem with the faucet, which he diagnosed as suffering from flaws in design and workmanship.  Lastly, he offered his appraisal of the plumbing in our condominium, which lies within a rehabilitated structure.  I would not hesitate to contact Vanguard for any future plumbing needs and intend to have Jan install the water filter once we obtain it.

Victor unclogged our toilet the same day I called  and was thoughtful in reviewing ways to prevent it in the future. He was kind, responsive and considerate from the start. Also I had called around to a few other places and Victor has the most competitive pricing. Never felt like I was getting taken. I have put him at the top of my list for any future plumbing needs.

They cancelled twice in one day via text after the scheduled arrival time, wasting my day off from work. The finally showed up on the 3rd scheduled time, did a pretty good job on the door install, after they left I noticed the randomly screwed a glide into the floor. The glide was supposed to go under the door to keep it in place per the instructions. They decided it would be good to place it in the door opening where you can easily stub your toe. Now I need to remove it and figure out how to patch the holes that they drilled into the floor.
