I was referred by a friend who has an old building with lots of problems and emergencies and not a lot of money to fix all of them at once.  Scott has always been able to come through for her to fix the problem correctly and at a fair price so I called him to help me move my drain and prepare for a new vanity to be installed.

I have had a similar and positive experience as well.  He quoted the hourly up front, but doesn't pad it charging your for every dang second and then rounding up as he takes 20 minutes to write an invoice. ( I've used many great plumbing services who gouge so much in this way, even though they are good at what they do I avoid using them when I can because I am always left feeling a bit like I just got mugged in an alley). I don't get that with Scott:  He's upfront, responsive, on time, efficient, friendly, fair and knows what he's doing. How rare is that?  He doesn't cut corners either.   I want the problem corrected, not patched.

He's coming back tomorrow to finish up and I'll post an update and maybe even a photo....stay tuned.....

My home is so quiet now that the drippy bath tub is fixed.  Thank you.

AP Construction is a great small business to support. They not only were incredibly flexible and willing to work around the crazy schedule of all the other contractors I had in my condo for my rehab overhaul, but they were communicative throughout the entire process and checked in with me several days after they had made repair work to my kitchen sink. If I could give 6 stars I would. I needed new valves under the kitchen sink and all new parts for my shower. Mitch and the Sound Plumbing team responded to my call immediately and got to work within a day. Their team is one of the nicest groups of people around and the entire experience was amazing. I will use this shop for all my plumbing needs in the future and highly recommend them to anyone.

I could not be happier with the service Jesus provided unclogging a kitchen drain.  He was extremely responsive when contacted through yelp (more than I was, in fact) and very flexible on when he could come out to fix the drain.  The quoted price was competitive with others I had received too.
He couldn't make it when he originally said he would but that's part of the business and has to be expected sometimes...the good part is his communication was great and was right on time with the next time he gave me.  Can't really ask for more, IMO.
Jesus was very friendly and efficient...I've found my go-to plumber!

We called Green Tech in pinch and they delivered!  We had a major issue in the house that led us to discover that our sump pump stopped working and had several inches of standing water in our crawl space.  Kevin was able to describe how they would have to remove the standing water in order to get the new sump pump installed which eased my nerves about the whole process.

Read the many reviews on this company, it was a pleasure to do business with them and I'm glad I have them to go to in the future.

Responsive, knowledgeable, honest and just generally good guys.  Now if only I could find an HVAC company that was anywhere near as good as my new plumbers!

I had an issue with leaking under my sink, and Juan reached out and fixed the issue within a day. After we attempted and failed to fix a recalcitrant kitchen sink drain issue mere days after purchasing our first home, and with family in town and staying with us, we called a handful of plumbers to get it fixed the right way.  Half of them didn't call back, the others either called back way later and tried to schedule for the next day or quote us a price without asking any questions abut the problem.  

Noel answered the phone right away, asked a handful of questions to get a better idea of what could be wrong and what kind of building/plumbing set up he had to work with, as here in Chicago both access to the pipes/system and compliance with code can be varied depending on the age of the building and whether it was inspected.  He came out in the early evening so I didn't have to scrap dinner with a bunch of family in town and walked us through the immediate issue, showed us how our system was likely set up in our newly purchased house, and even found another potential problem (that the previous owners had rather incompetently diy repaired themselves), but didn't at all try to force us to fix it right away, just telling us to keep an eye on it and what to watch out for.  That said, we'll probably be fixing it soon just to be safe, and we'll definitely be hiring Noel to do the job.

He even managed to place my father-in-law's southern English accent within minutes of arriving and we had a lovely side conversation about soccer while he fixed our kitchen.

Great guy, and a true craftsman.  I'll be recommending him to any of my friends in need of a plumber.

Bathtub was not draining on Friday night, Called them on Saturday @ 7 AM, by 8 they showed up and fixed the problem PRONTO. Good service , and would use them again!

Jan will tell you up front that his prices are not cheap but they aren't the most expensive either.  Very professional and quality work.  He replaced the guts on two toilets (the water kept running after flushing - said previous owners used clorox tablets which caused inside to deteriorate).  $260 a toilet.   No problems since.

I called, left a voicemail.  When the owner got back to me I texted him my address, name and problem.  He said he'd come over Thursday and would text me when he was on the way.  I had to adjust my schedule for the appointment.  I never heard from him again.

I was VERY pleased with the 3 tasks my Fixer completed! He installed a motion doctor light and camera over my garage, installed a lazy Susan in my cupboard and replaced a rubber ring (that lines the door or my clothes washer. I had all the parts on hand, but had no clue how to install them. His work was professional and he worked quickly!! Highly recommend this company!!
